Episode 17. The Home comes to you
Paradise City, Park
"Alright kids. That´s how it goes. And remember, when you duel on an Action Field, use the field in all its possibilities as well as the Action Cards. And when you go for rather dificult positioned Action Cards, don´t be afraid to use your monsters to get you there." Brody said as he jumped down from his Odd-Eyes´ back and landed in front of a group of eight kids while the Action Field dissolved.
The kids who watched him with excitment were the youngest new students of You Show Duel School. Brody was supposed to teach them the basics of Action Dueling while also showing them a bit of their Entertainment Dueling style. And since Morgan was using the Duel-room of the school with the older students, Brody decided to take his group out to one of the three big Parks of Paradise City.
"You´re dragon is really cool. I wish I had such a dragon too." A boy said.
"I had Odd-Eyes as long as I can remember. We trained together every day. He´s my best bud." Brody said with a smile.
"Do you think we can become as strong as you are when we´re older ?" The boy asked while looking at his classmates and then back at Brody.
"Of course. When you all train hard and never give up, then you might become as strong as I am, maybe even stronger." Brody while he then ruffeled the boy´s hair who giggled a bit.
"Okay kids. That´s everything for today. Have a good day and be careful on your way home." The kids all noddded and thanked Brody before running of. Brody looked after them with a smile until he noticed a glow coming from his deck. He took it out of his Duel Disk and saw that his Odd-Eyes was glowing. He then felt a pulsation as if the card was telling him to go a specific way.
"What is it, Odd-Eyes ? Where do you want me to go ? Wait... I can feel you ?!" Brody looked around and then run of.
Fusion World
The Master of Ren and Celina was standing in a large control room with numerous holografic screens in front of him. Some of them showed students dueling with each other while others showed the island and its city.
The man then heard footsteps behind him. He didn´t turn around but begun to speak, his voice loud and clear. "Everything you will now hear is an absolute secret. No one else will get to hear any of this. Should one of you dare to give the slightest information away, then that one will join our Arc Area Project as life energy. Understood ?!" He turned around and faced five cloaked figures, each one of them kneeling down onto on knee.
"Yes, Master !" All five replied in completly loyalty.
"Good." The man said and the holoscreens behind him vanished. A single much larger screen then appeared and showed five different planets. Each one was a different color and the one who was orange and who was surrounded by the other four had the word "Standard" written beneath.
"We are now at the point of starting our Arc Area Project, the project that will create an ultimate world by combining all five worlds into one. The War of Worlds we will start today will be for the good of us all. We will gather the needed life energy of the other worlds and anyone who doesn´t show loyalty to us will perish. However, all of this is only possible because of the existention of ten very special humans and the fact that all five worlds were actually one world to begin with."
"Master, please forgive me asking this now but, how do you know about all this anyway ?" One of the five cloaked figures asked.
The man waited a moment and then answered. "When I was researching about the different Summonings and their energies by using cards of each Summon, a bright light flashed and I was transported to the past were the five worlds were one world."
"And what did you saw, Master ?" A female voice asked.
"There were five Dragons and five Angels. They fought in this Original World, a world where magic and technology coexisted. It was an ancient form of a Duel. They battled and battled. The Dragons were pure destruction and the Angels were beyond words. They were beautiful with those amazing bracelets on their wrists. The Angels were able to create amazing things. Magic that could heal even the worst wounds, weapons that could cut through anything, name things that are normally unable to create, they could make them.
I then saw what appeared to be the two leaders. They clashed with all their might and it looked like when they clashed, they formed a new power. And with this new power they clashed even harder. However, this new power gave the Dragon leader the power to unite. He used this power to merge all the Dragons into one, one which couldn´t lose to the Angels. Not even they could create such a powerful thing to beat the Dragon. The new energy was that powerfull."
"And I guess that´s when it happened ?" One of the five figures asked.
The man nodded. "Yes. The Angels never wanted to kill the Dragons, instead they were trying to tame them. The Angel leader used the power to do the very last thing they could do, split the world and Dragon into five. They created five worlds from the one world and sealed the five Dragons into those five worlds. However, the Angels had to be split as well due to the sheer force. From what I saw... it was like the Dragons were turned into human baby boys with their souls sealed into the boys while the Dragon-bodies were sealed into cards. With the Angels happened the same but they were completely sealed into those five baby girls. I don´t know why that happened but that is what I saw."
"Master, and since you saw all that, we can now act." One figure said.
The man nodded once more. "Yes we can. Think of it. We capture those five girls and boys, we can use their powers. We´ll use the power of the Angels and the power of the life energies to create a world just for us and the people who follow us. No more wars, no more fighting, no more sadness and pain. An ultimate world."
"We will have the Dragons to be our enforcment while we will have the Angels to keep them under control." The one with the female voice said.
"The perfect balance. Destruction and Creation." The man replied to his servents while now having a huge smirk on his face.
