"Hey! I'm pretty sure you guys know me, I'm Holly. What are you guys talking about?" Holly asked.
"Oh, we're just talking about how Lila saved a racoon that Prince Ali couldn't and he said she was so brave!" Rose explained. Holly furrowed her eyebrows. That didn't sound right. If one person couldn't why would another be able to? Especially if the person trying to save the racoon is a total animal lover. Holly glanced over at Marinette who looked frustrated. Holly walked up to her and Marinette seemed to ease up.
"Hey, why aren't you with everyone else, listening to Lila's stories?" Holly asked.
"Because, there lies. It's really obvious, but no one wants to believe me," Marinette explained.
"I believe you, it doesn't exactly work like how she's explaining it," Holly agreed.
"Really?" Marinette said, looking straight at Holly.
"Sure," Holly said. Marinette smile and Holly knew this would be a good friendship.
"Hey, after school, you wanna come get some macarons at my parents bakery?"
"Actually, yes!"
After school…
Holly walked next to Marinette, who happened to like the Harry Potter series, too. When they got to the bakery, Marinette shouted hi to her parents, grabbed two cookies, and had Holly follow her to her room. Holly couldn't help notice Marinette's poster collection of Adrien.
"Ha! Nice poster collection, Marinette. All mine have Harry Potter characters on them!" Holly said, walking up to the collection.
"Ha," Marinette said with a nervous giggle.
"Are these hearts? Nooo, Mari! You have a thing for Adrien!"
"Ah!" Marinette rushed to the posters and pushed the posters collection down.
What do you say? You wanna help Mari or are you a different shipper? Maybe as you get closer to Mari you find out she is Ladybug, just tell me what you want! Bug out!
