Summary: Mio Gremory is a member of the Branch Family of the Gremory clan and the last living member of the exist clan Raim. Though great luck she is gifted a male fallen Angel from her cousin- and Rival- Rias. If only Rias knew what she had thrown away with Himejima Naruto, The Lightning General. It just so happens that he's also Mio's master in certain areas.
What's up everyone. So I was watching the English version of Testament of a New Devil Sister after posting last chapter and my god their voices are fucking annoying in English! High School DxD I can tolorae and even compare their voices to their Japanese counterparts, but ToaNDS hell no. Mio and Maria they made them sound way to fucking mature for my liking. Even Rias had a bit of childishness to her voice when it was called for, but not This! Oh don't get me wrong they fucking nailed the lines, but their voices didn't fit. Especially Maria something about her voice just sucked!
Also thanks to everyone who gave me feedback on Murayama and Katase names. Like the Great Thisissupposetobeblank said the first names of the Japanses voice actresses as their names. So I'd like to declare to Fanon that from this day forward those are their official Fanon names. Can I do that? Can I handle all that power... Of course I can. If not you guys will bring me back down to earth real quick.

PLEASE READ (Guest Reviewer): Whoa slow down. There's no problems. I wasn't calling you out or anything. I Know the difference between Flames and constructive criticism. You haven't done anything wrong. And like everyone else who has an idea or something I take them into consideration for the overarching story. As far as Familiars go i'm not giving Naruto a Familiar, mostly due to the fact that when a Familiar is 'used' they get left out more often then not. For Mio or Naruto when it comes to Peerage? T-B-R: Chisato is on a higher level yes, but she has a restriction to her powers. That's the same deal she had in canon when she was exiled from the Divine Realm. And no she can't nullify that. As far as I can tell or anyone can tell it has something to do with a system that Jehovah created before his death in in story that Micheal took over. So Only Micheal can turn that function on or off.
Shin: Don't get me started on that little asshole Mineta. I think he's universally the one character no one likes. I personally only read 1 fic where he and Izuku were friends. Oh speaking of which I got an open challenge for anyone who writes MHA fictions. While I like MHA I can't write fics for that story for shit. While I know I'm jumping into politics in this story something about MHA stops me from writing it well.

Naruto and Akeno are both Japanese Kiba is Japanese/European, and other characters are from various parts of the world/underworld/other worlds where there are different terms. So It's going to keep bouncing between them mostly due to who the characters are.
WearyCurmudgeon: I'm 5'10, and I always assumed Riser was much taller then me. Probably about the same height as my Little brother. Yes folks one of my brothers is taller then me. As far as the secrets go. I was a bit of a dummy. Yes Chisato is still only allied with Naruto, but with Mio and Rias in the know they can 'try' and convince Chisato to work for them. Also I went off of what the anime said that I could remember. I just looked it up and at the moment that the rating game happened it was 8-2 with Rias being the Unofficial 9th win since Rias's first rating game wasn't counted. Season 1 ep 9 was my point of reference.

Chapter 13: Big Brain Plays pt 1
Location: Tokyo, Shinjuku district.
Place: Naruse Manor, sitting room
Time: 1150 (10 minutes before the Rating game)
Naruto and Maria stood behind Mio in their house as they awaited for the start of the rating game. The others were out and about doing various things. As they watched the clock tick down Naruto looked at Mio. He knew what she was thinking to a degree as they had spoken about it at length several times. He wouldn't open his mouth at the moment, but knew that she was already planning for the outcome of the Naruto and Chisato had left the Villa a full day early allowing Rias and her Peerage to finalize any and all plans they had.
"What do you think of Rias chances?" asked Mio as she summoned a chest board before her, before enchanting it. The Black six five black pawns, a rook, a bishop, Knight, and rook all levitated off the board as each piece was engraved with a name, before the board began to morph and change.
"I give the odds to Lord Riser at a 10:2 odds," said Maria.
