Over the course of the next month and a half Dan, Tsunade and Sakura wandered here and there, training every moment that they could but on the day that marked being gone from the village three months Sakura got a letter from Minato.
When they were very near Kumogakure a half days walk from the Cloud Village actually "Well brat what does Minato tell you" Tsunade demanded, keeping an eye on the two felines that were eyeing up the hawk on Sakura's shoulder.
"Basically Dad wants to know how I'm doing and he reminded me to send a letter to Sasuke, also the treaty between Leaf and Cloud went through and Raikage-sama asked that we make a visit during treaty talks" Sakura read off.
Tying the scroll back up and stowing it in her pack while pulling out a couple of letter scrolls to write the promised and requested letters "Are you sure that's wise, Kumo-nin aren't to be trusted in any capacity" Dan frowned.
Sakura opened her mouth but it was his lover who spoke "Relax Dan, Ay has a soft spot for this brat, he wouldn't renege on the treaty I assure you" Tsunade soothed, grabbing Tsubomi by the scruff and glaring at the yellow-furred cretin who'd just tried to eat the hawk.
Dan chuckled when both felines seemed to slump into a sort of depression at being denied a meal by Tsunade as she glared at Moyashi the dark pink-furred heathen in warning as well "If your sure I'll trust you Tsuna-chan" Dan said.
Once both cats were thoroughly subdued by his lover "Alright letters are sent so lets get going" Sakura popped up, putting the scrolls in the hawks harness and the bird took flight in the direction of Konohagakure.
With that the three of them headed for Kumogakure and a few hours before dinnertime they reached their newest destination "Leaf dog back again I see" a familiar guard sneered when he recognized the girl.
"Aww how sweet you remember me" Sakura cooed in a sickeningly sweet voice, Tsunade choked on her tongue at the saccharine tone of voice trying not to bust a gut laughing, while Dan stared at Sakura like she had grown a second head.
The guard reeled back in shock "You haven't changed a bit Kid" Darui snorted, being the other person on gate duty that day, Sakura grinned innocently which didn't fool him for even a second, she was a viper in a cute disguise.
Just then Cee arrived feeling Sakura's chakra "Raikage-sama may have asked but we didn't think you'd come as soon as you did Sakura-san, Tsunade-sama….and forgive me but I'm afraid I don't know who you are" Cee greeted.
Frowning when he didn't recognize the man stood comfortably at Tsunade's side "Dan Kato I'm not really sure how I'm alive but I was brought back almost two months ago and I decided to travel with Tsuna-chan and her apprentice" Dan introduced/explained.
Cee nodded "I see and I'm Cee, the personal medic of Lord Raikage, go ahead and sign in if you will then I'll escort you to Raikage-sama" Cee waved his hand at the guard with the sign in sheet who grudgingly let the Leaf Shinobi sign their names on it.
Before turning on his heel and leading the way back to the Raikage Tower "By the way the reason we're here so soon is because we were in the area when we got the letter from Hokage-sama so decided to come straight here after" Sakura informed.
Pacing easily along at the blondes side after waving to Darui who returned the gesture "Ahh still it will please Raikage-sama that you arrived so soon, your presence will help other citizens and shinobi come to terms with the treaty" Cee commented.
Happy to see her doing well for himself considering it had been four months since he'd last seen her "Why aren't you objecting to it" Dan inquired, finding it strange that the man before them had already seemed to accept the treaty between the two opposing villages.
"There's no point in objecting when I'm already on good terms with several of Leafs shinobi I for one don't want to lose that connection" Cee announced, surreptitiously glancing down at Sakura whom he had secret feelings for.
She was just to young at the moment so he was waiting for her to properly grow up to pursue her "Mhm" Tsunade hummed not fooled for a second when she saw the minute glances Cee was throwing Sakura.
And immediately understood 'Namikaze would throw a fit if he knew a Cloud Shinobi had a thing for Sakura' Tsunade laughed inwardly realizing what was going on with the blonde, she wouldn't oust him however.
As she decided to keep it to herself now that she knew and a few minutes later they were stood before Ay after Cee announced them "Another one huh, kudos to you Tsunade, I hope your happy" Ay stated when he understood what had happened.
Tsunade nodded seriously in response "Right good your here yada, yada but I'm skipping straight to the point, brat, Namikaze and I worked out a deal, you will stay here for three months and help out in the hospital" the Raikage declared.
Shooting Tsunade a look in case she objected "Now that you mention it, it's about time you started working on improving your medical ninjutsu Sakura but I will still be training her in evasion and enhancing her strength with chakra" Tsunade shrugged.
