The Big Plan And A Shocking Addition

Alright my fiends and family of Fanfiction! We are nearing the end of Part 1, as we now know where the story will finish! But…what will our friends Nightfly and Tanya do when they find out what happened to their future children? Will any more of their friends perish? Who…is the shocking addition??? Why don't we find out…shall we?

The day had been rolling on and it wasn't exactly the most perfect weekend in the world at this point.

Friends were lost, hearts were broken, and a merciless killer has finally been taken care of! But…there is still a scarlet macaw that is on the loose!

Blu had just about finished laying the soil on top of Sergio's dead body, as he placed what looked like a cross at the top of the burial ground. He made it while adding two branches, tied together with vines and tree sap to stick it together.

He also managed to build a shovel out of two sticks, and a sharp rock that was wide enough to dig a hole in the ground. It was a lot of hard work for him, but he was in good shape for this kind of job.

With every moment that had passed by, he kept on wishing to himself that they would find the bird who has now taken one of the most important things in his friend's life.

Once he finished patting the soil down afterwards. He dropped the shovel on the floor and held his wings together, as he sighed heavily and looked at the two crosses sitting side by side. One of them was Diante's and the other one was Sergio. Michael came here earlier in the day to bury Diante, and Blu thought that it would be the perfect idea to have both dead friends side by side.

Blu began quivering at the sight of them, and slowly began tearing up at the thought of losing two of his close friends so soon. Especially since Diante was such an amazing guy! Always putting others ahead of himself, always working day and night to save bird's lives, and he acted like such a great uncle to his children.

"Diante…Sergio…I'm so sorry! I am so so sorry that I wasn't there to help you! Even though both of you have done so much for me!" Blu spoke to nobody in particular, as he knelt on the floor in front of the two crosses. "Diante…I met you when I held my wife who was my girlfriend at the time, in my wings! She had broken her talon because of Dou…Julio! Julio was the one who ordered him to do it! But…you went out of your way, to save her life! I will forever be grateful, for what you have done!"

The blue spix's macaw male didn't look away from the crosses for a single moment…even though someone…different was thanking behind him. Blu then turned to Sergio, and while the figure was standing behind him…he continued on!

"Sergio…I first met you when you told me about you and Helena when you went on your honeymoon in Mexico! Then you got us on the wrong plane to go to Minnesota! But…I'm glad that you did! Because you did something amazing for us! You made me meet some amazing new friends and I have a wonderful daughter named Hazel! She may be mine and Alice's daughter…but she is absolutely perfect in every way!" Blu started off strongly when taking about his time in Minnesota.

The bird crept up closer to him, but you couldn't see his face because he was wearing a dark hood on top of his head.

"Then there is Martín! An incredible person who I met on the plane on the way there! He taught me how to read and write, and I absolutely love it now! Plus, he found himself a deep relationship with Douglas who I've known for a few years now! Chloe and Alice I met in Minnesota…but of course you can tell at the end of the night Hazel was made, hehe!" Blu blushed a deep red as he continued talking. "Then I met Jameson, who is a wonderful guy, and one of the most badass owls you'll ever meet! So if it wasn't for you Sergio…I wouldn't have even met Alex, Siax, Kelly and even Violet who is so happy with Nico now!!"

The taller bird was now directly behind him…and he started tearing up when hearing all the incredible things that Blu was saying.

"I just thought that…we were free, you know? That…once Julio was gone, there would be no more pain and sadness! How could I be so stupid! To think that everything was okay, when as soon as I let my guard down…Omar came here to punish us all!"

"Omar? I thought that bastard was killed by that little white owl?" The bird finally spoke as he tapped Blu on the shoulder with his giant talon.

"AHHHHH!!" Blu yelped in fear, jumping to his talons and backing away from the mysterious figure that was standing behind him.

"Woah woah woah there my blue macaw friend! Why are you so scared of a deep voice? What, you thought I'm here to kill you?" The mysterious figure responded as he started chuckling in amusement. However Blu managed to calm down eventually…but still felt pretty scared of the large bird in front of him.

"N-N-No! It's just that…every time I see someone new, someone dies!" The blue macaw male replied in fear while standing up tall when looking at the tall bird who stood in front of him.

"Well, relax my young blue bird! Listen…I knew Diante too!" He started as he was tearing up in the process. "What a very disgusting thing that had lead him to be murdered! What a terrible predicament!"

