Fighting a war tests a soldier's skills, defendig your home tests your heart as a soldier.

Right now Seperatists attack after the destruction of a republic outpost on Rishi Moon. General Grievous and Asajj Ventress plan an attack on the home-planet of Clones : KAMINO.

Meanwhile aboard the jedi cruiser, jedi knights skywalker and kenobi along with Pearl and Rose Quartz examine an intercepted message from General Grievous.

Clone: We are decripting an audio!

'Asajj: Kamino will be a dangerosu target'

'Grievous: Just make sure to hold YOUR half of the mission. We mst stop the clone production if we are to win this war'

'Riot: Very well then and you make sure to hold off the republic ships as long as you can'

Kenobi: They take a big risk even considering this.

Rose: They must be very desperate if they go to attack in the open like that.

Pearl: That is unless there is soemthing else they wanna find there.

Rex: With all due respect Commander..if someone barges in to our home, they'd better carry a big blaster.

Cody: I can agree with Captain. This is personal for us clones.

Anakin: Well be sure we'll make sre Kaino is safe and secure. Tell the 501st troopers they are going home.

Rex: Yes general

And so forewarned by the destruction of Rishi Station earlier in the Clone Wars, and a new intercepted transmission between Ventress andf Grievous, two crystal gems and jedi knight travel to Kamino to warn Shaak Ti, Lama Su and Bismuth of an upcoming Separatist attack, with clone troopers Captain Rex, Commander Cody, Broadside, Echo, and Fives of the 501st Legion in their company.

Meanwhile - Seperatist ship

Asajj: I've discovered locations of both clone dna room and trooper barracks.

Grievous: Yes and both will be destroyed by my hand!

Asajj: Our hand general...

Riot: Count Dooku assigned us three for this mission remember you two. We are not allowed to let arguements get in the way.

Asajj: True

Grievous: But of course. I look forward for our meeting.

Echo: Aah look around Fives. Feels like we were here yesterday at the target practice.

Fives: Hah won't ever forget that.

Then the two clones stopped as they saw their General adn trainer Bismuth along with their 'old' brother.

Echo: hey 99! General Bismth!

99 : Echo! Fives!

Bismuth: Well what do you know!

Fives: You actually remember us.

99: I rmember all my brothers. Is Havy with you?

Bismuth: Yeah where is that big gun man?

The two looked at each other reluctant

Fives: There was an incident on Rishi outpost. He gave up his life to save us. I'm sorry

Bismth's expression changed "Ouh I see'

99: Unfortunate *takes out a gold medal*

Echo: Have gave yuo his medal?

99: Yes like a reminder of our time during your trials.

Bismuth: So what did you return here?

Fives: Word of impending attack coming here.

99:Well then how can we help?

The battle of Kamino has begun

Grievous lunches his ship to attack the planet but is faced with the repblic forces

Shaak Ti: Hmm his fleet isn't as large as I expected.

Kenobi: Something is wrong here.

'Pearl: The Fleet he arrived with, it is not enough to take Kamino'

Kenobi: And Grievous is not THAT careless

'Anakin: Master fight is here not own there'

Rose: Still there has to be a reason...what if they are distracting us?

Shaak Ti: What do you think?

Kenobi: I think we both need to take a swim underwater...

Suspicious, Obi-Wan and Rose travel underwater, where they discovers that the pieces of debris falling into the Kaminoan ocean are actually components for attack craft being assembled by aqua droids . The droids discover and attack them, and he barely manages to get away astride an aiwhas.
Rose: Feels like we should've been smarter that Master Kenobi.

Kenobi: Well now you talk like Anakin.

The finished attack craft begin to assault Tipoca City, breaking through the walls and depositing their droid load inside, along with Grievous and Ventress.

Kenobi: Pearl, Anakin the city is under attack!

Rose: We need your help!

'Anakin: We're on our way!'

Pearl: Clones! keep the battle ships off as long as you can!

'Clones: We are on it Coommander.'

After a bit of bickering about which one of them is superior to the other, the two leaders proceed to attack two key targets: Grievous is to attack the barracks to kill all the clones he can find there. After a short battle Colt is the only clone guarding the DNA chamber. Before he can fight Ventress tries to force choke him and draws her lightsaber "Don't worry my dear it'll all be over soon"

But then a certain gem intervennes by throwing one of the grenades at her, distracting her and the droids long enough for Pearl to recover the clone and escape.

Asajj : *coughs* gem scum!

Grievous: Well your skill rivals my own perhaps but your performances don't align it would seem.

Asajj: Ouh please Dooku may have taught you to wield a saber but you are no equal to me.

