Chapter 13 – Casino Chaos

The sun rose over the mountain peak, birds began to rise and fly and the light of the sun shined through the caves on the mountain were the young adults slept, across in another cave, Goten felt the sun's raise hit his eyes and he began to stir, his eyes grudgingly opening as the memories of the night before flooded his mind, he let a smile creep up onto his lips, a first proper smile he hadn't felt in a very long time. He turned to his side only to see his ex-not there, he looked around and saw she was already awake and straightening out the clothes she had quickly put on and began to tighten her shoes.

'Hey' he called out as she kept her back turned from him and responded politely

'Hey' she responded

'So….'

'So…' Yeah. It was awkward

'Last night…. It…'

'It was a mistake' Bulla said

'I….'

'Look Goten, you have a girlfriend'

'surpiresed you care'

'Well you should! She is the only person you should do this with! We shouldn't have happened, if you truly care for her then you should be with her.'

'But I want you!'

'No you don't! you just think you do!'

'I think I know what I want!'

'Well I don't want you! I never want you again and I will not be involved in anything like this again!'

'So what this meant nothing to you!?' Goten asked, Bulla sighed and had to safe herself from any pain and kept a stern look of her face.

'It meant nothing!'

'So you don't…' Goten lowered his head

'What?' she asked

'Love me?' he finished as she sighed

'No. I don't love you, I never loved you and I don't love you now' She said, she felt her insides cry when she said that but she had to save herself from any pain of getting hurt by him again

'Okay, I understand' He said

'Look let's just go back to the cave to the others, we don't want them getting suspicious' Bulla said and went to walk out of the cave

'Bulla….!' Goten called as she stopped in her tracks, still her back turned to him, she couldn't bring herself to look at him, it was just hurt too much 'For what it's worth…... I'll never forget what happened here, thank you' He said as she nodded and walked out the cave. Goten sighed hard and sat back down and lowered his head into his hands, what had he done? He broke Bulla's heart when he cheated with Paris! Now he's cheated on Paris with Bulla?! He felt… he was surprised, he thought he's be feeling so guilty for going behind Paris' back, but he didn't. not like how heartbroken he felt after hurting Bulla. For once, he felt no shame, because he wanted her, he wanted Bulla. But did she want him? He gave out a sigh, boy he'd wish he could talk to Gohan and his dad about now. Speaking of which, he could think about this once his family was home safely. He packed up the stuff and left the cave back to the others, Marron was cooking the breakfast sandwiches, Pan was tending to Uub's injury as Trunks sat with Bulla who was just gazing at the fire. Hey eyes locked with his as he gave her a small smile as did, she, Trunks noticed the look and had suspicion something happened.

'MORNING BABY!' Paris jumped into Goten's arms as he returned the hug giving her a small smile

'You okay buddy?' Goten asked Uub

'Better then yesterday anyway' He answered

'Can you walk?'

'yeah!'

'Good! Then we better get moving' Goten said

'Someone's keen to make a move' Marron smiled

'Our families are in danger so excuse me I don't just want to sit around!' he snapped as the others looked at him

'Woah! Calm down Goten!' Trunks said frowning

'sorry!' he apologised

'But he's right, we better get going you guys'

'What does the radar say?' Bulla asked as Marron grabbed it and pressed it

'*sigh* it's saying its 3000 miles from here, its gonna take us a few hours to get there, even with flying.'

'Then let's go!' Pan said packing her bag.

'Right! One more guys! One more dragon ball, then we're one step closer to our families' Bulla said as the others nodded

'Then we better move' Trunks said as they all took off. 6 dragon balls, 1 more to go

By the time the kids reached to where the radar was telling them to go, they landed down in a big city, they realised they landed in front of a giant Casino! With lights shining around it and limos puling up and people walking inside, it looked like a very busy area.