"Master, how will we track down those people though ?" The cloaked figure in the middle asked while standing up. The other four also stood up.
"We will search for them. I couldn´t really see the faces of the Angels, but I know how the Dragons and bracelets look like."
"I understand. We find the Dragon cards, we find the boys. We find the bracelets, we find the girls."
The man nodded. "Exactly. I already used this way of searching and I was successful. We already have one Dragon and one Angel working for us. Those two are part of our top students, Ren and Celina. And during their latest mission in the Standard World, they were able to track down the Angel and Dragon of Standard. Their connection to each other is slowly growing so the can feel each other."
"So using those two is the easiest way to track down the remaining Angels and Dragons." The female voice asked.
"All in good time. For now we will concentrate on our attack on the Standard World. Meet me again in the throne room in fifteen minutes. Dismissed !" The man turned back around and the five cloaked figures disappeared within seconds. They seemed to be very skilled.
Fifteen minutes later in the throne room
The man was sitting on his throne while Celina, Ren and the five cloaked figures stood in front of him. "The Arc Area Project begins ! Ren and Celina, thanks to the energy you gathered, we are now able to cross over to the other worlds. You both will lead the attack on Standard with Ren as the Commander. Take the first and second unit with you. While they gather the life energy, you two will capture your siblings."
"Yes, Master." Both teens replied.
"Master, I´m pretty sure that the people of th eother worlds will try and defend themselves. What will happen to the ones of us who fail ?" Celina asked.
"I don´t accept any failing. Depending on their Ranks, the ones who fail will either be returned to our world or they end as life energy. Alpha-red and Omega-yellow ranked students are strong and have proofen themselves which is why they will be granted a second chance. The Gamma-white ranked students will directly become life energy when they fail." The man replied with a serious expression. "Anything else ?"
"No Master !" All seven replied while bowing their heads. The man nodded. "Good. The war begins. Dismissed !"
Paradise City, Kamiya Apartment
Lynn was sitting on the couch and reading a magazine. She looked up as she heard someone entering the apartment. An exhausted looking Morgan walked into the living room and threw her orange jacket onto the couch. "Six hours on the Duel Field is quite something. Our older students are pretty good. They pushed me into some tight situations, but I still managed to not lose. Though one Duel ended in a draw."
"Well, being champion doesn´t mean you can go on a lower pace." Lynn said.
"I know and I won´t. I teach at our school but at the same time I use it to train. I wanna defend my title in the next championship." Morgan said before she went into her room and changed into a fresh black tank top and short orange skirt.
Morgan then got herself a glass of water and set down on the couch. She took a closer look at the magazine Lynn was reading. "I never thought you´re such interested in clothes. Didn´t you say you prefer the clothes you wore when you got here ?"
Lynn looked up and grinned. "It´s not always as it seems." She turned the clothes magazine around and showed another magazine about engine mechanics.
Morgan raised an eyebrow. "Engine mechanics ?"
"I´m working a bit on my and Ryan´s D-Wheel. I try to make the engine more powerful. You world´s technology is not that much different from our world´s."
Morgan smiled. "Hey Lynn, how good are you at mechanics ?"
"I´m quite good as is Ryan. We build our D-Wheel completely alone. When I´m old enough I wanna be a mechanic." Lynn replied, blushing a bit.
"Hey, you don´t need to feel embarrassed. It´s a cool dream for the future." Morgan said.
Lynn now smiled. "Thanks. Do you know what you want to do when you´re older ?"
"Well, I want to study sport, but I also wanna stay at You Show." Morgan said. "I´m not completely sure yet."
"You shouldn´t rush things. There is still enough time for you to decide on that. Important is, you must want it from your heart." Lynn said before going back to read her magizine.
"I think you´re right." Morgan said.
Park in the west district, late afternoon
Brody was at the park. He had spent hours following his Dragon. "Odd-Eyes... what are you trying to tell me ? I feel this is the place you want me..." Brody said as he looked down at his glowing card. Just then a loud noise could be heard and Brody looked around. "What is this ?!" He could hear another Dragon roaring in the sky and there, right before him, a green portal opened from thin air. "No way..." Brody said while taking some steps back.
The green portal then begun to turn slowly as a male with spiky silver hair and green eyes walked through. He wore a white shirt, a grey jacket, black pants and dark green sneakers. He also wore a light green hairband and a black Duel Disk on his left arm. He was holding a card which was glowing.
"I found you. Now tell me where Lynn is !" The figure said. Brody looked on with shock, his whole body tensing. He stared at the figure and noticed the one thing that meant trouble... they share the same face. ("Now I know how Morgan felt.") Brody thought. He took a step forward. "Who are you ?"
The boy glared at Brody with an angry expression. "I´m Ryan. And you kidnapped Lynn !"
"Ryan ? Lynn´s friend. She is our friend as well." Brody said.
"Where is she ?!" Ryan yelled.
"She´s with us. Please let me explain-"
"No enough ! I shall save her !" Ryan yelled as he lifted his left arm. His Duel Disk was designed to connect to a D-Wheel, but since Lynn had the one the two friends built he had to wear it as a normal Duel Disk. He activated it and two blades of green appeared.
"Fine ! Let´s see if this cools you down." Brody said, activating his red Duel Disk with the black and yellow blade. "Duel !" Both yelled.