A deal was a deal after all, her apprentice was just unlucky enough to get thrown in at the deep end by her adoptive Father and the Raikage "Okay I can do that" Sakura nodded, not arguing either to Ay's relief.
"One last thing, there will be times most likely when I'll need to send a medic with a team of my shinobi and I intend on sending the brat" Ay said slowly unsure of how this particular request was going to be taken.
Imagine his surprise when Tsunade didn't have a problem with it "What if Sakura gets hurt Tsunade" Dan questioned with another frown, not wanting Sakura to end up as collateral for a treaty that he thought seemed fishy.
Earning a sweet smile from the girl in question "That's probably inevitable Dan-san but remember I'm a big girl and I can take care of myself" Sakura reassured kindly, hopefully easing his worry some as she turned to face the Raikage again.
Who seemed pleased at her words "In that case here brat, a headband, whatever you do, do not wear it on your forehead" Ay warned when he handed a pristine condition Kumogakure hitai-ate over to the brat.
Verdant irises widened as she took it carefully in her hands before deftly tying it around her waist for the time being, Dan wanted to object but couldn't as Tsunade gripped his hand and led them from the office as they were dismissed until tomorrow.
"So what is your plan now that you know how long your staying do you want to rent a hotel room or an apartment" Cee asked once he joined them outside the Raikage Tower having stayed a few minutes longer to speak with Ay.
Tsunade rubbed her chin in thought "Probably an apartment with two rooms that accepts cats since Sakura insists on keeping those abominations" Tsunade decided after glaring at Moyashi and Tsubomi who had perched themselves on Sakura's shoulders again.
Cee felt as if his brows were about to launch off his forehead "No offense Sakura-san but I thought you had a thing for snakes so why the cats" Cee inquired, thoroughly amused when Sakura huffed at Tsunade.
Grumbling insults under her breath "I do Cee-san but I found these two when we went to my birth village and they were in my old house, I couldn't leave them so brought them with me" Sakura admitted.
Rubbing Moyashi's ears absentmindedly as they walked unaware that someone was following them, plotting to take off with her until he shot down beside them "WEE" the culprit yelled after grabbing his target and disappearing.
Dan opened his mouth then closed it "Sh..Shouldn't we go after her, what if whoever that was hurts her" Dan inquired when he met Tsunade's eyes, annoyance in their honeyed depths and looking at Cee he saw the same annoyance.
"Believe me Dan, that nuisance won't harm Sakura, he's more than likely to annoy the piss out of her though so I don't know which is worse" Tsunade groaned having realized from the moment he'd said that god awful line who it was that had just abducted her apprentice.
Luckily they had Cee with them who was a sensory type ninja "Found them lets go before Bee-sama ends up with a broken everything" Cee ordered once he'd sensed out Sakura's chakra which was un-suppressed.
Meanwhile Sakura was scolding Bee "And you don't just take off with people like a crazy person" Sakura huffed the minute the Raikage's brother had set her on her feet and she'd rounded on him, Bee was looking suitably chastised.
"Pinky's serious yo say ho fool, ya fool" Bee rapped obnoxiously, Sakura exhaled slowly so she didn't lose her temper with him then he shocked her by speaking normally "I just wanted to make sure you were doing well, Gyuki said something that worried me awhile back" Bee explained.
She tilted her head to the side in confusion "Oh…you mean back during the Summit Meeting, I guess the tailed beasts would feel that sort of thing but I didn't realize that hosts could speak with them" Sakura grimaced.
Realizing what Bee was talking about "I'll make this quick, Cee's already caught on…did you really die, was it that religion Jashinism that blondie and Uchiha mentioned that prevented you from staying dead" Bee reeled off questions like rapid fire.
Knowing he had limited time "Yes Bee I died and yes for the other question to, you still can't tell anyone yet though" Sakura reminded in case the man thought about telling his brother about what she was capable of.
Bee nodded his head seriously "Got it Pinky yo so ho this is the rappin Killer Bee out WEEEE" Bee returned to rapping obnoxiously and right as Cee with Tsunade and Dan on his heels showed up he disappeared on them.
Cee grit his teeth in annoyance "He didn't do anything to you did he Sakura" Dan was the first one to Sakura, looking her over worriedly only to find not a scratch on the girl, indicating she was just fine in spite of his fussing.
"Well if you count trying to make my ears bleed with those distasteful lines he comes up with then no Dan-san he didn't do anything" Sakura deadpanned, Dan tried really hard but in the end, he ended up laughing.
