He can't effectively use copied Quirks that require previously stored up power, such as the secret and Rewind. He is also limited by his own physical body; he wouldn't have the physical strength necessary to handle powerful Quirks that strain the user.

Drang: I'll give them that for sure.
Austin: even a little gross what tsuyu do but good enough.

Sally: which means Tenya and Mashirao are facing Power Loader next.
Drang: Judging of their skills they're only option here is escape but not very easy.
Austin: yeah he's tunneling the ground, making it a surprise trap holes, limiting places to have solid ground and not figuring where he may pop up.

They see them battling Aizawa as he activates his quirk.
Drang: figure that easerhead already did his quirk and now there in trouble. He knows shoti will distract him and let momo go but she should've talked this over with momo and look...he steps ahead.
Aiwaza tied up shoti at the lamp pole and pulled out eye drops and placed them on his eyes as they looked at another screen with momo.
Austin: oh boy, momo is overthinking things now, she is smart, same level as tenya but she overthinks things and when she has a plan, it's too late, she needs her confidence back in order to become the ideal hero.
Sally: judging from the festival she saw how shoti can do. (looking at momo running quickly got out of aizawa's bandage) seeing her as the superior...let hope they work this out quickly.

Then see the plan as momo make fake two dolls to drop easerhead's gaurd and then have a small catapult fill with bandages. A diversion, shoti shoots flame as the bandage turns a metal shape memory to trap awiaza to tide him and cuff him.

Austin: next is 13 vs ochaco and yuga