"Naruto?" asked Mio.
Naruto took a pose for a second as he thought about the training he put them all though. Aside from Issei and Asia who's skills he quickly became familiar with over the course of six months as well as the budding romance between the two their skills were all over the place. Kiba was their primary swordsmen and because of Sword Birth he was never without a blade, but his overrliance on European swords was going to cost him. As Kiba favored using two swords instead of one he was heavy handed when it came to attack over defense.
With Koneko Naruto helped her learn grappling as her size made her a hard target to hit unless she was fighting a Knight, but her natural speed offset the strength she used as a Rook. In Naruto's opinion she should have focused more on defense and learing how to use a short range weapon like a tanto or something. Regardless she would be able to kick some serious ass
Naruto had spent what time he could with Akeno teaching her basic akido and having her learn the Chidori. Thanks to her own affinity for lightning hers was golden in color compared to his own blue. But unlike Naruto who had spent a year learning and overcoming any and all weaknesses of his own attack, Akeno had encountered the first major flaw of the Chidori, the Tunnel vision. With her current magic reserves and the fact that she wasn't a natural ranged fighter, the Chidori was a dangerous attack to use unless as a last resort. Aside from that he helped her learn the lightning bomb.
Murayama Kaori he quickly learned was a power type when it came to using swords. She had no natural talent for magic and was surly going to be Rias's shield and last line of defense. Rias had managed to get her a large slab of steel that was almost 4 feet long with a hilt that was two feet long. Naruto had used a clone to teach her how to use the blade to it's greatest effect. But he made her keep a katana and train with that since it might come in handy one day.
Katase Yui was quite the surprise when it came to her skills. She was a natural when it came to enhancement magic, so Naruto had her learn how to use a Chinese Jian. While not a katana or rapier it was a close second and if need be could be used as a last resort slashing weapon. The girls speed was no joke after an enhancement. That on top of her rare ability made her quite a formidable foe
As for Rias. As much as Naruto disliked her his own honor wouldn't allow him to give anything less then 100 percent when training her. To put it simply he taught Rias how to do Judo and a bit of kicking. With Ria's long legs she was a natural kick fighter in close range, but her skills as a 'mage' type made it hard for Naruto to teach her anything released to close range fighting as she felt that it was beneath her.
"With the training I put them though I give the odds about even. However Riser still has the advantage," said Naruto.
"Oh? How so?" asked Maria.
"Riser is experienced in Rating games He's never truly lost one. Even the two he did lose were more or less because of favors and he put on on good showing. The last game he played was an overwhelming Win and that was the Dice Roll," said Naruto
"Well played, but Rias has some pretty heavy hitters compared to Riser," said Mio picking up Riser's queen piece.
Naruto shrugged his shoulders. "Won't matter if he takes an early lead. And even if Rias can back him into a corner she still has to deal with the fact that has two Phenex tears in his inventory. He won't need it seeing as how he's a Phenex and Riser has more then enough magic to regenerate form most damage. Hell He's practically immune to regular damage that it won't phase him. Ravel his sister is also on his team. While she's only been in two rating games she's never been hurt, but I don't think she had the legendary regeneration Otherwise Riser would use her as a Field commander," said Naruto.
While it wasn't often used due to the way Rating games were set up [Bishops] had a secondary purpose in the peerage. They not only served as primary healers and ranged attacks, but the Field commanders. In essence they were the third and Fourth in command of a Peerage and mostly delivered orders to the others in lu of the [King] or [Queen].
"So who do you think have the tears?" asked Mio.
"If I was Riser I'd give it to Yubelluna and Xuelan. His [Queen] and oldest [rook]. They are his strongest pieces. If they get taken out before the tears can be used... then they might have a chance," said Naruto. (1)
"I see. What about Riser himself?" asked Mio picking up the white King.
"Issei can handle Riser. If he goes what I taught him to do. I'd say he has a 30 percent chance of beating Riser," said Naruto.
