I know it's been a long time since I posted, there's been a lot going on and I just didn't feel like writing for DeGrassi or fanfiction. Didn't have the energy or passion to work on any of it. I've been working on something else that has nothing to do with DeGrassi or fanfiction. I got to a good place with that and decided to get back to fanfiction.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter.
Ch. 12 Teenage Nights
(FITZ)
"Fitz we have to get out to the front of the café," Clare giggles pushing me away.
It's Christmas Eve, we've been an official couple for a little less than sixteen hours now, and I'm pretty sure I've been smiling the whole time. We both work until six when the café closes and then we're going to Clare's house for Christmas Eve dinner. Clare called her mom this morning to ask if I could have Christmas Eve dinner with them. Clare told me her mom agreed when Clare said she wanted her boyfriend to come to dinner.
"Alright, fine let's go, but if there's no customers I'm going to kiss these lips as much as I can," I tell her and she smiles. We walk out to the front holding hands, the café isn't entirely dead, but the only ones here are Spinner, Paige and her brother Dylan. I met him last year when he came home during the summer for his parents anniversary.
"Hi Spinner," Clare grins releasing my hand, "merry Christmas Eve."
"Merry Christmas Eve, you both know my wife Paige and this is her brother Dylan," Spinner comments.
"Hi Paige, it's nice to meet you Dylan," Clare says.
"Hey Paige, it's nice to see you again Dylan," I nod.
"Hey," Dylan grins.
"Merry Christmas Sweetie Pies," Paige smiles. "Spin, you better go change my parents are expecting us."
"Yeah, I'll be out in a few," Spin nods taking off his apron just as Owen walks in the café. "Hey Owen," Spin nods to him.
"Hey Spin," Owen nods to him as Spin goes through the door to the back, "how's the sneaky, blissful couple?" Owen questions and Spin comes right back through the door.
"The what?" Spinner queries cocking an eyebrow at us.
"Are you two dating?" Paige squeals.
"Since when?" Spinner asks.
"Since last night, officially," I reply.
"OMG you two are sooooooooooo cute together," Paige gushes.
"What do you mean officially?" Spinner inquires.
"They've been sneaking around together since October," Owen answers for us.
"You were…what exactly does sneaking around mean?" Spinner asks narrowing his eyes at me.
"Oh, Honey Bee, you know exactly what it means, exactly what it would have meant for us at that age. Will you stop looking like you want to kill Fitz? He's a good guy, he's always been good to Clare, I'm sure he treats her like a princess," Paige says.
"He does," Clare smiles standing on her tiptoes to kiss my cheek.
"See, now stop worrying about them and go change so we can get to my parents," Paige commands.
"I'm going, I'm going. Owen have you met Paige's brother Dylan yet? He came home to coach the Ice Hounds team, so you'll be seeing a lot more of him as he's yelling at you on the ice. I'll change quickly and be right out," Spinner says before going into the back again.
"Guess you made the Ice Hounds?" Dylan asks shaking Owen's hand.
"Yeah, Owen was team captain and MVP the last two years," I tell Dylan as the two shake hands.
"Right, Owen Milligan, I should have known. The other coaches spoke very highly of you. I should have known who you were when you came in. I was a last minute edition to the coaching team, one of the coaches had a family obligation and couldn't commit to moving. I've only been in town a couple of days, after a very long flight, I think I'm still a little jet lagged. I look forward to working with you and seeing your skills on the ice."
"Thanks," Owen smiles proudly, "I know who you are of course, you're a DeGrassi hockey legend. It will be great to have you as a coach this year."
"Alright, I'm ready," Spinner says coming out from the back. "It's been pretty dead, if you go a couple of hours with no customers at all just close up early."
"Thanks Spin, Merry Christmas everyone," I say and Clare echoes my sentiments.
We wave to Spinner, Paige and Dylan as they leave, and then Owen orders a shake and a burger. I put the order in while Clare rings him up. Owen hangs out for a couple of hours, one other person comes in for coffee to-go while Owen is here. After that we only get one other customer, and when it's been two hours without anyone I decide to close up early. Clare tells the kitchen staff and I lock the front door. The kitchen staff takes a while to clean up, I would love to have some sexy time with Clare, but she wants to get home for Christmas Eve. We do tell the kitchen staff that we're together, so at least they know. After locking up and setting the alarm we get in my car and drive to Clare's house.
