Summary: The Battle for Wakanda is underway. While our heroes are fighting the mini bosses, T'Challa has his eyes set on Klaw and Killmonger, who are holding his stepmother, Ramonda, hostage. Can he save both her and his kingdom from the clutches of these two merciless men? Only one way to find out.

But first, gonna reply to some reviews.

From Guest:

Uh minor nitpick but I'm pretty sure Madam slay controls leopards not jaguars.

Aw shit! You're right. My bad. I always mix up the two felines. They're just so much alike. Unfortunately, the damage has already been done. But I'll be more careful in the future.

From DarknessRissing:

lol althoguh godfrey is an idiot i must said i find entretaining seeing him dig his own grave like this

hahaha nice entrance there into wakanda (and extra points for hitting starks ego lol)...well never trust an stray cat or you will get scratched..and in this case means be use as distraction against an entire countrys army and a bunch of super villains (must said was quite funny seeing them argue like that over world war 2)..and not bad mix of villains.

Klaw already was one of my favs after watching "black panther" lol but seeing him with atomic skull and juggernaut thats a nice mix and excelent counters against superman and hulk.

must admit this is the first time i heard of Madam Slay but must said for what i have investigate she do is a nice villain.

hahaha BB was perfect there at the end becoming a T-rex to fight a giant jaguar (lol that was a nice jurassic world reference plus i love the mental imagen of that fight...althought as a biologist i can tell BB have quite the advantage over the jaguar...lol but that could be mixed with my love for T-rex and the fact beast boy is my fav Titan...but still comparing the two the T-rex have the advantage on this fight )

Godfrey is so full of hot air. And yes, I do love hitting egotistical guys like Tony where it hurts. And if you wanna know where I got the inspiration for Klaw, watch Marvels Knights Animation: Black Panther. Great stuff. And I did indeed take inspiration from Jurassic World when Garfield took on the form of a T-Rex to fight Bacura.

From CRUDEN:

I wasn't going to say anything about Bacura, mostly because I can barely remember it I do appreciate a one piece reference tho.
Loved the chapter, looking forward to the fights!

Thanks. Glad you liked it.

From BuckJohnson:

So far, so good. I noticed a lot of references throughout the chapter, like the "they were only lawyers" line taken right out of Superman vs the Elite. It's also nice to see such a large variety of villains and the set-up with Simon Williams was good for future stories. If I had a complaint, it was that Beast Boy's presence wasn't really explained. There was no exposition given for why he was there, he just cracked jokes... and referenced a Nostalgia Critic meme. He also interrupted a tense moment where Klaw and T'Challa see each other for the first time in years, just to make a joke. But the Stan Lee cameo was great.

I love referencing good work in my fics. Gotta give credit where credit is due. And I left out Garfield's background intentionally, because I thought it would add mystery to his character. Like I was thinking people would read this and be like "Wait, so BB isn't from Wakanda. Then where the hell is he from." And as for his joke when he interrupted Klaw and T'Challa's tense reunion … I got nothing. I realize now it pretty much fucking killed the moment. But I am glad you liked the Stan Lee cameo. It's my personal favorite so far.

From JP-Ryder:

Oh man, now this chapter's lit. Even included T'Challa's obscure brother Jakarra, which I didn't know existed until now. Klaw having more role is as good as it gets, and Madame Slay with her jaguars reintroduce the jungle fever in all of us.

And love the One Piece reference.

Man, the start of Tony with Simon Williams is great set up in the future. Especially having a certain villain in this chapter as well. And Garfield is a guest star indeed, like he's the David Spade in this chapter.

And Hulk vs the Juggernaut is the fight of a lifetime.

Also you can just tell that Godfrey's appealing to the uneducated Americans that don't know much about history or true story on Greek mythology. Damn American educational system.

Yeah, a lot of people don't know T'Challa had a brother. And I to love a One Piece reference. Expect more of those. And I am so disappointed at Marvel for not giving us enough Hulk vs Juggernaut. Waste of opportunities. And Godfrey does know a vast majority are uneducated about mythology. Even I don't know the whole thing. But I have the decency to read about it when I'm told something. Especially after a certain Disney movie.

Superman launches at Atomic Skull, punching him in the face, sending him flying. Superman flew after him and grabbed him. He then dragged Atomic Skull across a mountain before hitting him through a rock and tossed him into a mountain wall. Atomic Skull however was far from finished, and stood back up and chuckled.

"Yeah, that's what I'm talking about." He said. "Now this is a fight I've been waiting for."

"That's why you're working for Killmonger?" Superman asked. "For the opportunity to fight strong opponents?"

"Nah. I didn't really expect to fight you today." Atomic Skull admitted. "I'm just in it because I was bored. But this was so worth the trip." He said and shot radioactive blasts at Superman, who blocked it with his forearms, but they got lightly burned from it, showing Skull can damage him. Atomic Skull leaped at Superman, but the latter dodged him. They engaged in close up combat, showing Superman's fighting skills, as oppose to when he usually has to rely on his overwhelming powers to take down his enemies. Atomic Skull grabbed Superman by the throat and began to strangle him. The two struggled, as Superman really had to push himself to get Atomic Skull of off him. He flew around, ramming Skull into various objects, from trees to rocks, to get him to let go. But Skull held on like a deer fly. He was a tough nut to crack. So Superman tried plan B.

"LET GO!"

He shouted so loudly, end broke the sound barrier. A shockwave swept across the jungle, sending the animals fleeing in terror. Skull did cover his ears from the shouting and fell to the ground, causing a crater. He stood back up and chuckled again. "Cute," He said, mockingly.

"What do you get out fighting for your own amusement?" Superman asked.

"What kind of stupid question is that?" Atomic Skull asked. "How can you be this strong and not love fighting? What's the use of having all these powers and not using them?!" She shouted and tried shooting Superman down, but the Man of Steel just kept dodging them.

"I am using my powers," Superman retorted, then appeared before Skull in a second, catching him of guard. "I just don't waste them." He told Skull, before punching him so hard, it send him flying across the jungle. That one punch however sent him into the city. This was not Superman's intent. So when he arrived on scene, and saw Skull was still able to stand, he tried talking him out of fighting. "You can't beat me Skull. Be rational about this." He told him

"Can't beat you, huh?" Skull said, growing angry. He then turned his gaze to the bystanders. "Then I'll take advantage your weakness." He said and shot at the bottom of a skyscraper. He blew up the foundation, and the building started to tip over like a tree.

"No!" Superman cried out and flew as fast as he could.

Inside the building, people held onto whatever they could grab on. But then the tilting stopped, and the floor began stabilizing again. Superman was pressing the building back as well as he could. But one man lost grip of the pole he was holding onto and slid down the floor. He smashed through the window, but luckily it was just over Superman's head, which allowed him to grab the man with one hand. This however made it harder to hold the building with just one hand.