Maria looked at naruto. "That's high praise coming from you," said the succubus, before jumping on Naruto and licking his face.
"Really I didn't think so," said Naruto.
"Regardless Naruto did his part," said Mio.
"Attention The rating game Between Riser Phenex and Rias Gremory is about to began. The way to win this match is to have more remaining pieces then your opponent, Defeat of rival king or capturing of their Headquarters," said Grafiya over the system.
Maria pulled out her cellphone and looked at a text Zest just sent her. "The Betting pools are going wild. Riser is the clear favorite to win with 1000/1 of a sweep," said Maria.
Mio took her the King that was Riser's piece and plated it firmly on the board. "Then let up hope that Rias wins," said Mio as she pulled out another piece and sat it right behind Ria's King piece.
Naruto looked at the board as both sides began making moves. The opening 10 minutes were more or less preparing traps and adjusting pre-made plans. More so in Rias's case then Riser's. Riser outclassed Rias in raw magical power. But Riser was no idiot. He had already divided his Peerage into four groups. His Vanguard lead by Xuelan, his Strike force lead by Isabela, his bombardment Squad lead by Yubelluna and his guard lead by himself and his little sister.
Akeno and Koneko had set up a perimeter fairly quickly at the edge of the two most likely routes that the groups would take. The 'forest' near the track and the Gym. It was another 5 minutes before things became interesting.

Issei, Koneko, and Kaori stood in the gym having gotten their marching orders from Rias. Yui and Kiba had already been dispatched to the forest as they tried a pincer attack. Akeno was allowed to move freely as she was the least likely to be found and beaten easily. Asia was to stay back with Rias as she was probably the second most important piece of this chessboard right behind Rias herself. Koneko rolled her shoulders as Kaori held her sword over her shoulders. Instead of her school uniform she opted for her kendo outfit. Even Issei had opted to get rid of his school shirt and jacket leaving him in only his red shirt.
"Don't slow us down Hyoudou-hentai," said Kaori.
Issei clutched his gauntleted hand into a fist. "After training with Naruto-sempai I think I'm all set for this fight Kaori." said Issei.
"I never gave you to premission to use my first name," said Murayama glaring at Issei.
"If we lose i'll kick your ass myself," said Koneko as she punched her kitty gloves together.
Issei smirked at Koneko as "Don't worry about it Koneko-chan. I don't plan on letting that Asshat anywhere Near Rias," said Issei
BOOST! STOCKPILE 4! RESET
Issei felt a massive drop in power, but at four stockpiles that was fine with him. Stockpile was an ability that he discovered when he had trained with Naruto. He quickly discovered that his original limit of boosts was 5 before they reset. Over the 6 'months' that he trained with Naruto he managed to grow it to ten and even created his own version of a skill called stockpile. Yeah it reset his power level back to base, but the trade off was that with each stockpile he could either transfer that energy to an ally or use it on himself. It wasn't an insta heal or anything, but it did give someone 10 times their normal power when used for maybe 10 minutes. But stockpile wasn't the only skill he had in his arsenal.
BOOST!
"Their here," said Koneko as the gym door opened and four people walked though.
It was a pair of twin girls with turquoise hair with they both had done up in a ponytail on the opposite side of each other's heads Bright blue eyes and smiles on their faces that screamed murder happy loli's. Both were wearing white gym shirts, spandex shorts knee high socks and orange wrist bands on their left wrist. Both also had a bag over their shoulders.
Standing next to them was another beautiful girl, she had blue hair pulled into four ponytails, brown eyes with a frown on her face, she wore A white Hoari with a red obi sash to keep it closed, a red happi coat, bandages wrapped around her forearms and shins, black knuckle guards, and finally a pair straw sandals. In her hand was a wooden staff with both ends tapped off with white pammals.
