In the kitchen, Randy looked at Roman. "You look exhausted."
Roman laughed. "Well, I had a long night with little sleep."
"So things went well with Natalie?"
"Well is an understatement." He laughed. "After last night, I have no idea why John would have ever cheat on her. And I'm definitely looking forward to being in Pensacola this weekend."
"You keep on and you're going to make me an uncle."
Roman laughed. "I think it's too soon to think about that."
"Things can happen after just one time."
"Yeah, it can." Roman replied. "And I'm not saying I would object to it but I think she and I need to get to know each other better and I think this weekend will do that. I'm glad we have it off."
"I hope that this weekend is a turning point for us all." Roman nodded in agreement.
"So how are things between you two?"
"Good. We are slowing building our relationship and that's good."
Roman looked at him. "You really do love her don't you?"
"Yes, I do and it wasn't something I thought would happen. But I love her and I want to start a life with her and our child."
Roman smiled. "I knew you always had it in you."
Randy laughed. "Thanks. I just hope she will eventually want the same thing."
Roman looked out into the living room. Lindsay was staring out toward the kitchen. "Something tells me she does." Randy looked toward the living room as well. Lindsay looked at him and he could see all the hope that she held there. And the fear. The fear that he was just playing her and telling her what she wanted to hear. He also saw flashes of something else, desire. At least he hoped that's what it was.
Natalie looked at Lindsay. "Are you going to be okay while I'm gone?"
"Yeah, I'm just going to go with the flow."
"I think that's a good idea." Natalie replied. "Call me if you need anything."
Lindsay nodded and hugged her as she left. She turned to Randy. "Well it looks like you and I are all alone this weekend."
"I'm okay with that. Just you and me." He smiled at her.
She smiled, just as the baby moved. She grabbed his hand and placed it on her stomach. "The baby is excited." She replied.
He smiled. "She feels like she's doing backflips in there."
"She?"
"Just a feeling I have." He replied with a smile.
She rolled her eyes and smiled. "We haven't thought of names."
"We should do that." He replied. "And I think we should each get five vetoes on names."
She smiled. "Then I am going to say no to all the stripper and bimbo names up front." He laughed.
"Deal." He replied. "So, what is your first suggestion?"
"What about Elena? Kinda after your Mom for a girl." He looked at her. "Did I say something wrong?"
"No you didn't." He replied. "I would love to name our daughter after my mom."
She smiled. "And for a middle name, I was thinking Natalie. She's been a great friend to both of us."
He smiled. "I think that's a great idea. So, if we have a girl, Elena Natalie?" She nodded. "What if we have a boy?"
"We name him after you."
He looked at her. "Really? You would want to name him after me? Like junior or something or just use one of my names in the name."
"Junior. It seems only right. Unless you want something else." He smiled and leaned in and kissed her before he could stop himself. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he deepened the kiss. He pulled away. "Wow..."
"I don't know how the hell I got so lucky that you've been so gracious about this whole thing and given me another chance to be a father. But I love you for it. God, I love you." He looked at her and kissed her again. "I do love you and you and this baby are all I want or need." She bit her lip and leaned up and kissed him again. He pulled them back onto the couch. He pulled her to him and she rested her head on his chest. She ran her fingers up his abs. He couldn't help but moan at her touch. She smiled and looked up at him. He leaned down and kissed her. She kissed him back. He deepened the kiss with her. Before she could stop herself, she grabbed his hand and led him toward the bedroom.
Roman looked at Natalie as they sat on his private plane heading toward Pensacola. "Are for this vacation?"
"I so am." She smiled. "You all to myself for a whole weekend..." She said leaning in and kissing him. "I definitely have some ideas for this vacation."
"Me too. And I don't want to waste one of them." He said and leaned in and kissed her this time.
"Then let's not." She said as they descended. They landed on the runway and got into the waiting car and headed to the house.
She smiled as they pulled into the driveway and headed inside. She immediately went to check out the view. She smiled as she stood on the balcony. The view was perfect. The water was blue and crystal clear and the sand was bright white. That was why she always liked the gulf coast. The water was warm and the sand was white. She felt his arms around her waist and smiled.
"You look like you're enjoying the view." He said as he did.
She smiled. "I love the ocean. It's so peaceful."
"We could grab a blanket and go down to the beach, get a closer look."
She smiled. "Sounds good to me." He nodded and grabbed the blanket and they headed down to the beach. "This is so peaceful."
"Yes it is." He replied as they sat there close looking at the ocean.
"This was just what I needed."
He smiled and leaned in and kissed her. "You should always get what you need and more." She smiled and kissed him back passionately.
He laid her back on the blanket. "Aren't you afraid we'll get caught?"
"I own this section of the beach. Nobody is going to catch us." She smiled and kissed him again. They wasted no time in getting lost in each other on the beach.
Lindsay laid in Randy's arms after they'd made love. "I don't know what I did to deserve that, but I'm glad I did." He said causing her to laugh a little. She looked up at him.
"I appreciate you. And everything that you've been doing for me, for us. And I... Just figured I needed to show you."
He smiled and kissed her. "You are giving me a child. That's the greatest thing in the world."
She looked at him. "There's nothing I wouldn't do for you."
He looked at her and then kissed her again. "I feel the same way and I hate how I was at the beginning but I'm so happy that you gave me a chance. I can't wait our child to be born. I love you."
He brushed his hand down her face. "You don't have to.."
"I...I love you too." He looked at her and smiled.
"Did you just...did you just say you love me?" She nodded. He leaned in and kissed her again.