"I shall start this by setting my Pendulum Scale !" Brody shouted.
"Pendulum what ?" Replied Ryan.
"He doesn´t know about Pendulum. Just like Lynn." Brody said to himself.
"Lynn ?! I knew you had her !" Ryan shouted. Brody face palmed. "I told you. She´s-"
"Enough !" Ryan continued to shout.
"Fine ! I set Scale 1 Stargazer Magician and Scale 8 Magician´s Pet Dragon !" Brody slammed the two cards onto his Duel Disk and the word "PENDULUM" appeard in rainbow letters on his blade. Both monsters rose up and the numbers 1 and 8 appeared underneath each one. ( Magician´s Pet Dragon is a dark yellow dragon with blue eyes, a red mane that extends over his back and tail, a pair of yellow wings and sharp grey claws )

("What on earth is this ?") Ryan thought as he looked into the sky and saw the Pendulum beacons to either side of Brody.
"I can special summon monsters between level one and eight !" Brody pointed into the sky and the Pendulum portal apeared. His necklace started to glow slightly red. "I Pendulum Summon my Ace ! Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon !" A red beam shot from the sky and Odd-Eyes appeared. He unleashed a loud roar directly at Ryan whoes clothes all rattled in the force of the roar.

Ryan stared at the monster for a moment. "Cool Dragon."
"I set a card and end my turn." Brody said. "Ryan, wasn´t it ? We have Lynn and-"
"I will not let you harm her !" Ryan interupted once more. Brody looked annoyed at him as he was losing his patience with Ryan butting in.

"I shall teach you for messing around with Lynn ! Time to show this world a power which has never been seen before !"
"You mean Synchro Summoning ?" Brody asked.
"Wait... what ? How do you know ?" Ryan asked, surprised about Brody´s knowledge.
"Lynn came into our world and brought Synchro Summoning with her. I dueled her before and we became friends. How did you came to our world ?"
"None of that matters ! I know your lying about Lynn ! I draw !" Ryan yelled as he drew a card. "If I control no monsters then Speedroid Terrortop can be special summoned to the field !" Numerous red spinning tops appeared in a snake like shape. Each one had a yellow spike on the top and two blades on either side.

"Now come out Speedroid Tri-Eyed Dice !" A blue pyramid with red eyes on its different panels appeared.

"I tune Terrortop with Tri-Eyed Dice !" Ryan shouted and both monsters fulfilled the Synchro Summon. ( 3+3 = 6 )
"Synchro Summon ! Appear, level six ! Hi-Speedroid Dragon-Jet !" A large red and yellow jet with its head looking like a Dragon head appeared.

"I use his effect. I can banish a Speedroid from my grave to hit you with 600 damage ! I banish Terrortop !" The Jet´s dragon shapped head opened and fired a blue energy beam at Brody´s feet. Brody shielded himself from the blast. Brody LP 4000 (-600) 3400
("Quick damage. He isn´t messing around.") Brody thought.
"I play the Spell Synchro Blast Wave ! While I control a Synchro monster, I can destroy a card you control ! I don´t know what this Pendulum nonsense is, but I take out your dragon !" A blue beam shot out of the Spell card and destroyed Odd-Eyes. "Now Dragon-Jet, attack directly !" Ryan´s monster started charging up another energy beam.
"Don´t think so ! I play the continuous Trap, Action-Buddy Pinch Helper ! I negate a direct attack once per turn and then I special summon an Action-Buddy from my deck with 800 or less attack points. It´s effects are however negated ! I bring out Action-Buddy Kaleidoscorp in defence mode !" A small red scorpion with two front scissors who look like small shields came to the field. It also wears a small purple top hat.

Due to a replay occuring, Ryan stopped his monster. He looked annoyed. "I end my turn." His balck Duel Disk then begun to glow. It was his extra deck section. Ryan looked at it. "I hear you, Clear Wing. Soon."
"Clear Wing ? Is that your Dragon ?" Brody asked.
"Yes it is. Why ?" Ryan asked. Brody looked at the extra deck section on his Duel Disk. "I can feel my Dragon too. It lead me here."
"Clear Wing brought me here. He allowed me to cross into this word so I could find Lynn. And I will get her back !"

"Pointless talking to you. I draw !" Brody placed the card into his hand. "Let me show you the power of Pendulum Summoning ! I can bring back Pendulum monsters from the extra deck !"
"What ?! From the extra deck ?!" Ryan said.
Brody had a small smile on his face. "You have a lot to learn about my world, Ryan. I use the set Pendulum Scale and Pendulum Summon ! Return my Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon !" A red beam shot down from the sky and Zarc´s dragon reappeared.

"I attack with Odd-Eyes ! Go !" Odd-Eyes jummped into the air and unleashed a dark energy beam from his mouth.
Ryan held out his hand. "I use Tri-Eyed Dice´s effect in my graveyard ! I banish it to negate your attack !"
"Don´t think so ! I play the Quick-Play Spell from my hand, Action-Buddy Ability Storm !" Brody said, sending the card from his hand to the graveyard. "If you use a monster effect during my turn, I can negate it !" Tri-Eyed Dice was negated and Odd-Eyes continued to attack. The attack destroyed the Jet-monster with ease. "When my Odd-Eyes destroyes a level five or higher monster, the damage is doubled !" Brody shouted while Ryan flinched in pain as he dropped lifepoints.

