Chapter Thirteen

After two weeks, everything got back to normal. Nothing seemed like anything was wrong. Just only on thing what made some bad feeling, into Chris's head. The soo much called „Closerness" by Leon Kennedy, to his only love, Claire.
Since Chris had to return back to work, and had some really pad overtime during the past few days, which meant everything was again on Claire's back. And Leon obviously wanted to help her, but he started to notice how Leon does seems to fall for the young Redfield girl, who is currently carrying the children. But who wouldn't fall for that woman? Who wouldn't is exactly the question is what he always asked from himself. She was amazing and beautiful. Nothing could describe how cool and strong she always was, and could easy stand up for herself or any others, and fight for what she really loves. The actual ideal woman, what everyone would accept, but this treause is now belongs to him, and only for him…
It was one of those nights, what Claire has spend alone. The night shifts killed everything off. And felt more alone, than without having Chris next to him. But she woke up in the middle of the night. Looked around, then tryied to sleep back, but her phone buzzed. She tryied to catch her phone with her left hand, then finally got it right and held it.

„The fuck you want in the middle of the night?" Claire asked, without hesitating.

„Can we talk?" Leon answered.

„What's so important at 3 AM?" Claire sighed.

„You woke up after all." Leon said.

„Alright." Claire yawned. „Give me a few minute."

Then Claire just quickly got out of the bed, and grabbed clothes, what were the first to reach and ran into the bedroom. It was literally 3 AM in the morning, and all the unanswered texts from Leon covered all her phone. She felt as the sleepyness, and the anger slowly tryied to crawl back into her face. She took a big deep breath, then changed her pyjamas, to some normal clothes. She didn't even bothered to brush her hair, she thought it won't take that long.

„Morning." Leon said, after Claire closed the front door.

„Morning, you bastard." Claire sighed. „Since when it's a rule to bother the sleeping pregnant woman?"

„I have given an order to do it." Leon said.

„What order?" Claire laughed. „You must be joking, I haven't heard of any order given at 3 AM, my love works at the same place as you, forgot it?"

„I cannot do it anyome." Leon sighed.

„What are you talking about?" Claire asked.

„It's so not right since it is inpossible to happen but it did." Leon asnwered.

„I still don't get it." Claire shaked her head.

Then, it was all on nothing, than the facts to be shown. Leon stepped more close to Claire, then slowly, pulled her so close, that those lips could almost touch and meet up. Claire was so scared that she didn't know what to do. Only thing she could do, was moving her face away a little by little, everytime, she felt Leon's lips moving closer, to kiss her lips.

„The hell is going on there!" They've heard Chris's voice. Finally, Claire has been rescued.

Everything Chirs thought about Leon falling for Claire was so true, and just has to see that, how he tried to pressure himself on Claire, in the middle of the night.

„Finally." Claire breathed in. „I'm saved…"

„I thought we're the kind of friends who are not hitting up on eachother's girlfriend." Chris said.

„It's not what it looks like…" Leon muttered.

„Now what?!" Claire freaked out. „You want to wash it on me?"

„I thought it would happen sooner or later." Chris sighed.

„Can we not have this conversation now? I am soo sleppy." Claire yawned.

„Get inside, sweetheart, then. It's night time." Chris said. „This means that you, have to leave now, too."

„It wasn't that kind of a part of the thing I wanted to tell…" Leon said.

„You have something more to say too?" Chris asked back with a little anger in his voice.

„I've found something more interesting for you two, to show." Leon said.

He got a big notebook in his hands. It was a simple, black one. The Redfields were confused, because it wasn't Claire's secret notebook, it was red, and it was hiding in Claire's shelf, deep down, covered with clothes. So it could be an interesting part.

„Alright." Chris sighed. „Come in."

Then he opened the door, and let Leon in too. He didn't close the door, just made everyone sit down, to the living room. They sat, facing Leon, while he opened the first page of the notebook.

„Is it your burn book or what?" Claire asked while she let a laugh out.

„I've stole it from Wesker's office." Leon said.

„We do not support stealing in this household, Leon." Chris said. „What, you've said Wesker?"

„Yeah… I was searching for something and my friend told me that, it was in Wesker's office. But as I've found this, and started to read this… All of his plan to make you fall apart, had some thing, inclouding me too." Leon explained.

„And what does Wesker's evil plan has to do with you?" Claire asked.

„Ada Wong." Leon answered. „She works for Wesker, and it was all in his little plan, for her to appear and help you out."

„I knew something wrong was with that woman!" Chris said. „Have you found anything more, we have to get ready for?"

„Yeah." Leon answered. „As it says, for the today's date, Ada to call Claire and try to offer some help."

„Well…" Claire said. „I'm in."

„What? Are you sure, honey?" Chris asked.

„After all, you're going to be home today." Claire smiled. „Leon, scan all the other evil plans he has. Put the notebook back, then let's get ready for the attack."

„As you say." Leon said, then closed the notebook. „You have to be home more often then, Chris."

„I will try my best." Chris said.

„So goodnight." Leon said, as he stood up and left the Redfield house.

It will sure be an interesting game to play out beetwen the evil's.

A/N: I was having a writer's block for a short period while posting the chapter's but now I am back, since I am happier than ever! And having a lot of free time also helps like this. Hehe.

And it's my fiancé's birthday now. He made me post a new chapter, in front of his computer. So here it goes, enjoy.
