Amity was hanging out with Boscha, trying to keep her mind off of Luz. Amity, according to Boscha, looked like someone in rehab having a relapse. Amity wanted to argue but one look in Boscha's compact mirror proved that she was right. Amity didn't think it was possible for her to get anymore pale, but right now her skin was borderline grey. Her hair was all messed up, her eyes were bloodshot, and her eyes had bags under them.
"Amity, when was the last time you got sleep?" Boscha asked.
"Thursday." Amity said.
"It's Wednesday."
"Well, let me say this, would you be able to sleep if Willow was stuck in another dimension, possibly dead." Boscha didn't say anything, proving Amity right, "That's what I thought."
"How did we start talking about my crush?" Boscha asked.
"I don't know." Amity started chuckling, "Have you ever gay panicked, yet?"
"W-what? No, I have more dignity than that."
"Whatever you say. Hi, Willow."
Boscha quickly turned around.
"Willow?!"
Amity started laughing when Boscha saw no one there. She faced Amity and scowled at her.
"What's the matter, Boscha? I thought you had more dignity than that?" Amity said.
"Fuck you."
In the Human Realm, Luz was at the park with Emelina.
"So, you mean to tell me that when you were five, your goal was to jump off everything on the playground?" Emelina said.
"I was a special kid."
"You were one kind of special."
Luz playfully shoved her cousin, which caused Emelina to laugh. Everything was going good until they heard someone.
"Emily! Luz!"
It was Tracey, she was running up to them.
"Tracey? What's going on?" Luz asked.
"Aaron. He's getting aggressive because I've turned him down so many times. He's got some of his friends to help him. I need you to hide me!"
"Go hide behind that group of trees, we'll deal with him." Emelina said.
Tracey ran behind the tree's and Luz whispered to Emelina.
"Get the spell ready."
"On it." Emelina said.
Aaron and three of his friends saw the two witches and surrounded them.
"Well, look what we have here. A couple of whores."
"You don't want to mess with us, Aaron." Luz said.
Emily had made a spell circle and smiled. She still remembered the Beast Keeping spell Uncle Alex taught her the one summer she was on the Boiling Isle. All they had to do was wait.
"You two can give us what we want and we'll leave you alone. If you don't, well you won't like what comes next."
"Fine, Tracey's over there." Luz said.
Luz pointed towards the fence that separated the park from the woods. Aaron went over there and jumped the fence. After a few seconds he jumped over the fence while screaming. One thing about living in Northern California, you have a lot of creatures that live in the woods. Behind him, there was a cougar chasing him. He and his friends all ran away from the big cat and Emily walked up to it.
"Oh, who's a good girl? Is it you? Yes, it is!" Emily said, petting the large feline.
The cougar ran back into the woods and Luz turned to the trees.
"You can come out now, Tracey."
Tracey came out and walked over to them.
"How did you get them to go away?"
"Magic." Luz said.
Tracey laughed.
"Okay, well, however you did it, thanks."
Tracey went home and Luz and Emelina just smiled.
"Good work on the Beast Keeping spell. You've come a long way from barely being able to call a snake."
"Yeah, it took a lot of practice but now I can call on large animals. They love it when I pet them afterwards." Emily said.
The two continued to walk, unaware that Aaron has something else up his sleeve. Something that might end very badly for them.
