Gibbs was sleeping and suddenly he started yelling and screaming. He tried to open his eyes but it was like someone had put a superglue on his eyelids. He started sweating and he clenched his teeth in anger. He jerked awake and looked around. He was shocked when he realized where he was. He was back in the warehouse.

He tried to wipe his face and realized that he was restrained to the chair with leather cuffs. His wrists are ankles were cuffed by thosecuffs. He saw one man was sitting in the corner and staring at him. He stood up and took a bottle of water and opened it. Take a few sips from it. Then he walked toward Gibbs.

"Finally you decide to wake up hun... you lazy ass." He threw the water on Gibbs's face. Gibbs jerked as ice cold water splashed on his face. He blink his eyes few times to clear his vision.

"It's not real... I killed you. You are not real. You bastard I killed you...MAX!" Gibbs was shocked he remember killing Max Richardson in the warehouse.

"What...! YOU KILLED ME! You just regain consciousness Agent Gibbs. Maybe you got hit harder on your head during that accident. I told my boys that I want you in good condition, so I can take my revenge on you." Max laugh and walk toward the table and shook his head.

"IT'S NOT REAL. I KNOW THAT I KILLED YOU WITH MY BARE HANDS." Gibbs yelled at him. He was very confused.

He can't believe that what he saw it was actually a dream! Max is alive and he still wants his revenge on him. Gibbs started struggling against those cuffs. He got frustrated with the REALITY...

"Argh... get me out of here! You son of a b* "

Max punched him in his gut few times and then hit him on his face. Then grab his chin and remind him who's the Boss here.

"You are not in condition to make any kind of demand Agent Gibbs. I am incharge here. So behave yourself, one more mistake and Agent Sloane will pay the price for it." Max said in very firm voice. Max can see fear in his eyes when he mentioned Sloane's name.

"JACK! WHERE IS SHE? IF YOU TOUCH HER I SAWARE I WILL KILL YOU. AND THIS TIME IT WON'T BE A DREAM." Gibbs warned him. Max released his chin and backhanded him very hard.

"Go ahead. Kill me if you are feeling free.. C'mon what are you waiting for, hun Gibbs?" Max takes two steps back and spread his arms. He was provoking Gibbs.

"What happened! Oops, I forgot you are still bound. Well, you asked me where Agent Sloane is, right? Boys..." And then he gave a nod to his men.

Gibbs saw two men came back and they were not alone. They were dragging Jack's unconscious form. She was badly beaten and injured. They threw her on the floor and one of them guy kicked her.

"NO... Let her go Max. She didn't do anything to you. It's me you want but please just let her go!" Gibbs was struggling against those cuffs, trying free himself.

Max walks toward him and hit him on his face with butt of the gun. And grabbed him by his hair roughly and yanked his head back. And he points his gun at Sloane.

"But someone will have to bear the penalty of your sins, Agent Gibbs." He whispered.

"Then me. She is innocent keep her out of this." Gibbs replied trying not to saw his fear and pain on his face. His face was covered with blood. His lips were split and blood was trickling from the corner of his mouth.

"You cannot be decides the rules of this game Gibbs. THIS IS MY GAME. And I will decide who will live and who will die." Max released his hair and punched him in his stomach and face. Gibbs double over in pain and started coughing.

When he looked up he saw Max was standing next to Sloane and he started circling her unconscious form.

"NO... DON'T DO THIS MAX. C'MON BE A MAN AND FIGHT WITH ME. MAN TO MAN, MARINE TO MARINE YOU COWARD! THEN I WILL SHOW YOU WHO IS INCHARGE HERE YOU BASTARD!" Gibbs was trying to get his attention.

He smiled when he saw Max start coming toward him. Max Richardson smiles at him and holster his gun before started beating Gibbs.

"YOU THINK I AM A FOOL, GIBBS! YOU THINK I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO! HUN..." Max threw a punches in his gut in the end of the every sentence. Max grabbed Gibbs by his jacket and yanked him violently. Then he undo his handcuffs and threw him on the hard concrete floor.

Gibbs grunts in pain, every single part of his body was aching. He tried to get up but Max kicked him on his back. Max kicked him on his side and Gibbs rolled over twice. Then he kicked Gibbs in his chest. Gibbs tried to get up but received another kick on his side of the face.

He was laying face down on the ground and trying to catch his breath. He look at Sloane she was laying on the floor few feets away from him. Gibbs tried to drag himself toward her direction. He struggled to get up on his feet. And before anyone could react he speared Max and they both heavily landed on the floor.

Gibbs started beating him. But before he threw another punch one of the Max's men hit him on his back of the head. They dragged him away and he was forced to get on, on his knees and one man was pointing his gun at Gibbs and other one was helping Max.

"I don't need your help you bastard!" Max yelled at his man who tried to help him. Max got up and walk toward Gibbs in anger.

"You son of a b* " He punched Gibbs hard on his face. Gibbs hit the floor face first.

"I told you, you are not the incharge here. Now Agent Sloane is going to pay for your action." Max said as he grabs Gibbs hair roughly and yanked his head up. Gibbs was trying not to pass out.