"Clare, you're home," her mom smiles when we come in, "we weren't expecting you for a couple of hours."
"It was very dead, Spin said we could close early if it was dead, so we did."
"Well, I'm grateful we get a couple more hours with you both on Christmas Eve. Take off your coats and boots and make yourselves comfortable," Helen says.
We hang our coats and then sit on the stairs to get our snow boots off. I follow Clare into the living room, Glen and Helen are in the kitchen, while Jake is watching a Christmas movie on the sofa.
"Thanks for having me tonight," I smile at Clare's parents.
"It's our pleasure Fitz, Jenna will also be joining us for dinner. She won't be here until 6:30 though, we weren't expecting you until then," Helen says.
"Can we help with anything?" I offer.
"No, no you kids sit and relax," Helen says.
"Jake you could probably call Jenna and see if you can pick her up early," Clare suggests.
"Yeah, good idea," Jake nods getting up to get his phone out and going up to his room.
Jake comes back downstairs a moment later and says he's going to pick up Jenna now. He puts on his coat and boots and leaves the house quickly. Clare and I finish watching the Christmas movie, Jake and Jenna returning just as the movie is finishing. I turn off the TV as they are taking off their boots and coats. Helen puts out some cheese and crackers, everyone sits down in the living room while we wait for dinner to be done.
"So, when did you two begin dating? I know that you work together at The Dot," Helen says and Clare looks at me. We can't exactly tell her mother the truth.
"Actually, I asked her to be my girlfriend last night at the dance," I reply, which is the truth.
"Didn't you go to the dance with Eli?" Glen asks.
"She did, but at one point Fitz snuck her out and proclaimed his love to her and Eli stepped aside. We heard all about it when Clare slept over last night," Jenna speaks up. Clare was actually at my place last night, but her parents don't need to know that. Alli and Jenna were covering for her last night, so was Jake.
"We've gotten really close working together these last few months," Clare says. This is also true, we're just leaving out a few things.
"Yeah, I just didn't have the nerve to ask her out until I saw her with Eli at the dance, and I was afraid to lose her," I tell them. This is also true.
"Well, isn't that sweet," Helen smiles. "I hope your family was okay with you spending Christmas Eve here on such short notice."
"I don't really have any family, I never knew my dad. I live on my own, my mom chose my stepdad over me. He and his son were very abusive, so I took the steps to live on my own. It's not easy, but it's a lot better for me, and Spin has been great. He and his wife Paige have both done a lot for me. I usually spend Christmas with my friend Owen and his family."
"It's good that you have people in your life, family is the people that care about you and you can count on, even if you aren't related to them. It shows a lot of maturity and responsibility to be on your own," Glen says.
"Thanks, all I have is a tiny studio apartment in a part of town that's not so great, but it's all mine."
"You're welcome to spend the morning with us," Helen offers.
"Yeah, you could sleep in my room," Jake says.
"Cool, thanks, I'd love to do that. I'll have to go home for a change of clothes and everything. Owen won't mind, I'll call him after dinner," I smile.
When dinner is almost ready Glen and Jake pull out the table. I help them get the leaves in the table to extend it, then we help Clare and Jenna set the table. Everyone sits down and we say Grace before we begin eating.
"Dinner is great, this food is wonderful," I praise Helen and Glen as we begin eating.
"Thank you Fitz," Helen smiles.
Dinner is great, and very filling, after dinner we all help clean up. I call Owen and he says to spend time with my girlfriend and have a wonderful holiday. Then Jake and Clare help me set up a bed in his room for me to sleep tonight. We play a board game and have dessert, watch a couple of Christmas movies and then we get ready for midnight mass. Midnight mass is wonderful, and we drop Jenna at home on our way home, she kisses Jake goodnight at the door. When we get back to the house everyone starts getting ready for bed.
"Merry Christmas Fitz," Clare smiles giving me a gentle kiss goodnight.
"Merry Christmas Clare, it's already the most wonderful Christmas I've ever had. I love you Clare Edwards, and I hope we spend many more Christmases together."
(CLARE)
"Okay, I have the schedule up for January," Spinner says coming out of the back. Today is Boxing Day, Fitz and I got to work an hour ago, and Spinner opened. Once we were here Spinner went into the office to make the schedule. "I put you in for a couple of closing shifts each week Clare, the weekend shifts mostly midday, but a few in the club. After a couple weeks of your co-op I can add more shifts for you if you want them. I didn't want to overwork you, I know you'll have co-op in the morning, but they may ask you to come in after school sometimes. I can always readjust the schedule, just let me know how much you can handle."
