Yes, she ended up with Suzaku. It was my intention for this fanfiction to be a romance between my OC and Suzaku. Unfortunately at that time I was an inexperienced kid when it comes to romance that's why there is almost little to no "romantic" exchange between the two. As for Lelouch, they grew up together but with their age difference as kids, Lelouch's feelings for Sinica were confined to respectful idolization, at most a crush maybe. As he said so himself, Euphy was his first love. As for Sinica herself, she views Lelouch as a younger brother and incest is against her moral code (Lelouch knows this), so her offer at the end was out of pure pragmatism for her king. I am very sorry I did not write the scenes leading up to the ending, it would have been very nice to fully develop Sinica's character.
