"Well, this is certainly homey." Isaac comment as they walked inside of the cabin. "Antlers are a nice touch. Makes me feel like Hemingway. Or maybe Thoreau." Them he turned to look at them. "Name's Isaac, by the way."
"Do you always talk this much?" Gold asked annoyed.
"Only when I'm nervous. And you still have my quill." Isaac replied to him.
Caitlynn was getting a headache. "Can you please stop talking or I will throw against the room to do it." She rubbed her forehead.
Gold agreed with her. "Yeah. Well, for now, let's call it... My quill."
"You know, it's worthless without its ink." Isaac comment.
"Oh, I'm aware, and I plan to obtain some very soon." Gold told him.
"Yeah." Isaac looked at them. "And just how are you gonna do that?"
"Simple." Gold replied to him. "Now you're here, I'm gonna turn the savior dark."
"Yeah, right." Caitlynn scoffed, looking at Gold.
"What will that accomplish?" Isaac asked to Gold.
"Once her heart has been blackened, everything I need shall fall into place. You'll see soon enough, when my associates return." Gold replied to him as Caitlynn walked disappeared in grey/ purple smoke.
"Your associates seem to have a taste for fur." Isaac found a scarf and sniffed it. "And perfume. Can't wait to meet them."
"Surely you must know them from your stories." Gold comment, he wanted to go to Caitlynn.
"Know of them, sure, but an author rarely gets..." Isaac was interrupted by Gold.
"Be quiet." He held his hand up. "Don't say another word. Something's just come up. You stay here till I return."
"Until you return? But who's gonna..." Isaac told him as then Gold leaves there. "Protect me?"

Caitlynn went to her dad and her daughter, when she arrived there, she saw her daughter was asleep and her father sat by her. Then she walked towards her father and smiled. "She's tired?"
"Yeah, she is." Jackson replied to her as then he noticed that Gold isn't with her. "Where is Gold?"
"I left him behind in his cabin and went here." Caitlynn motion her home, that she have with Gold. The others didn't suspected it yet, that her father was here as well and watched over Aubrey.
"Why would you do that?" Jackson asked to her.
"I just hate his idea to turn Emma dark." Caitlynn replied to him. "It's a rare idea of him to turn her dark and use her blood to write for himself a better story. A happy ending."
"So she has to kill someone, then?" Jackson stood up and looked at his adopted daughter.
Caitlynn nodded. "Yes, but to kill someone doesn't turn you dark yet, it's the decisions you make."
"That's not entirely true." Jackson told her. "People have it in them or not and that's the clue."
Caitlynn looked at her father. "I guess you are right, dad."
Jackson nodded to her as them someone was in Caitlynn's home. She sensed it, it magic, then she looked at her father. "There is someone here." She told him.
"Is it Gold?" He asked.
"No, someone else." Caitlynn replied to him. "I will go look and you stay here by Aubrey." Then she leaves the room and went to the living room. When she arrived there, she saw that Regina was there. "What the hell are you doing here?" She exclaimed.
"I need to go to New York." Regina replied to her.
"Why come to me?" Caitlynn looked at her. "You double crossed me and Gold."
"I know, but I figured that I could use help and from Emma's." Regina replied to her. "Emma knows about what Mary and David did."
"About time then." Caitlynn exclaimed. "But, uh, this, you won't double cross me again, do you?" She looked at her.
"I don't know, would you do something stupid again?" Regina asked.
"Nope, but I'm still angry about it and besides if we want to live normal here, then we need to be civilized for Henry's and Aubrey's sake." Caitlynn replied to her.
Regina nodded. "I agree."
"Alright, but I will keep a eye on you." Caitlynn told her, sternly.
"I understand." Regina told her as then she disappeared in purple of smoke.
Caitlynn shook her head. "Weird stuff here sometimes." Then she went back to her dad. When she arrived there, she saw that Gold was also there.
"Done talking with Regina?" Gold asked to her.
"You noticed?" Caitlynn asked back. "And why are here?"
"To see our daughter and to speak to you." Gold replied to her.
"Alright, speak." Caitlynn crossed with her arms.