From the ground, Atomic Skull laughed while walking over to the building. "This is your weakness Superman. You care too much." He said, and began powering up. "I'm gonna hit you with every ounce of energy I got. See if that doesn't kill you."

"Stop it!" Superman spat. "You'll kill all these people!"

"So what?" Skull coldly asked. He was about to shoot, but then he got blasted by Wakandan military men, carrying large guns they had to balance on their shoulders, which fired lasers on the villain. It was enough to daze the villain and break his concentration. "You want some of this!?" Skull shouted and fired on them, killing a dozen of them in a single blast. But then a tank hovered over to the scene, which carried a massive cannon. "Interesting," Skull said. "Let's see how long that thing lasts." He said and shot a blast from both hands, using up a lot of power. The tank then shot its laser cannon, which overpowered Skull's blasts. "Motherfu-!" Before he could finish that sentence, he got hit and was sent flying across the city. Superman sighed with relief.

Things were not looking so good for the Hulk though, as Juggernaut just kicked him around, taking their fight into the city as well. Juggernaut punched Hulk so hard, he was sent across the streets, and right through a buss, blowing it up. As the bystanders fled for dear life, Hulk tried standing up, but he was clearly dizzy and weak from the beating already.

Juggernaut came out of the fire (A.N. Like that iconic picture of him from the comic, when World War Hulk invaded Earth, and Hulk attacked the Xavier Institute) and laughed.

"You didn't stand a chance against me last time," He told Hulk. "What makes you this will be any different?"

Hulk looked around and saw two cars. He punched through both cars, and lifted them up, using them as giant boxing gloves, as Juggernaut was charging again. Hulk roared and began pummeling Juggernaut with both cars. He bunched with such ferocity and power, the cars were smashed to pieces. Once there was nothing left of the cars, Hulk proceeded with good old fashion fist to face pounding, bringing Juggernaut to the floor. Hulk punched Juggernaut so hard, that each punch made a bigger crater. But then Juggernaut grabbed Hulk's fist, and laughed.

"Is that all you've got?" He asked, and then kicked Hulk, sending him flying across the city. Juggernaut sprinted after Hulk and climbed up the building until he reached the hole Hulk had been smashed through. Juggernaut looked through the hole, and to the side was a woman, holding her two children, protectively, screaming in horror when Juggernaut peered his head inside.

Then a Wakandan aircraft appeared behind the Juggernaut. Back in the dome where the pilots remotely flew their aircrafts, the pilot operating the one was actually aiming at Juggernaut. He really wanted to take the shot. But his king had ordered them all to work alongside the super villains. So what choice did he have? But then, Okoye's voice was heard in the come links.

"Listen up, all Wakandans! This is Captain Okoye of the Dora Milaje." She said while at the same time fighting of super jaguars. "T'Challa has returned. He's alive. And he challenged Eric Killmonger in a duel for the throne. Killmonger refused the challenge. He is no longer our king! Just take heed. The Justice League is here helping T'Challa. Help them! Tear the other outsiders in half!"

Back in the dome, the Wakandan smiled with relief, and turned his attention back to the monitor screen, and fired on Juggernaut.

"Motherfucker!" Juggernaut spat then tossed a couch he picked from inside the apartment at the aircraft. It dodged it. The family then took the opportunity to flee.

Back at the mound, Batman and Grim Reaper seemed evenly matched. The Dark Knight had lured Grim Reaper into the caves. Into his elements. Batman tossed a Batarang at some wires that connected to the lights, turning them off.

"I see what you're trying to do here," Grim Reaper said after Batman blended into the shadows. "Batman, the vengeance, the night." He said, mockingly, while stalking his prey, deeper into the caves. "You think the darkness is your ally? You've merely adopted it." He said, and then spun around when Batman snuck up on him. "So did I!" Grim Reaper shouted and tried impaling Batman, but the latter avoided having his gut pierced and landed a well placed punch on Reaper's face, knocking him onto a train cart. Batman jumped on, but Grim Reaper kicked him in the face, knocking him the floor. Grim Reaper launched at Batman, but the latter rolled away, and Reaper hit the control panels to the cart, which caused it to start moving. (Because comic book logic)

Back outside, the AIM grunts were really having no luck against Iron-Man, until Wakandan military men showed up. "Oh great. Now maybe we can put that Tin-Man wannabe in his place." One of them said, but suddenly, the Wakandan soldiers aimed their weapons at the grunts. "What the…?!"

"Lay down your weapons, or die." One of the Wakandan soldiers told them. The AIM grunts were completely surrounded by a force three times their own. So they did the sensible thing, and dropped their weapons. Some of the Wakandans however aimed their weapons at Iron-Man, before the commanding officer told them, "Stand down. We were told to assist the Justice League."

"Well that's very convenient." Iron-Man said and took to the air to assist Wasp.

However, it was not necessary. She dodged every attack, effortlessly, and counter attacked. She zapped the horse's backside, making it go wild, nearly kicking Black Knight of its back.

"You dare strike my noble steed?" Black Knight shouted.

"Maybe you shouldn't bring you horse into a war zone," Wasp retorted. "By the way, did you know that when Pym Particles shrinks you down, it doesn't exactly change your strength level?" She said as she got in close. Revealing this, cause Black Knight to form a surprised expression in realization. Wasp punched Black Knight in the jaw, knocking him of his horse. Which looked really silly, considering the size difference. Wasp flew down and grabbed Black Knight by his cape. "I dub thee, Sir Lose-A-Lot." She said with a cocky grin.

"Really, Janet." Iron-Man said as he appeared. "You couldn't come up with a better punch line to finish?"

"Oh, like you could come up with anything better," Janet retorted.

Back at the palace, Okoye confronts Madam Slay, "I'm gonna kill you, you bald bitch." Madam Slay hissed, as she took battle position.

"Just try," Okoye dared, and the two engaged in battle, with Okoye using her spear and Slay using the spike on her bracelets.

Garfield was still in his T-Rex form, fighting Bacura, wrecking buildings as they went. Bacura jumped up on a roof of a house, and jumped onto Garfield's back, clawing and biting him. Garfield roared as he struggled to get her of. He managed to bite Bacura's right paw and pulled her of and onto the ground. He then bit her neck and dragged her across the road and into another house.

Back at the courtyard, Captain America and Batroc were fighting evenly. Mostly, Batroc relied on his kicks, rather than his fists. And they were devastating. Batroc landed a doubled kick, which sent Cap scrapping his feet across the floor, while Batroc summersaulted in the air, and landed gracefully on the floor.

"On ne passé pas," Batroc said, speaking his native languish.