"Your Dragon isn´t half bad." Ryan said with a smirk.
"Then why not bring your Dragon out !" Brody replied, also smirking. His eyes started to glow in a thin red light. It was almost as if Brody wasn´t in control. "I end my turn."

"I don´t know why... but I feel the same urge. I draw !" Ryan looked at his hand. "Perfect. I play Foolish Burial and sent a monster from my deck to my graveyard ! I send my Speedroid Den-Den Daiko Duke ! And now appear Speedroid Double YoYo !" Two giant green wheels with black spikes appeared. It had a silver frame in-between.

"I can special summon one level three or lower Speedroid monster from my graveyard upon this card´s normal summon ! Appear, Speedroid Den-Den Daiko Duke !"
"So that´s why you used Foolish Burial." Brody responded.
"Someone´s smart." Ryan replied as a humanoid figure appeared, holding a staff. He wore a long red cape and a black uniform.

"Another Tuner. Here it comes I guess." Brody said.
"Yes. Here it comes ! I tune my level four Double YoYo with level three Den-Den Daiko Duke !" Ryan shouted. Brody watched in awe as the Summoning ocured. It was different than the others. It seemed more colorful and it excited Brody. ( 3+4 = 7 )
Ryan begun to chant. "Spread those wonderous and beautiful wings and strike down your enemies at the speed of light ! Synchro Summon ! Come forth, level seven ! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon !" A blue beam shot down from the sky and a mighty Dragon flew out. It was a white bodied Dragon without legs, blue markings, a long tail and green glowing wings. It unleashed a loud roar upon its summon while glittering in the light of the afternoon sun.

Meanwhile in the Kamiya Apartment
Lynn was drawing something down into a small sketchbook while Morgan was working on her jacket with needle and thread.
"Ouch !" Morgan suddenly said while shaking her right hand. It seems she stung herself with the needle. Lynn chuckled before looking at Morgan with a smirk. "Alright, that´s the tenth time now. You sure you know how to use needle and thread ?" She asked with a teasing voice which made Morgan slamm down her jacket onto her lap in annoyens.
"Yes I know ! Emma tought it to me. I´m not as good as her, but it´s enough for me ! And besides that, I´m finished with it anyway." Morgan showed Lynn the jacket. It had a pair of white wings stitched on each sleeve.
Morgan´s smartphone then rung and she answered the call. "Hello, this is Morgan."
( "Hey Morgan, it´s me, Emma. Have you heard from Brody recently ? I wanted to pick him up at the Park since I was in the central district anyway, but when I got there he wasn´t there anymore. I try to call him but he isn´t answering." )
Morgan´s face turned slightly serious. "Don´t worry, Emma. Brody can take care of himself. He probably duels somewhere else or is already on his way home. Why don´t you come home first and then we try to find him together ?"
( "I´m already on my way back... alright, I come home. Till later." )
Lynn watched as Morgan hung up and put on her jacket and boots. "Okay. You tell Emma not to worry but you´re worried yourself ? And now you´re going to search for him."
"I wasn´t lying when I said that Brody can take care of himself. However, after what happened last saturday... I don´t wanna take that risk." Morgan replied.
"Then I come with you. It´s better to stay together." Lynn said, putting on her own jacket.
"Thanks Lynn." Morgan said and both girls left the apartment. A few minutes later they were standing outside the apartment complex.
"Alright. Where should we start looking ?" Lynn asked. "We shall-" Morgan said but stopped as two bright lights appeared from below. She looked down and saw her and Lynn´s bracelets glowing. "I think we should follow our bracelets."
"I agree. I can feel them guiding us." Lynn said.
"Yes, I feel it too. Let´s go then." Morgan replied. Both girls then run off.
Back to the Duel between Brody and Ryan
Brody looked at the Synchro Dragon and his necklace shinned. "So that´s your beast."
"Yes... yes it is." Ryan replied. Both Odd-Eyes and Clear Wing looked at each other and begun snarling. The growls between the two got more and more as both Brody and Ryan closed their eyes. The silence around the park was obvious. The wind didn´t even make any noise as the boys were somehow charging up with something.
"We..." Brody said slowly. "Shall..." Ryan added.
"Return and become one !" Both said at the same time. "We shall return to our true forms. This world full of dispicable humans shall burn." Ryan and Brody opened their eyes at the same time. Brody´s eyes glowed red while the pupils were a reptilien slit, similar to a dragon´s eye. Ryan´s eyes were covered in pure blue. His eyes and Brody´s looked together, the rage was as pure as you could get.
"We shall become one with our true forms reborn." Ryan said. "You shall merge with me !"
"No. You shall merge with me once more. I´m your leader !" Brody replied.
"I shall replace you !" Ryan shouted. Brody only laughed and smirked. "You don´t have the power that I do."
"You failed us ! You made us lose to the Angels !" A pure angry Ryan said. "I play Monster Reborn ! Hi-Speedroid Dragon-Jet, return to fight alongside me !" Ryan´s first Synchro monster returned to the field. ( ATK/2300 DEF/1400 )
"I use Dragon-Jet´s effect ! But I negate it with Clear Wing !" The Synchro Dragon unleashed a loud roar as he powered up in silver energy. Dragon-Jet was then destroyed. "When a level five or higher monster activates its effect, I can negate the effect and destroy the monster ! Then my Dragon gains the attack points of that monster !"

