After being "killed" in the forest during what was supposed to be his seventh year, Harry is sent to a place where he is offered the chance to go back to when he was ten and do it all over again. But unlike before, an abundance of happiness and privilege awaits him in his new shot at life, and he intends to capitalize on every opportunity. Oh, and all the ladies are now after him.

13. Chapter 13

Hello everyone. Enjoy the chapter!

Harry was in a rather pleasant mood as he enjoyed the ice cream Hagrid had bought for him.

"Yer seem to be in a rather nice mood there, Harry. What's up?" Hagrid asked him as they came out of their next store.

"Oh, nothing really," Harry said.

In truth though, Harry was quite curious about how he suddenly came to know what quidditch and Hogwarts houses were. And as tempted as he was to ask, he suspected that even Hagrid probably wouldn't have an explanation, so he kept quiet. He settled for asking him what these things were as though he didn't already know.

There was still a lot of school stuff to buy and the quest continued on for more than an hour. Finally, the two of them began to approach a shop called Ollivander's.

"Just yer wand left," Hagrid said. "Oh, and I haven't bought yer a birthday present yet."

Harry felt his face go slightly red. "Oh, you don't have to do that."

"I know I don't have ter, I want ter," Hagrid responded.

So before they actually went towards Ollivander's, they stopped by a pet store called Eeylop's Owl Emporium. A short while later, the two of them emerged with a cage containing a certain snowy owl which Harry also had in his first life. Like before, he couldn't stop stammering his thanks to Hagrid for this gift.

Now all that was left was for Harry to get his wand. A magic wand. This is what Harry was looking forward to the most.

They arrived back at this Ollivander's place. A small bell rang deeper inside as they walked in. Upon entering, Harry felt as though he had entered a very strict library. But what got his surprise was that there were two other now familiar faces here.

"'Ello, again, 'Arry," Harry's new friend Gabrielle greeted.

"Well, Mr. Potter, fancy seeing you again today," Bernard Delacour followed up. "And hello again to you, Mr. Hagrid."

"Hello, Mr. Delacour," Hagrid greeted back. "Are you here ter get Ms. Gabrielle her wand too?"

Bernard nodded. "We're just waiting on Mr. Ollivander to arrive."

"And here he is now," a voice suddenly said from deeper inside the building, startling everyone.