"Maybe I can think of another plan about Emma, maybe not to turn her dark." Gold began to explain as Caitlynn interrupted him.
"How do we do that? We need her dark side to let the quill to work." She told him. "You know what, you think of a plan and when I return from New York, you tell it to me and I will let you know if it's okay."
"New York?" Gold asked confused. "Why would you go there?"
"If you had listened to the conversation from Regina and I, then you would know." Caitlynn replied to him. "Besides, I can pick up mom from there as well. So it's a win win situation."
Gold nodded to her. "Be careful." Then he disappeared in purple of smoke.
"I will." Caitlynn whispered as then she looked at her father. "Well, I need to get to Emma."
Jackson nodded to her. "Be Careful by them."
"I will, dad." Caitlynn told to her father as then she disappeared in grey/purple of smoke.

Regina was packing her stuff for her journey to New York as Caitlynn stood in the shadows by her house, her first stop was by Regina as then Emma came to her. "You sure going to New York is a good idea? You don't know what Zelena has planned. What if you're walking into a trap?"
"Robin's in trouble. I have no choice." Regina replied to her as Caitlynn rolled with her eyes.
"You don't have to go alone." Emma told her.
"Don't worry about me." Regina looked at her. "You have your hands full with the Author. I can handle one wicked sister."
"Things are different in New York. Without your magic, y..." Emma grabbed a pistol and give it to her as Regina grabbed it and held it in her hands, looking confused. "Listen. If you won't take me with you, I want you to take this. I hope you don't have to use it, but... I want you to stay safe."
"Thank you." Regina asked to her. "So you're not... Angry with me for keeping your parents' secret?"
"It's between me and them." Emma replied to her. "You were just trying to help."
Just then they got a video message as Regina looked at her phone. "It's Henry. Video message?"
"Must be a thing now. I got one, too." Emma comment as she grabbed her phone.
Then they looked at the video message. "Mom, Mom, Cruella has me." Henry spoke to them. "If you ever wanna see me again, you have to do what she says." They were pissed as Caitlynn tried to peek at the video message without them knowing. From Henry went to Cruella. "Hello, darlings! As you can see, I have your dreadful son. If you prefer him to remain in tact, you'll do exactly as I say... Kill the Author. Then, ah, bring me his broken little body, or... Your boy will meet a very unhappy ending. Hmm?" Caitlynn disappeared in grey/purple smoke.

Caitlynn appeared at Gold's cabin, Gold stood outside. She went towards him and told him. "Alright our argument aside. Henry is in danger, Cruella has him."
"Henry in danger?" Gold looked at her.
"Yes, something about she wanted the Author dead." Caitlynn replied to him.
Then he went inside of the cabin, followed by Caitlynn as Isaac looked at them. "Finally." He put a book aside and stood up. "The joy of getting lost in a good book just isn't the same. Not after it happens to you literally."
"Stop talking." Gold ordered him, he kept his mouth shut. "We haven't much time, now that you and Cruella have been reunited at last."
"Cruella?" Isaac stuttered. "No, I-I-I don't even..."
"Cut the crap." Caitlynn walked towards him, looking angry. "You know her as she knows you."
"Enough." Gold was angry as well. "You both lied to me about your past, and now those lies are coming to the surface."
"I'm sorry." Isaac pleaded. "Please don't hurt me. I-I didn't think it was... Relevant."
"Shut up." Caitlynn told him. "Be glad that we won't kill you."
"Oh, it's not only relevant, it is essential to my plans." Gold looked at him. "Cruella is so desperate to see you dead, she just kidnapped the savior's son."
"And my nephew." Caitlynn revealed as she looked at him, he went suddenly more nervous.
"How do you know that?" Isaac asked to Gold.
"Well, you have your tools." Gold smirked, not revealing that he heard from Caitlynn. "I have mine. I watched as Cruella gave the savior a rather morbid choice... Either you die... Or her son dies."
"Now hang on." Isaac looked at them. "You said you need me to get the savior to go dark. This is how you plan to do it? By having her kill me?!"
"Relax." Gold told him. "If you died, uh, the mantle of "the Author" simply passes on, perhaps to someone less willing to help me. No, no. I need you alive.