Brody smirked. "You were always a bold character."
"Now I attack !" Clear Wing flew into the air and green energy surrounded it. It begun to spin and slammend down hard onto Brody´s Odd-Eyes. Brody smiled as his monster was destroyed. "I send my face-up Action-Buddy Pinch Helper to the graveyard. The damage I take is halved !"

"Damn you ! I end my turn." Ryan growled.

"Now it´s time to show you why I am the strongest ! My turn, I draw !" Brody drew a card from his deck. And then...
"Brody !" A women´s voice could be heard screaming out his name. It was Emma. She had seen Brody duel Ryan as she drove by the park. Once she saw him, she run over to him while calling out to him. But Brody didn´t respond. "Brody !"
"It seems we have a guest." Ryan said and Brody looked at Emma and his glowing red eyes stared right into Emma.
"Brody ?!" Emma tried again.
"I don´t recognise that name. He is merely a creation." Brody replied.
"Who... what are you ?!" Emma said with a stutter. She was becoming horrified. "It´s me, Brody ! Your sister !"
Brody then clenched his head with a quick snap as if Brody was fighting back. "Emma..." He said slowly while looking at her with a more concerned look. He had his hands on his head with fear, his body was shaking.
Emma had a concerned look. "Yes, it´s me."
Brody shook his head. "No ! Be gone !" He roared into the sky. The shockwave of the scream was so loud that it sent Emma flying across the park. She landed on her back with a heavy hit. As soon as she landed she was in pain. "Brody..." Emma slowly tried to get up but the pain was to much and she fell back onto her back. "What... is going on..." She then fainted on the ground.
Brody didn´t care and turned back to Ryan. "I play Action-Buddy Riot ! I sent monsters you control back to your hand X the amount of Action-Buddy monsters I control ! I control one, my Kaleidoscorp !" A dark green hurricane blew out of the card and it caught Clear Wing and blasted it away.
"Damm you !" Ryan yelled.
"I was the leader and for a reason. You follow me ! I am the strongest ! I Pendulum Summon back myself !" The Pendulum portal in between Brody´s Pendulum Scale reopened and his Dragon appeared once more.

"Now I attack you directly !" Odd-Eyes ran forward and then jumped high into the air. He unleashed his dark energy beam which hit Ryan and sent him flying backwards.

Ryan got slowly up and smirked back at Brody. "You are indeed strong. Back in our world, you did indeed lead us. But you lead us to a defeat to the Angels ! I shall take the role and lead us to our goal."
Brody laughed. "You will need the Pendulum power then. It was the key to us merging. You see... I am the strongest !" Brody put out both of his hands as he gloated.
"So that´s what happened when we battled. Your clash with the leader of the Angels... that day you both formed a new energy called Pendulum !" Ryan replied.
"As I said, only the strongest could do that !" Brody replied. "I end my turn. Soon our rebirth will begin ! Don´t you want that ?!"
"Not with my defeat ! You shall serve me !" Ryan yelled back.
TURN 6 Ryan LP 1100 Hand 1 / Brody LP 2250 Hand 1
"I draw !" Ryan yelled as he let off a shockwave while drawing. Brody´s clothes rattled in the blast but he remained calm and smirked. "First I shall wipe out your field ! Raigeki !" Dark clouds rolled in over the bright sky and rumbling could be heard. A strike of lighting from the clouds rained down and destroyed both of Brody´s monsters. Brody gritted his teeth. "Damm you."
"Time to end this ! I play the Spell, Stardust Shimmer ! I banish monsters from my graveyard whose level add up to a selected Dragon Synchro monster in my graveyard, and then I can return it to the field ! I banish level three Den-Den Daiko Duke and level four Double YoYo ! I return myself !" A green portal appeared from the sky and Clear Wing returned.