"You did? How did you guys know each other?" Blu replied in curiosity while staring at the figure who had bruises all over his body. "You don't exactly look like someone who is from here?"

"I'm not from here! Well…not originally? You see…I am actually from the city! Everyone knew my name, everyone knew what I could do, everyone loved me!" The bird spoke in a very enthusiastic voice…with a slight touch of dramatic effect. "Ahhh, but it all went to shit after what happened quite a few years ago!"

"O…kay? So…what are you doing here in Rio? Have you been staying here long?" Blu felt quite creeped out by this new bird…however something about him made him feel a bit…curious as to who he is. "Plus you look really really familiar!"

"Well, to cut the long story short! I'm in the city, loved by all, got into an accident, got thrown aside, treated like a piece of shit. Then I met Diante, who fixed me up and let me live with him! Now…I've been staying at his place in the jungle waiting for him to return, but never did! Then I just found out that he was murdered!" The male bird rambled on while counting his wingtips, making Blu even more curious at this point. "I knew that he lived at the samba club, but he always used to stop by to help me with my talons!"

"You look really familiar? Did you…did you pose for a magazine or something?" Blu asked the bird who slowly crossed his wings and nodded his head. "Who are you?"

"Come on…I'll tell you on the way to your friends!" The bird spoke to him, as the two of them took one last look at the crosses and flapped their wings, taking to the skies.

Back To The Samba Club…

The samba club wasn't exactly a quiet place at this point, because there was a lot of noise. Filled with laughter, past stories, and lots of cheers! As well as some arguments…mostly from the children who were arguing over food.

"Hey! Those were my grapes and you know it!" Hazel whined in annoyance, as she pointed her wingtip at Carla who crossed her wings at her. "Give them back you pudgy blueberry!"

"No! You know that they were mine, so you need to get over it!" The young spix's macaw argued back as she placed both of her tiny wings on the table. "Why don't you cry to your mommy about it?"

"Hey! Why don't you go crying to your mommy and daddy? Oh wait…they aren't here!" Hazel argued back as she went to take her drink, but Carla then pulled the tray away from her.

"Well at least I knew who my dad was when I hatched!" Carla snapped back at Hazel, but she may have taken it a bit too far!

"You take that back!" The hybrid chick cried as she wiped away a few of her tears. "You know that I had no idea that my daddy was your daddy too!"

Hazel turned away from Carla and sat on the floor, crying into her wings very quietly. She tried to get along with her half sisters and half brother, but so far only Bia has spoken to her nicely out of the children.

The young spix's macaw chick realised what she had just said, and she immediately softened her expression. She tried to apologise to her, but clearly she had hit her where it hurts most.

"Look…I'm really sorry Hazel."

"Go away! You were so mean to me!" Hazel cried in response, as she didn't want to hear her apologies.

"No, I really mean it! I'm sorry for saying what I said! It wasn't your fault that my dad didn't know that you were her daughter too! But if it's any better, my dad is so happy that you're his daughter too!"

Hazel stopped crying for a moment and turned to face her with teary eyes. "That's what daddy said! I forgive you Carla!"

"Hey, technically you are my half sister? So you can just call me sis!" Carla smiled at her and opened her wings for her to hug her. "Sisters?"

"Okay sis!" Both chicks laughed with each other and hugged each other tightly. "Sisters!"

A few feet away, Tiny was watching this from a distance with Zara and the two of them were admiring how cute they were. Especially Tiny, since she hasn't really been around the club that much until the last couple of weeks.

"Oh wow Zara! They are just so cute! Even though they are both bigger than me!" Tiny rolled her eyes while giggling at how cute they were together. Zara laughed with her friend and gave her a soft pat on the back.

"They are indeed! Blu and Jewel are so lucky to have three great kids, and Blu having a fourth child! Speaking of which? Where are they? Shouldn't they be back by now?" Zara wondered as the blue jay immediately turned to see her boyfriend attempting to do something else really stupid. "For fuck sake Pedro! I told you not to attempt to drink an entire barrel of orange juice!"

The red cardinal stopped what he was doing and coughed up some of the orange juice, with his eyes closed tight while coughing. This of course made Tiny and the blue jay cringe in disgust when seeing this happen.

"Look babe…you've got your goals, and I have mine!" He responded as he continued to down the rest of the barrel, while Nico, Alex and Jameson keep chanting as he continued to drink. 'Chug Chug Chug'.