"Then why work with Cruella, if she wants me dead?" Isaac asked to them.
"A person obsessed with vengeance is easy to manipulate." Gold replied to him. "She thought I believed her happy ending was reconciling with her mother. But I knew she was after something else... Your death. Now I wanna know why. I wanna precisely what you wrote about her, the exact words."
"You wanna know?" Isaac gave Gold a piece of paper. "Here. Read it for yourself. I'm better on the page, anyway."
Gold grabbed it as he and Caitlynn read 'Cruella De Vil can no longer take away the life of another.'

Caitlynn went to her parents apartment, she was angry as hell with them, but when a child's live is in danger, she put that aside for now. it's her nephew for god's sake. She opened the door and went inside as the others looked at her, some in shock, some angry and some confused. "What I'm not gonna hurt you if that what you think. Henry is in danger."
"How do you know that?" Mary Margaret asked to her.
"Well, I listened to Regina and Emma. I wanted to talk to them, when they got a video message from Henry that Cruella has him." Caitlynn replied to her, truthfully.
Emma looked at her as then she walked towards her. "You are actually speaking the truth."
"Well, of course I am." Caitlynn looked at her twin. "You are misguided by our parents and who knows what they did to me."
Emma nodded to her. "So you are not trying to make me dark?"
"Emma!" Mary Margaret exclaimed.
"What?!" Emma looked at her mother. "Did you do something to my sister as well? Did you manipulate me to put her and Gold over the town line? Like you lied to me about that you put my darkness into a innocent child?"
Mary Margaret kept her mouth shut as David replied to her. "You don't speak to your mother that way."
"Why? Because she knows I'm speaking the truth?" Emma asked to him, angry.
"We are wasting time, Henry is still in danger." Caitlynn told them all. "We can do this later." She waved it off as Emma nodded to her. They were still twins after all. "David, can we do this normally?"
"Depends, if you want to turn your sister dark." David comment looking at her.
"No, it's was not my idea." Caitlynn told him. "I'm trying to chance the idea to Gold as well, so you know that can we please safe Henry know?" Mary Margaret didn't believe her daughter at all, but David, Emma and the others did believe her well. Caitlynn won't kill someone or let her sister turn to the dark side, it's the choices they all make.
David nodded as Emma gave him her phone and put play on the video as then David recognized something. "I recognize that trailhead marker. Cruella is holding Henry a couple of miles South of the toll bridge."
"So what now?" Hook asked, glancing at Caitlynn. He couldn't believe his eyes that she was there, she tried to kill him last time with Gold, so what has she planned know? He asked himself.
"Time to get our hands dirty and do whatever it takes to get him back." Regina comment.
"You're not actually considering Cruella's demand to kill the Author?" David looked at Regina.
"Of course not." Regina comment. "Even if we could find him, it wouldn't be half the fun of killing Cruella. Let's see how she likes being made into outerwear."
"Regina!" Mary Margaret exclaimed.
"What?" Regina looked at her. "It's Emma's heart we're trying to protect, not mine."
"If we go in guns blazing, we risk hurting Henry." Emma told them all. "We have to find another way."
"I've headed many rescue missions." Hook comment. "It would be helpful to know the terrain more."
"And where the Author is." Emma looked at them. "If he's enemies with Cruella, maybe he knows the best way to defeat her."
"Oh, we may be able to help with that." Mary Margaret told her.
"We went back to the convent and found a flask that we gave him. He dropped it when he escaped. A locator spell might work on it." David added.
"Sounds like a perfect job for you two." Emma comment, looking at them. "I'll take Regina, Caitlynn and Hook, and we'll scope out the area where Cruella's holed up with Henry."
"Emma, I know you're still angry, but avoiding us is not going to help." Mary Margaret looked at her daughter.
"I'm not avoiding you." Emma told her mother. "With Henry's life on the line, I need to be around people I trust, and right now, that's not you."
"And Caitlynn is one of the people you trust know?" Mary Margaret asked her.
"For now I trust her more than you." Emma replied, coldly as then they leave the place.

"You're acting like a petulant child. Your parents did a bad thing." Regina told to Emma as they were walking in the woods. "They apologized. Now get over it."
