"Hmm….how did I get in this situation?" Demitri groaned as near a table ate Heihachi, Dante, David and Sectonia.
"Whoa… That's a very nice spread." David said.
"Yes. I never expected the food to be quite like this." Sectonia said. "Still, I guess it helps take our mind off some discoveries."
"Yeah… There's this big gate smack dab in Akihabara...my home." David said. "Not only that, but I couldn't find my classmates anywhere."
"Speaking of discoveries… Heihachi, there's something we want to ask you." Sectonia said.
"Hmm? What do you wish to know?" Heihachi asked.
"It's probably not all that important, considering the circumstances, but...how are you alive right now? Last anyone has heard from you, Kazuya threw you into a volcano." David said.
"My son? Hahahaha. As if he has any chance of defeating me." Heihachi laughed.
"I kind of expected we wouldn't get an answer out of him." David said.
"Still, it was worth a shot, I guess." Sectonia said.
"Hey, Demitri...you seen Lady around?" Dante asked.
"Please...just leave." Demitri growled.
"Aah!" A girl screamed as she landed on the floor.
"Now what?" the head of the maximoff family groaned.
"Ow, ow, ow." the girl groaned as it was revealed to be Al.
"Grrr...you humans do realize that this is my castle, yes?" Demitri said.
"And we couldn't be any more appreciative. Refill on drinks?" Dante said.
"How could this day get any more infuriating?" Demitri said as the doors opened as the group walked in.
"And here is the main in...ter...ior?" Ichiro said, looking around.
"Wow...medieval castle themed. Nice." Theo said.
"This is not the theatre." Sakura said.
"'Sup, dudes?" David asked.
"Of course it isn't. After all, he's here. Good to see that you're still holding up well." Cheetah said.
"Guys! I'm so glad to see you!" Al said.
"You make way too much noise." Demitri said.
"Whoa...now who is this guy?" Neneko said.
"Demitri Maximoff. He's a vampire." Morrigan said.
"Oh. I've never seen one outside of games before." BlackRose said.
"Trust us. Real fickle bunch." David said.
"I'll say." Naomi said.
"Wait, Naomi? If you're here, then does that mean the others are okay?" David asked.
"Yeah. They're okay. They're back at the guild." Theo said.
"Phew… That's a relief at least. I ran into Sachiko, Nu, Alphamon and Leopardmon while I was at the surface. They said they'll look into these rifts, but I haven't heard anything back yet." David said.
"Communications aren't exactly working as they should. Be it the normal or magical kind." Ainz said.
"Yeah, we don't even know where Ace and everyone else are." Aya said.
"Ugh...all this racket. Can't you leave a man to eat?" Heihachi said.
"Heihachi? So this is where he ended up." Cheetah said.
"Wait, that's Heihachi?" Stahn said.
"I don't blame you for being surprised. He's been experimenting with some...age-reversing drug, or so he put it." Cheetah said.
"That would make sense, because the last time he fought with us, he was...well I'm not gonna say." Rutee said.
"Man, if that age-reversing drug's the real deal, they should market that stuff." Vashyron said.
"That would be a bad idea." David said.
"Indeed, nothing good ever comes out from stuff like that." Tsuki said.
"Why are you even here? I doubt this is just some romp." Indigo asked.
"True. I'm looking for someone. And help is about to arrive." Heihachi said as breaking through the windows were a number of zombies and goblins as leading them was Raptor.
"Ready to rock, you freaking vampire?" Raptor said.
"Oh boy, it's the zombie rocker again." Saki said.
"Geez, Demitri, haven't you tried locking the door?" Tapu Koko asked.
"I don't think locking the door matters if they can just bust through the windows." David said.
"More importantly… It seems like Heihachi was the one who brought them here. Formed a sort of collusion behind our backs?" Cheetah asked.
On the other side of the room, several succubi and monsters broke through with Mard Geer leading them.
"Well...how fortunate for us to meet here." Mard Geer said.
"Mard Geer?" Jexi said.
"And those are the monsters from that magic circle. The ones with that demon queen." Sectonia said.
"Yeah… Riemsianne, I think she said her name was." David said.
"Hehehe...I trust you all remember our deal?" Heihachi asked, cracking his knuckles.
"Indeed. You help us and we will divulge information regarding your grandson." Mard Geer said.
"Grandson? So it's Jin you're after." David said.
"The Devil Gene is what he wants most… and Jin's the only one alive who's got it." Ty said.