"Thanks Spin, I don't even know what my co-op is yet, how much I can handle will probably depend on where I'm working."
"Alright, schedule's made and I'm gonna go home. Johnny and Jeanette will be here in a couple hours, so you can both take lunch," Spinner tells us.
"Bye Spin," Fitz and I say together. A few minutes after Spin leaves Drew comes in with a huge grin on his face.
"You look very smiley today," I comment.
"Probably because I'm super happy, and on my way to meet my girlfriend," Drew says.
"Girlfriend?" Fitz asks.
"Yeah, Bianca and I got back together. I was inspired by you at the dance Fitz, so after some planning I did my own grand gesture of sorts. It worked, Bianca and I are back together," Drew beams.
"That's great Drew, I'm happy for you both. You and Bianca always seemed so great together," I smile.
"Yeah you and Bianca were great together, I'm glad to hear you finally got the courage to ask her out again," Fitz grins.
"Thanks, if not for you I may never have tried. If I don't get coffee and pastries though I'll be late for my breakfast date with her," Drew says.
"I know what you both drink, what pastries would you like? Fitz asks.
"Give me a chocolate croissant and a cinnamon roll," Drew replies.
I ring him up as Fitz begins making the coffee. As I'm making change for Drew the front door opens again and Owen comes in. He sees how happy Drew is and Drew tells him that he and Bianca are back together.
"Hey that's great Dude, you and B were always great together."
"Yeah, we're super happy," Drew says.
"Yeah, you look it, and I'll bet B looks just as happy," Owen grins. "I need a double today Fitz, gotta wake up for a meeting with the Ice Hound coaches. Everyone else is coming in a couple of days and we have to talk about how to welcome them and how to get the billet families together."
"Yeah, we're billeting one of them, he lives in Guelph though, so he's not coming from too far," Drew says.
"I didn't know you were billeting one of the team," I comment.
"We just found out ourselves, the family he was supposed to be billeted with fell through. I gotta run, see you guys," Drew waves taking his coffee and pastries.
"Bye Drew," we all call together.
Fitz rings up Owen's double while I make it, he pays and waves goodbye. For the next couple of hours it's pretty quiet, we get one or two customers at a time, and only two of them stay in the café. About half an hour before we're to go on lunch, we submit a lunch order to the kitchen. Johnny and Jeanette come out to the front at the same time to cover us for lunch.
"Hi guys, how was your holiday?" Jeanette asks smiling and batting her eyelashes at Fitz.
"It was great," I smile.
"I would say fantastic, now if you'll excuse us I'm going to eat lunch with my girlfriend," Fitz says taking my hand.
"Girlfriend?" Jeanette exclaims with a shocked expression looking between the two of us. I must admit after watching her shameless flirting with Fitz for weeks it was satisfying to see the look on her face.
"Enjoy lunch," Johnny grins.
Fitz and I pick up our lunch from the kitchen and go back to the employee lounge. We eat and then spend the rest of lunch making out together. When we return to the café it's busier because the snow has stopped.
"How long have you two been dating?" Jeanette questions.
"We have to get upstairs," Johnny says taking Jeanette's arm and pulling her into the back.
I take a quick tour of the café floor to see if anyone needs anything. I refill some water glasses and return to the counter. We stay pretty busy for the afternoon, just before it's time for us to get off Owen comes back in.
"Hey Owen, how was your meeting?" Fitz asks.
"It was okay, it was long, but I'm having a New Year's party to welcome the team, you two in?" Owen asks.
"Yeah, cool, café and club are closed that night we'll be there," Fitz nods.
"A New Year's party, that sounds fun," a voice says from behind Owen. His eyes go wide and he turns around slowly.
"Anya?!" He exclaims.
"Hey Anya, welcome home," I smile.
"Hey Anya," Fitz grins.
"Are you just in town for the holidays?" Owen asks.
"Actually, I'm home for good, I'll be going to Centennial this semester. So, am I invited to this New Year's party?" Anya questions.
"Uh, yeah, sure, my place New Year's Eve, starting around nine. I'll text you the address, assuming your number hasn't changed," Owen says.
