I thought even more about this idea and came up with another case idea (someone stop me please). This could be either the first or the second trial. But, the victim causes his own death and according to every witness, he wasn't acting like himself and they believe a Quirk was involved. And Shinso, who happened to be around at the time and happens to have a mind control Quirk, is blamed. So now, Deku has to prove his innocence.