"Oh, yes we will," Capt replied.

"What's this? Captain America speaks French?" Batroc asked, curiously.

"No. But I do know history," Cap replied. "And the Battle of Verdun is the stuff of legends."

"My great grandfather fought there during the first World War." Batroc revealed.

"Did he?" Cap replied. "So you have an ancestor who fought for your country in one of the most brutal battles in history, and this is how you honor his memory? By becoming a villain?" He said with disgust.

"My choices in life will not be determined by my ancestor's actions," Batroc retorted. "I admit I have brought shame to my family by choosing a lifestyle as an outlaw. But I have never been a saint, nor do I have an interest of being one. I'm just here for, as you Americans would say, a quick buck."

"The only thing you'll be leaving with from here is a pair of handcuffs." Cap replied and attacked.

Back inside the palace, Klaw and Killmonger had retreated into the throne room, with Ramonda still in their grasp.

"What's the plan?" Eric asked.

"We'll simply use the queen as a human shield," Klaw replied. "After all, the panther is already here." He said, turning to the right, and T'Challa rounded one of the pillars.

"What the …?" A dumbstrucked Killmonger cried out. "How did you get in here so quickly?" He demanded.

"You fool," T'Challa retorted. "I have lived in this palace all my life. I know it better than you ever will."

"It doesn't matter," Klaw said, sporting a sinister grin, and pressed a knife from his cybernetic arm against Ramonda's throat. "You will let Killmonger kill you, or I will drop your mother, just like how I drop your father and brother." He told the Black Panther. Indeed, T'Challa stands still, and Klaw smirks victoriously. "Good boy. Now finish him off, Killmonger."

"Don't order me around," Killmonger said, while approaching his cousin. His frown turned into a smirk, as he began taunting T'Challa. "I had hoped to be the one who killed T'Chaka. Klaw took that pleasure from me. But at the very least, I can destroy what he loved, just like he destroyed my life for me." He said and summoned claws from the fingertips of his suit. He took a swing at T'Challa, who dodged and took a swing at Eric's face, slashing him across the face, leaving four set of scars. Killmonger screamed in pain, holding his bleeding face.

Klaw is genuinely shocked and Ramonda is smiling with relief. The assassin cries out, "What are you doing?! I am holding your mother's life in my hands. Do you not care if she dies?"

"You'll kill no matter what I do," T'Challa retorted. "So I will kill you in turn. What's your leverage, really?"

"That's my son," Ramonda proudly said.

"You mean the one who just sentenced you to death," Klaw asked.

"No. The one who just sentenced you to death." Ramonda replied, putting emphasis on "you".

"Fine," Klaw said with frustration. "I came here to finish what I started 15 years ago. I had hoped it would be easy. But if we're gonna do this the hard way, then have it your way!" He cried and was about to slit Ramonda's throat. But then he spun around, just in time to block Shuri, who had snuck up on him, wielding a sword. Ramonda was thrown to the floor, as Klaw went on a monologue. "Not many people are able to get this close without me noticing. You did okay, child. But your luck ends here." He said and began combating Shuri.

"Now then," T'Challa said, turning his attention back to Killmonger, who was standing back up, with his face covered in blood. "Where were we?"

Meanwhile, at the other side of the city, Atomic Skull coming to it. "Son of a bitch," He cussed. He then notice a bunch of guns being aimed at him by Wakandan security guards. "Please," He said, mockingly, and unleashed a radioactive wave which turned the guards to ash.

"Hold it!" One man in a lab coat shouted. Atomic Skull stood up, and noticed he was in a reactor room of some kind. "You cannot cause havoc around here! You might blow up the reactor!" The scientist cried.

"Reactor?" Atomic Skull said, curiously and looked behind him, what indeed did look like a reactor of some kind.

"That machine powers all of Wakanda. But it's also very unstable. The smallest ricochet could cause a meltdown that could blow up half of South Africa," The scientist told Skull.

"Really," Atomic Skull said, seeming very intrigued. "Thanks for sharing," He said and approaching the reactor.

"What're you doing?" The scientist asked in horror. "Get away from there!" He shouted, but got blasted for it, killing him instantly. This made everyone else flee in terror. Atomic Skull then punches through the reactor and seemingly begins to absorb the energy within it. He lets out a pleasure moan from it.

Back outside, Bacura is shoved onto a wall, looking exhausted. Felines are ambush predators. They were not meant for drawn out combats and will burn out quickly. Even a brute like Bacura is no exception. T-Rex Garfield then tackles Bacura, smashing her through the wall. On the other side of the building, Okoye and Madam Slay are still fighting, with Slay pressing her spikes onto Okoye's spear, and the latter pushing back, both girls sneering at each other. Their fight was interrupted however, when a green T-Rex and a giant jaguar smashed through the buildings. The two were accidentally dragged along as T-Rex Garfield pushed Bacura into a large glass wall, which lead into the entrance of the underground railway system. They smash through the wall leading into the tunnels, and slides down an wall that was on at an angel.

Coincidentally enough, Batman and Grim Reaper were passing by on the cart they were fighting on. Batman landed a few good solid hits, but Grim Reaper knocked him to the floor, close to over the edge of the cart. Grim Reaper got on top of Batman, and began pressing his head closer to the rails, while Batman was struggling. That's when T-Rex Garfield and Bacura fell from above and onto the carts, throwing them all of balance, and sent Batman and Grim Reaper flying. Luckily for Batman, he had his handy dandy Bat-grappling hook, which he shot and caught the edge of the railway. As for Grim Reaper, he sunk his cybernetic scythe into the rock wall, keeping himself from falling.

Garfield had turned into a bird, but Bacura fell into the abyss, roaring in horror. Garfield landed on a rock, reverted back to human form and listened when there was a thud down in the dark, which silenced the beast.

Back up on the wall, Madam Slay had avoided falling into the abyss, when the straps of her bikini bottoms got caught on a piece of iron that stuck out. However, now she was dangling for dear life, and she screamed when she came to it and saw the dark deep beneath her feet and hands.

"Well, well, well," Okoye said, as she had landed on a walkway. She stood there, arms crossed and a nonchalant look on her face. "Just hanging around are we?"

"Spare me the puns," Slay hissed Okoye, as she was sweating from the strain of the wedgie. "Don't you think I'm hurting enough as it is?"

"Hm … no," Okoye replied, looking slightly amused. Suddenly, there the sound of ripping. Madam Slay looked up and noticed to her horror that her bottoms were ripping. "Looks like someone should've gone on a diet."

"Oh shut up and help me!" Slay spat, while staying perfectly still.

Okoye cleared her throat and asked, "Why?"

"Because I will fall," Slay told her.

"Saves me a lot of trouble," Okoye replied.