"It hasn't changed," she replies and then looks at Fitz, "one medium hazelnut latte to-go please."
"Actually, I came for lunch, double cheeseburger and a pop," Owen says.
I ring them both up and Fitz gets Anya's coffee first, she smiles at Owen and sashays out of the café.
"So, you and Anya again?" Fitz asks.
"I just invited her to a party Dude," Owen replies.
"Uh-huh, sit down I'll bring over your food when it's ready," Fitz chuckles handing Owen his pop.
Owen leaves as soon as he's done with lunch, waving to us as he goes. We remain pretty busy for the rest of our shift, and we're glad when it's time to clock out.
"You want to sleep at my place tonight?" Fitz asks as we get in his car.
"Better not, you spent the last couple of nights at my place," I reply.
"Yeah, but we weren't able to do anything with your whole family home. I had to sleep in Jake's room, I wasn't even able to hold you at night."
"I know, for my mom's sake however, and to keep her from getting suspicious, I think I better go home alone tonight."
"Alright, fine, I'll take you home and see you at work tomorrow," Fitz gives in.
"We both close tomorrow, I can probably get Jake to cover and spend the night at your house," I tell him and he smiles.
He reaches over taking my hand and interlacing our fingers Then kisses the back of my hand before he begins driving. When he drops me off I give him a long and sensuous kiss goodnight. I walk into my house with a smile on my lips thinking about my wonderful boyfriend.
(FITZ)
"Hey, glad you guys made it," Owen smiles when we walk into his house New Year's Eve. "Hey hounds, this is Fitz and his girlfriend Clare, that means hands off," Owen announces to the room. Several voices in the room say hey or hi, though it's hard to tell where they're coming from.
"Hi Clare, Hey Fitz," Adam smiles coming over.
"Hi Adam, so which Ice Hound are you billeting?" Clare asks him.
"HEY DALLAS," Adam calls into the room.
"You called?" Asks a boy appearing next to Adam.
"Dallas, this is Clare one of my best friends, and her boyfriend Fitz, one of Owen's best friends. This is Mike Dallas, he likes to go by Dallas obviously, he's team captain," Adam tells us.
"Good to meet you, I saw your picture in Adam's room," Dallas smiles at Clare before looking at me. "So, what kind of name is Fitz?"
"Mark Fitzgerald, but I never liked the name Mark, so everyone calls me Fitz," I explain.
"Cool, like the way I go by Dallas, never really like Michael or Mike that much. How long have you known Owen?"
"I've known Owen and Bianca forever. Speaking of Bianca are she and Drew here?" I question.
"Yeah," Adam says looking around, "around here somewhere."
"We'll find them, we should maybe meet the rest of the Ice Hounds, welcome them to DeGrassi," Clare says taking my hand and pulling me.
"I'll introduce you," Dallas remarks getting in front of us and Adam follows us, but leaves us when we get to the food. Dallas introduces us to several players including Swedish twins. While he's introducing us Anya arrives and Owen is very happy she's here. We also find Drew and Bianca while Dallas is introducing us to some Ice Hounds. Clare and I greet Drew and Bianca, they look extremely happy to be back together, they're beaming at each other. Bianca also says we're very cute together and tells Clare to make sure I stay in line. "And, this is our youngest member, Campbell Saunders, he's billeted with Principal Simpson," Dallas tells us.
"Connor didn't say they were billeting a player," Clare remarks. "It's nice to meet you Campbell," Clare smiles at him.
"You can call me Cam, and it's nice to you meet you too," he smiles.
"So, that's the team, including our young hockey prodigy here," Dallas says.
"Hey, I'm only a year younger than some of the team," Cam says scrunching his face at Dallas.
"Teasing Rookie, teasing," Dallas grins.
"Thanks for the introductions Dallas,"Clare grins at him and then looks at me, "let's go get some food before the hockey team eats it all," Clare comments taking my hand and pulling me toward the food.
"Good call, food is going fast," Dallas comments as we begin walking away.
"Cam seems nice," I remark as we start getting food.
"Yeah, I hope this team is good for Owen, and the school, because our school just got a major injection of alpha male testosterone," Clare says in a low voice.
There's a couple Ice Hounds also getting food, but they're talking to Marisol and another cheerleader. Either they didn't hear her or didn't care. Clare and I get some food and some punch and take it to the sofa, Drew and Bianca are also on the sofa eating.
