At the Beach Tower HQ in Adventure Bay, the citizens sat in silence and tension. It had been several hours since the PAW Patrol and their allies had teleported to the Realm of Shades to defeat Henry and his evil cohorts. The cloud of gloom that had blanketed Adventure Bay was gone, but since it was nighttime now, everyone had decided to stay at the tower until the PAW Patrol got back.
Mayor Goodway was pacing around nervously while Julia, Julius, and Alex had dozed off. Many of the others had dozed off as well with Jake, Mr. Porter, and Farmer Al still awake. Summer was gazing out the window and looking at the moonlight ocean thinking of Zuma.
A slight wind began to blow through the Beach Tower waking everyone up and putting them on guard. A bolt of light struck the floor and in a flash, the PAW Patrol, the Canine Knights, Sid, Arrby, Carlos, Katie, the Princess, the Mighty Twins, and Andrew suddenly appeared. Mayor Humdinger, Harold, the kittens, Sweetie, and the Ladybird were with them as well but were unconscious.
"Oh Ryder, pups, you're back!" Mayor Goodway exclaimed with joy and relief.
"And you're safe!" Jake added.
"Andrew!" Alexandra exclaimed as she ran up to the sorcerer and wrapped her arms around. Summer ran up to Zuma and threw her paws around him.
"Oh thank goodness you're safe." Mr. Porter said with relief.
"Yeah, we were worried that you'd been hurt or even worse killed!" Captain Turbot exclaimed.
"Speaking of which, where is Henry?" Francois asked.
"In limbo." Ryder replied, "He's never getting out."
"Oh thank goodness." Summer said.
Just then, soft moaning was heard. Everyone looked to see Sweetie, the Humdingers, the kittens, and Ladybird regaining consciousness.
"Uhh...what happened?" Sweetie asked groggily.
"Did we win?" Harold asked.
The villains shook off their dizziness and realized that they were not in the cave anymore. They looked and saw the disapproving stares of Mayor Goodway and the others.
"Uh oh." Mayor Humdinger said.
"We're in trouble." Ladybird added.
"What do you all have to say for yourselves?!" Alexandra yelled.
"We're sorry." the villains said darkly.
"Then you won't mind cleaning up the mess everywhere as soon as Andrew repairs all the major damage." Mayor Goodway said crossing her arms.
"Fine." the villains said reluctantly without a fight.
"This all your fault you spoiled pup!" Mayor Humdinger yelled.
"My fault?!" Sweetie exclaimed, "You can't go five minutes without being whiny and insufferable!"
"You're no better, your Highness." Harold said sarcastically, "And if it weren't for bird lady going after every shiny thing, we would've won!"
"It's Ladybird for the last time!" the villainess shrieked, "And for the record, I'm the one who got that Dark Heart thingy from those annoying pups!"
"All you did was laugh annoyingly and grabbed anything that shined." Mayor Humdinger yelled.
"Hey, if it shines, it's mine!" Ladybird snapped back.
"That's it!" Sweetie yelled, "I'm never working with you filthy commoners ever again!"
"Fine by us!" the Humdingers and Ladybird yelled back.
"Yeah, you're no fun anyway." Harold grumbled.
"How about you all stop squabbling and start cleaning!" Mayor Goodway yelled.
"But it's dark outside!" Mayor Humdinger whined.
"Then use these." Jake said as he gave them miner's hats.
The villains didn't feel like fighting anymore, so they took the equipment and left without a complaint. Andrew has already fixed most of the major damage, and now the villains had to pick up all the trash and put plants back in their places.
"Well, I'm glad that alliance is over." Katie said.
"That's definitely one thing I don't miss, having to hear them fight every five minutes." Andrew said.
"I'm guessing it was little annoying." Farmer Al said.
"A little? More like very annoying." Andrew replied.
"What's this?" Alex asked as he walked over to an evil looking book.
"Don't touch that!!" Andrew yelled, "That's a very evil and volatile spellbook." He used the scepter to bubble up the Book of Umbraa and the Dark Heart, which has thankfully fallen out of the Ladybird's grasp.
"Oh Ryder, pups, thanks for saving Adventure Bay and the world once more." Ms. Marjorie said gratefully.
"You're welcome. Remember, whenever you're in trouble, just yelp for help." Ryder said cheerfully.
"Now that that's over, let's get some sleep." the Princess suggested with a yawn.
"I agree, we'll start cleaning up tomorrow." Mayor Goodway added.
"The Knights and I will supervise Sweetie and the others while they clean up." Charles said.
The Princess called the Earl and Harry to let them know that she, Andrew, and Alexandra were safe and that they'd be home with Sweetie in the morning. The PAW Patrol and their friends all headed to the Lookout to rest. The pups gathered extra blankets and pillows for their guests. No one realized how tired they were from the day's events as they fell fast asleep.
