The next morning, Natalie and Roman woke up on the beach. "I guess we fell asleep." She said with a laugh.
"We should head back to the house and shower and have some breakfast." He smiled.
"We should...but I don't want to get up."
"Well, how about we shower and get some breakfast and then we can spend the day around Pensacola. And then tonight, we can have a romantic dinner on the patio and then a little more fun."
"Deal." She replied. They both got dressed and headed to the house. She was really starting to fall for him and she knew it was fast and it scared her as well.
He smiled at her. He hoped this weekend would end with the two of them giving a relationship a shot. And he was determined to help her have a good time and help her see that they could have a great relationship. She came out of the shower and he licked his lips as he looked at her.
"What is that look?" She laughed because she knew exactly what that look meant.
"Then you know what it means." He said laughing as he walked over to her. "And you know exactly what is running through my mind." She smiled as he kissed her.
"Guess we will miss breakfast and sight seeing?" She smiled.
"Maybe later." He said before kissing her again. He picked her up and carried her to the bedroom.
Lindsay woke up and looked over to the other side of the bed. Then she looked up when she saw Randy come to the door. "I have breakfast ready if you're hungry."
"Thank you." Lindsay replied. "It looks amazing."
"I hope you enjoy it." He smiled and placed it front of her.
"This is amazing." She said taking a bite. He smiled. "So I was thinking...since we love each other...maybe we should move in together. I mean I am here all the time anyway. I can sell my condo and put that money away for the baby."
He looked at her. "You really want to move together?"
"Yes."
"Alright. Let's do it."
He smiled and kissed her. "I'll get some of the guys to help me get my stuff over here and put my condo on the market on Monday. I do love you." She smiled.
"I love you too." He replied and kissed her. He couldn't wait for her to move in with him.
Natalie woke up and smiled at Roman. "So, we slept through breakfast." She laughed.
"And lunch. So how about we get dressed and have a nice dinner?"
"In an oceanfront restaurant?" She smiled.
"Whatever you want baby."
She smiled. "I can't wait." They got dressed and headed out.
They arrived at a seafood restaurant that overlooked the ocean. "This view is amazing." Natalie said as they were seated by the window.
He looked at her and smiled. "Yeah, it's beautiful."
She smiled at him. "I'm glad we came. Not just to the restaurant but to Pensacola."
"Me too. This has been a great trip so far."
She smiled. "And I see a lot more to come on this vacation." He smiled back as they dinner arrived. After dinner, they headed back to the house.
Randy looked at Lindsay as they were having dinner. "So, I was thinking we could stay at my house tonight. You could look around the house and see what you want to change or where we want the baby's room to be." She looked at him and nodded. "Good." He smiled. "I can't wait for you to move in and we can get it ready for the baby."
"So I can change whatever I want?" He nodded.
"Whatever you want. I want it to be our house. Where we raise our family." He looked at her. "I want you make the house yours and ours."
She smiled a little. "Okay. But you're telling John."
He laughed. "Alright. I'll tell him." He leaned in and kissed her. He couldn't wait and he hoped this would be a stepping stone for her to agree to marry him. A little while later, he looked over at her as she slept. She looked peaceful. He kissed her on the forehead and drifted off to sleep himself.
A few days later Randy and Lindsay asked John to come over to her condo. They wanted to tell him that they were going to live together. "Would you relax?"
"I'm sorry. I just keep thinking about when John found out about everything."
"You mean when he kicked your ass?"
"Yeah, that's it." He said as the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it." She said walking over and opening the door.
John hugged her. "You look good sis." He replied. "So, what did you want to talk to me about?"
"We're moving in together. We love each other." Randy said as he walked up.
John looked at them. "You're moving in together? You love each other?"
"Yes." Lindsay replied. "We are moving in together and we admitted our feelings."
John smiled and nodded. "I'm happy for you.."
"Thank you."
Randy breathed a sigh of relief. He hoped this meant John was now okay with everything. "Thank you for saying that." He said to him.
"You just make sure you treat my sister right."
"I will."
John nodded. "Good. So, you will be selling this place?" He asked Lindsay. "Maybe I will buy it."
"Why would you want to buy it?"
"To have an extra place." He replied. "A place I can come to and relax."
Lindsay looked at him. "Why do you want it really?"
"I told you."
"Do you want it because you want to spy on Natalie? You want to see her and spy on her and Roman?" She looked at him. "That's why you want it, isn't it?"
"What does she see in him anyway?"
"He's handsome, sexy, rich." Lindsay replied. John and Randy looked at her. "And hes honest with her." She looked at them both. "He isn't cheating on her or lying to her about how he feels."
"So you're firmly on her side then?"
"I know what it feels like to be cheated on. To have someone be with you and tell you they love you and the whole time, they're playing you. You're my brother and I will always love you. But you did Natalie shitty. She was the first decent girl you've ever dated and you treated her like shit." She looked at Randy. "Maybe Roman can do for her what Randy did for me."
"And what is that?" John asked. Lindsay smiled.
"Mend her broken heart. Make her see that it's okay to fall in love again. That she can be happy. I know you had your reasons. But you should have been honest with her. Randy had to learn how to do it. But he did. And I love him. And he loves me. Natalie deserves that chance to be happy with someone who truly loves her." John thought about what she said. She was right but it was hard for him to lose. "I know you don't like to lose but you did this time. It's going to be okay. I swear. Now can we eat? I'm starving.
"Yeah. Lets eat." She nodded and they headed into the dining room. Lindsay hoped that John heard her and would let Natalie be.
