The Syndicate succeeded summoning Chronoa back to our reality and have used it to wage war against the entire planet using its advanced weaponry and limitless Time-Clones. If we want to stop them, we need to shut down Chronoa! I built new Stark Tech Armor for the Avengers that are powered by Quantum Energy, and with Fury and Cia's help, we have a good chance at stopping Skull and saving the world all before dinner!

BGM-Mega Man X6 OST-Gate's Laboratory Stage

"Operation: Earth's Mightiest is online." said Iron Man, briefing his teammates in the Quinjet as they fly towards Chronoa. "We've got clearance from across the globe to stop the Syndicate. Heroes and Huntsmen are assisting GUN worldwide fending off their time-cloning armies." He said, projecting holo-screens of the various fighting across the world. Heroes like the X-Men protecting New Vale from Adaptoids, the Freedom Fighters saving civilians at Chun Kong, and Agent Venom assisting Team CFVY and GUN soldiers fighting enemy forces at Brazil.

Captain America steps up to brief his team, "In the meantime, we'll be assaulting Chronoa and shutting down Ra Fu. Captain Amanda Tower of GUN has an assault squad on the way to assist us, but they need help clearing the landing zone. With Chronoa under their control, the Syndicate has enough power to threaten world stability."

"Not just the world." Cia spoke from the passenger seat. "Chronoa has the technology to threaten reality as we know it. We must stop them before they tear this universe in half."

"Heads up! Chronoa inbound!" Fury announces, piloting the Quinjet.

BGM-Mega Man ZX Advent OST-Path to the Truth (Tunes Ver.)

The Quinjet flies near the massive floating temple-like city that is simultaneously ancient and extremely advanced enough to have several of its buildings suspended in the air by mysterious technology. Most of the Avengers are amazed of the marvelous city. "OMG! That city looks SO amazing! I gotta take a picture!" said Ms. Marvel, taking out her cell phone. Right after she snaps a photo, the city's defenses activate their energy artillery cannons and shoot an onslaught at the jet, with some of the blasts causing it to stumble.

"Those look like artillery cannons!" shouted Fury, doing his best to dodge their endless gunfire.

"Fury, take us down." Cap ordered.

The Quinjet flies over a platform as the Avengers jump out of the jet and land on it. 'Cia and I will provide a distraction while you take out their cannons and communications jammer!' Fury said through their comms, while avoiding gunfire from the artillery cannons.

'Don't forget the three Mystic Nodes placed in the surrounding town. They are what protect entry to the palace!' Cia informs them.

"Thor, Tony, knock out all of those artillery cannons and clear a landing zone for GUN. Spidey and Tails, head for that tower and disable the communications jammer. Everyone else, we destroying those Mystic Nodes. Hulk, clear a path for us." Steve orders his fellow Avengers.

Hulk smiles maliciously, "You got it." He lets out a monstrous roar before charging forward and leading his group through the city.

Spidey launches a webline to zip himself to the air, "Race ya to the jammer!" He goads Tails while swinging away, before the young fox flies to catch up with him.

Thor flies towards a group of artillery cannons and obliterates them with one huge lightning bolt. Iron Man flies while dodging multiple shots from the cannons to look cool before blasting those cannons to oblivion and shouting, "BAM! Syndicate's down another cannon. Or three."

"Pace yourself, Stark." Thor warns him.

"Hey, some people don't have a thousand years of blowing stuff up to look forward to, Rapunzel." Stark quipped.

Meanwhile, Captain America leads his group through the outer village of the city as they spot battalions of Hydra Adaptoids among other time-clone goons emerging from the ground. "Let's see which of us could blow up more stuff." quips Ruby, dodging attacks from the goons while Hulk leaps towards the massive crowd with an explosive slam from his fists, knocking back dozens of goons with the ensuing shockwave.

'Try not to blow up my home while you go on a rampage.' Cia told the heroes while they fight their enemies.

A Hydra Soldier rapidly shoots at Steve running towards him with his shield blocking his bullets. Steve bashes his shield on the soldier, then punches another Hydra goon before throwing his shield to knock down Mindless Ones, Grimm and Badniks alike.