"Don't you have a code of honor?" Madam Slay asked in desperation. "Are you really just gonna let someone die?"

"Do I look like Superman to you?" Okoye asked.

"You heartless bitch!" Slay spat, just before there was one last rip, and she began falling. She screamed in horror as she descendent into the dark cold empty abyss. Luckily for her, a wire was shot at her and wrapped around her ankle. As she was hanging upside down, she looked up and saw her savior was Batman, who had made it back up, and began pulling her to safety.

But then, they heard a laugh. "Oh, this is just perfect." Grim Reaper said, as he approached Batman, snickering sinisterly, with nothing on his mind than to chop Batman into pieces.

"No, you idiot! If you kill him, I'll fall!" Madam Slay shouted.

"What's your point?" Grim Reaper asks, coldly. He raised his scythe, about to deliver the killing blow. But Batman managed to hold onto the wire with one hand, as he used the other to quickly grab a Batarang and toss it onto Reaper's scythe. It electrocuted him, causing the villain to cry out in pain, before falling to the floor, unconsciously.

Madam Slay sighs with relief. Batman begins pulling her back up again. But then, some piece of rubble from the train crash fell and hits Batman in the back. He lets out a grunt of pain, and Madam Slay cries out in horror as she falls yet again. This time however, she's caught in some large green talons, wrapped around her waist. Garfield had taken the form of a Quetzalcoatlus. An extinct flying reptile the size of a giraffe.

Having seen Garfield had saved Madam Slay, Batman subdued Grim Reaper by removing his cybernetic and bounding him. After Garfield lands, Batman walks right over to her and cuffs her. Garfield turns back to human form, and Slay turns her head towards her savior and gives him a hateful glare.

"You'll pay for this! I swear, someday I will make you pay!" She spat, much to Garfield's surprise.

"My bad," Garfield said, hands raised and one eyebrow raised. "I won't save your life next time you fall then."

"Not that, you moron!" Madam Slay spat, and went on. "You killed Bacura! You killed my poor baby. I swear, I will make you suffer the way I've suffered!" She spat, and then began sobbing over her loss.

Garfield sighs shamefully. He looks up at Batman and says "I didn't mean to kill her, you know. How was I suppose to know what was behind that wall? She wasn't evil. She was just an animal. A victim of a sick experiment and forced into a war by some mad people." He said, tearing up.

Batman places a hand on his shoulder, and tells him, "I've made similar mistakes myself. I know how it feels." He said, thinking back to when Clayface fell into the ocean. Sure, he came back. But Batman though he had died back then. "But we cannot sit here and dwell on any of it. The battle is not over. People still need us."

"Right," Garfield said, wiping his eyes. "Come on then," He said and lifted Madam Slay to her feet.

Back on the surface, Hulk came out of the rubble he had been sent into. He shakes his head, before jumping back into action. When he arrived, he saw Juggernaut had caught the aircraft that fired on him. He tossed it into the apartment, as when the family from before made it out of the exit. They all screamed in terror. A large section of the wall began crumbling and the metal wall descendent on them. Hulk saw this and sprinted towards them. The mother embraced her children, for the last time she thought. But death didn't come. The three of them opened their eyes and looked up, and saw that the Hulk had saved them.

"Run," He told the family, and they did as they were told. Hulk tossed the metal wall aside, and was suddenly caught in a chook hold by Juggernaut from behind. Juggernaut wrapped his arm around Hulk's neck, and held on tight, slowly squeezing the life out of him. Hulk struggled to get free, much to Juggernaut's amusement.

"Everything people have been saying about you is true," Juggernaut said. "You really have gone soft," He hissed, while Hulk kept trying to break free. "Why did you save those people? Are you trying to be some kind of a hero? Well, let me give you a reality check. Those people that you try to protect … they think you're more of a monster than me!" Juggernaut shouted with a smirk.

Hulk managed to slip his hand between Juggernaut's arm and his neck and began breaking himself free. He jerked forward, swinging Juggernaut over his head and onto the ground. Hulk threw his fist at Juggernaut, but the latter moved out of the way and got back up. Hulk tried punching him again, but Juggernaut block the fist with his right palm, and pressed back. Hulk growled in pain. Juggernaut then landed a few direct hits, with the last one sending Hulk flying into a wall. Hulk fell to the floor, barely conscious. Juggernaut walked over to him, picking up a thick chain. He stepped on Hulk's back and began choking him with the chain. Hulk struggled to remove the chain as he couldn't get any air.

"You're gonna die here, Hulk." Juggernaut went on a monologue. "And afterwards I'm gonna pay that bitch of yours a visit. What was her name? Betty was it?" He asked with a sinister grin, and Hulk felt rage fueling his entire being at that. "I wasn't going to make this personal. But now that you've pist me of, I'm gonna rip her half." Hulk became angrier the more he spoke. His eyes began glowing jaded green. "She's gonna die because of you. I'm coming for her. And there's not a god damn thing you can do about it!" He spat. "So much for being the strongest one there is." He mocked.

Something inside of Hulk snapped. He managed to grab a grip in the chain and began pulling. If it wasn't made out of vibranium, it would've been destroyed. Hulk began steaming as well. He was literally steaming from anger. Juggernaut was taken by surprised by this new found strength. Hulk began standing up. Juggernaut just could restrain him anymore. Hulk finally knocked Juggernaut of his back, letting out a massive roar which sent such a shockwave it broke every window of each building within the vicinity.

Juggernaut hit the ground, several yards away. But he was not done yet. "Cute," He said, looking unimpressed. "But nothing can stop the Juggernaut. Do you hear me, Hulk!? NOTHING!" He shouted and began charging the Hulk again.

Hulk roared, eyes now glowing and his whole body steaming. He charged the Juggernaut like a gorilla and the two collided in the middle. Juggernaut threw heavy punches at Hulk's face, breaking his jaw and his skull. They quickly healed however, due to the power boost. Hulk roared and with one punch, sent Juggernaut flying across the city. The punch was so hard, it knocked Juggernaut's helmet of.

Back in the palace, T'Challa and Killmonger has taken their fight out into the balcony.

"So then," T'Challa said. "I take it you had Klaw interfere with our last fight. The pain I felt in my head was Klaw, wasn't it? He used his sonic emitter on me, so that you would have the upper hand."

"And I thought Batman was the detective," Killmonger said, sarcastically.

"You are a coward with no honor," T'Challa told Eric.

"Oh, I disagree. I have honor. The honor of killing you." Eric spat and attacked. As the two fought, exchanging blows and dodging and blocking, Eric went on a rant. "Do you know what I went through after T'Chaka murdered my father?! The abusive foster parents that never wanted me, the bullies at school who beat me up every day and all the crimes I was forced to commit just to survive! I wanted to kill Klaw for stealing my revenge from me. But I knew he was of better use to me alive for my plans."