"End this ! Direct attack !" Ryan roared and Clear Wing charged up for an attack.
"Then I play-" Brody could hear someone as he spoke. He stopped along with Ryan and the Duel was paused.
"Brody !" A female voice shouted and Brody looked around. He saw Morgan and Lynn running towards them. "Brody !" Morgan shouted once more. Both Brody and Ryan looked at them and their expressions turned to anger.
"Them !" Brody shouted. "The Angels..." Ryan growled.
As Morgan and Lynn got closer, they quickly saw the other male with Brody. Morgan stopped and Lynn did also, she however placed her hand over her mouth. "No... it can´t be..." Lynn said with utter surprise.
"It can´t be ?" Morgan said as she looked at Ryan and then back at Lynn. "Is that..."
"Yes. That... that is Ryan." Lynn replied. She walked slowly towards the Duel field, they seemed unaware of the boys different colored eyes. "Ryan... is that you ?"
Ryan slowly focused in on her. "L... Lynn...?" He said slowly. Ryan then snapped back his head and he held it in pain. His eyes clenched together. "No !" He shouted.
"Ryan, what´s wrong " Lynn asked worried. Morgan then ran up to where Lynn was standing. "Brody ?! Are you okay ?"
Both boys looked at the two with their glowing eyes and the girls were shocked. "What on earth ?!" The girls said at once, taking a step back in shock.
"Be gone, Angels !" Brody and Ryan roared together.
"Angels ?!" Both girls shouted. At that point both Morgan and Lynn´s bracelet lit up and the pink and green lights from each bracelet shined across the field.
"You damned Angels !" Brody yelled as he shielded his eyes from the light.
"Not now ! We must become one !" Ryan yelled, also covering his eyes. The light begun to fill the park and it eventually hit the boys. The pink light hit Brody and the green light hit Ryan. They both fell to their knees while holding their heads.
"We shall resurrect as one !" Brody said as the boys collapsed and the Duel field faded.
Morgan and Lynn were unable to see what was happening since they had to shield their eyes as well. The light faded and Morgan as well as Lynn saw the boys on the ground. "Brody !" Morgan shouted. "Ryan !" Lynn shouted. Both girls ran up to their respective boy and knelt down. They both shook the boys hard, back and forth while still shouting their names. After several shakes, the boys faces begun to move. It seemed they were waking up.
Brody´s eyes begun to open up first and he could see Morgan above him. His eyes were blurry and a few seconds later he saw her in clear vision. "Morgan ?" He said and slowly got onto a sitting position on the ground. He looked around and saw Morgan as well as Lynn. "What... what happened ?" Brody then looked at Ryan beside him and jumped in shock.
"Brody... don´t you remember ?" Morgan asked.
"Ah yes. This guy was who my Odd-Eyes was leading to !"
Morgan shook her head at his replie. "No... your eyes... you said something about-"
"My eyes ?" Brody questioned as if he didn´t remember. Morgan sighed and smiled a bit. "It´s nothing, don´t worry."
Besides them, Ryan was still unconscious. Lynn shook him once more. "Come on, Ryan !"
Ryan then groaned and finally opened his eyes. He blinked a few times to get a clear vision. "Lynn...?... Lynn ?! I finally found you !" He jumped to his feet and huged her. Lynn was surprised but quickly returned to a relaxed expression. "Calm down." She said. Ryan then saw Brody and Morgan and quickly put Lynn behind him. "Be careful Lynn. This guy kidnapped you !" He activated his Duel Disk once more.
"No you idiot. He didn´t." Lynn grabbed Ryan´s arm and pulled it down. His Duel Disk deactivated. "What is going on here ?" Ryan asked.
"Ryan... I accidentally crossed worlds. I have been looked after by those two. Morgan and Brody." Lynn said.
"Morgan and Brody ?" Ryan said, looking at the teens. Morgan stepped forward. "Yes. Nice to meet you."
"Err... okay. Sorry for the misunderstanding." Ryan replied as he looked at Lynn and back to Morgan. He kept looking back and forth with confusion. "Hey Lynn. Have we siblings we don´t know about or why do they look similar to us ?"
"We don´t know why we look the same. This whole situation is a very long story." Lynn replied.
The girls then noticed something and looked away from the boys. Brody and Ryan shook hands and apologized to each other. They then stared at each other and smirked while their eyes lit up again. ("Soon. Brother.") They both thought.
"Brody !" Morgan shouted which made the boys snapp back to reality. Morgan saw Emma on the ground. "It´s Emma !"
"What ?!" Brody ran over to Morgan and saw his sister on the ground. "No !" He ran over to his sister and kneeled down. Ryan and Lynn could only look on.
Hospital, one hour later
Morgan, Lynn, Ryan and Brody were in the hospital. Emma was laying in a hospital bed with a breathing machine on her face. Morgan had called an ambulance and the four had gone with Emma.
Brody was sitting on a chair beside her bed and was holding her hand. The other three were stood in the front of the bed. "Emma..." Brody said while he tried to hold back tears. He then fell face first into the bed and started to cry. Morgan walked over to him and placed her hand onto his back. "Brody... the doctors said she was just knocked out. She will be okay." She said gently but Brody remained silent.
Lynn tapped Ryan on the shoulder. "We shouldn´t be here. This is a private matter." She looked at Morgan who nodded back and the two left the room.
Some minutes later, Ryan was leaning against a wall while Lynn paced up and down. Ryan´s eyes moved left and right as he followed her. After a while...
"Hey Lynn." Ryan said as he pushed himself forward from the wall and folded his arms.
"Let me guess. You want me to go home ?" Lynn said as she turned and stopped pacing.
"No. I know I am a bit fast with my words but I see that you care about them."
"Then what is it ?" Lynn said.
"What the hell is even happening ?" Ryan said with a brash tone.
"Well, as I already said, it´s a long story. You might want to sit down." Lynn said with a small sigh.
Twenty minutes later, Ryan was sitting down in a seat while trying to come around with all the new information. "Okay... let me get this straight. There might be five worlds existing, each with a different Summoning method and people who look similar to us...?"