Finally was the Chung-Li wannabe and Riser's second strong piece if her energy levels were anything to go by. She had long black hair with two buns on the sides of her head held, blue eyes. She wore a navy blue qipao with gold accents that gave quite the view of her chest with it being open down to her waist, a white sash around her stomach, black fighting shoes, black arm guards and at just the right angle Issei could see that she wasn't wearing any panties.
Normally Issei would jump for joy at this, but Naruto had beaten it into his mind that there was a time and place for such things. Now was not the time to ogle the chicks in front of him. Besides that, He had Asia to take care of his needs now. Yeah Issei and Asia had come into their own relationship while inside of the pocket space. They hadn't gone to far outside of kissing and some over the clothes action but that was fine with Issei. Asia told Issei that she was ready whenever he was and he could use her body however he saw fit. Issei smiled thinking about Asia. She was his own personal little angel. She was much to pure for a perverted idiot like him. And yet Issei could say that while he lusted after other women he loved Asia with all his heart.
"I was sure that Gremory would send at least four pieces to met us here, instead we were gifted two weak pawns and a rook," said Chung-li's double.
"So how do you want to handle this Koneko, because if you don't have any problems with it I want the Chung-Li wanne be," said Issei.
The Chung- Li wannabe eyes watered before she burst into tears! My name is Xuelan! It's not as bad as being part of the catgirl loli trope!WAAAAAAAH!" yelled Xuelan as her fellow Peerage members comforted her.
"There there Xuelan," said the twins.
"Why does everyone keep calling me that!? I do one little modeling gig that created her and all of a sudden I'm the wannabe! IFait" cried Xuelan.
Kaori snorted before turning to Issei. "Way to go Perv. You made her cry," said the swords girl.
Issei slapped his face in annoyance. "Not my fault she took prebattle banter to heart. Anyway what do you think Koneko?" asked Issei as another Boost settled in,
"Chung-li is mine," said Koneko rushing at Xuelan before tackling her away from the others.
"I'll handle the twins," said Kaori rushing at the two girls who drew out chainsaws!
"I guess I have the left overs then," said Issei glaring at the staff girl.
Staff girl glared at Issei. "Who are you calling left overs chump!? If It wasn't for that brown skinned girl I would have beaten your ass for attempting to harm Riser-sama! So now I Mira the unbeatable [pawn] of Riser Phenex will be your opponent," yelled the girl twisting her staff.
Issei smirked as his eyes glowed for a minute. "I'm Issei the Proud [Pawn] of Rias Gremory, but I don't plan on drawing this out for entertainment," said Issei as his third boost came in.
Mira yelled at Issei as she pushed her magic into her staff. "Don't underestimate me Wind Cra- started Mira as she thrust her weapon at Issei;
Issei raised his hand and snapped it "Sorry Sugar. Not letting that happen! Weapon Break!" yelled Issei. {1}
Mira felt her weapon crumble in her hand matching her look at it in shock. While not magical or anything like that Mira was a primary weapon expert. She looked at Issei with a glare she charged at Issei and throw out a punch. Issei caught the punch with his normal human hand, before grabbing Mira by her collar, before jumping into the air and aiming her at the ground.
"Never thought that playing Pokemon games would help me name attacks! Dragon SLAM!" yelled Issei as a pair or Red metallic wings appeared on his back as they glowed along with his arm, before he flow to the ground at breakneck speeds slamming Mira into the ground with all his might.
Mira gasped out in pain as she felt several bones break in her body. Before anymore damage could occur she vanished into thin air.
"One [Pawn] of Riser Phenex has been retired," said Grayfia.
Issei jumped out of the hole as his wings vanished and his arm was in a bit of pain. Dragon Slam was only a mid-tier move as far as Issei was concerned but it was one of his two close range moves. Considering Issei was a close range fighter it didn't bode to well for him to have so limited a move pool.
"Four [Pawns] of Riser Phenex have been retired, one [pawn] of Rias Gremory has been retired," said Grayifa.
"Yui-chan!" said Kaori in worry for her friend.