"Jameson! Don't encourage him!" Tiny pointed out to the black owl who rose his wings up in defeat and went back to Siax and Kelly with Alex just resting on his shoulder.

"Damnit! Why is my boyfriend such an idiot?! Then again…he is such a passionate lover!" Zara whispered to Tiny who was still pretty confused with what Pedro was trying to attempt.

"Tell me…what do you see in him?" Tiny asked her friend, who giggled in amusement and wrapped a wing around her.

"I just love him!" The blue jay dreamily smiled at her boyfriend, who finished drinking from the barrel as his friends cheered him on. But none of them were ready for what was going to happen right at this very moment!

"GUYS! GUYS! GET OUTSIDE NOW!!" Everyone immediately were shocked when Roberto burst into the club with the most panicked voice ever. "SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAS HAPPENED AND WE NEED TO TELL EVERYONE!!"

"Roberto? What's wrong?" Violet asked him as she was helping Siax to hold Alex up straight. He was still having difficulty getting up due to the pain.

"JUST GET THE BLOODY HELL OUTSIDE!!" Roberto screamed at them as he held the door open for them. "MOVE IT! MOVE IT!"

"Alright alright! Come on guys!" Michael shouted to his friends, who all nodded in agreement and followed the blue male just outside of the samba club.

"What's with all the screaming? Did someone else die? Did someone cheat on someone? Is Jewel pregnant with Omar's child?" Pedro kept listing loads of possibilities, but this only made everyone really annoyed with him.

"PEDRO SHUT UP!!" They all screamed simultaneously when they all managed to find their way outside, with Jameson, Michael, Siax and Alex just behind them.

Roberto, Jewel and Jacqueline stood there in front of their friends with glum looks on their faces. Meaning that one of them would of course assume the worst has happened…but not the bird you'd expect.

"NOOOOOOO!! BLU NOOOOOOOO!! HE DIED SO YOUNG!!! HE DIED SO…YOUNG!!!!!" Siax cried out loud while dropping to her knees in grievance. "WHY GOD! WHYYYY?!!"

"What? Blu's not dead Siax!" Jewel replied with reassurance while walking up to the burrowing owl female. "He's just moving a dead body to bury it!"

"WHAT?? WHO ELSE DIED??!! XAVIER?!" She screamed in terror while hugging her boyfriend who rolled his eyes at her.

"What a way to be cool honey!" He sarcastically said, patting her on the back in a comforting manner.

"I'm right here Siax!" The hyacinth male groaned in annoyance as he came up from behind her.

"Siax…Armando moved Sergio's body and left him…in the…in the…" Jacqueline paused for a moment because she tried not to look too suspicious when looking at Tanya and a Nightfly. But…she failed miserably, making Tanya walk up to her with eyes narrowed and beak quivering.

"Found his body, where? Come on Jacqueline, spit it out!" Tanya demanded as she walked walked forwards very slowly.

"Well…" Jacqueline started to day, but she immediately got cut off when another bird had just landed beside her.

"Jacqui! Allow me!" Tanya turned around to see Blu coming up to her with dust on his wings. With that certain new bird standing behind a wall so that nobody will notice him yet.

"Blu! Thank god you're okay!" Siax beamed happily as she jumped into Blu and hugged him very tightly. "Thank god you're okay my friend! We can't lose any more!"

"Don't worry Siax! You're not gonna lose me! But…you're squeezing me too tightly!" Blu winced as he managed to retreat from the hug.

"Jesus Christ! When did Siax become so excited to see Blu alive?" Jameson whispered to his best friend who chuckled in amusement.

"She is going through a phase where if someone doesn't return to the group she assumes that they are dead? I don't know do I? She's been really emotional and moody all day…oh my god!" Alex paused for a moment because he was trying to think about something. "Do you think Siax…is pregnant?"

"I don't know? When was the last time you guys had sexual intercourse?" Jameson rose a curious eyebrow, as he was waiting for his response.

"Four weeks ago, and we used a leaf!" Alex reassured him, lifting his wing up in a defensive manner.

"It can't be that then…maybe she's just scared about what's been…" Jameson immediately got cut off when Blu threw a peach at him from a distance.

"Will you guys shut up for two seconds? Thank you! Now…this will come as a bit of a shock to you…but Armando has stolen Nightfly and Tanya's eggs!" Blu started sadly while holding both of Tanya's wings gently. "I am so sorry Tanya!"