'Riot: Apparently apprentices don't like competition. Focus on Clone DNA'

Asajj: I fail to understand why not destroy it instead?

Grievous: A dna from a jedi killer like Jango Fett may prove useful to us.

Asajj: Keep playing your droid games then

Riot felt annoyed as he tries to hold off the republic fleet up in the space but it becomes difficult "Just hurry"

Meanwhile, Fives and Echo destroy attacking Aqua Droids from a sniping position, where they are soon joined by Bismuth and 99 bringing them ammunition and a group of lost youngsters. They retreat into the barracks.

Cadet: So what are we gonna do?

Rex: We will have to fight

Cadet: But our training isn't complete.

Fives: Look at us. We are the same and training for a fight is in our blood

Echo: And this is our home.

Cadet: What about our weaponry?

99: The armory is just coridors away!...so ? who wants to smash some drois?

Bismuth: Well now we are talking! Let's go team and defend your home!

Fives: Our home General

Bismuth looks at him and smiles "Of course"

While Rose and Obi-Wan face off against Grievous, Anakin and Pearl move to the DNA chamber.

Anakin: It should close nearby.

Pearl: There!

Asajj: Well well and I was beginning to believe my presence went unnoticed.

Anakin: You weren't planning on leaving without goodbye were you?

Asajj then drew her lightsabers to fight the two before she pushed Anakin back into the room, locing him in. Pearl was alone against her now

Asajj: Well gem it's tiem you pay for that grenade earlier

Pearl: We'll see about that

A platoon of battle droids soon attack the barracks, and by having the cadets strike from ambush,the troopers succeed in destroying all of their attackers.

Rex: Commander that's the last so make it count.

99: I'll go get more!

Rex: 99 wait!

99: I'm a soldier like you!

99 made his way towards the armory as the droids direct their blasters at him and shot him in the leg but then Bismuth moved to defend him.

Bisnth: You're right

99 looked on to see Bismth who took him off to the safer area away from blaster bolts

Bismuth: You are a soldier and as a fellow soldiers, we look around for each other c'mon now.

Meanwhile Rose and Kenobi engaged Grievous who this time used four of his lightsabers to hold his own and knocked kenobi to the ground. Rose fought fiercely but she was't fast enough against so many strikes and general pinned her to the wall

Grievous: Hmm Kenobi's lightsaber will be a good addition to my collection. But now I believe many would give much credit if I start collecting your gemstones as well.

Rose struggled as grievous moved his saber to slice her but was stopped when Kenobi pushed him far away to the end of the coridor and he crawls away to the outside platorm when a Trident unit crushes the platform they are on; Obi-Wan and Rose seemingly falls to their demise, but are saved again by the aiwha.

Grivous escapes on the kaminoan capsule

Rose: We have to go after him!

Kenobi: Our friend here is not fast enough to catch up unfortuantely

With the aid of a released Anakin and a clone trooper platoon, Pearl secures the DNA sample from Ventress

Asajj: I suppose you want me to surrender

Pearl: What do you think?

Asajj: Not this time!

... but she manages to force push them temporarily to hop onto Grievous' escape pod and get away.

Soon afterward, both Echo and Fives are promoted to ARC troopers for their initiative and bravery.

Cody: You both really stepped up in the heat of this battle.

Bismuth: I'm very proud of you.

Echo: We did what we had to do general.

Fives: What any clone would've done.

99: Job well done

Rex: You showed your valour out there as well 99. All of you shown a real courage

Bismuth: Reminds me of my stubborness

99: That's what we all got in common then.

Cody: Echo, Fives you are now an official Arc Troopers! Good job everyone!

Ventress and Grievous arrived on the capsule to the flagship (that was somewhat damaged) where Riot awaited them

Grievous: Why is with my flagship? What were you doing here?!

Riot: Says the one who failed at his own task?...

Asajj: *sighs* Count Dooku will be displeased with the results.

Pearl was about to leave Kamino with Rose and two jedi but was met by a clone commander.

Pearl: What is it trooper?

Colt: My name is Colt, I'm the clone you saved from seperatist assassin earlier...I came her to say thanks for saving me. I owe you with my life. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have made it.

Pearl looked at him before she looked down "I understand. I'm glad I could help"

Colt: Is there something wrong?

Pearl: It's just... organics alone aren't permanent and you clones. You have so much potential but even smaller time to live for.

Colt: That maybe true but that is even more reason why I am thankful for your help there. I want to enojy my life as long as I can, it may not be permanent but it's better than nothing.

Pearl looked at him again but this time she smiled and put her hand on his shoulder "You really are a good soldier. Goodbye"

Pearl made her way to the ship which eventually took off into the space as Colt watched on "I hope we mmet again fellow commander"