Just started chuckling to Tsunade's amusement "Your not really fazed by much are you Sakura" Dan said when his laughter faded and she shook her head, with that Cee led them to an apartment complex that suited their tastes.
Then left them for the rest of the evening to get settled once a two bedroom apartment had been rented "Honestly what on earth did Bee want anyway" Tsunade inquired when Sakura was cooking dinner for them.
Sakura blew out a breath "Apparently he heard about the incident during the Summit Meeting when someone snuck in my room and tried to strangle me" Sakura admitted, not revealing the whole truth since Dan was there and he didn't know yet.
Despite wanting to know how Bee knew about Sakura dying Tsunade didn't ask simply enjoyed watching Sakura pad back and forth in the kitchenette until supper was ready and once they'd eaten the three of them quickly headed to bed for the night.
After breakfast the following morning Cee showed up to escort Sakura to the hospital "We'll be working together and I promise to keep an eye out for trouble since you like to get into it a lot" Cee assured to her chagrin.
"It's not my fault Cee-san, anyway Raikage-sama didn't say what my hours would be" Sakura growled at him to his amusement clearly not afraid to speak her mind around him any as they started towards the hospital.
Though she did ask a valid question "You'll work twenty hours a week, weekends and entire afternoons off, along with getting paid for your work" Cee explained easily having already talked it over with the Raikage.
Green eyes rounded then proceeded to surprise him "No I don't need to money Cee-san" Sakura shook her head adamantly objecting to the second half of his explanation "I have plenty" the pinkette said when he quirked a brow at her.
"Raikage-sama and I never expected you to refuse but if your that adamant about it how would you feel about donating that money to help raise funds for orphaned children" Cee suggested, thinking of something that Sakura would hopefully agree on.
Because he knew that Sakura had once been an orphan so she knew what it was like "That's fine, more than fine even I absolutely approve of the idea" Sakura nodded, glad that orphans would be finding their lives a little easier soon with her charitable actions.
Cee couldn't help himself as he ruffled her hair gently "Alright are you ready for your first day of work Sakura-san" Cee asked once they reached the hospital Sakura bobbed her head excitedly so he opened the doors and allowed her to enter the lobby first like a gentleman.
Immediately upon entering Sakura was surrounded by the women of the hospital staff and promptly panicked by gluing herself to Cee's hip "Oh dear it seems we scared her" the Head Medic a woman named Rurui said sheepishly.
"M..Maybe just a bit, I'm not use to so many females around me at once hehehe so I wigged out a little, sorry" Sakura apologized, hesitantly stepping forward until she was surrounded by women again who didn't all try to crowd her at once like they did a minute ago.
And as confused as he was Cee merely stood back allowing Sakura to meet the others "That's her then huh Cee….for Lady Tsunade's apprentice I thought she'd be older" Amai joined him a couple seconds later.
Waiting for his turn to introduce himself once the ladies were finished hogging her all to themselves "Don't underestimate Sakura-san, Amai, she's just like Tsunade-sama" Cee said "Actually she's worse than Tsunade" he amended his statement a little bit.
His fellow medic furrowed his brow "And we're glad to have a cutie like you on staff Sakura-chan" Rurui concluded their introduction by welcoming Sakura onto the team with the warmest tone that she could so Sakura didn't become scared again.
That was the last thing she wanted after all "Thank you Rurui-sama and I swear to do my absolute best by never letting a patient die" Sakura vowed, assimilating Tsunade's teachings from the past three months.
Rurui smiled kindly then ushered her towards two of her best medics in the hospital "Now I'm already aware that you know Cee, but next to him is Amai, Amai this is Sakura Uzumaki, she'll be here as you know for three months on staff" Rurui introduced.
"Hello Amai-san it's really nice to meet you and I hope we're able to work well together for the next few months" Sakura greeted with a polite little bow, Amai shot Cee a dubious look about his statement of how this girl was worse than Tsunade.
Then proceeded to politely introduce himself back to Sakura "Uh-huh worse than Lady Tsunade with that display just now I'll never believe that" Amai commented when the two were gone on a tour of the hospital.
Sakura probably wouldn't do much work today "I stand by what I said Amai that girl is a viper don't let the cutesy and polite act fool you, she's as dangerous as her black mamba's" Cee warned remembering back to that last day in Tanzaku Town.