"That´s what we think. However, we aren´t entirely sure either." Lynn replied.
"And your bracelet seems to have some kind of magic power while you are somehow connected to Morgan ? You gave her the power to Synchro Summon as well."
Lynn nodded with a serious expression. "Yep. But it also seems you and Brody are somehow connected as well. When me and Morgan reached your Duel... you both called us Angels, you both had your dragons out and it was like you were different people."
"Who knows. I can´t remember anything anyway." Ryan mumbled.
("Strange. Brody can also not remember anything.") Lynn thought as she looked at the door of the hospital room. ("How did Brody´s sister end up collapsing... it must have been something which happened between the two.")
"Lynn, Clear Wing was the reason for me entering this world. I was so determined to find you and summoned him with this wish... it ended with him creating the portal. However, you don´t have a Dragon, so how did you enter this world ?"
Lynn turned back to him. "I was using our D-Wheel to get back home and I ended up driving into a green portal. Morgan´s bracelet opened up the portal, she didn´t do it at will though. It´s like our bracelets tried to find each other."
"So how are we sort this out ?" Ryan asked as he stood up.
"My, Morgan and Brody try to sort this out since weeks. We don´t know what to do anymore." Lynn replied, sighing once again.
Three hours later, Emma has finally woken up much to Brody and Morgan´s relief. She will stay the night at the hospital though, just to be sure that she is really okay.
"So do you really not remember a thing, Emma ?" Morgan asked. Emma hold her head as she tried to think. "Not really. All I can remember is seeing Brody dueling..."
"But I don´t remember much... I can´t recall the Duel." Brody said. "Did... did I hurt you ?!"
Emma gave him a smile. "No Brody... clearly I fell or something. No Duel could ever be that powerful. There wasn´t even an Action Field present."
Morgan looked at the two and she knew that Brody wasn´t going to mention Ryan since they wished to keep Emma out of the mysteries. ("Brody and Ryan were like two different people. Angry and full of darkness. It was like mine and Lynn´s bracelets made them return to normal.") Morgan thought.
"Anyway, you two should go home now. It´s getting late." Emma said.
"Are you sure you´re going to be okay ?" Brody asked, standing up. Emma sighed. She loves her little brother but sometimes he is just so overprotective. She then grabbed one of her pillows and threw it at him. "Get out already !"
"Whoa ?!" Brody dodged the pillow before holding up his hands. "I get it ! I get it ! You´re fine ! I´ll go !" He then quickly left the room. Morgan looked at Emma with a grin and her eyebrow raised. Emma only winked back and Morgan left the room.
Morgan and Brody meet up with Lynn and Ryan in the corridor. "Thanks for waiting." Brody said.
"No problem." Ryan said. "How is she ?" Lynn asked.
"She´s okay but will stay the night here, just to be sure." Morgan answerd and then sighed. "Next question, where is Ryan going to stay ? We wanna keep Emma out of this mess so asking her isn´t possible. Explaining Lynn was hard enough and we can be lucky that she believed our story."
Brody rubbed his head. "Well, for the night he can stay with us. Then we will try to come up with something." He turned to the Synchro duo. "Is that okay with you two ?"
Lynn and Ryan nodded. "We have no other choice right now."
The next day, Central District
On the roof of a high building, a purple portal opened and Ren and Celina walked out. Seconds later, at least two hundred other people walked out of the portal. Boys and girls different ages, wearing red, yellow or white uniforms and Duel Disks. ( The uniforms of the female warriors are exactly the same as Serena´s uniform from the original Yu-gi-oh Arc V Anime, just imagine it in the three possible colors. The uniforms for the male warriors are a jacket with the color of each respective rank they have ).
Ren and Celina turned around to face them and Ren begun to speak in a firm tone. "This is the Standard World. You all know your mission. Now bring hell over this world !"
"Yes Sir !" The students all replied at the same time. Some of them then activated their Duel Disks and played cards. Numerous huge Duel-monsters appeared in the sky. They departed in different directions and started unleashing attacks.
In another part of the central district, Morgan and Lynn were on their way to the hospital. Brody had asked Morgan if she could pick up Emma since he and Ryan were out in the city as well. Morgan sayed yes but still didn´t really liked the idea of the boys being together alone.
"I don´t like this, Lynn. What if something like yesterday happens again ?"
Lynn sighed. "It´s fine. We have to trust them. And besides that, we can´t keep our eyes on them through day and night."
"True. But we should-" Before Morgan could finish, Lynn suddenly pushed her to the ground. "Watch out !" A second later, an energy beam crashed into the wall of the building they were walking by. More energy beams then crashed down all around and the people begun to ran around in panic and fear.
"What the hell is going on here ?!" Lynn groaned as she got back up.
Morgan got back up too. "I don´t know but let´s take cover !" Both girls then ran into a dead end ally. They kept hidden behind one of the walls but took glances out. Morgan then looked up and saw what was shooting the energy beams. "Are does... Duel-monsters ?!"
Morgan and Lynn then had to back away as an energy beam hit the edge of the ally they were in. Morgan then carefully took another look around the corner. "Duel monsters are attacking the city. They must be made out of Real Solid Vision. But who is controling them ?"
"Morgan, look !" Lynn whispered and pointed forward. Both girls then saw a young man landing on the ground in pain and three teenagers wearing red uniforms walking up to him. One of them held up his duel disk and pushed a button. The man on the ground then glowed purple and dissolved away. Morgan and Lynn gasped in shock and their eyes widened.