"One of his [Pawns] Kamikazed herself to take Katase with her," said Kiba over their spirit link. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect her,"
"We all knew that this was a possibility. We're still in this fight. Lets not make her loss in-vain," said Rias. "Akeno Proceed to phase two of the plan. Koneko-chan, Issei, Kaori met up with Kiba and proceed to phase three,"
"Right," came the response from all over.
"Hyoudou!" yelled Kaori
Issei looked at where Kaori was and saw that she had a few slash marks on her body from the chainsaws. Issei raised his hand and snapped his Fingers for a weapon Break. Both Chainsaws broke making the girls look on in shock. Kaori roared her anger and slammed her blade into both twins sending them flying. Koneko had Xuelan in a single leg locke as she screamed her pain... also half of Koneko's uniform was missing?
"I'm in position!" yelled Akeno in their ears. "My cute little Kouhai might want to vacate the area,"
"Right! We got to go now!" yelled Issei.
The Trio from the Gremory Peerage ran out of the building just as a large bolt of lighting struck it, destroying the building and retiring all three of the remaining pieces inside. The Trio looked up to see a smirking Akeno in full priestess gear, before flying off.
Issei, Koneko, and Kaori turned to go to Kiba, before an explosion appeared scattering them.
One [Rook] of Rias Gremory Retired, One [pawn] of Rias Gremory Retired.
"KAORI! KONEKO!" yelled Issei.
"Hahaha! I'm sorry were you hoping to have some fun with those girls?" asked the purple haired Queen of Riser.
"You bitch! I'm sending you to hell!" growled Issei as he looked at her. As he raised he pulled his fist back and punched forward. "Dragon Shot,"
The woman moved out of the way as the attack exploded in the sky behind her
The woman aimed her staff at Issei. "Allow me to send you to join them! Bombardment!" yelled the woman as several orange orbs appeared and flow at Issei.
"Lightning Shield!" yelled Akeno appearing before Issei and created a large barrier between them and Yubullna
"Akeno-senpai! That bitch just- ," started Issei in rage.
"I know," said Akeno all amusement gone from her eyes. "I had to switch to [Knight] speed to get here in time. Give me a transfer of power. I need to take her out of the game so that we can focus on Riser otherwise we're in trouble,"
"Right," said Issei as he put his hand on her shoulder. "Stockpile Transfer!"
Issei transferred one full stockpile to Akeno a red and yellow aura appeared around Akeno as she held her hands out creating lighting in both hands. Akeno didn't wait and rushed at Yubulluna! The bomb queen was in such shock at the turn of events that she took all the voltage as Akeno wrapped hert hands around Yubulluna's throat as Akeno flow away at top speed.
Issei cursed. "Dammit. Rias change of Plans. Akeno is taking on Riser's queen one on one Kiba and I are going to finish off the rest, before we make our way over to the main school.
"Very well. I didn't factor this into account, but do what you need to do and if possible skip phase 4 and 5 and proceed to six after your done," said Rias.
"Are you sure? That will leave-," started Issei
"I'm well aware of that Issei, but that is the best choice at the moment. Go to Kiba that's an order," said Rias.
"Alright linking up with Kiba now," said Issei as he took off to the track.

Riser was no fool. He was arrogant, egotistical and powerful. He spoke of the superiority of the Phenex clan often which he truly believed in. It was even reflected in the way he treated the women of his Peerage. While it was well known he was a womanizer he told the women of his peerage that if any of them fell pregnant -aside from Yubulluna who was a pure blood from one of the many legions of the Phenex and Xuelan who had shown that her natural affinity for Fire magic and it's applications- would find themselves burned barren and cast out of the Phenex clan. Of course Riser had no real intentions of this, but he needed the girls to know their place in the grand scheme of things. They were bed warmers and warriors. Not breeding stock.