Instead of the hyacinth female replying to one of her good friends, she immediately burst into tears and buried her face in Blu's chest feathers. Then proceeded to hug him tightly while staining his feathers with her tears. This of course made Jewel flinch a little, and she crossed her wings in annoyance.

"Could have hugged Nightfly, but no! You decide to hug my husband!" The blue spix's macaw female growled with a slight touch of jealousy.

"Oh no! My babies! My beautiful unborn babies!" Tanya sniffed several times, while attempting to not get snot on Blu's chest.

"That son of a bitch! I'll kill that Armando, like I did his friend!!" Alex piped up while shaking violently. But immediately he felt the pain in his chest again and called for some help. "Raul! I need you buddy!"

When Raul was about to take the medical supplies over to him, Tiago immediately stepped up and insisted that he would like to help the snowy owl with his bandages.

"Don't worry uncle Raul! I got this one!" The blue chick spoke with determination, speeding up to Alex with a new dressing with some rubbing alcohol to clean the wound. The snowy owl smiled at him and patted him on the head.

"Thanks Tiago! Raul has taught you well so far!" Alex praised him while smiling at the young blue macaw chick.

"Thanks! It's about time I knew how to help people, rather than causing trouble!" Tiago responded as he proceeded to change the bandage on Alex's chest.

"I'm sorry…but who the hell is that?" Carla whispered to Tina while looking at Tiago. Both of them shrugged their shoulders in defeat.

"GUYS!! FOCUS!!" Nightfly shouted at the top of his lungs before turning to face Blu with anger in his eyes. "Blu…how do you know that it was Armando who stole our eggs?"

"On the wall written in blood, it said that he stole your eggs. Also he wrote that if you wanted to save them…you have to go back to where it all began? Know anything about that?" Blu replied as he continued hugging Tanya who carried on crying into his feathers.

"Where…it all…began? Where it all began? Where…oh no!" Nightfly trailed off for a moment there, and immediately came to a conclusion that he knew where Armando was taking his future children. "The Amazon!"

"THE AMAZON??!!" Jewel, Roberto and Jacqueline simultaneously shouted with shock on their faces.

"Are you serious? He wants you to go back to the Amazon?" Malcom asked him as he hugged Lexi closer to him. "Does he want you to go back to the tree where me and Thomas used to live?"

"I think so? But it doesn't matter where he took my babies! I am going to get them back, even if it kills me!!" Nightfly beamed with determination as he placed a comforting wing on the back of Tanya's shoulder and spun her around. "Don't worry my love! I am going to go back to the Amazon to find our children! Then, I will bring them back home, and we can immediately start preparing for our wedding! Sound good to you?"

Tanya managed to form a small smile, regardless of how many tears were still streaming down her cheeks. "Yes my love! We will get them back! This time…we do it together! You're not sacrificing yourself for us this time around!"

"Wouldn't dream of it!" Nightfly kissed his girlfriend on the beak passionately, but then they immediately felt spooked when they saw a figure hiding behind the wall. "Tanya get behind me! We are being watched!"

Blu immediately realised who they were talking about, and stood in front of the team manager to calm him down.

"Oh no guys! He's with me!" Blu defended the bird who was still sitting behind the solid wall. "Come on out my friend! Introduce yourself to my family!"

"Very well Blu! I shall introduce myself to your group of pretty birds!" The tall male slowly emerged from the shadows and pulled the hood off of his head. But as soon as he revealed himself to the samba birds, the children immediately hid behind their parents as he stood up tall.

"Who in the bloody hell are you?" Nightfly asked the male with fear in his tone of voice, as he protected the love of his life.

"My apologies blue spix's macaw friend! The name's Nigel…I am here to help you take down Armando! And steal your eggs back!" The cockatoo spoke up as he bowed in respect to the birds he just met. "It is a charming privilege to meet you all!"

Okay…I bet you wasn't expecting that were you? I do love a good plot twist don't you? Especially with Nigel now entering the story…but is he a good guy? Or is he a bad one? Obviously that will be decided in Part 2! But I hope you guys enjoyed the chapter, and I will see you all soon for chapter 15! P.S In the last few chapters we are going to be seeing our friends prepare for their trip to the Amazon. But…what surprises will be dropped in towards the end? I guess we will find out soon enough! And I know this chapter was shorter than my others…but don't worry there is a reason for that!