The next morning after breakfast, Andrew, the Princess, Alexandra, and Sweetie all returned to Barkingburg while Tracker and Carlos went home to the jungle. Everest went home with Jake and Sid and Arrby returned to their ship to start cleaning up. The citizens of Adventure Bay began to clean up the town while Ryder and the pups cleaned up the Lookout. After they were done, they rested some more as they had decided to take a couple of days off.
"Whew, this was probably one of the hardest missions yet!" Rocky said as he plopped down on his pup bed.
"Yeah dude." Zuma agreed.
"But it was worth it." Rubble said.
"Yeah, we saved the world once more." Marshall added.
"Yes, we did and I'm proud of you all." Ryder said. The pups jumped on their leader and gave him a big hug. For the rest of the day, the young family played and laughed before falling fast asleep that night.
A few weeks later, everything was back to normal. Mayor Humdinger and the Kitty Katastrophe Crew hadn't caused much trouble and Harold and his superpowers hadn't been seen either. The PAW Patrol was fully rested from their adventure and were back on the job of rescuing.
On a warm evening, the citizens of Adventure Bay were gathered on Adventure Beach for the annual Summer Sun Celebration to welcome the summertime. The pups were on the stage performing their new song they wrote for the occasion. Ryder, Katie, Summer, Everest, Tracker and Carlos all stood near the stage. Sid and Arrby were raiding the buffet table, and Tuck, Ella, Andrew, and Alexandra has come into town for the celebration. The Canine Knights were there as well keeping an eye on everything.
After the pups finished the song, they walked off stage to the others.
"You pups were great up there." Katie said.
"Thanks." Rubble said cheerfully.
"How are you enjoying the party Andrew?" Chase asked.
"I like it, but is this really what modern people wear?" Andrew asked as he was wearing khaki shorts, sandals, and a colorful Hawaiian shirt. By looking at him, you couldn't tell that he was over 200 years old.
"Not all the time." Ryder replied.
"Besides, you look great in it darling." Alexandra said adjusting the ruby red flower in her sunny blonde hair.
"Hey Alexandra, want to try and hula with us?" Mayor Goodway asked wearing a lei and a grass hula skirt.
"I suppose I could give a try." the blonde tour guide replied.
"Good. This way please." Mayor Goodway led Alexandra to where the hula dancing was.
"Hey Andrew, are you going to ask the question?" Skye asked excitedly.
"Sure am." Andrew replied with a smile. Andrew has decided that this was the perfect time and place to propose to Alexandra.
Everyone decided to go the buffet table for a snack and drink. The pups explained to Andrew what some of the food and drinks were. The sorcerer soon found out he liked fruit punch and Mr. Porter's baked ham and cheese sliders.
"Yum, these are amazing Mr. Porter." Andrew complemented.
"Thanks Andrew." Mr. Porter replied happily.
"Let's watch Alexandra do the hula." Katie suggested.
The group headed over to where the hula dancing was and saw Alexandra wearing a grass skirt and a colorful lei as she swayed her hips to the sound of the music.
"Wow Alexandra, you're a natural at this." Farmer Yumi said.
"Thanks." Alexandra said smiling.
"You looked great Allie." Andrew said.
"Thanks darling." Alexandra said kissing Andrew on the cheek.
"There is something I wanted to ask you though." Andrew said.
"What is it?" Alexandra asked.
Andrew took the ring box out of his pocket and got down on one knee.
"Alexandra Victoria Martin, when I met you I knew you were the woman for me." Andrew said getting emotional, "You saw me as I am now, not who I used to be. You've taught me so much about love and compassion."
"Andrew, are you asking me that question?" Alexandra said in shock.
"I guess I am." Andrew said with a grin, "Allie, will you marry me?"
A silent moment passed. A big smile broke out on Alexandra's face, "Of course I will."
Andrew got up and spun Alexandra around. Everyone cheered as Andrew put the small ring on Alexandra's ring finger and kissed.
"It's so beautiful." Everest said before kissing Marshall. Skye, Summer, and Katie did the same with Chase, Zuma, and Ryder.
After a while, the party came to an end. Everyone began to clean up and head home. Before leaving, Andrew and his new fiancée said goodbye to the PAW Patrol.
"Thank you so much for inviting us." Alexandra said gratefully, "We had an amazing time."
"You're welcome." Marshall said cheerfully.
"We're so happy for you two!!" Skye exclaimed doing a backflip.
"Yeah, please invite us to the wedding." Rubble added.
"We most certainly will." Andrew said before turning to Alexandra, "Let's go home and tell the Earl, the Princess, and Master Harry the good news."
Andrew chanted the teleportation spell and he and Alexandra vanished. The PAW Patrol headed back to the Lookout and fell fast asleep under the shining summer stars.