"Hey, we should double next weekend, if you two aren't working anyway," Bianca suggests.
"We could do it Sunday, Clare opens and I'm off. We couldn't be out too late anyway with school the next day," I tell them.
"Sounds good to me, what do you think Babe?" Bianca asks Drew.
"Yeah, Sunday works for me. Fitz and I will make a plan," Drew grins.
We spend most of the party with Drew and Bianca or Adam. A few minutes before midnight Bianca turns on the TV and we all count down. Everyone yells "Happy New Year" and then I pull Clare into my arms and give her a long, passionate kiss.
"We should probably get going, we both have to be in the cafe at seven tomorrow," I say when I finally pull my lips away from hers.
"Yeah, especially as we're probably not going to go to sleep right away," Clare replies and I grin at her lustfully. "Down boy, I want to say goodbye to Adam, Drew, Bianca and Owen at least."
"Yeah, speaking of Owen where is he? I haven't seen him for a couple of hours," I remark looking around.
"Shortly after Anya showed up they disappeared upstairs, they never came back down" Adam tells us appearing suddenly. "We gotta take off too, we have to drop Bianca and Mom told us to be home by one."
"Guess we'll thank Owen for the party later, I don't want to interrupt him and Anya," I remark.
"Yeah, I gotta find Drew, Dallas and Bianca so we can get home," Adam comments.
"HEY B," I yell over the crowd.
"WHAT?" Bianca hollers back.
"WE GOTTA GO," Adam yells.
"We're here," Drew says from behind us, "DALLAS WE GOTTA GO."
"You know I'm not sure that we should leave everyone here while Owen is up in his room with Anya," Clare says.
"Good call," Dallas agrees as he joins us. Bianca seems to agree too as she turns off the music and Dallas stands on a chair. "Everyone clean up as much as you can in the next two minutes and then everyone get the hell out of here," Dallas commands.
Everyone listens and people start tossing trash and putting away food. When two minutes is up there's only a little for Owen to do tomorrow. We stay to make sure everyone gets out of Owen's house before the six of us finally leave. Clare hugs Adam, Drew and Bianca goodbye, I hug Bianca, and wave to the guys before Clare and I get in my car. As soon as we get back to my apartment and I have the door locked I capture Clare's lips for a smoldering kiss.
She drops her purse to the floor and rakes her fingers through my hair, her nails gently grazing the back of my neck. I grip her waist and pick her up, she wraps her legs around my waist. I carry her to the bed lying her down and kissing my way from her jaw down her neck and then along her clavicle. I rest my lips at the dip in the middle of her collarbone, licking softly as I turn her on her side to unzip her dress. I gather the material in my hands before pulling it over her head.
Rolling her to her back again I get on my knees and drink in the wonderfully lovely sight before me. I smile admiringly at my deliciously sexy girlfriend before taking off my shirt. Clare kicks off her shoes while I take off my boots and socks. I start to take off my jeans but she gets on her knees on the edge of the bed and hooks a finger through one of the belt loops. She kisses me softly as she unzips my jeans, then tugs them down with my boxers. I help her get them all the way off and then lie her on her back to get the rest of her clothes off.
Licking my lips at the sight of her I open her legs and lick along her slit, she moans and opens her legs wide. Now that she's wet and moaning I get on my knees and rub myself a couple of times to get completely hard. Then I quickly replace my tongue with my rock hard length. We both moan at the same time, her back arching high and her legs wrapping around my waist as she takes me in. I kiss her breasts gently as I slowly go all the way in, she makes a whimpering moan, her body trembling as it adjusts. I go still to let her adjust while I kiss her skin.
After a moment her hips begin to buck and I start to move again. Thrusting slowly, gently, pulling almost all the way out and then gliding back in to the hilt. Kissing her skin and watching her body move with mine. Clare moans, her hips buck, her nails softly dragging over my skin or gripping my arms. After a few moments of this her hips begin to buck harder, and she begs me to go faster. I give her passionate kiss before obliging her request and thrusting faster and a little harder. I keep up this pace until I feel her entire body tense, she's close to orgasm, and so am I.
"Together," I whisper to her and then we both explode in orgasm. I thrust a few more times as we ride out our orgasms together. I pull out slowly and kiss her gently as her body shudders in aftershocks of orgasm. I kiss her chest again getting out of bed to clean up. After a few moments Clare gets out of bed to clean up as well. She gets ready for bed and I wrap her in my arms when she gets in bed. Kissing her temple I fall asleep happy and content with the girl I love in my arms.