"Don't! No... Max" he tried to stop him.

"Get him up and hold him. So he can watch Agent Sloane's death." Max said before wiping his blood from his mouth.

They grabbed Gibbs by his jacket and hold him up. Gibbs was yelling at Max and keep pleading for don't hurt Jack. But Max was really very angry after being attacked by Gibbs. He turned around and saw Gibbs was struggling against his men's grip in effort to free himself.

Somehow he managed to free himself from their grip and hit one of them in his nose and kicked the other one between his legs. He ran toward Max but before he could stop him Max pulled the trigger and that bullet hit Sloane right into her chest.

"Noo..." Gibbs was dropped on his knees. And started crying.

"NOO... JACK!" Gibbs screamed her name in painful voice.

"Hey... hey! Wake up Gibbs. C'mon, it just a dream. C'mon open your damn eyes Cowboy." Sloane trying to wake him up.

She tapped her hand on his face and keep telling him that it was just a dream. Gibbs jerked awake his eyes were wide open, he was sweating his face was red in anger and fear. He was crying but trying to hide it from Sloane. He was glad to see her ALIVE.

He gave her a sad smile. He looked around he was in his house, in his bedroom. He took few deep breaths and tried to calm himself down.

"C'mon Gibbs here... drink some water first. C'mon..." Sloane give him a glass of water. Gibbs take it and drinking slowly his hand was shaking. That was really un-Gibss thing.

"Okay, would you like to talk about what you saw in your dream?" Sloane asked him as she put that glass on the table.

"No. I'm good." Gibbs replied in his raspy voice. Well that was expected answer for Jack. She rolled her eyes and stood up from the bed.

"Look Gibbs it's been a TWO weeks since you have been discharged from the hospital. And still you are having nightmares about what happened.

I didn't tell Ducky because I know how will you react but I think you should have to talk with Grace. It will helps you Gibbs. Bishop and everyone are trying to forget about what had happened with you and Bishop." Sloane saw guilt on his face, she shook her head and sits down on the edge of the bed.

"Look Gibbs I know you don't like to talk with someone about your emotions and private life. But it's not like... like you can move on without even talk about it. That bastard hurt you and Bishop not only physically but he tried to broke you from inside.

And if you're not going to talk with Grace that means you are letting him win. C'mon Gibbs say something!" Sloane tried to convince him to visit Grace. She caress his face with her hand.

"Okay, I will. Not for me but for Bishop. How's she? Have you talk with Torres?" Gibbs was finally ready for counseling.

"Yeah, she is doing great. She's talking with Grace since after being discharged. She's a good girl who listens to her friends. And take their advice seriously." Sloane taunts him.

"What are you doing here? Don't you have work to do? I mean go observe the suspects, profile them and help McGee with anything! I don't need babysitting I'm done with it." Gibbs started yelling at her. He tried to get up but sit down immediately as he feeling dizzy.

"See that's why you need babysitter." Sloane said as she help him to sit down.

"I didn't ask for it." Gibbs replied

"We know, you're lucky Gibbs that you are surrounded by a very good friends who cares about you. That's why Ducky told me to stay with you and Nick to stay with Bishop.

Because like we all know that Jimmy and McGee are family men now. Kaise is busy with her job so... you are stuck with me. But don't worry after we both having breakfast I have to leave for a while at NCIS Vance want my help." Sloane said as she filled a coffee in two mugs.

"Look Jack, I didn't mean to hurt you. But I'm tired of all this thing. I know you wants to help me but believe me I am okay. You don't have to do this for me every day!" Gibbs replied.

"But I want to do this for you Gibbs for my whole life. Not just only for you, but for BOTH OF US. I want to spend my whole life with you Agent Gibbs. And I know you want that too." Gibbs was going to interrupt her but she put her finger on his lips and stop him.

"Shhh... please let me finish Gibbs. I know that you are afraid to ge to close with someone. Because of your previous relationships with your ex wives and your fiancee.

You always think that if you let someone close to you they'll end up dead. Gibbs I love you and you know that too."

"I know and I LOVE YOU TOO Jack and that's why I can't do that. Because I cares about you. I made a lots of enemies in my life and I don't want to let them take you away from... from... your daughter. I hope you understand that." Gibbs said softly.

"Okay... " she just nodded in agreement.

"Jack..." after long pause he spoke

"Okay... give me some time. Well it's not NO. But just give me little time to think about it. Okay..." Gibbs replied and kissed on her forehead.

"Okay. But don't take long... Cowboy." Both chuckles. They finished their breakfast and after taking shower Gibbs came downstairs.

"You still here? I thought you said that Leon wants you at the office!" Gibbs asked when he saw that Jack was still here.

"Yeah, I will leave in five actually I'm waiting for someone." She replied.

"C'mon Jack I don't need..."

"Babysitter? I know but it's you who is gonna play babysitter." Sloane tapped her hands on his shoulders and winked.

"WHAT! Jack what are you talking about? I need some peace, I want some time alone... Jack!" Gibbs was yelling at her.