"Eric, what even are your plans. It couldn't possibly be just about revenge. Or you really that blinded by your hate and anger?" T'Challa asked.

"You really wanna know?" Eric asked. "No point in telling a dead man. But I think I will anyways." He said and began to monologue. "For thousands of years, Africa was a continent of savages living mud huts. Except for one small corner where civilization thrived. This corner where we are right now. Yet your ancestors did nothing to end the misery of your own people. Instead you allowed white settlers and colonizers to influence the continent. For hundreds of years, the people of Africa marauded, raped, murdered and enslaved each other. Then there was the American slave trade, where the people sold their own to the Americans. What's really sad about that is that the continent's economy flourished during those times. They profit from the slave trade more than the Americans did. It sickens me to the core that Wakanda had the technology to end it, yet they did nothing!" He spat, kicking T'Challa onto the rampart, and pressed his arm onto his cousin's neck and began punching him as he went on.

"Africa owes its technology and civilization to the white man, when it should've been Wakanda." He spat. "And then when the same people who gave our people their technology once again influenced these lands, it forced our people back into poverty. Still, Wakanda did nothing!" He picked T'Challa up by his shirt and tossed him across the balcony. "Incidents like the Rwandan Genocide, the cannibal Idi Amin rise as a dictator, the endless conflicts, the many earthquakes and droughts which lead famine. While that was going on, you people did nothing but sit back and watched millions suffer and die. You did nothing about. But I will. Or at least I would've." He said while walking over to T'Challa. The two exchanged some more blows, as Eric went on.

"But I was going to do something about. I was going to clench all of Africa from any trace European influence and reshape all of Africa into the most technologically advance continent in the world. Even if it meant by force. And you took that opportunity from me and the people!" Eric spat and tried piercing T'Challa's face with his erected claws. But T'Challa grabbed Eric's hand.

"Your intentions are noble, cousin. But your means are corrupt. That is why I will stop you!" The Black Panther retorted, and then slashed across Eric's chest. If it wasn't for the vibranium suit he was wearing, he would've died. Still, it left a nasty scratch mark.

Meanwhile back inside, Klaw had turned his cybernetic arm into a machine gun and fired on Shuri. She dodges and uses the pillars for cover.

"Come out, come out, little kitty." He tells her with a smirk. "You are good. But not like your father. He would've given me three sets of scars by now."

"Don't you dare speak of my father, monster!" Shuri spat.

That only gave away her location and Klaw fired on the pillar, but Shuri managed to jump out of the way. She leaped from pillar to pillar, making hitting hard, even for a master assassin like Klaw.

"Why are you so angry about me killing your father," Klaw asked after he stopped shooting. "You never knew him. Or your other brother."

"And whose fault is that?!" Shuri spat, blinded with rage, as she rounded a pillar behind Klaw, but she once again underestimated him, as he spun around and took a shot. She barely dodged it and was shot in the arm. She cried out in pain, jumping for cover, holding her wounded arm.

"Like I said. You're not like your father." Klaw taunted

Back with Superman, he's still holding onto the building, his arms shaking. But then an aircraft levitates close enough, with one of the men shouting, "Superman! The whole area has been evacuated! You can let go now!"

The Man of Steel comments, "Thank god," and lets go, flying away as the building collapses, taking out a few more. Superman just levitates in the air for a while, absorbing the sun's rays to replenish his strength.

But then he hears the Hulk roaring. He looks to his left and uses his x-ray vision and zoomed in to see Hulk overpowering the Juggernaut. And it didn't look like Hulk was himself.

"Oh no," Superman said and flew towards the battle.

Juggernaut's face was bloody swollen and he was missing a few teeth, when Hulk punched him to the floor. Hulk sat on top of him, and so Juggernaut did the only he could do when he's facing someone he has no hope of defeating. "Wait, I surrender. Please have mercy!" He begged.

But at his current state, Hulk had as much sense of right from wrong as a dog with rabies. Hulk let out a roar as he pummeled Juggernaut, mercilessly and relentlessly. The onlookers watched in horror. At first they were relieved that the League had come to liberate them of the villains. But as of this moment, they feared the Hulk more than the Juggernaut. Hulk didn't let up. He was hell bent on turning Juggernaut into a pile of smashed meat. "HULK IS STRONGEST THERE IS!" He shouted and continued to pounding. Blood sprayed onto Hulk's vicious looking face with each punch. Until a hand grabbed his arm.

"Enough!" Superman shouted. "Have you gone mad, Hulk?! You're killing him!"

Hulk's response was to backswing his arm, knocking Superman back. The Man of Steel felt that one. He could tell Hulk was stronger than ever before. So he dodged the behemoth when Hulk leaped after him.

Back on the balcony, T'Challa kicked Killmonger in the gut, sending him right through the wall. But then he heard the commotion out in the city, and what he saw broke his heart. The city was on fire, and many buildings were a pile of ruble. He looked down the balcony and saw the battle in the courtyard was over. The Dora Milaje had won. But they had suffered many casualties. Medics had rushed in and were treating the wounded. Many of them were permanently damaged, with some having lost limbs. One had lost her eyes and one had suffered a hit to the head, making her simple. Wakanda's pride and joy, shattered. Wakanda was broken. All because of Eric Killmonger's obsession with revenge.

SLASH!

"AAAAH!" T'Challa cried out in pain when Killmonger snuck up behind him and cut him. 'I can't believe I let my guard down like that.' He thought to himself. He spun around and got a lock grip along with his cousin. "Stop it Eric!" He shouted. "Look," He told Killmonger, gesturing to the burning city. "Is this what you had in mind? Is this the utopia you envisioned? Your actions has only brought upon the misery you ranted about before. Not all civilizations have to be built by someone blood, you know."

"It's … it's too late," Killmonger retorted, clearly feeling guilty about the destruction but put on a face none the less. "I have lost everything, once again. Nothing matters anymore … except killing you!" He spat, and tossed T'Challa over the rampart, but the Black Panther held onto his arm, got a foothold on the ramparts and then pulled Killmonger and tossed him over the edge instead. Eric screamed as he fell, and hit the concrete floor on his back, causing a crater. If it wasn't for his vibranium suit, it would've killed him. T'Challa watched his cousin barely alive, before jumping of the rampart and went back inside.

Klaw continues his game of cat and mouse with Shuri, as the latter keeps on dodging him.

"You're trying my patience," Klaw hissed and decided to shoot the roof, bringing it down. Shuri got buried under the rubble. Klaw began digging through the debris, just to make sure the cat had lost all nine lives. "For a little kitten, you caused me a great deal of trouble." He commented. Suddenly, there was a spear that was flung his way. He spun around and knocked it away, and saw it had been tossed by Ramonda. Klaw raised his gun at her, and she braced herself for death.