'Woah!' Uub gasps

'This place is huge!' Pan exclaimed

'Now this is what I'm talking about' Paris smirked

'Okay let's go!' Trunks said as they walked up to the casino only to be stopped by a couple of bouncers

'Sorry, you can't come in here' one said

'What?' The kids asked

'This is a casino, do you think we're just gonna let a bunch of kids come in here, now get lost you're holding up the line' the other said as the kids moved to one side

'Well that was a no go' Uub huffed

'But what are we gonna do?' Marron asked

'We have to get in somehow' Pan said

'Yeah but how, we already tried' Goten said

'Yeah but look at us, would you let someone dressed like us walk into a place like that' Bulla asked the kids looked at themselves, they were dress way too casual for an event like that

'Okay so we just find new attire' Trunks suggested as they all walked around the town till they came across a mall. They walked in as the boys went to grab their suits, and Trunks went to grab some money from a cash dispenser, if they were gonna go into a casino, they had to look the part, Meanwhile the girls scouted on all the dresses as bulla leaned against a wall not looking

'Bulla what are you doing?' Pan asked

'I'll wait outside while you're in there, I don't do dresses'

'Oh come on B! you gotta come in, we need all the help we can get with finding the last dragon ball' Marron sighed

'Yeah plus I bet you can rock these casino gowns' Pan winked as Paris snorted

'This kind of attire is way too formal for the likes of you, its no surprise you don't want to find something, you probably know you're no good at pulling this off' Paris smirked as Bulla huffed and looked at the dresses, she walked up the rack and found one dress, actually not that bad. She grabs a pair of heels and walks into the changing rooms, followed by Marron as Pan tried on some shoes. Looking at Paris and wondering what on earth was it that Goten saw in her!

Eventually the guys walked into the women's department already dressed in their attire, Trunks wore a black suit with a bowtie, his hair combed to the side and a pair of black Shoes, he kept a wallet of money on his person ready to look the part. Uub walked in wearing a grey suit, he didn't wear a tie but didn't do up the two top buttons of his white shirt, his grey jacket over the white shirt and grey trousers and a pair of black shoes. And Goten walked in wearing a burgundy suit. A white blouse, with a long black tie and burgundy jacket and matching trousers and black shoes, with his hair combed to the side also, he looked very sexy.

'Girls you ready?' Trunks called out

'Well I am' Pan said coming out of the changing room and her hair straightened down flowing behind her shoulders, she wore black eyeliner across her eyelids and black mascara along with a dark shade of pink lipstick. Uub gazed on her dress and couldn't help but smirk. Her dress was a Black & Pink Mikado lined down dress, the details of it being a Sleeveless dress with a Sweetheart neckline, Column skirt with front slit. Hidden back zipper with hook-and-eye closure. And her shoes were a dark Pink coloured heels. She looked very beautiful.

'Damn Baby' Uub grinned as she walked over to him

'glad you like it' She grinned as they shared a kiss as Trunks and Goten smiled

'Oh, Goten hope you're ready for meeeeeeee' Paris called as she came out of the changing rooms also. Admittingly she did look nice, her hair was placed in a messy bun and golden earrings, her make was far too much, too much eye shadow, too much eyeliner, too much blush and way too much lipstick! And her dress was an a-line silhouette, scoop neckline with straps and lace up back Red dress, a floor length silk satin skirt with thigh-high slit with matching Red high heels.

'You look great Paris' Goten complimented as she pulled him into an aggressive kiss, Trunks looked away as Goten pulled away giving her a weak smile

'Okay I'm ready' Marron came out and Trunks' Jaw dropped to the ground, Maron walked out wearing a pair of strappy black heels showing off her toes, her hair was placed in a high ponytail and her face was touched up with a bit of black eye shadow and mascara along with Naked lipstick, And her dress was Very…. Tight, it was Stylish short Black shiny leather fitted dress. It's made of shiny and stretchy fabric, has a flattering cross over V-neck and long sleeves. She looked amazingly Hot, And Trunks found himself Purring immensely as she walked over to him, teasing him by straightening out his jacket and tie.

'You like what you see?' She asked in a seductive manner as he nodded, lost any words to speak.

'You look amazing' he drooled as she winked

'Well you'll need a beautiful woman on your arm when you walk in there, you gotta look the part'

'Still…. You look amazing' He responded as she smiled

'Bulla you ready?' Pan called

'I don't know about this' She responded

'Come on you'll be fine, let's go' Marron responded as Bulla walked out of the changing, everyone let their jaws Drop! Bulla stood out over all of them! She was dressed like tomboy 30 minutes ago and now she looked…BEAUTIFUL! Her Hair was let down in frilly curls and her make up was a silver eye shadow with an elegant silver eyeliner, her light blush on her cheeks and Red lipstick, But her dress was a whole different matter, A beautiful silver casino dress that was perfect attire for the casino night, its sexy, backless and comes with a high slit too to flaunt the legs. The gown has a classy low V-neck style in the front followed by a deep sexy back held with a hook style clasp. The back of the casino dress comes with a scoop back tail bone effect making it a head turner dress. The bust and bodice is done in a sharp handpicked black sequins and the body of the dress is made in alternate mosaic effect of gold and black sequin mesh giving the entire gown a glamorous look. She looked Amazing! And Goten couldn't stop staring!