On that note he hurried after Rurui and Sakura, Amai on his heels "Black Mamba's aren't those highly lethal snakes, what is a sweet girl like her doing with those things as her pets" Amai spluttered in absolute horror.
Cee snorted "An insane woman by the name of Anko gave them to her and like I said she might be sweet and polite now, but wait until someone pisses her off then you'll see what I mean" Cee explained realizing it was pointless when Amai didn't believe him.
"I do believe that concludes our tour Sakura-chan so what will it be, you have the option of going back to the apartment or jumping straight into work" Rurui declared once they'd gone around the entirety of the hospital.
So that Sakura could memorize it in full "Tsunade-shishou would probably whack me for going back so I think I'll just go ahead and start working if that's okay Rurui-sama" Sakura mused as she made her decision on the matter.
Rurui clapped pleased and then led Sakura back to pediatrics, kids were her sore point "Cee you and Amai will observe for today just in case she has any questions" Rurui ordered before leaving, Sakura took a deep breath.
Grabbed the clipboard from the door and entered the hospital room "Hey there Usui-kun, my names Sakura and I'll be your medic today…so it looks like you managed to break your ankle while playing" Sakura pasted a gentle smile on her face.
Leaking chakra to keep Usui nice and calm "C..Can you fix it" Usui sniffled, clearly in pain from the broken bone, softening Sakura up to him some since he wasn't behaving like an obnoxious little brat like a couple other kids his age had behaved when she'd met them.
It probably had to do with the fact that she had her secondary chakra suppressed so no one was reacting negatively towards her at the moment "Of course I can Usui-kun" Sakura assured as she leaned over his swollen foot.
Hand glowing blue "Seems like it was a clean break so what I want you to do is take a deep breath and hold it, I'm going to count to five then set your ankle when I reach five release your held breath okay, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5" Sakura instructed.
Counting slowly when Usui took a deep breath and held it then right as she released the last number he exhaled loudly while she snapped the bone in place, a small whimper and tears spilling down his cheeks were the biggest reactions.
While she started healing the broken bone "You did good and I promise it's almost over Usui-kun" Sakura soothed, humming softly as she worked until all Usui would feel was tenderness for a couple days.
"There all done" Sakura declared to Usui's awe when she pulled away and he wiggled his foot experimentally with an excited laugh he launched himself into Sakura's arms muttering thank you over and over again until his parents came to take him back home.
Him chattering all the while that someday he wanted to learn how to heal people just like she could "I do believe you've made a friend Sakura-san" Amai teased lightly a little surprised at how easily Sakura had handled the situation.
Most children were brats "I actually expected that to be a lot worse, my previous encounters with kids did not go so well so I kind of expected all of them to behave like little terrors" Sakura grimaced revealing her true feelings.
Neither male could blame her "By the way what did you mean when you said you weren't use to being surrounded by females, surely you have plenty of female friends back in Leaf don't you" Cee questioned.
Finding his chance to ask the question that was bugging him "Uh no not really, my first friend was Anko but she's more like a big sister now, Temari-chan from Sand and Ino, Shizune-sempai's like a sister to and Tsunade-shishou's my mentor and that's it" Sakura ticked off her fingers.
Cee felt his heart drop in response that the girl in front of him didn't have anyone she considered like a mother, something she'd obviously been denied her entire life "What about the rest of them" Amai asked.
"The rest of them usually hate me even Ino and Temari they use to harass me daily" Sakura admitted glad those days were long behind her, then she shook her head and concentrated on work until her hours were up for the day.
Rurui was quite pleased with the amount of work she'd done as she helped the girl document all she'd done in the four hours she'd been there so that Ay would have a report at the end of the week on Sakura's work there.
And with that she was released to go back to the apartment, curious Amai shadowed her discretely while Cee followed Sakura in plain view "Any idea what Tsunade plans for the rest of the day" Cee inquired.
When she realized he was tailing her "I'll probably spend the next couple of hours getting pummeled by Tsunade-shishou" Sakura shrugged lightly, Tsunade wasn't soft on her at all so that was the likely outcome.
From where he was hidden Amai choked at her flippant statement earning a look from Sakura who already knew he was there in the alley "She would at least let you eat lunch first wouldn't she" Amai unveiled himself in the next second.
Having ousted himself accidentally "Of course Amai-san as ornery as Tsunade-shishou can be she wouldn't make me go without lunch or any meal" Sakura assured not paying attention to where she was walking.
Until she ran into someone accidentally and the man was not happy "Leaf Dog watch where your going or you might get hurt like this" he snapped followed by purposefully stepping on her hand until he felt something snap.