"Calm down, Cowboy. You are going to love this. Oh... here we go." Sloane turned around as they heard doorbell sound.

Gibbs was disappointed he was planning on working on his new boat, spending some time in his basement. Reading book is also not a boring thing to do. But now he has to spend whole afternoon with someone uninvited guest.

"Hey! How are you? You grown up big." Sloane was talking with someone.

Gibbs walked into his hallway and trying to watch the person's fface.And then Sloane turned around and he saw that person clearly. And that brought a big smile on his face ear to ear.

"Hey... it's been a long time. How are you?"

"JETHRO GIBBS! I'M FINE. How are you?" Phineas ran toward Gibbs and Gibbs gets down on his knees and they both hugged tightly.

"I'm good. I missed you buddy. A lot actually." Gibbs was so happy to see him again.

"I missed you too, Jethro Gibbs. It's awesome to meet you again. Look I brought my Police Car for you. It's cool right! Thanks for fixing it, Jethro Gibbs."

"But you wanted to put that on the top of the Christmas tree! Right?"

"Yeah, but I decides to give you as a gift. Hope you like it." Phineas said

"I loved it. Ahh... you draw a badge on the door of the car."

"It's cool... isn't it."

"Yeah, it's cool. You did a good job kid." Gibbs ruffle his hair by his hand. He then looks up at Sloane who was watching them with smiling face. Gibbs stood up and walk toward her. And whispered in her ear.

"Thank you Jack." Gibbs said

"Anytime Gibbs." She replied and touches his face with her hand.

"Hey! Phineas. I have to leave now because I am getting late for my job seen you later phin. You want me to get something for you?" Sloane leaned down and asked him.

"No, agent Sloane, thanks though." Phineas replied.

"Alright, bye then. Bye Gibbs." Sloane left for the office.

"So... how's your uncle and aunt?" Gibbs asked him.

"Oh... they both are good. Uncle George bought a new baseball bat for me on my birthday. You should have to come on my birthday, Jethro Gibbs." Said with little sadness.

"I know but I was on undercover mission. And I can't..."

"THAT WAS AWESOME. Did get the bad guys Jethro Gibbs?" He was so excited that he cut Gibbs's sentence.

"Do you have any doubts? Of course I did." Gibbs said with proud. Like we know how much he love his job.

"You are awesome, Jethro Gibbs. I love your job. When I get bigger I want to be like you. It would be so cool to catch the bad guys and carry a badge and gun with you." He was so excited.

"That's great. And you would be become a good agent I guarantee that. But it's not cool every time. You got injured sometimes, you don't have enough time to spend with your family. And sometimes you have to make some tough decisions. It's not an easy job. But I love my job either way." That night's flashback came in front of his eyes. When he had to kill Sahar to save Ziva's life.

"And before that you have to complete your school and college. And most important thing NO SCREENS." Gibbs started laughing.

"C'mon, Jethro Gibbs! I am serious." Phineas said with smile.

"Okay... okay. Well you have enough time to think about that. Are you hungry? Would you like to eat some sandwiches? What about hot chocolate?" Gibbs asked him as he get up from the sofa and start walking toward kitchen.

"I am a big boy now. And big boys don't drink hot chocolate." Phineas said and followed Gibbs.

"Okay... Grandpa!" Gibbs said in childish face. They both laughed. They both were interrupted by doorbell.

"I see who's at the door." Phineas said.

"Okay." Gibbs replied

Phineas open the door and saw that one man was standing outside. He was wearing a suit and sunglasses.

"Who are you?" They both asked each other.

"Well I'm here to meet Leroy Jethro Gibbs. And who are you kid? Did Gibbs adopted you?" That man asked him as he removed his sunglasses.

"I am Phineas friend of Jethro Gibbs. Did he know you?"

"Of course he know me, kid. We are an old friends. Now you are going to let me in?" He gave him a fake smile.

"Who's at the door, Phineas?" Gibbs asked from the kitchen. He was making Sandwiches for Phineas and himself. When he didn't get any answer he grabbed his gun and started walking toward the door.

"Who's at the door? " Gibbs saw Phineas was talking with someone. He slowly walked toward the door and stood next to Phineas to saw who's that person.

"Hey! Gibbs. It's been a long time." That man said with big smile.

"Yeah... yeah... it's been a very long time." Gibbs replied.

"It's good to see you, Boss!" He said and entered in the house. Gibbs smile and shook his head.

"Not your Boss anymore DINOZZO! C'mon in." Gibbs said and hugged him. And patted his head.

"It's good to see you too, DiNozzo. Good to see you too." Gibbs said with big smile. Phineas was looking so confused. But he was happy to see Gibbs happy. That kid really adores Gibbs.

So Gibbs is discharged from the hospital and still having nightmares. There's something going on between Gibbs and Sloane.

Sloane called Phineas and Gibbs was happy to see him. And he was more happier when he saw DiNozzo.

Now will see the very unique trio Gibbs, Phineas and DiNozzo in next chapter. And finally DiNozzo has chances to meet Sloane. Let's see what happened when they comes face to face.
