Ruby was rather impatient in waiting for E. Gadd to finish turning the ghost's into portraits, though she was admittedly sad when she saw Clairvoya's painting, she really didn't want to have to turn the one friendly ghost in the mansion into a painting, but she wasn't really given a choice.

Finally it was time for Yang to be returned to normal, "So... " Yang said after seeing the Portrificationizer in action, "Where is the machine that will turn me back to normal?"

Blake was standing by Ruby, held up by crutches, while Weiss was now standing perfectly by herself and holding the wheelchair in preparation for Yang to sit in, Zwei sitting in the wheelchair itself.

"You're looking at it." Blake said as E. Gadd looked at the portraits and was doing some counting in his head.

"Oh." Yang said as she blanked.

Yang braced herself as best she could as Ruby put the portrait on the frame and watched the machine go, looking away as she couldn't bear to see Yang getting shocked, pressed, and shaken around.

"Ruby may I have my sword back?" Weiss asked as Yang was shot out of the machine, similarly to how Weiss and Blake had.

"Sure." Ruby said, reaching for Myrtenaster, only to get cut off when Yang's hand grabbed RUby by the wrist, "Wah! Yang what are you doing, you need rest!"

Ruby took a look at Yang and realized how Yang was actually moving, considering her hair was ablaze and her eyes were a fierce red, Yang's Semblance was working at full power- Effectively forcing her muscles to work overtime in remembering what they could do.

But this was all Yang could do, because even though Ruby was being dragged along, it was slow, nothing like the strength and speed Yang was normally capable of.

"You can hand over the sword later Ruby." Yang said "Right now we're putting as much space between us as this mansion as fast as we can!"

"NO!" Ruby said, an uncharacteristic amount of fury in her voice, "I'm not leaving this place yet!" Ruby said planting her feet, slowing her down even more to the point where Ruby could see Yang was straining herself to even try to pull Ruby along.

"Why?" Yang cried out, "You found me, Weiss, and Blake! You don't have any reason to go back into that place, and I'm not going to let you go back in there just to help that old man!" Tears slipped from Yang's eyes as she said this, "I've already lost Mom, I don't want to lose you too!"

With that Yang began to pull even harder on Ruby's arm, but after hearing what Yang said, Ruby wasn't going to let Yang just drag her out like this.

Plus Yang's Semblance being used like this could possibly bring her body long term harm if this kept up.

It was then Ruby remembered something, reaching toward Myrtenaster, Ruby coaxed out the Ice Elemental Ghost still snuggled in the chambers, and once she had a good grip on the Elemental, hurled it toward Yang's feet. Ruby's accuracy was perfect, as Yang's feet were frozen to the ground of the professor's lab, stopping her dead in her tracks.

"What the-" Yang started.

"I'm not leaving because there is still someone in there!" Ruby shouted.

"Who is in there that would make you-" Yang started.

"MOM IS IN THERE!" Ruby shouted holding up Summer's cloak, causing everyone in the room to freeze, even E. Gadd froze in shock for a moment before he dropped his notebook and sprinted to one of his research terminals. Nobody noticing the surprisingly spry old man leave the room

"What?" Yang whispered as she let go of Ruby.

"Mom is in that mansion." Ruby said, taking Yang's scarf off and putting it back on her sister before handing Yang the letter Summer had written, "I saw King Boo in the basement of the mansion, taunting her, in a portrait just like all of you were. And if you still don't believe me, read this."

Yang took the letter from Ruby and began to read it, with Ruby returning Myrtenaster and Blake's ribbon to their respective owners.

While that was going on E. Gadd was looking through the legends he had gathered until he found what he was looking for.

The Silver Eyed Warriors.

A bloodline of humans and Faunus known for the distinct trait of Silver Eyes, eyes that were said to have the power to turn Grimm into dust with just a glare.

E. Gadd's eyes widened behind his glasses, "Eyes that can destroy Grimm, and a Ghost KIng who swore allegiance to the Grimm." E. Gadd muttered, "That's why King Boo targeted Ruby… And Summer."

E. Gadd stepped away from his terminal and pulled out an old worn journal and a stub of a pencil and began to write in the journal. "If their eyes are the reason why they are targeted, then that means this 'Grimm Queen' exists or once existed some time ago. Which means that these two stories are not legends but actual events. This opens up much more in both the fields of the paranormal, and Grimm-Physiology."

E. Gadd slammed his journal shut and placed it on the table, knocking over two file folders that were on the desk. One labeled with several caution stamps, the other labeled with a sticker saying 'More assistant's required.'

"Hmm…" E. Gaddmuttered opening the folder labeled excessively with caution, "The Time Machine idea, if of course going back in time does not affect the present, would be a way to study if this is true, but Dust, nor paranormal energy are not strong enough sources of energy to get this to work."

E. Gadd closed the folder and looked at the other one, "Still, Evershade Valley is known to have peaceful friendly ghost's living there en masse, perhaps one is old enough to have answers."

When Yang finished reading the letter she collapsed, the ice on her feet having long melted from Yang's abnormally high body heat.