'Jeez Bulla!' Uub gasped

'Yeah you look great B!' Pan smiled as Bulla grinned

'Thanks' She replied as she noticed Goten staring at her, moved a bit of hair from her face and blushed

'GOTEN! STOP STARING AT HER! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO STARE AT ME!' Paris snapped him out of it as he grinned at his girlfriend and gave Bulla a small smile when Paris was not looking, Bulla smiled back and held her head up

'Okay we're ready, let's get moving' She said as Trunks nodded

The crowds were emerging into the Casino as the bouncers let them through one of them turned around and noticed 7 people walking down the street, dressed in amazing attire and strutting their stuff towards the Casino, (You know in movies where badass crew walk down the street in slow-motion while some kickass music is playing in the background, I picture the Song 'Stronger' by Kanye West, and they are looking super hot and cool, try and picture that as you read that last part) Trunks walked up the Bouncer once more, with Marron on his arm and out his wallet and payed his and his friends entry fee and smirked as the bouncer gulped

'Head right in sir' He said as Trunks smirked and put 20 zeni in his pocket

'Thank you, my good man,' He said as they all walked in. the casino was huge several gambling tables and machines, couple of drinking bars and poker game tables. It was the place to be.

'I love casinos! Remember, always separate the eight, not ten, right?' Uub joked

'We did not come bet, remember?' Bulla said

'Cool they have poker, ... 21….' Uub got cut off

'Uub we are not here for fun! We Get the dragonball and go away.' Trunks said

'There it is!' Marron pointed at the VIP table and there it was! The 7th star ball just sitting there! It was too easy

'Huh! Well that was easy' Trunks grinned ant went to grab it only to he stopped by two thugs 'Hey what the hell! Move!' he huffed when a rich man with his wife wearing a green dress stood before him

'What gives you the right to come to my table unannounced Boy?!' He asked

'Oh I'm sorry, My name is Trunks' Trunks introduced himself

'Name's Wolf, this is my wife Dina. Still doesn't answer my question' Wolf huffed

'I'm sorry but you seem to have that ball on your table and I kinda need it'

'Well you can't have it, that Ball is a gift to my wife, so why don't you run along kid' Wolf smirked

'Look please we really need that ball' Marron said

'and I'm telling you I ain't giving it to you, now if you'll excuse me, I have a poker game to attend' He said getiing up

'Poker?' Pan asked

'Yes, we're in a casino sweetheart, people play poker' Wolf huffed and walked away as his wife held the dragonball with her as the kids huffed

'What an ass!' Uub huffed

'Poker….' Trunks wondered

'What?' Bulla asked

'That's it! I'll enter the poker game!'

'What's that gonna achieve?!' Goten asked

'You'll see, I gotta enter it!' Trunk said following Wolf as they made to the gamer area as Trunks was stopped by a bouncer

'Sorry, this is a restricted poker game'

'I know I'm entering the game' Trunks said

'So am i!' Pan also put her foot forward as the others gasped

'Pan can you play?' Trunks asked

'Of course, I work in a club myself, you pick up the game after playing with the staff.'

'Okay we are entering' Trunks said to the bouncer

'The entry fee for this game is 1000 zeni each' He said as Pan gasped

'1000 Zeni!? But that's…' Pan said as she walked off to her boyfriend

'What's wrong?' He asked

'You don't by any chance have 1000 zeni do you?' Pan asked as Trunks walked back to her and slipped the money in her pocket

'Trunks what are you…..?'

I'll pay you're entry, if the two of us are in the game, we have more of a chance of winning for all of us' Trunks said as she nodded as they both paid the bouncer and walked into the VIP lounge where there were another 4 players waiting to play. The others went to sit by the VIP bar and watched from afar, Trunks and Pan found their chairs but were then greeted by the other players

'Evening, name's Hovan' He shook Trunks' hand and greeted Pan as another beautiful woman wearing a sparkly gold dress with flowing ginger hair walked over to them