"Well then…" Heihachi said getting into a fighting stance. "Can you stand up against my fists?!"
Chapter 10
The King of the Iron Fist
"You must understand what you're getting into." Demitri said.
"Of course I do. I'm Heihachi Mishima after all!" Heihachi said as he laughed.
"Even when he's alive, this guy is nuts." David said.
"Hmm… two demons and one King of the Iron Fist...this is going to take some coordination." Mark mused.
"These enemies working together...someone else is pulling the strings. And I have a good idea who. Come on out!" Demitri called out as standing on Demitri's throne was Jedah Dohma.
"This demonic stench… There's no doubt about it." Cheetah said.
"Jedah Dohma…" David said.
"Well...so these are supposed to be demon hunters. They don't look that impressive." Jedah said.
"So these guys are…" Elena said.
"Correct. We're in a temporary alliance." Mard Geer said.
"Hmhmhmhm." A female voice calmly laughed.
"Oh, now what?" Sectonia asked.
A woman in a blood red gown was seen walking down the steps with an umbrella of the same color covering her face before lifting it to show a pale face Al knew all too well.
"No way…Bloodless?!" Al said.
"Well, the blood kind of makes her clothing, if that counts." David said.
"Join the line, pest." Jedah ordered.
"She's done for." Sectonia said going on the attack before being blocked. "What?" she said before seeing a dark version of herself being the blocker.
"But...how? Sectonia already accepted you as a part of her." David said.
"There will always be some darkness that goes against the grain. And of course I side with Lord Jedah and his ideals." Dark Sectonia said.
"And what exactly is he after anyway?"
"Salvation." Jedah answered. "That is our main objective."
"Ishihara… I know I only saw it once, but is she…" Cheetah started.
"Yes. That is Sectonia's old body, before she split into two separate entities." David said.
"It was back in the Caribbean that she was defeated. Just how many past enemies are gonna come back?" Aya said.
"Oh, would you like to know the answer?" Dark Sectonia asked.
"Thanks, but I'll pass." Aya said.
"Either way...looks like we got a full dance card here." Dante said.
"Then we should do our part and clear the hall, shouldn't we? We're done discussing." Ty said.
"Yeah. Let's go!" Siege said.
"Hmm...Bloodless, Dark Sectonia...slaughter them." Jedah said.
"Hmhmhm. Your blood will do nicely." Bloodless said.
"I look forward to this." Dark Sectonia said as the two leapt at the group only to be quickly blocked off by Gus and Reisen.
"You won't get your chance!" Gus declared, forcing Bloodless back.
"Don't think that you can just come and do as you please!" Reisen answered back, as she used a series of blasts to knock Dark Sectionia back.
"Scarlet Cyclone." Bloodless called, thrusting her umbrella in a jousting manner as it fired high pressured blood in a spiral.
"Oh no you don't!" Al said. "Stop!" she called, freezing time around the attack.
Gus immediately took this as an opportunity to properly engage Bloodless, before she would try to force them apart.
Battle Start:
"Jeez, I wonder why fighting in pairs works so well in here…" Antonio pondered.
"I believe it might be a certain trait to this world... A welcome one at that." Gus answered back.
Ready...Fight!
Gus and Antonio immediately assaulted Bloodless with a series of attacks, as Gus used his fire magic to singe Bloodless several times over, while Antonio knocked her up in the air the whole time, until they prepared to finish the fight.
Special Attack: Phoenix Crash & True Excalibur
Gus immediately rushed down Bloodless, before he then hit her with a series of rapid slashes, before Antonio swapped in and flung Bloodless into the air with a powerful cyclone created from his movements, while Gus flew into the air, transforming into his Burning Form.
"Everyone! Believe in me!" Gus roared, before he then smashed Bloodless into the ground with a powerful Phoenix-shaped fire blast, while Antonio raised his sword, as armor formed around him.
"I've got too much to just lose here!" Antonio declared, before firing a massive wave of energy with a swing of his blade, sending Bloodless flying away.
Hyper Combo K.O.!
End Battle:
"Another victory achieved…" Gus muttered.
"Well, what did you expect?" Antonio chuckled in response.
Bloodless's dress was in slight tatters as she stood up. "Ah such a shame."
"Are you after Miriam again?" Al asked. "Bael is gone, you're free."
"Maybe so, but I've got my own goal to fulfill by working alongside Jedah Dohma. Ta ta for now!" Bloodless said before disappearing.
"If Bloodless came back...is it possible she did too?" Al asked.