When my alarm goes off the next morning we get up and shower together. I'd love to make love to her in the shower, but if I do that we'll never make it to work. As hard as it is I restrain myself I am satisfied to watch her wonderfully sexy body in the water. We get out and get dressed, we don't have time for breakfast, but we can eat at work. Clare puts her bag in my car since I have to take her home after work.
"Oh good my relief," Spinner grins when we come to the front of the cafe. "I'm taking my break, it's been pretty busy but I'll be around long enough to cover you for lunches. Johnny and Christian will be in at four, they can work out with Jeanette and Kelly lunch coverage for tonight," Spinner tells us as he takes off his apron.
"Thanks Spin, enjoy your lunch," Clare smiles.
We're busy all morning, and remain so busy that we have to take lunch one at a time. After we've both taken lunch Spinner is off and the cafe is still busy. We have over three hours working alone, at least around two it starts to die down, and soon there's only a handful of people in the cafe. Shortly after Clare returns from break Adam comes in, he sees us and grins.
"Hi Adam," Clare smiles.
"Hey Guys, had to get out of the house. Mom and Dad are out all day, Dallas is with the team, and Drew and Bianca are all dopey in love and I could tell wanted to be alone. I'm glad they're back together, but I hate being ousted so they can be alone."
"You can hang out here, I'm off at four you could come over to my place and stay for dinner," Clare offers.
"You mean you're not going home with Fitz?" Adam questions.
"I want her to, she has to go home," I complain just as Lucas comes in with Jane, she must be home for the holidays.
"Cool, in the meantime I need some lunch," Adam smiles, "give me a double cheeseburger, fries and cherry shake with chocolate ice cream."
"Ooh, that sounds good, I'll take the same Fitz," Jane remarks. Adam looks over and smiles at her, Lucas meantime is giving us a look.
"Johnny says you two are a couple now," Lucas says and now Jane's attention is on us.
"Fitz do you have an actual girlf…" Jane stops and looks at Clare when she seems to realize who she is.
"Good to see you Jane, you remember Clare Edwards, and yes we're dating now. I asked her at the winter dance," I inform them.
"Holy crap!" Jane exclaims.
"It's nice to see you Jane, you too Lucas, haven't seen you since Fitz's birthday party. This is my best friend Adam, this is Fitz's friend Lucas and his sister Jane. She goes to Stanford," Clare says.
"Not anymore, transferring to U of T, Mom is having health issues and we're not sure what's going on. I came home to be close to her, and keep an eye this one," Jane teases her brother.
"Hey, I do not need to be babysat, I have a steady job and my own apartment and everything," Lucas grumbles.
"I know, you've been doing great, we're all really proud of you. Now, are you going to order lunch so they can ring us up?" Jane asks Lucas.
He orders and Clare rings Adam up and then Lucas and Jane while I put in their orders and start making their drinks. Jane asks Adam if he wants to eat with them and he says sure, so they all sit at one table. When their food is ready we take it over to them, Jane and Adam are talking about music. Jane and Lucas leave after lunch, they have some errands to run, but it doesn't escape my attention (or Clare's) that Adam and Jane exchange numbers before they leave. Adam hangs out until we're off since he's going home with Clare.
"You and Jane seemed to be getting along really well," Clare smiles when we're all in my car.
"Yeah, saw you two exchanging phone numbers," I comment.
"To talk about music, she's in college and she doesn't know about me yet. She's nice though, really smart and pretty," Adam grins.
"Jane was the first girl ever on the DeGrassi football team. She's always been open-minded Adam, I doubt she'd care and she'll just see you as you. A wonderful, funny, creative, cute boy," Clare assures him.
"I'll tell her about me, but we were just talking about music, I don't think she's interested in me other than someone to play music with," Adam comments.
"I wouldn't be so sure Adam," I reply. I saw the way she was looking at Adam while they were talking, there was definitely some interest there. "You two have fun, call you tonight," I tell Clare before taking her lips for a kiss.
"Bye Fitz," Adam smiles getting out the car.
"I love you," Clare grins.
"I love you too."
The next update will pick up with their first day back at school and include Clare's first day at co-op, and of course Flare sexiness. Next story to be updated is "Just a Bite".