So to hear that 8 of his pieces were out was a bit worrying. That wasn't to say they didn't play their part. No it was the current ratio at which it happened. It was currently 3-8 in favor of Rias. Had this been anything other then the basic Rating game Riser might have lost.
"Ravel how is Yubulluna doing against the Lightning Priestess?" asked Riser.
Ravel closed her eyes and used her magic to sense the location of everyone. Ravel was quite gifted in Scying and Location type magic in part due to her level of skill using Wind magic. Riser himself was quite useless when it came to wind magic, but that didn't matter. With his Tsundare sister he was in a good place.
"Yubulluna and the Lightning Priestess are fighting near the greenhouses... It looks like The Lightning Priestess has the upper hand.," said Raval.
Riser rose from his desk and put his hands in his pocket. "Everyone move to handle the boys. I'll begin preparations to- started Riser.
"Riser-sama wait!" yelled His other bishop.
"What is it?" asked Riser.
"Someone just tripped my proximity wards? Its two people.
"Oh. SO Rias has decided to come to Riser then? Well I guess I could wait just a bit longer," said Riser.

As the game went on Mio removed the pieces from the board as they vanished from the board. After the first exchange between Riser's vanguard and Rias's vanguard. It had went surprisingly well for Rias. Her pawn was a lot stronger then she realized. He one shot Riser's pawn
"What do you think of the match so far Naruto-kun?" asked Mio looking to her Queen pulling the Black rook off the board
The Lightning Count put a hand on his face. "So far I think it's pretty even. Only now Riser is going to become more aggressive with his remaining pieces," said Naruto.
"Oh how so?" asked Mio.
"It's obvious Mio-sama," said Maria making both Naruto and Mio turn to her. "Rias-sama's two strongest pieces are Issei-san and Akeno-san. Issei-san may be powerful, but seeing as he's only been a devil for a month or so means that he;s still just learning to flex his magical muscles. Akeno has been a Devil for about 6 years and was born with a powerful affinity for lighting magic like Naruto-sama here. By having such a vast difference in experience, magic and skills. Akeno should easily be Rias's ace or at least one of her best yet here is a new born devil that is not only showing power that is Equal to Akeno's but now he has shown that he has the skills to match,"
"Very asstue, but now Rias has lost the element of surprise," said Naruto as he watched as Akeno and Yubulluna trade magical attacks..
"Oh how so Naruto-sama?" asked Maria as she floated in the air.
"Riser now knows that Rias has the Red Dragon Emperor as her Servant. Normally devils are prideful and will take any chance to one up each other. Having a wielder of a Longinus tier weapon changes the game, especially if one of them can do the things that Issei can after he finished my training," said Naruto. (3)
"Speaking of training did you finish your task?" asked Mio.
Naruto didn't say a word as a Vail of blue lightning surrounded his body as he summoned Banishing Shift.
Mio smirked at her queen as she summoned a red Queen and placed it next to the red king, right behind the Black King.

Oh also I need two new pieces for Mio. I'm considering Akatasuki from Long Horizen or Yuki from SAO as her Knight as well as what one fan suggested in a Knight for Mio. while her other bishop i'm considering giving it to Mami from Pulla Magika Madoka who is my favorite from that show. Let me know what you guys think. It's going to be a bit before I chose, but I'm also only giving her two pawns. No clue who they are going to be yet.

1: It was confirmed that only two phenex tears could be used per game. And while we know for sure that Yubulluna had one in her possession I willing to bet that Xuelan had the other one. Even though Koneko beat her, Akeno dropped the Mother of all lightning bolts on her and scored four kills under her belt in one attack. Sorry to say, but if you get eliminated then Phenex tears don't do jack for you.
2: Not gonna lie I just added it because I thought it was funny.
3: Issei is the Red Dragon Emperor. One of Humanities two Greatest weapons along side The White Dragon Emperor neither having been in the underworld before. You would think that Rias and by extension the Gremory Clan would be telling everyone they could that the Red Dragon was part of their extended Family.