But then Shuri jumped out of the ruble, shouting, "No!" Klaw was unable to turn around quick enough before she punched him in the gut, using a pair of paw shaped brace knuckles. They were made from vibranium and therefore delivered an impressive blow. Luckily for Klaw, he was wearing vibranium body armor beneath his clothes, as shown when his shirt was torn.

They two then engaged in close up combat. And while Shuri was a skilled fighter, she was still very young, and inexperienced, while Klaw had earned the title world's deadliest assassin for a reason. He quickly gained the upper hand and kneed Shuri in the gut, grabbed her by her hair and kneed her in the face several times, before tossing her to the floor.

"No!" Ramonda cried, rushing over to her daughter, holding her.

"Aw, how sweet." Klaw said, mockingly, as he took aim at the two. "Mother and daughter dying side by side. It almost brings a tear to my eye." He said with a sinister grin and was about to take the shot.

But then he noticed too late, T'Challa charging at him. Klaw got déjà vu from what was happening. T'Challa was moving like T'Chaka when he charged Klaw. The latter spun around as fast as he could to take the shot. But T'Challa was too close, and with a pair of vibranium daggers, he took a swing and chopped Klaw's arms clean of, including his cybernetic.

"Are you fucking kidding me!?" He shouted.

T'Challa then kicked Klaw, knocking him all the way through the window, which sent him falling into the palace swimming pool. Klaw came out of the water, struggling to stay up. But with heavy vibranium armor and no hands, it was very difficult. He saw T'Challa standing by the broken window.

"I'll kill you!" Klaw shouted. "I swear, I will fucking kill you!"

Shuri and Ramonda went over to T'Challa. "Are you two alright?" He asked them, and they assured him they were fine. Although, Shuri still had a hole in her arm and her nose was broken. "Shuri, you need go the medical facility, right now."

"I'm fine, brother." Shuri insisted.

"Right now!" He said sternly, and jumped out the window.

Superman is having difficulties with Hulk, who keeps charging him. But Superman dodges each punch while trying to talk some sense into him.

"Hulk, stop it! This isn't you!" He shouted, but Hulk didn't listen. He kept throwing punches which Superman dodged. This however only seemed to anger Hulk further, as he was getting frustrated. "Hulk! You're acting like a monster! But you aren't one! Your enemies are monsters! But not you! No matter what people has said about you in the past, you've always done the right thing. You're not a monster! You're a hero! But most importantly, you're my friend!"

That seemed to have reached Hulk a little, as he stopped for a second. But then went back on his rampage. Superman decided to try something else.

"Kill me if you want." He said, and then stood his ground. "I will not fight you. If this is who you think you are, then so be it. But ask yourself, is this the man Betty fell in love with?!" He shouted.

Now the Hulk stopped in full, standing right in front of Superman with his fist held high, ready to hit him. Hulk's started to breathe more steadily. His steaming died down. His eyes began to revert back to normal. He grabbed his own fist and brought it down. He dropped to his knees and took deep breaths to calm down. Hulk felt like he had just woken up from a nightmare when he was finally coming to his senses. He looks at his fists, which were still covered in Juggernaut's blood. He looks up at Superman, who is relieved he was able to snap Hulk out of his rampage.

"I …" Hulk began, shaking and stuttering, feeling immense shame of himself. "I could've killed him." He said with realization.

"Yes," Superman replied with a nod. "Murder is one of the worst crimes you can commit. Only a monster would do such a thing. Always remember who you are Hulk. And not what everyone says you are." He told his friend and helped Hulk to his feet.

Back at the palace, as the sun was setting, T'Challa has taken a poll with one of the Wakandan banners on it and uses it to push Klaw under water. The assassin is unable to do much about it without his hands, but he manages to get up and shout, "You're evil! You're the devil!"

"You deserve a far worse fate than this," T'Challa told Klaw as he kept pushing his head underwater with the pole. But suddenly, Batman snatches the pole from him.

"That is enough!" The Dark Knight spat. Behind him was Garfield, who placed the restrained Madam Slay and Grim Reaper on the floor. Batman is about to pull Klaw out of the water, but T'Challa stops him. "He'll drown!" Batman spat.

"He deserves to die!" T'Challa spat back.

"That's not up for you to decide," Batman hissed.

"He killed my father. He killed my brother. Do you think I'll let you deny my revenge?" T'Challa spat.

"So you wanna be a man of vengeance just like your cousin?" Batman asked, and T'Challa's eyes widen. Thinking back to what Eric had done and the destruction that came with it as a result of his anger. How irrational he had become because he let his hatred consume him. The Black Panther found himself calming down as he realized he was becoming the monster he had fought to liberate his kingdom of.

T'Challa pushed Batman aside, and went for Klaw. He reached out, grabbed him by the shoulders of his shirt and pulled him out of the water.

Batman didn't show it. But he was pleased that T'Challa choose justice over vengeance. Especially when he saw T'Challa pull out a strap of some kind, wrap it around Klaw's severed arm to stop t he bleeding.

Klaw had enough strength left in him to look at T'Challa and tells him, "You will regret not killing me when you had the chance."

"You will face Wakandan justice," T'Challa told him. "It is you who will be the regretful one."

"Batman!" Garfield cried out as he walked over to the two, carrying both Madam Slay and Grim Reaper over his shoulders. "Why do I have to carry both these guys? They're heavy. I know I can turn into a pack mule. But geez!"

"It's impolite to call a woman heavy, you brat." Madam Slay growled.

"Well, you've just declared yourself my mortal enemy. So I'm feeling no qualms about it." Garfield retorted and set the two down.

Ignoring the two, Batman then puts his hand to his earpiece. "This is Batman. Both Killmonger and Klaw have been defeated. How are things on your end?

"Pretty good," Superman said as he arrived with an unconscious Juggernaut. Hulk landed on the ground after taking a leap.

"Jesus Christ. What the hell happened to the Juggernaut?" Garfield asked when Juggernaut was dropped on the ground. Hulk looked distraught, but he didn't let it show. Although Batman noticed his reaction.

"The mound is secure as well," Iron-Man said, as he descended with a tied up Black Knight in his hands.

Wasp was in normal size as she was riding Black Knight's Pegasus, though she had a little difficulty, since she's not used to horse. "Wow, easy boy." She said, soothingly.

"Aw, cool. A Pegasus." Garfield said and nearly sprinted over to the winged horse. "I wonder if I can turn into one."

"All the AIM personals have been taken into custody as well," Iron-Man said.

"Then there's one last lose end to tie up," Superman said and took to the air, leaving most people confused.

