Chapter 12: Sword & Shield
As the gang finished most of their food, Mario saw something.
(Littlefoot) What is it Mario?
(Mario) I see something back there.
Mario removed some plants and saw what looked like a sword and a shield.
(Luigi) What are those things?
(Grookey) It's a rusted sword and shield. That means they lost it when they were stranded on the island.
Mario picked up the sword and shield and began to examine them.
(Sobble) Hey. Look at this.
The Rusted Sword is a legendary artifact associated with Zacian and the Shield is also the same thing associated with Zamazenta.
(Cera) What are they doing here?
(Peach) I don't know.
(Mario) Maybe we should give these to Zacian and Zamazenta; They would be happy to see that we found them.
(Chomper) That's a great idea. But be careful not to lose them on the way.
(Mario) Don't worry, We won't
Chomper then heard Tyra calling him.
(Tyra) Chomper?
(Chomper) I better get home now. See you later.
(Mario) You too.
As Chomper left, something got into Mario.
(Mario) Hey Tyra. Here's something for Zacian and Zamazenta.
Mario gave her the rusted sword and shield
(Tyra) It's the Galar regions legends lost items. They've been looking everywhere for these. I'll return them. They'll be happy to see that you found them.
(Mario) Sure thing.
As Mario caught up with Chomper he heard a voice coming.
(?) At last.
(Mario) Huh?
Mario turned around and saw Gary-Jack Biter.
(Gary-Jack Biter) Well. Well. If it isn't one of the guys who defeated Sharptooth. Prepare to be eaten.
Mario ran away from Gary who now started to chase him.
As Chomper was half way home, he heard a roar.
(Chomper) I wonder who that is? Not my daddy. Or my mommy. Or the Legends.
(?) AAAAAAHHHHHHH!
(Chomper) Mario.
