Summary: A sequel to 'Killers baby girl', this is a collection of one-shots throughout the years of Bramty growing up within the club. Set before season 1 has started but I have included some of the details like Donna's death and the birth of Abel and Thomas early on. This version Donna, Kenny and Ellie die in a car crash. Tara never left town and she is the mother of Abel and Thomas who are similar age to Bramty. Clay is also more of a family man then in the TV series.

Chapter 17

Bramty - Age 13

Once again Happy found himself in the principles office for something Bramty's done. He liked that she didn't take shit from anybody and more often than not it was her mouth that landed her in the office with him getting called down to discuss the situation. But there admittedly had been a few times that she'd been suspended for violence.

Thankfully Bramty didn't resort to violence at school unless she was provoked and they'd never been able to expell her for that.

However, when Happy pulled up to the school with Gemma in tow and spotted the firefighters leaving, his gut had him worried this might be a little more than her mouthing off this time.

He didn't see the principle choosing to deal with some smartass over someone who'd caused a fire.

"This can't be good" Gemma mumbled as they walked through the hallways towards the office, a route they knew very well at this point.

Once again the receptionist didn't even look at them as they walked past and into the office. Happy spotted Bramty and three of her friends sitting in chairs with their parents standing behind them. All of them stayed in silence waiting for one more parent to show up which took almost 20 minutes and didn't make him feel any better about the situation.

Bramty hadn't even looked up from the spot on the principles desk that she happened to find very interesting and he knew this time there was no getting her out of this, because she deserved it. That didn't mean he'd let her get punished by the school though, if there was a way to get her out of trouble.

"I'm sorry I was late" A man and a woman rushed into the office hurriedly and the principle nodded at them.

"So, there was an incident in the off limits science lab today... your 4 children were all involved in a fire being set and we're here to figure out what happened. We're going to deal with this internally since the fire captain assured me that it was unintentionally set"

"My son wouldn't have any part in something like that!" one of the fathers scoffed and the son rolled his eyes.

"Well, Riley?" The principle prompted the kid "Would you like to tell us the truth about what happened?"

Happy noticed that all the kids looked up at each other before Riley nodded "Well, Jasper and I went to the Science block when Yasmine told us she'd be there with Bramty... I don't remember who had the smokes and the lighter but Yasmine and Jasper were shared the smoke. We were in there for lunch and then Bramty and I left to go to class"

The principle nodded looking at Bramty who nodded her agreement, "That's what happened"

"Okay" the principle nodded and then looked to the guy and the chick in the middle of the four who Happy assumed were Yasmine and Jasper. "What happened? Who brought the smokes and the lighter and how did the fire start?"

Yasmine spoke up first "I don't remember who brought the smokes or the lighter but I guess we didn't put it out like we thought we did when we walked out of the room" she shrugged

"Jasper?" the principle sighed

"That's what happened. We told the truth and I don't know who brought them either... I'm too freaked out about there being a fire to remember something so small" Jasper said and Happy had to give the four credit for their well told lie, but he didn't buy it.

They're probably covering for someone who wasn't caught, Happy figured.

"The four of you will have detention every lunch for a month and you'll give up your free period to clean up the science room" the principal sighed

"Okay"

"Okay"

"Mhmn"

"Fine"

The principle nodded in satisfaction and the four kids got up quickly walking out the door to a not so subtle whispered conversation. Happy and Gemma were the only ones to notice because they didn't bother making nice with the principle bitch.

Bramty smacked the Jasper kid up the back side of the head and they all whispered more before hugging. The group split up walking away in the hallway leaving Bramty rolling her eyes at the three who all made an effort to awkwardly stand away from each other.

"Outside" Happy barked and Bramty nodded not saying a word as the they walked out to the parking lot. "No" He stopped Bramty from making her quick escape into the car and she groaned loudly.

"Dad" she sighed

"No, don't dad me Bramty... what the hell actually happened?" Happy demanded and she stared at him blankly before sighing and giving in.

"The fire really was an accident from someone's extra smoke. Whether it was a cigarette or a joint I don't honestly know" she admitted

"You were getting high?" Happy was shocked, Bramty had always made sure the guys kept their joints out of her face. He'd thought she still hated drugs.

"NO!" she barked and he nodded seeing that he'd offended her by even suggesting it. Bramty obviously wasn't the one doing drugs, but there was still more to the story. "It wasn't just us 4. There was maybe 15 of my friends and we were all just hanging around playing cards or talking... it wasn't anything bad. Sometimes it's where we go if we just want to sit and not go to class that period"

Happy nodded, he could see in her eyes she was telling the truth and he appreciated that. They had always had an understanding that if he asked, she told the truth no matter what.

This definitely wasn't as bad as he'd thought it would be. "Okay. Well I think the punishment for the school is enough... I'm happy you didn't rat on your friends"

Bramty nodded and shrugged turning to get in the car but Gemma stopped her again, "Those smokes and lighters? you didn't get them from the clubhouse, right?"

"No, no" Bramty shook her head "They weren't even mine and I'd never take from you guys... I practiced lifting the smokes but I always put them back. Promise Gem"

"She's telling the truth" he assured Gemma who nodded having come to the same conclusion. Happy watched as they both got in the car while he mounted his bike.

It could have been a whole lot worse and he knew it! Especially compared to what he was doing at her age.

But Happy supposed that the fact she had never been sheltered from things like that was the reason she chose not to partake even if her friends did. Bramty has seen more than a kid her age should see, but it was those experiences that had shown her the consequences and the damage drugs can have on your life.

It was the same reason he didn't even mess with drugs as simple as weed anymore.

Actually, a lot of the guys cut back after they saw how uncomfortable it made her. Even if the guys did still smoke joints, they made sure they were no where near Bramty and freshly showered right after.