"Captain, all villains has been apprehended. Where are you?" Batman spoke into his earpiece.

Somewhere else in the city, where the street lights had turned on after the sun set, Cap and Batroc had taken their fight away from the palace. Both men were bruised and panting. "Still kind of busy." Steve replied into his earpiece. "Did you say all villains have been beaten?" He asked, and then nodded. "It's over Batroc," He told the mercenary. "Killmonger and Klaw are defeated. So's the rest of your team."

"Pity," Batroc said, and straightened himself out. "And he had offered me so much money to. Oh well. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose." He said while dusting himself of. "Arevoir, capitaine." He said, politely, bowing respectfully and turned and ran.

"Hold it!" Steve shouted and tossed his shield. Batroc spun around and kicked the shield into the air. Cap jumped into the air, grabbed the shield and went after Batroc. "You really think I'm gonna let you go?!" He shouted as he chased after Batroc.

"No. but you're welcome to try." Batroc replied as he ran.

But suddenly, all the lights went out.

Back at the city reactor, Skull had finished absorbing every ounce energy in the reactor. And it had made him three times bigger than he was.

"Yes," He said, delightfully. "Yes," He said louder. Some Wakandan soldiers burst into the reactor room and fired on him. These were the same guns that knocked him back before. But this time he didn't even notice them. "YES!" He shouted and lets out a massive burst of energy. It incinerated the soldiers and vaporized the building.

Superman arrived in time to see firsthand the massive burst of green energy shoot into the sky like a pillar of light.

Back at the palace, when all villains were about to be taken away, the heroes saw in awe and disbelief the burst of light go up into the sky, blowing away the clouds.

"Now what?!" Wasp cried out.

While everyone was distracted by this, no one noticed Madam Slay had managed to undo the cuff on her wrists and slip away, into the garden bushes.

Captain America and Batroc also saw the burst of light.

"Seems like there's another crisis at hand, capitaine." Batroc said. "You can either go over there and help people, or you can continue chasing me. It's up to you."

"This isn't over yet." Cap told Batroc, before turning to run towards the source of the light.

"Somehow, I believe it isn't." Batroc said with a smile, while watching Captain America run to the aid of others, like he always does. Batroc then turned to flee the country while he still could

Superman covered his eyes until the light cleared. He looked down and saw Atomic Skull, standing there, bigger and meaner than before. The villain notice him and said, "Round two," he said and shot a radioactive blast at Superman, knocking him away, and Superman could tell the difference in the power of this blast compared to the previous one.

Superman hit the floor, and Atomic Skull landed on top of him. He began pounding Superman's face, relentlessly.

Iron-Man was the first to arrive on scene. "Back of, bastard." He told Skull and flew in. He tackled Skull to get him of off Superman, pushing him into the nearest building. Iron-Man was then sent flying out of the hole he made by a green radioactive blast.

Atomic Skull jumped out of the hole, but was then hit by Wasp's zaps. "What're you trying to do? Tickle me to death?"

"Nope. Distract you." Wasp replied, and Skull was then sucker punched on the side by a massive green fist.

Hulk roared and started punching Atomic Skull, until he grabbed Hulk's fist and applied pressure, and blasted Hulk away. Superman flew in and landed a couple of punches. Skull threw his own punch, but Superman dodged and punched Skull in the gut, but it hardly fazed him. He opened his mouth and spewed atomic energy on Superman, sending him flying. Skull was then tackled from behind by a triceratops. He turned around when Garfield turned into an ankylosaurus and whacked Skull across the face with his clubbed tail. Of course, that did nothing, and he grabbed Garfield's tail and tossed him around the streets. Garfield reverted back to human form and was on all four as he struggled to get back up. Skull shot an atomic blast at Garfield, but luckily Captain America arrived, jumped in front of Garfield and shielded the both of them from the blast.

"Thanks," Garfield said to Cap.

"Get up, soldier. Fight's not over." Steve simply replied.

"Jarvis," Iron-Man spoke to his AI. "Send the Hulk Buster Armor to my location."

"Very well sir," Jarvis replied.

In space was a Stark Enterprise satellite. And from the satellite, five objects were launched. They entered the atmosphere and headed straight for Wakanda. They arrived in just a few short minutes and latched onto Iron-Man, revealing these five large machines were mechanical body parts. Two arms, two legs and one torso, which attached to the armor Tony was already wearing. The torso formed an oval version of the Iron-Man armor over his head.

Hulk looked at Tony with suspicion. "Hulk Buster Armor?" He asked with a growl.

"I built this before I knew you were a good guy. Stop shaming me." Tony quickly said and then launched himself at the Atomic Skull.

"Whatever," Hulk retorted with a solemn expression.

"Hey, baldy!" Tony shouted at Atomic Skull, who knocked back the heroes. "Pick on someone your own size!" He tackled Skull began pounding him. Skull just let out a burst of energy, making Iron-Man back away. But he had his mechanical feet latch onto the floor, scrapping the concrete. The energy wave was powerful enough that it was felt throughout several city blocks, killing over a hundred people.

Captain America, Garfield and Wasp survived by taking cover behind a rock. "Damn! How do you stop that thing?!" Garfield shouted.

"Skull, stop it!" Superman shouted. "You're killing a lot of people!"

"Didn't bother me before, and it don't bother me now either." Skull hissed and shot at Superman. But he dodged it and flew in for an attack. Skull was about to counter attack, but was bounced by the Hulk, followed the Iron-Man, and the two teamed up with Superman to knock him out. They practically took turns punching him, as each punch sent him towards one another. It was almost comical. "Enough!" Skull shouted and shot atomic blasts from both his fists and his mouth at the three of them. "You think you can stop me as I am now? I'm unstoppable now!"

"I've heard it before." Hulk said and attacked once again.

Skull raised his hand and shot at Hulk, but this time Hulk stood his ground, and began pushing back. Skull got worried when he saw the green behemoth slowly advancing on him. He raised both arms and fired an atomic blast twice as powerful. He found himself struggling, as did the Hulk. The two seemed evenly matched. Skull was beginning to grunt as much as he was struggling.

"Nothing's that powerful," He said in disbelief. Hulk got closer and closer. "This is impossible! I'm the stronger one there is!" Skull spat. Suddenly, a large green hand came out of the atomic flames and grabbed Skull by his throat.

"You sure about that?" Hulk asked with a grin, and then punched him so hard, it sent the villain flying.

