FLASHBACK Gabriel was hearing it all again. Seven years had past and he kept dreaming of the same things many nights. Phaser beams firing, sometimes next to him, sometimes from him. Disrupter blasts going near him or at him. Explosions all around him going off. Chaos, destruction were constants in the background of his dream. Gabriel woke up in his quarters drenched in sweat. His shirt clung to his chest. He let out a heavy sigh as he threw the blankets off. He looked outside his viewport and saw the stars but they were partially blocked by dry dock.

GABRIEL "Computer time?"

COMPUTER "The time is zero two ten hours."

Gabriel went to his sink and splashed water onto his face. This was an old habit he developed over many years without access to medications and solid doctors that he could trust. Doctor...Doctor. Well...what the hell. Gabriel grabbed a robe and threw it on. He left his quarters. He was praying some of his people were getting the sleep he was currently being deprived up. His concern was partly due to the concern of the welfare of his crew. His other concern he was not fond of the idea of the crew seeing their captain in his pajams wandering the halls. Gabriel hoped after a few years he would loosen up but he doubted it. His thoughts were interrupted when the doors opened on the turbolift and he entered.

GABRIEL "Deck seven."

The turbolift then started its descent.