Ms. Marvel claps goons with her stretchy arms, then slams an enlarged flip kick onto the crowd before backflip-kicking a chunk of debris into the air before jumping to grab it and slam it onto her enemies while saying, "Ha! I can't wait to blog about this! Fighting time-clones on an ancient flying city!"

While shredding Tokizoids to little pieces, Wolverine gets blasted pass Black Widow by an Adaptoid. The faceless android tries to punch Widow, but she counters with bullets hitting its face. Then surprisingly, the Adaptoid blasts her away with a repulsor blast fired from its palms. "Ugh! These Super Hydra Adaptoids have your moveset, Tony!" She informs him.

'Skull just loves being unoriginal. Good thing you're all wearing the latest in Stark Tech. Show 'em your quantum power, boys and girls!' Stark quipped.

Widow whips out her upgraded batons, empowered by quantum energy based on Chronoa technology. As the Adaptoid fires double repulsor beams, Widow parries the attack and teleports, striking down the robot from behind.

"Finally!" says Ruby while sliding under a Hydra Soldier. She barges through countless goons with spin slashes before jumping high into the air. "Been waiting to try out this mod!" She charges quantum energy in her gun-scythe while aiming at a crowd of goons. She fires a powerful spherical blast of energy at the crowd, freezing them in time before recoiling herself to deliver a swift spin slash to knock them down as time resumes for them.

"This is gonna hurt! Them." says Hulk, imbuing his gauntlets with quantum energy before violently uppercutting a crowd of goons into the air, then quickly knocks them down with a double downward strike before pummeling them with a flurry of devastating punches while in midair.

'I see you are enjoying the celebrations, Avengers!' Red Skull exclaims through the PA system of the city. 'Continue while our armies conquer your world!' He taunts them.

"We need to hurry and storm the palace!" says Steve, smashing an Egg Pawn. "How goes those artillery cannons?" He asked, then rolls away from bombs being dropped by a silvery Chronoan fighter jet. That jet was quickly blown up by the Quinjet, as Thor goes in to hurl his hammer to blow up a platform of artillery cannons.

"More cannons down!" Thor announced.

Tails flies through and dodges blasts from flying Adaptoids until he reaches a rail to grind on, while all but one Adaptoid gets webbed by Spidey, who stomps on the last one. "Still racing Spidey to the tower! Almost there!" Tails proclaimed.

"I'm still gonna beat you by the way." quips Spidey.

Steve jumps to a small floating island and enters an abandoned shop to find goons and a suspiciously large crystal floating on a pedestal. "Keep going. I'm about to destroy a Mystic Node. According to Cia, it's here in this abandoned shop!" He ricochets his shield between enemies, and is returns to him, he kicks the shield to destroy the Mystic Node.

"Found a Node in this empty tavern!" said Kamala, punching the second Mystic Node to oblivion.

"Third one's here in this ruined wine cellar." said Wolverine, slashing the last Mystic Node to pieces.

'Sad, Logan?' Widow quipped.

"Depressing." Logan remarked.

'I can buy you a beer once we save the world.' Ruby replied, wanting to be nice and cheer him up.

'Are you old enough to buy him beer?' Tony quipped.

'It's not like I'll be the one drinking it!' Ruby retorted.

'If that's the case, buy me a drink when this is over.' Thor responded.

Right after that, Tony blows up the remaining artillery cannon. "All artillery cannons have been destroyed." He informs his team.

'Nice work taking out those cannons. Takes a load off my back.' Fury responded, flying the Quinjet more safely without the threat of the cannons.

Meanwhile, Tails was the first to reach the top of the tower with the communications jammer. He quickly interacts with the control terminal as enemies approach him, but they were blocked by the dropping appearance of Spidey as he unveils his waldoes to beat on them. "Lost the race, and my prize for second place is beating up goons. Unless you need help disabling the jammer." Spidey quips while talking to Tails.

"Nope." Tails responded.

"You sure?" Peter questioned. "That's Chronoa tech you're messin' with."

"I know." said Tails, stepping back from the terminal to morph his gauntlet into an arm cannon and blast the terminal to pieces, effectively disabling the communications jammer. "Which is why I blew it up instead of going through that headache." He quipped before touching his earpiece, "Ship-to-ship communications should come back online now." He informs his friends.