Iron-Man flew into the air, and brought both fists down, sending him to the ground, where Superman was standing. He punched Atomic Skull, sending him back into the air, and Superman flew after him, punching continually, sending him further and further into the air. He then spun around and tossed Skull away from the city, and into a really large lake. The lake vaporized in less than a minute, and after all the water was gone, Skull had cooled off, reverting him back to his original form. Superman landed in front of the half conscious Atomic Skull. He glared down on the murderous villain, and held his fist. He gritted his teeth. He was shaking with anger. Anger over how this monster killed those innocent people without so much a hint of remorse. And that's when Superman remembered what he told Hulk. Only monsters murder people. He regained his senses.

Morning came, and the heroes had been allowed to spend the night at the palace, having been given rooms. Garfield looked at the scars he had received from Bacura in the mirror. They were so bad, he needed stitches. He sighed at the sight, then picked up his shirt and put it on. He entered the throne room, where everyone had already gathered.

"Are you serious?" T'Challa asked a guard who was delivering some bad news.

"Very serious, my king." The guard replied.

"What's going on?" Garfield asked.

"Garfield," Janet said, with concern. "How're your wounds?"

"I don't even feel them. But chicks do dig a man with scars, so there's a plus side." He said, putting on a face. "Now what has everyone up in alert?"

"Killmonger has escaped," Superman replied. "Madam Slay slipped away during the commotion Atomic Skull started, broke into the hospital during the night and busted him out."

"Jesus Christ," Garfield groaned, remembering that Slay swore revenge upon him.

"How many men has been sent out to search for them?" T'Challa asked.

"One hundred men and twelve of our remaining aircrafts;" The guard replied.

"Send out another hundred and all our remaining aircrafts," T'Challa ordered and the guard complied. Afterwards, the king turned to the heroes. "I could've never have liberated Wakanda without you." He told them. "We are forever in your depot."

"We're just doing our jobs, your highness." Captain America replied.

"And now I will do mine. Something I should've done a long time ago." T'Challa said, and everyone looked confused.

Later, T'Challa addressed the nation, from the balcony where he had defeated Killmonger. Behind him stood Ramonda and Shuri, as well as Okoye and a couple of Dora Milaje, standing guard. At the corner stood the League and Garfield.

"Citizens of Wakanda, my brothers and sisters," He cried out, getting their full attention. "What happened yesterday is proof that we are not as strong as we thought we were. An evil man, blinded by his rage, was able to take over this proud nation. And the result was the near destruction of our kingdom, and the deaths of hundreds of our own. Many have received permanent injuries. Some have received permanent head trauma, making them simple. The crisis yesterday has shown me that we need to abandon our old ways. Changes have to be made in order to prevent something like this will ever happen again. For start, we have been living in isolation for too long. Yes, outsiders caused us so much pain. But outsiders also save us. We have been irrationally paranoid towards the outside world. But it ends now. We are the most technologically advanced country in the world. We can do so much good to this world if we share it. The process will be slow, and maybe even dangerous. But some risks are worth taking for the greater good. And it starts today. First we will rebuild our country. And then we will join the United Nations. And I will continue to rule as you king, if you will continue to have me."

One of the citizens spoke for many when she said, "Hail, King T'Challa! Our one and only king!"

"Hail King T'Challa!" The crowd cheered.

T'Challa was pleased to hear still had his people's love and respect. "I don't know what future awaits our proud nation. But I do not fear it. For will have powerful friends and allies to help us along the way. And we will return the favor." He said and they all cheered. "Wakanda has stood for 5000 years. And it will stand until the last days of humanity! Wakanda forever!"

"Wakanda forever!" The crowed repeated and cheered.

Afterwards, T'Challa approached the League.

"Fine speech," Tony said. "Couldn't have made up one better myself."

"I can count on you should Wakanda ever face a crisis ever again, yes?" T'Challa asked. He knew he could. But he had to ask anyways.

"Of course," Superman said. "In fact, we want you to join as an honorary Justice Leaguer." He said, extending his hand.

T'Challa was taken aback a little by this offer, but then smiled and said, "I would be honored to continue fighting alongside you." He said and shakes Superman's hand.

"So will I," Garfield exclaim, think that just because he fought alongside the League, he was League material. "What should I call myself? How does Beast Boy sound to you guys?"

"Sorry son," Captain America said, putting a hand on his shoulder. "You're too young to join the Justice League."

"Aw," Garfield sighed, hanging his head in disappointment.

"There's always the Teen Titans," Janet suggested.

Later on, everyone was heading for the Javelin, which had already been repaired. Much to Tony's jealousy. But as everyone was walking towards the jet, they notice a lot of people looking wearily at them.

"What's with them?" Janet wondered. "We saved them yesterday. So why are they suddenly so afraid of us?"

"It's not you they're afraid of," Hulk told her, as he could tell which one it was they were looking at. He has seen that look a lot in his time. Janet wanted to give Hulk some comfort, but Batman held her back, arguing no words of comfort will help.

But then, to everyone's surprise, a couple of children ran up to Hulk, completely unafraid of him. "Hulk," One of them cried out cheerfully. "Thanks for saving us yesterday. You're awesome." He said with a beaming child like smile, leaving the Hulk speechless. Indeed these were the children he saved from being crushed yesterday.

Their mother walked over to them and grabbed Hulk massive hand with both her hands. "You saved my life and the lives of my children. Thank you Hulk." She said, sincerely.

Hulk snapped out of his surprise and formed a slight smile. "You're welcome." He said and then continued towards the jet. The others also smiled, glad to see Hulk was finally beginning to receive the recognition he deserved.

"It's a start." Superman said.

Inside the, everyone took a seat. All except the Hulk, who was too big, and had to sit on the floor. Garfield tried to take a seat, but with the scars on his back, found it difficult to lean back.

"Are you sure these are the coordinates to your home, Garfield?" Tony asked.

"Yup. I wouldn't forget." Garfield replied, looking miserable.

"There's nothing out there but a savannah and a large mountain." Tony told him.

"Trust me," Gar said. "There's something more out there. Can't say anything else beyond that."

"If you say so," Tony replied, but then the whole league received a call. "Just a sec." Tony said. "Yes, J'onn … What do you mean Central City has disappeared?"

(Me as I dangle from a cliff) Oh shit! Cliffhanger! And yes. The Flash centered episode "The Brave And The Bold" has been moved to earlier in the season. That is going to be the next chapter/episode. And since we'll be moving onto that story right away, there won't be any after credit scenes just yet. That'll be saved until after the next chapter/episode. And it won't just be Flash centered, as it will also explore the origin of the JLA Garfield Logan. Stay tuned for the next chapter/episode. Meanwhile, I gotta try and get my ass of this cliff. I'm hanging right next to the cast of Avengers: EMH.

(Wasp) We've been hanging on this cliff since 2012! Will they just reboot the show already?! Nobody ever like Avengers: Assembled anyways!

(Cuts back to me, as I have a deadpan expression) We all feel the same way, Janet. We really do …