"Forgive me if I don't take advice from the woman who held a grudge for half her life because a 10-year-old spilled a secret." Emma snored.
"Swan, if you won't listen to Regina, perhaps you'll listen to me." Hook told her. "You were able to forgive both of us all because you found it in your heart to see past it."
"The difference is that you never held yourself as some paragon of virtue." Emma sighed. "Neither of you did. You were honest about who you were. My parents weren't. They said they were heroes."
"Even heroes make mistakes, love." Hook comment.
"You know, not long ago, your mother gave me some advice." Regina told her. "She said I needed to believe I could still earn forgiveness, that I had a chance at grace. I didn't realize it then, but... She was talking about herself. Emma, she's been trying to make up for what she did for a long time."
"If you two understand them so well, you forgive them." Emma comment to them. "I... Can't. More important things to worry about right now, like saving Henry."
"Emma is right, we need to focus on that." Caitlynn told them.
"Like you tried to kill me." Hook comment to her.
Caitlynn looked at him as they all stopped walking. "Listen Hook, I never tried to kill you. I don't like you that the difference." She looked at him. "I had a plan, when Gold crossed your heart, I had another, so you could live further more with Emma. I know you make her happy." Then she looked at her twin. "You and Mary Margaret didn't have to put me and Gold over the town line if you just had waited and watched."
"I didn't know the plan." Emma defended herself.
"I know and that was my own fault." Caitlynn told her ashamed of herself. "I should have done that, even my mother told me to."
"Why didn't you?" Regina asked to her.
"Afraid." Caitlynn looked at her as then she looked at her sister. "I don't know if it mean anything, but I'm sorry if I didn't tell you."
Emma smiled for the first time in a month. "For its worth, im sorry too."
"I know." Caitlynn told her. "Come on, lets save your son."
Emma nodded to her as then they walked further in the woods.

Not much later, Emma hears Henry screaming. "It's Henry. Quick, it's coming from over there."
"No, it's this way." Hook said as he had heard the screams as well, but then in a different direction.
"Has Cannon fire damaged your hearing? It clearly came from over there." Regina comment, looking in another direction.
"No! No! Help me, please!" Henry shouted.
"Split up. Go!" Emma shouted as they split up, Caitlynn followed her sister.
On Regina's side. "Somebody!" Henry shouted.
"Henry?!" Regina shouted towards him.
"Help me! Please!" Henry shouted again.
"No." Regina exclaimed as then she find a shell.
"Help me, please!" Henry's voice was in the shell.
On Hook's side. "Henry?!" He shouted.
"Somebody! Help me!" Henry shouted.
Just then he found a shell and grabbed it. "Magic."
On Emma's and Caitlynn's side. "Henry!" They shouted as then they saw him with Cruella.
"Mom!" Henry shouted back and was surprised that his aunt was there as well.
"Let him go!" Emma shouted to her.
"Let my nephew go, Cruella." Caitlynn shouted to her. "There is another way."
"I'm afraid not. Come any closer, and he dies." Cruella looked at them, betrayal in her eyes. "One small dead Author. That's all I asked. Simple revenge, and you failed utterly."
"Put the gun down, Cruella." Emma told her.
"Mom." Henry looked at his mother.
"It's gonna be okay, Henry." Emma reassured her son.
"I'll do it, savior. Believe me, I will." Emma threatened Cruella. "Put your hands down, savior. We both know you're bluffing."
"That's my son." Emma wasn't bluffing.
"My sister isn't bluffing." Caitlynn told her. "You are threatening her son, what you think she will do? Try to stop you of course."
"And you're a hero, and heroes don't kill." Cruella told her as then Emma was ready to do use her magic as then Caitlynn saw that Emma was planning, but she will not let that happen al least by her self then they both used their magic and pushed Cruella away from Henry, she falls and dies. Killed by the twins.
"Henry?" Emma looked at her son.
"Mom." Henry told her.
Then they hugged as Mary Margaret and David arrived. "No, no." He shouted, looking at Emma and Caitlynn.
"Emma?" Mary Margaret looked at her daughters. "Caitlynn?"