Steve touches his earpiece to respond, "Good job, team. Captain Tower, we have secured a landing zone for your squadron." He contacted the GUN Captain.

'Affirmative, Captain Rogers.' said Captain Tower. 'GUN Squadron, you're clear to assault Chronoa!' She ordered.

A fleet of fighter jets fly out of a massive GUN warship hovering near Chronoa and assault the floating city. The fighter jets go to war against the Syndicate's flying minions, trading shots that critically damage the other before erupting into an explosion. A GUN unit is deployed to the streets of the city, yelling and screaming and fighting their way through enemy defenses, as gunfire flies everywhere.

'We'll keep their troops distracted, Avengers! Now go find Red Skull and end this!' Tower ordered.

"You heard the lady. Avengers, on me!" shouted Cap.

All of the Avengers regroup with Captain America as they run out of the outer village. The Quinjet landed somewhere near the inner village as Fury and Cia rush to reunite with their friends as they near the massive palace sitting near a large hourglass encircled by gears. "Your time's up, Skull. We're coming for you!" Steve shouted to his nemesis.

'Optimistic as always. But you are too late to stop me.' Skull boasted.

"Says who!?" Steve retorted.

'This!' Skull responded.

BGM-Hyrule Warriors OST-Eclipse of the World

Suddenly, a pillar of energy erupts from the palace and unleashes a massive shockwave that nearly blow away the Avengers, forcing them to halt. Three different magical gates then open up in different sections of the inner village. Nearing one gate is Ares, smiling while in front of his own army. Near another gate appears Enchantress and Taskmaster, as well as their own army. And near the last gate is Abomination and Walter Naugus in command of their own army.

"Portals?" Widow questioned.

"Gates of Time! Connected to different eras in the past!" Cia proclaimed with a worried look.

"So they weren't just planning to conquer this timeline." Steve deduced.

Red Skull's voice says, 'So Avengers, finally you understand our power. Why waste time beating your enemies in the present, when there are multiple ways to crush their past! BEHOLD, SYNDICATE! We stand on the edge of total victory! All you need to do is step forward!' He laughs manically, as his armies slowly approach the gates.

"This…just got a whole lot more complicated." Steve comments with a worried look of his own.

'Look on, Syndicate! Each era ripe for subjugation!' Red Skull said, noticing Ares's army approaching his gate, 'Ares, for you is the point in time when Remnant's Great War is about to enter its final battle that will satisfy your hunger for war!' He then notices Enchantress's group approaching their gate, 'A vulnerable point in Washington D.C.'s history that can be easily conquered by the Enchantress's magic and Taskmaster's skills.' He lastly notices Abomination's group approaching their gate, 'And lastly for Abomination and Naugus, a Central City from over 50 years ago that is ready to be decimated! Conquer these eras and we CONQUER THE WORLD!' He shouted.

"AVENGERS, HOLD THE LINE!" Cap ordered his teammates before they separate.

A group consisting of Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hulk, and Black Widow leap in front of Abomination's army to block them entry to their Time Gate. "Wally, turn back. Central City don't accept pet Abominations." quips Spidey, firing web shots alongside Widow's bullets to take out most of Abomination's army.

"How would you know?" Naugus grunts, conjuring a crystal barrier to block their attacks.

"Heard they suffered an invasion once and found their pets totally abominable, as well as their owners looking totally gross!" Spidey quips to annoy Naugus long enough for Widow to appear behind him and kick him through his barrier. Spidey follows up with an uppercut that knocks him to the air for Widow, who warps above the wizard and kick him down on his face.

Naugus recovers with a snarl as he crystalizes Widow. He then fires a multitude of energy blasts at Spidey, who easily dodges them while moving around and taunting him, "Miss! Miss again! Try something else that might land!" Spidey briefly lands on Abomination's head, tricking Naugus to crystalize his partner's head instead of the hopping arachnid.

While Abomination is stunned, Hulk smashes his face with a punch hard enough to shatter the crystal upon impact. Abomination staggers, while Wolverine delivers a leaping downward slash from his claws to wound him before warping away from his punch. "Cheap trick!" Blonsky grunts angrily before being blinded by webbing.

"Not cheap. Genius!" Spidey quipped.