Sakura inhaled sharply yanked her hand out from underneath his foot and stood, Cee and Amai opened their mouths to rip into their fellow shinobi but she held up her hand stopping them "I'm sorry for bumping into you" Sakura bowed.
Apologizing, expression perfectly polite, the Kumo-nin sneered and stomped off not accepting her apology "Sakura-san you shouldn't have let him speak to you that way" Amai scolded while she tended to her hand.
"And tell my Father what, that I couldn't keep my temper under control because of a measly insignificant insult, not likely Amai-san, for the sake of everyone in this world we have to start learning how to get along with one another one step at a time" Sakura scoffed.
Changing right before his very eyes, Amai looked confused "The Hokage is her Father Amai" Cee informed and his friend choked in response "Though he adopted her Lord Hokage would do anything to keep his children safe" Cee added as an afterthought.
Remembering the man's murderous expression when the Tsuchikage suggested they execute Sakura in Itachi's place, he'd been sure the Hokage had been about to murder the old Kage for even speaking of such a ludicrous idea.
"That still doesn't excuse him from treating you that way and I will be speaking with Raikage-sama about his behavior" Amai announced, Sakura sighed tiredly at him, but didn't try to argue with him about his decision.
There was little even the Raikage could do because no one could order people to change their feelings "You know I kind of missed that little sigh of yours" Cee chuckled as they started walking again.
Sakura paying more attention to her surroundings this time "Haha very funny Cee-san" Sakura rolled her eyes in response knowing he was just teasing unlike that asshole who'd broken her hand a few minutes ago.
Despite what Amai thought she'd really wanted to tear into him, five minutes later the three of them reached the apartment complex "Back already and here I thought you'd be gone all day" Tsunade commented.
When Sakura entered the living room with two Cloud-nin on her heels both she recognized "Mhm, my hours are considerably short so after lunch I'm free" Sakura answered, relaxing a little more now that she was in a safe place.
Though when her shishou started smiling she knew what they would be doing once lunch had been eaten "That so, then once we've eaten we'll be going out to train for a couple hours, despite your progress you still need to have evasion beat into your very being" Tsunade smirked.
One of the Kumo-nin sweat-dropped at her statement "Shouldn't you be gentler Lady Tsunade, Sakura-san is a child still you need to treat them delicately, especially sweet polite ones like her" Amai frowned.
Tsunade leveled him the most incredulous look ever "Polite, sweet that damned brat is neither, if given half a chance this girl would chop you into itty bitty pieces, with a smile on her face the entire time" Tsunade snorted.
In spite of that Amai still seemed dubious "Leave it Tsunade-shishou, Amai-san will never believe anyone until he sees it for himself like Jiraiya-sama" Sakura called from the kitchen where she was already whipping up the afternoon meal.
Her apprentice had a point she supposed so the whole conversation was dropped "Oh I didn't realize you'd be back from the hospital so soon or is this just a break where you have to go back after lunch" Dan returned just then.
Taking note of the fact that Sakura was back "I'm done for the day Dan-san though Shishou wants to go out and train once we're done eating so I guess I'm not entirely done" Sakura informed sweetly, convincing Amai more and more that she was a sweet person.
Who didn't have a mean bone in her body "I see" Dan commented, sitting on the couch next to Tsunade prompting the two men to do the same on the opposite couch to his slight chagrin because he still didn't quite trust them.
Fourteen minutes later lunch was ready to be eaten and two hours later after getting pummeled Sakura gladly took a shower, ate dinner once it was cooked then crawled into bed to get some shut eye because she would need it for the following day.
It was two days later halfway through their first week when someone barged into the hospital "Where is she that stupid Leaf Dog" the older kunoichi shrieked, Rurui hearing the commotion quickly went to take care of things.
"You mean Sakura, why do you want her" Rurui frowned, having swore up and down to the Raikage that she wouldn't let anything happen to the girl while she working in the hospital including heading off people who wanted to scream and yell at Sakura.
"Because that little bitch doesn't belong here, she's an outsider and we don't want nor need her here in our village" the other woman ranted and raved unaware that Sakura was listening to the conversation.
Rurui listened calmly "Despite what you want, this treaty was Raikage-sama's decision and so was the idea of having Sakura work here, you can complain about it all you want but that doesn't change a thing, Sakura is here to stay for three months" Rurui informed bluntly.
Cutting the woman off mid-sentence, her cheeks flushed red from anger before she stormed off "Oh were you listening Sakura-chan, I'm sorry I hadn't meant for you to hear that" Rurui jumped a little as she rounded the corner.