'I'm Ingrid, a pleasure' She greeted as another guys turned up

'I'm ralph. Best of luck to you both' He said and kissed Pan's hand

'Can we get on please?!' Wolf yelled as he was already sat at the table as the others did so as well, Wolf's wife gave him a tender kiss for gook luck and went to sit down and Wolf gave Trunks an intimidating look. And Marron noticed this and decided to tease, she walked up to the poker table swaying her hips, getting all the men's attention, made her way over to Trunks, wrapped her arms around his shoulders as he turned to look at her as she placed her lips on his making him kiss her passionately, Wolf watched frowning, the kiss lasted a good minute as Marron moved away and mouth good luck to him and swayed away back to the bar as Trunks then smirked back at Wolf as the dealer of the cards stood at the top of the table. He organised the community cards, the game had begun…

An hour had gone By and Ralph had given up and walked! Now it was only five players, Goten and the others watched on, they all seemed confident with the two playing cars. Uub sat with Marron talking her through the game making her understand while Paris was wrapped around Goten's arm

'Paris let go!' He said

'What's the matter with you! I want to snuggle just hold me!' She demanded as he frowned

'Not now I'm watching the game!'

'What's with you Goten! You've been off with me all day! What's the matter with you!' She huffed as Goten just sighed and leaned back in his chair and turned his eyes on Bulla who sat at the bar watching with her leg out its slit crossed legs, drinking a martini, Goten made a small smile, but It quickly turned into a frown when he saw a guy walk over to her and moved a bit closer to listen in.

'Hello Gorgeous!' He winked as she smiled

'Hello' She greeted

'Can I buy you a drink?' he asked

'No thanks'

'I'll buy you one anyway' he said and placed her order in the bar

'Thanks' she said and accepted the drink

'So what are you doing after this then?' he asked

'I have a few plans'

'Could they involve me… and your bed' he winked as she looked at him, Goten panicked, he wanted him to leave her alone, suddenly he felt his neck feel sore, like there was a bruise, when he realised there was a bruise from when Bulla bit down on his neck last night! He casually looked at her neck and saw she had one too! And she was stroking it, its like they both could feel the other…. it was remarkable

'I don't think so sorry, I'm not interested' she turned the guy down as he frowned

'I bought her a goddam drink' he mumbled walking away as Bulla sighed, she didn't think it was right to do that! Why would she feel like that? She looked over at Goten who was dealing with Paris squeezing his arm, she smiled at him softly and continued to watch the poker game

'Read and weep!' Wolf smirked as he placed his cards in front of Pan as she gasped

'No!' She huffed as he had a royal flush over straight in Diamonds Cards are dealt Pan throws her cards in and out of money. Gets up wearily. Gives Trunks a half smile and walks away. It was up to him now, she and ralph were out. ONLY 4 players Now the marathon session taking its toll on the last 4 standing, although Wolf looks confident. Trunks and Wolf preternaturally alert, Infinite and feeling tired, hitting the espressos.

'Big blind now one million zeni' The dealer calls as Trunks puts a million-dollar plaque in, beside him Hovan is already in with the small blind: a $500,000 chip. The community cards are laid down: Ah 6s 8s We see Wolf's hand: Ac 6h. He already Has two pairs. Trunks looks at his hand: 7s and another low spade. Possible flush? Hoven has Ks and Qs. Possible flush. Ingrid holds 8c and 8h, so she has three of a kind.

'Five million.' Wolf smirks as The others match the bet. Also, Goten, Bulla and the others watched from the Bar and looked nervous, it was a lot of Zeni.

'Twenty-four million in the pot already' Goten gasped as The next community card is laid down, Hovan looks again at his cards, he goes all in with everything he has left. Nine plaques equals 9 million. Everyone matches his bet. Possible flush, possible full house, now there was 60 million in the pot. This hand was getting out of control. Trunks and Wolf eye the other up as the crowd inches closer in and the former players watch on. The dealer deals the final card, it was the ace of Spades!

'Someone has a full house' Pan gasped as they all glance at trunks and Wolf. Wolf and Ingrid both have full houses. Wolf has the better one. But Ingrid is confident, She goes all in with her last five plaques.

'Five million zeni.' She calls as Wolf smirks at trunks

'Ten million' He calls as the crowd gasps; Trunks looks at the community cards and back at Wolf

'He's going to do it, isn't he?' Marron whispers

'If Wolf has a full house, Trunks's flush will be beaten. Trunks has been trying to bluff and he has nothing to bluff with, He'll fold and keep what he has, the point is to get the dragon Ball from Wolf.' Uub responded as Trunks pauses a long time then counts up his chips and plaques.