Meanwhile, Logan shatters the crystal that Natasha was encased in to free her. "Thanks, Logan." Nat thanks him, before warping to Naugus's back and roundhouse kicking him onto Blonsky's back while he was battling Hulk. "Spidey, web them!" She shouted at him. Spidey complies and ties up Naugus and Blonsky together with thick webbing. "Now Hulk! QUANTUM SMASH!" She orders the green smasher.

Hulk lets out a ferocious roar as he runs up and delivers a quantum-powered punch across Abomination's face, sending him and Naugus flying through several buildings in the city at blazing speeds. Logan touches his earpiece and says, "Our gate's secured. How do we close it?"

Nearby, Cia whips a group of enemies into a mystical combo with the flail mace on the end of her scepter as she replies, "Use the Chronoblade! Spider-Man knows what to do!"

Spidey summons his Chronoblade and points it at his Time Gate, firing a laser to close it as it disappears from sight. "Done it!" He announced.

"Now hurry into the palace!" Steve retorts while dodging attacks from Ares.

"Don't you need help out here?" Spidey asked.

Steve narrowly blocks an axe swing from the War God, grunting and struggling to deflect it while saying, "The more time we waste out here, the more people suffer across the world! We'll catch up the second we close our portals! Go!" He says, gathering the strength to deflect Ares.

"Let's move, boys! We got a Skull to crack!" said Widow, following Cap's orders as she leads her group into the palace.

Nearby, a group consisting of Iron Man, Ruby, Thor, and Nick Fury are protecting a Time Gate from Enchantress's forces. Ruby slashes through as many Mindless Ones as possible, while Fury counters a punch from Taskmaster with a punch of his own. "If just ONE of these creeps jump into this portal, history will change for the worse!" Fury said to his allies.

"Don't need to tell us twice!" said Iron Man, firing a repulsor beam at Enchantress from the air.

Chuckling, Enchantress absorbs his repulsor and converts it into a stronger magic blast that knocks down Stark. But right after that, she gets knocked down by Thor's thrown hammer as its recalled to his hand. "Stay down, Amora. Cease this madness before I am forced to smite you seriously!" Thor warns her.

"Only if you confess your love of me." Amora smiles while standing up.

"I love to see you in a cell!" quips Thor, firing a lightning blast at the sorceress.

Amora casts a barrier to nullify his lightning, quipping, "Close enough, my darling." before unleashing a powerful blast of energy that knocks away the thunderer. But then Ruby comes out of nowhere and kicks Amora across the face, causing her to skid backwards and scowl furiously at the huntress, "You DARE strike me, child?!"

"Uh-huh." Ruby quips dryly while getting into a fighting stance with her scythe, annoying the sorceress. Amora sends a wave of light magic hurtling toward Ruby, who manage to dodge it but immediately has to use her Semblance to dodge Amora's mystic barrage. Amora knocks Ruby out of her Semblance with a tornado before charging up another attack, drawing in the huntress as she releases a pulse of energy that knocks her to the ground and at the mercy of Amora's next blast.

"Fall!" Amora smiles as she charges up her finishing blow.

"As you wish!" quips Tony, unleashing a powerful Unibeam at the surprised sorceress that knocks her away out of the fight.

Meanwhile, Fury hits Taskmaster with a few punches before whipping out his gun to shoot, but his foe counters the shot with a gut punch. "You had this coming, Fury." Taskmaster spinkicks the director towards the gate then leaps for a following flying kick.

"Not today!" Fury dodges his flying kick and grabs Taskmaster by his arm, spinning before slamming him to the ground. Taskmaster backflips off the ground and lobs a grenade at Fury, forcing him to jump away from the devastating explosion. As he recovers, he gets shot in the arm before getting pummeled by the mercenary. Fury manage to duck underneath one of his punches for a legsweep, then a swift uppercut that not only knocks back Taskmaster, but attached an electric bomb that electrocutes him, stunning long enough to be knocked out by a strong swinging punch from the superspy, "That'll keep you down! Know a way to close this gate, Stark?"

"It's simple. Match the energy frequency of the Chronoblade with my quantum-powered repulsors and…" Stark fires an augmented repulsor beam that closes the Washington Time Gate, "Viola! We're off to see the Skull! Try to catch up, Steve!" He taunts his friend before his group hurries into the palace.