"What... was that..." Lynn whispered in shock. A card then appeared in the hand of one of the teenagers. "Well, that was easy." All three laughed and dropped the card. They then left and Lynn and Morgan walked out of the ally. Morgan bent down and picked up the card. Her expression turned to utter shock as she saw the image of the man on the card. "Did they just... turned him into a card...?!"
"How is that possible ?" Lynn stuttered.
The girls then heard an explosion and turned around. They saw smoke going up into the air. "That comes from the hospital !" Morgan yelled before running of and Lynn followed her. At the hospital, five large dinosour like monsters were attacking the hospital while more people with uniforms battled other Duelists who try to defend the hospital. The ones who lose get turned into cards as well.
Emma helped an injured man onto his feet and brought him back into the hospital. She felt an explosion nearby and turned around... only to see one of the monsters coming towards her. She gritted her teeth and braced herself. And then... "Riot Zanber !" A familiar voice yelled and a female blonde haired warrior slashed the monster in half, destroying it. Emma smiled as she saw it was Morgan´s Lightning Mage.
"Emma !" The Kamiya girl turned around and saw Morgan and Lynn running up to her. "Girls ! Thank goodness, you two are alright." Emma said.
"Let us hadle this." Morgan replied before looking forward. "Thunder Smasher !" She commanded and her Lightning Mage slammed her sword into the ground. Several bolts of lighting shot out of the ground. Some of them hit and destroyed the remaining monsters while some hit the mysterious people who then vanished in a blue light. A few minutes later, the area was safe for now and Morgan deactivated her Duel Disk and Lighting Mage disappeared.
"What is going on here, girls ?" Emma asked.
"As it looks like, monsters made out of Real Solid Vision are attacking the city while mysterious people wearing uniforms turn other people into cards." Lynn explained.
"That´s impossible." Emma said.
"I wouldn´t believe it either if I hadn´t seen it with my own eyes." Morgan said. "It´s best for everyone to get back inside their homes and lock the doors."
Emma nodded, but then asked the one thing Morgan hoped she wouldn´t ask. "Where is Brody ?"
"I don´t know. Somewhere in the city I gue-" Morgan stopped as Emma was about to run of. Morgan grabbed her arm and so stopped her. "Wait Emma, you can´t !"
"I have to !" The Kamiya girl protested and tried to get out of the grip but Morgan hold on firm. "You can´t ! You have no Duel Disk, no deck ! You can´t defend yourself ! You need to get back inside where it is safe !"
"But..." Emma said. Morgan took on a serious expression. "I´ll find him ! I promise ! But please go back inside !"
Emma knew Morgan meant what she said and sighed in defeat. "Alright. Please stay safe."
"We will." Morgan replied and let go of Emma´s arm. The Kamiya girl then made her way back into the hospital while telling the remaining people to get inside too.
"What´s your plan ?" Lynn asked.
"Let´s get up onto the hospital´s roof first. We need a place to overlook the whole situation." Morgan replied. Lynn nodded and they ran into the hospital. Through the damage of the attack, a part of the hospital lost its electricity, including the elevators. This meant the girls had to run up the stairs. While doing exactly that, Morgan tried to call Brody but he didn´t answer.
"Brody, when you´re hearing this, please call me back !" She said and then they reached the roof. Morgan then dailed Stacey´s number but she didn´t answer either. "Stacey, when you hear this, take our students into the school and lock the doors ! Don´t go out, no matter what ! The city is under attack !" She then put her phone away.
The girls walked over to the edge and what they saw shocked them once more. Everything what was happening here in the central part, was also happening all around the city. Lynn looked at Morgan with a slightly worried expression. "What are we going to do now ?"
Morgan looked around and tried to come up with something. Her eyes then fell onto the tower of Harper Futuristics. "One thing for sure, we two alone cannot stop this. We need help. Let´s go to Harper Futuristics. They are the ones who developed Real Solid Vision. When this monsters are really made out of Real Solid Vision then maybe we can shut the system down and make them disappear. Then we can team up with their students and maybe so be able to fight those mysterious people off."
"That sounds not really brilliant, but I guess it´s all we have. Let´s go then !" Lynn said.
"You two are not going anywhere." A female voice said. Morgan and Lynn looked around and then their bracelets lit up. The lights blinded the two girls and as it faded they could see a girl the same age as them with hip-length blonde hair with a small part of it bond into a side ponytail on the right side while the rest goes normally down and has a purple strand going through on the right side and red eyes. She wears a red jacket, a broad grey skirt, a black vest that is half unzipped over a white shirt, short red and black boots, and a silver bracelet with a purple jewel in the centre. It was Celina, her bracelet was also glowing.
"She..." Lynn said.
"Looks like us." Morgan added before she walked forward. "Who are you ? Are you responsible for this attack ?!"
"All it good time. My name is Celina. And here we are, finally meeting each other." Celina replied and then smirked. "Welcome to the War of Worlds."

Exelion Heart : "I think it´s time to explain this little thing. I wanted my Story be partly different from the original anime-show, and also different from the story of HereIcome, so I decided to create five Worlds instead of five Dimensions. Each world is its own world, with each having its own history. However, due to the events of the original anime-show where the Invasions only where shown to take place in the main-city of each dimension, my attacks on the other worlds will also mostly take place in each main-city of each world. So please don´t get confused should a character say something like : "We carded 45 percent of the Standard World."
Or maybe I shall call it like this - The Invasions take place over the whole worlds but only the situations in the main-cities are going to be written into the story.