"Mom's… Alive?" Yang gasped as Ruby and Weiss lifted Yang into the wheelchair.

"Yeah." Ruby said as she grabbed Crescent Rose, "That's why I'm not leaving until I've stuffed King Boo into this thing!" Ruby said, readjusting the Poltergust as she spoke.

It was then E. Gadd walked back into the room, "Good to see that spirit of yours Ruby." E. Gadd said smiling, "However I do have a few things I need to tell you."

"Sure, go ahead." Ruby said.

"First off, I'm sure you noticed the sealed off room on the second floor correct?" E. Gadd asked.

"Yeah, the door was planked off for some reason." Ruby said.

"Well, there is a way to access it." E. Gadd said, "It'll be from the roof of the building so find your way up there. No doubt one of the ghost's has hidden their key in that room… Probably on the roof too most likely so look around up there while you're at it."

"Roof, sealed room, keys." Ruby listed.

"Second of all, we've been lucky so far but this storm…" E. Gadd muttered, "Van Gore's Ghost's are getting a bit packed together with you turning on the lights- So you should probably start expecting more ghosts in the rooms in general, but with this storm…"

"Blackouts." Blake said in realization. Causing Ruby to go wide eyed and pale.

"Exactly." E. Gadd said, "If the lightning hits that mansion it'll cause a power surge, and while the ghosts energy is keeping the mansion from being damaged, if a bolt of lightning hits the mansion it'll no doubt trip the breaker and that means-"

"Ghost's will be all over the mansion again." Ruby said with a gulp.

"Yes. However we're in a bit of luck." E. Gadd said, "If you can rest the power fast enough, the lights will all come back on and purge the room of Van Gore's ghosts. But if the power goes out Ruby I want you to remember this. Unless you get sealed in, do not bother fighting the ghosts, just run."

"Run?" Everyone asked.

"Van Gore's ghost's on average aren't very strong, but with how long Van Gore has had to create them… Well, sometimes quantity is a quality of its own." E. Gadd warned.

"Got it." Ruby said as she stepped onto the elevator, "Don't worry Mom. I'm coming."

Once the elevator wa gone E. Gadd realized something he probably should have let Ruby know.

"Oh dear, I forgot about Uncle Grimmly." E. Gadd muttered, "We may need to manually cause a blackout to get him to come out…"

Okay ladies and gentlemen, that's the chapter.

Now I'd like to apologize about that safari room thing, I watch Chuggaaconroy's LP of Luigi's mansion for some of the minor things that I don't always remember- Such as the names of every single Boo in the game- And as I learned from recently actually watching the Runawayguys Group LP of Luigi's mansion that it was just a joke that was told to Chugga that he just didn't fact check.

Honestly I probably should have done some fact checking myself.. Ah well live and learn.

Second, yes I know Ruby didn't ask about Melody again, at this point it's just gonna be a post story snippet, once King Boo is captured- And yes I do have a plan for the Final Boss, why else would I have Ruby grab Crescent Rose.

Oh and to a couple of comments,

First off, Shin…

I'm gonna be honest the Majora's Mask alien abduction had actually slipped my mind when I was talking about how Nintendo could really be disturbing as all heck when they want to be. That's for reminding me.

Next, Old Steamer

Don't worry about Shin's comment, it only annoys me when someone comes onto one of my stories and asks me to update another story- Shin's comment was not like that, it was more of him rolling off of something I said at the end.

As for me not actually knowing I could get Boolossus to bounce into the statues was really me being a potato brained kid way back then. I was effectively just thinking 'Use Poltergust, Poltergust not doing damage, me can move big boo though, move big boo to statue.' And ever since I just used that tactic- Honestly a lot more effective in my mind because if you don't catch him in the vacuum he bounces away from you so you don't take collision damage too often- At least in Big Boo form, the separated form is another hassle.

Anyone who gets Gold Frame Boolossus is a freaking god in my opinion (And don't say it's not too hard if _, Boolossus is not a boss you try to defend by making it sound easier than it is. That's the same as saying a Luck Based boss is easy if you're lucky.)

And finally, I'm sorry this didn't come out sooner, but my Mom is starting to clear out one of the old houses we own so I can move out of my RV and into an actual house with warmth, a working stove, and indoor plumbing. However since we've been using that house as a storehouse for 4 years… Yeah safe to say that the day I got my new computer to write with is the day I lose all of my space time.

Also, completely unrelated, but for anyone who reads Devil's Angels and a Gamer… Yeah I'm going to be rewriting that story.

What started as a simple case of 'Just white out this part here.' Has turned into a case of 'I want to delete this, but this could change the whole story' So in order to properly clean that story up I need to rewrite it.

On my Twitter ( PhoenixChampio6) I've asked people to ask me questions about DAaaG if they have any, except for plot point's that have not been touched upon yet.

And before anyone asks, no. I am not changing the fact Vincent is going to join Rias's Peerage. He's still joining, end of discussion.

Anyway with all that said, I'll see you all next time.