"I will! Promise to leave some Skull for me!" said Steve, hurling his shield at Ares's face, stunning him for a powerful punch that knocks down the War God. "I'm not letting you go, Ares. You're THIS era's problem!" He told him. "Tails, provide me backup! Ms. Marvel, protect Cia while she closes the Gate!"

"NO! You will not deny me glorious war!" said a furious Ares, rushing towards Cia while brutally smacking away Cap. Tails stops him with a few energy shots, forcing the god to whip out his gatling gun and fire at the surprised fox.

"Didn't know he was a fan of gatling guns!" quips Tails while frighteningly flying away from the rapidfire bullets.

Suddenly, Ares's gatling gun was sliced and blown up by Cap's shield throw. Cap catches his shield just as he ducks under Ares's swinging punch and uppercuts him while jumping above him, hurling his quantum-powered shield that gets grabbed then swiftly thrown back at the captain, knocking him out of the air. Tails stomps onto Ares's face with a quantum-powered Spin Dash, smashing him to the ground. Just as the fox was jumping away from him, Ares grabs him by his leg then brutally throws him onto a nearby building and fall unconscious.

Near the Time Gate, Ms. Marvel whips her stretchy arms multiples times on goons before briefly enlarging herself as she flips and stomps them to their defeat. "Don't want to sound like I am rushing you, but can you please hurry up closing the Gate?" She asks Cia, who is busy trying to close the Time Gate with her magic.

"Of course. You've given me enough room to concentrate my magic." said Cia, as she fires a magic blast that closes the Time Gate for good. "There." She proclaimed.

"Curse you, mortals!" Ares snarls while confronting the ladies. "I was looking forward to conquering Remnant's deadliest battle in their Great War!" He said before rushing to fight them.

"And also RUIN the entire timeline!" quips Kamala, countering an attack from Ares with a powerful punch to the face that barely staggers him. The War God effortlessly smacks her aside before being bombarded by Cia's energy blasts. He roars as he charges through her efforts and nearly slams his axe on her head if she didn't incant a barrier for protection.

"I will not allow you to abuse my kingdom to satisfy your ridiculous thirst for war!" Cia scowled, struggling to deflect the god.

"Ridiculous?!" Ares remarks, finding that comment offensive. "I am the God of War! And you're nothing more than a mere mortal that didn't perish along with the rest of her people! The Chronoans were too afraid of their own strength to unleash it to their fullest, which is what led to their destruction in the war against Apocalypse! You will share that fate in this war against ME!" He taunted, smashing through her barrier and knocking her backwards. He rushes to deliver the killing blow, but was knocked back by a familiar shield brutally thrown into his stomach.

The shield bounces off the god to be caught by Captain America standing in front of Cia, as she slowly stands to her feet again. "Then sorry for you, because you aren't facing Chronoans! You're facing the Avengers! And we're not afraid to show off our strength!" Cap retorted.

The First Avenger dashes at Ares, stunning him and leaving him open to a flurry of punches and kicks enhanced by quantum energy. Kamala warps into the fray and shouts, "EMBIGGEN!" as she uppercuts the god into the air for Tails to follow up with a powerful Spin Dash that knocks him down.

"Cia!" Steve glances at her to finish off Ares.

The Time Sorceress summons a clock-like construct in front of her, which generates a powerful lance of energy that blasts the falling Ares away, hitting the side of a building before falling unconscious.

"Whew. That was intense." said Tails, landing next to his friends.

"Course it was. We were fighting a god." Kamala quipped. "Which is why…" She whips out her cellphone to take a quick selfie with the unconscious Ares.

"Are you okay, Cia?" Cap turns to the sorceress.

Cia nods at him, "I'm fine, Captain. Thank you for coming to my aid."

"You're welcome. And I'm gonna need your help if we want to catch up with the others." Steve replied.

"Of course, and be ready, for this next battle will be against the reborn Chrono King and his remaining forces. Combined with the might of Ra Fu, their power will prove quite formidable to overcome." Cia proclaimed, warning her allies of the final battle.

"We'll be careful. No matter the odds, we won't back down now." Steve declared.

"Then let us be off." Cia opens a portal that'll transport them into the castle, with Cap leading the group into the portal and rush to reunite with their friends in time for the final battle against the Syndicate.
