Remy had them out of the mansion and making their way along it. She didn't question him, just ran with him, trusting him to lead her to safety. When he let go of her arm, it was to reach for his bike and straddle it.

"Come on!" he snapped at Rogue.

Rogue, not wasting any more time, jumped on the back of the bike and fastened the spare helmet Remy tossed her. He didn't wait to ask if she was ready and took off as soon as he could. Rogue yelp as she reached to grasp Remy around his middle. They made it through the gates of the mansion and just kept going along the long roads that lead away from the thieves' guild.

"What the hell was that?" Rogue demanded to know once they were clear from the thieves' mansion.

"Dat be what I was tryna warn y' about," Remy said, moving inbetween cars that were on the road.

"That's why ya wanted meh gone? Ya didn't think ta tell meh ya father's got a screw loose," Rogue demanded to know.

"Tried tellin' ya on multiple occations, but y' weren't listenin'!" Remy shot back at her. "Not t' any of us."

Rogue sat back in her seat a bit more, her grip around Remy tightening as she realised he was right.

"Ah'm sorrah!" Rogue called out.

"Don't t'ank moi yet. Not till y' back in wit' y' famillie," Remy said.

Rogue nodded her head, taking deep breaths as she held on tight to Remy. Holding on to him was the only thing that was keeping her from going off the rails. It felt like her whole world had been flipped on it's head. She had no idea what had happened back there and she wasn't too sure why Jean-Luc had, suddenly, turned crazy on her. She didn't want to go back there and face that mad man, but at the same time, it felt like her home and that she'd abondone people she cared about there. She did want to go back for them and because she'd come to know the thieves guild as home for a time. But she only wanted to return if she knew she'd never see Jean-Luc or those thieves that had kept her prisioner there again. But she knew, that was highly unlikely. She guessed Remy was taking her to her family in Bayville and getting rid of her once and for all. She felt guilty that the idea of escaping to a kind, caring family didn't fill her with joy. But she just didn't like the idea of being abandoned with strangers.

She clung on to Remy for deer life because it felt as if he was the only thing she had left in the world at that time.

"Ouch, hey!" Rogue snapped out as a black bird began to grab at her with it's claws.

The bird had seemed to come out of no where and just start attacking her. Rogue tried swatting it away, not believing her luck. But then, the crow moved forwards and onto Remy.

"Merde," she heard Remy call.

It began pecking and sratching at him. Remy was trying to shield himself, but he couldn't take his hands off the gears.

Rogue moved to swat the black bird away. As she managed to hit it, Rogue's mouth fell open in utter shock at the bird began to change shape and shift into a large grizzley bear. Rogue released from the black bird's peck that now became the bear's muzzle. It growled at her, but it's what the bear's claw did that had a bigger effect.

The bear's arm shot out, hitting the bike and sending it flying. Rogue screamed as she lost her grip on Remy and went flying throught the air. She managed to land on her side and role, but she still felt the pain shoot up her right side and wind her.

The bike crashed and explosed not too far away from her.

Slowly, as she began to move, checking herself for injuries or any broken bones, she looked a head and saw Remy's sprawled out on his front. He wasn't moving.

"Remy," Rogue muttered, fearing the worst.