To find Sakura standing there looking like a deer caught in headlights "No it's okay Rurui-sama, I'm use to it, being insulted I mean" Sakura shrugged not making a big deal out of it, that didn't mean she was going to stop performing her duties as requested.
But she was a little extra cautious walking across the village when her shift ended and she remained wary for the rest of the week to until it was finally Friday "Hey there Kid, sorry you haven't seen much of me but I've mostly been on gate duty" Darui greeted.
Lying through his teeth as he approached her after her shift at the hospital ended that Friday afternoon "It's alright Darui-san I've been equally busy either working here or getting pummeled by Shishou" Sakura admitted, glad that she got to see him.
"Anyway Boss wants to see you in his office" Darui explained, directing Sakura by the shoulders down the street towards the Raikage Tower, shooting warning looks at his fellow shinobi who had tried repeatedly to approach Sakura to harass the kid.
That's what he'd done all week, stop people from harassing Sakura and it had been one hell of a difficult job to "Does Raikage-sama want to talk about how things are going at the hospital" Sakura inquired.
Smiling sweetly up at him "That and a couple other things Kid" Darui chuckled at her sharp mind, nudging her to walk a little faster as he felt one of his friends rapidly approaching them and he wanted to get her to the office before the man made it.
Unfortunately that didn't happen as Atsui shot down in front of him "I'm disappointed Darui, I'm disappointed that you haven't introduced me to this cutie from the Leaf Village" Atsui scolded, cracking a grin at the last minute.
Darui glared at him "Atsui, this is the Kid, Kid, Atsui, he's not so drab once you get use to him" Darui introduced the two to one another, Sakura blinked then covered her mouth to hide her smile understanding what was going on.
"It's very nice to meet you Atsui-san, as for my name it's Sakura Haruno or Uzumaki if you prefer" Sakura giggled as she told the blonde in front of her, her name so that he didn't have to awkwardly call her kid like Darui did.
One of these days he wouldn't be able to call her that anymore "Why do you have two last names Sakura-chan" Atsui cocked his head to the side in confusion at the two different last names that she'd given him.
And she smiled "One is my birth name, the second is my adopted" Sakura explained simply not embellishing the story like one normally would do "But on that note Darui-san said Raikage-sama wanted to see me so we should probably go" Sakura added.
The Kumo-jonin she was most familiar with nodded "Kid's right Atsui, Boss isn't going to be happy if she's late to the meeting" Darui affirmed, Atsui waved and watched them continue on their way to the Tower.
"Your dismissed Darui, brat take a seat while I finish this paperwork" Ay barked when the duo arrived, the door of his office shut as Darui left while Sakura sat down in the chair before his desk like a good obedient brat always should.
Five minutes later he was done with his work and he watched for a minute as she looked carefully around his office probably comparing it to the other offices she'd been in so far "So brat, heard your excelling in pediatrics" Ay growled.
Making her jump a little because she hadn't expected him to start talking while she was distracted "I actually thought I would fail there to be honest, dealing with children is my sore point" Sakura admitted sheepishly.
He lifted a brow in response but didn't ask "Either way starting Monday you'll be healing patients of the shinobi variety, your hours stay the same of course and Cee told me of your decision to donate the pay you were supposed to be getting to orphans" the Raikage informed.
Having already done so "Mhm I don't feel right being paid for doing something I love, especially when others need the money more than me who has plenty" Sakura fidgeted, thinking he was about to try and convince her to accept payment for her time at the hospital.
"Relax brat the funds have already been donated to some orphans in need, now about the other thing we need to talk about, the next time someone insults you don't just sit there, fight back" Ay barked at her.
Sakura blinked at him in surprise "You want me to get in a physical altercation with your shinobi Raikage-sama over a silly insult like Leaf Dog" the pinkette intoned incredulously not sure if she could really believe her ears.
Ay rolled his eyes "Well don't just let them insult you brat fight back with words not your fists I know you, your not the type of brat who sits and takes it" the Raikage snorted harshly and he knew she understood.
When she smiled viciously "Your right Raikage-sama I'm not, I've never been that type of person and never will be" Sakura smirked, eyes glittering like the jewel they resembled with a dangerous glint within their depths.
Pleased that the brat seemed to be taking his words to heart he dismissed her from his office now that their business was concluded and Sakura hurried back to the apartment right in the nick of time for lunch where Tsunade let her have the rest of the day off to do what she wanted.