'All in' He calls as the dealer counts up the Chips '10 Million Zeni' he says as the crowd gasps as the kids look on

'What is he doing?!' Goten panics! Wolf eyes Trunks, Considers his cards again. Hesitates, then with a smile he pushes his remaining chips forward.

'Very well.' He smirks. A stunned silence in the room. A mountain of plaques and chips on the table.

'Madam and Gentlemen. Please show your cards.' The dealer demands. Hovan shows his spades flush.

'Ace, King, Queen flush.' He calls as Ingrid places her cards down and beats it, lays down her pair of eights.

'Full house. Eights full of aces' she smirked as Wolf placed his down. Shows his Ace and Six. A full house too. No need for the poker face any longer, he leans back in his chair grinning wolfishly as Ingrid huffs in annoyance.

'A superior Full House. Aces, full of sixes ... Mister Briefs?' The dealer asked. Trunks places his cards down, 5s & 7s, Wolf Grins

'It would seem your flush is the low hand' He grinned looking smug

'My flush is, but not my straight Flush' Trunks responds as he turns the cards all over as the crowd gasps and Wolf's smirk disappears. The dealer deals Trunks' cards over the community cards.

'Four through eight of spades, the high hand!' The dealer calls! Trunks WINS! Now it's wolf's turn to stare at defeat. He gets up angrily and leaved the table as the crowd applauds trunk's win.

'Congratulations Mr Briefs, your poker chips worth 115 million Zeni' The dealer shook his hand And hands him his winnings as Trunks grinned.

Thank you, For your troubles' Trunks placed one of the chips in the Dealer's jacket pocket as he thanked him as Trunks walked back to his friends

'Well played buddy' Goten cheered as The crowd applauded Trunks's game as he smiled and walked over to Wolf who was clearly very angry

'Do you have any idea how much money I owe! I'm now bankrupt, those bailiffs are gonna kill me…..'

'How much?' Trunks asked as he stopped talking

'What?' wolf aksed

'Your debt, How much is it?'

'uhh….300 thousand Zeni' He answered as trunks handed him 5 chips form the poker game as he gasped

'But…..this is….' He gaosed

'Yes, I'm giving you 5 million Zeni out of the 115 million I just won, pay your debts and buy something for the wife' Trunks said as the kids looked at him confused

'I don't understand…..' He said

'I'm the child of the most intelligent scientist in the world, and right now I am doing my best to find her, I don't care for the money, I only ask you for one thing' Trunks said

'and That is?'

'That!' Trunks points at the dragon ball that sat on Wolf's VIP table

'What do you want with that?' Wolf asked

'never you mind, I help you with your debts, in return for that, do we have an accord?' Trunks offered his hand as Wolf smiled and shook it happily, he grabbed the dragon ball and handed it to Trunks

'Pleasure doing business with you' Trunks bowed

'Thank you, Mr Briefs, Thank you' Wolf grinned and went to his table to greet his wife as Trunks smiled! Yes! He had it! The last Dragonball! He went over to his friends as they all gasped

'You got it!' Bulla cheered

'And that's it! We got them all!' Goten cheered, as everyone hugged everybody, trunks hugged marron, pan hugged bulla, Uub high fived Goten, pan hugged marron, trunks high fived Goten, Paris hugged Goten, Marron hugged Bulla, Pan hugged Goten, Trunks hugged Bulla, Uub hugged Marron, Trunks high fived Uub and Goten hugged Bulla, when they realised they were hugging, they both blushed and memories of last night flooded into their heads, they both pulled away quickly and gave the other an awkward smile, Pan noticed the look and had her suspicions.

'Now we can summon Shenron!' Marron cheered

'But first…. 7 glasses of cocktails please, might as well celebrate with my winnings!' trunks said making the team laugh as the bartender made them up and they all toasted together and drank celebrating, they had gotten all the dragonballs, finally. Meanwhile hiding on the ceiling of the casino, the same little bug bot watched the kids and was sending the message to the spaceship that kept their loved one's captive.

'So, it would seem that now have all of the dragonballs' The dark figure announced as Goku and the others looked at one another

'What are you gonna do? You better not hurt them!' Goku warned

'Oh, don't you worry, I just think it's time we finally make an appearance. And soon…those dragon balls will be mine! Droids!' He yells as his droids arrived

'Master?' they called

'Time for another chat with our friends!' He ordered and smirked in the darkness.