"Gah." Dark Sectonia groaned as she kept being countered by Reisen. "To think beings like you existed. I figured Sectonia could be the only one to be equal to me." she said.
"Then you're mistaken, if this is the level that you can get to… Because you're chained with the regrets and grudges of the past, you will not be better than her." Reisen coldly answered back.
"I would have wished better for you, but I doubt it would help you. So the only thing left is to stop you from ruining more lives." Weiss answered back as well.
Reisen and Weiss decided to stop defending against Dark Sectionia, and end this fight.
"I hope you don't mind us picking a fight with your evil twin." Reisen asked Sectionia.
"Err… We're not exactly twins." Sectonia said.
Battle Start:
"Fighting alongside you, it brings back memories." Reisen muttered.
"No time to reminisce, we have the enemy to defeat." Weiss answered back.
Ready…. Fight!
Reisen immediately knocked Dark Sectionia into the air with a powerful blast of red energy, before they juggled her into the air with a barrage of ice magic and illusionary bullets, before they finished Dark Sectionia off with a powerful attack.
K.O!
"Good work, Weiss." Reisen told Weiss with a smile.
"Just good teamwork, that's all." Weiss nodded back.
"I cannot allow myself to fall here." Dark Sectonia said. "I need to escape." she said, vanishing in a pillar of darkness.
"That was nuts. I wonder what she could be back for." David said.
"That's what I wish to know too." Sectonia said.
"Well...this is getting fun. Now we're ready to…" Raptor said being met with a strike from Hsien-Ko.
"You're fight's with me, Raptor." she said.
"Dang...love really hurts sometimes." Raptor groaned.
"Hmm...what pathetic beings." Mard Geer said before he found himself blocked by Chun-Li and Morrigan. "Very well. Let's keep the game going."
Both zombie and demon fought against their selected enemies before being brought to the brink of defeat.
"Forget this...I'm better off running for now." Raptor said jumping back out the window.
"Indeed. It's time for a tactical retreat." Mard Geer said, following after.
"Now all that's left are Heihachi and Jedah." Sectonia said.
"Allow me to handle Heihachi. Besides, I always wanted to fight the King of the Iron Fist." Ryojmia said.
"Is that so? Then I suppose you don't mind us backing you up." Belladonna said. "I get the feeling that it's not a self-appointed title."
"I've got no complaints." Ryojmia said.
Battle Start:
"We're going to overtake these foes together." Ryojmia said.
"I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you'd best learn to show restraint." Belladonna said.
"I don't think restraint is a luxury the enemy plans on giving us." Cheetah said.
Ready...Fight!
The two cat ladies charged at Heihachi, slicing at him with their claws before calling in Ryojmia.
"Now feel my power!" she called out as she started coming at Heihachi with fighting moves similar to that of Akuma's before gathering energy. "You're done!" she said before ending it with a powerful energy blast.
K.O.!
End Battle:
"They were no challenge at all." Ryojmia said.
"Maybe not to you." Belladonna said.
"Considering it's you, any opponent would seem easy." Cheetah said.
"Hmm...seems I need to rethink my plans." Heihachi said backing off for the moment.
Jedah was clashing with Dante and Demitri as they fought across the castle before it stopped at the throne. "This is a little more than I imagined. But soon, it will all be mixed together. I look forward to reaching that new extreme." Jedah said taking off.
"Okay...that seems to be all of the enemies." Naomi said.
"Now...what to do now. We need to get outta here." Mii said.
"Heh...that's easy. There's a dimensional rift that links the Makai to Akihabara. It's how we got here." Dante said.
"Well...it does sound like our best option. What about you, Demitri? You coming?" Ty asked.
"Yes. You all are involved with this conflict of the Makai. Besides, I cannot rest easy knowing Jedah Dohma has returned." Demitri said.
"Ditto on that. Akihabara is my home, and I have to protect it." David said.
"Haha. Well said boy." Heihachi said.
"Weren't you just running away from us?" Carrot asked.
"I cannot run. Besides, I have an idiot grandson who has turned up missing to find." Heihachi said.
"Well...okay. But if you decide to betray us, I'm gonna beat you till you die." Saki said.
"Ha...I encourage you to try." Heihachi laughed.
"Whoa...that's one tough hombre." Gemini said.
"The word subtle is not in his dictionary." Law said.
"Yup, just like back then." Rutee said.
"Now...lead the way, Dante." Heihachi said.
"Sheesh. It's this way." Dante said, leading the group.
