Kanji eyed the tall black haired boy. The other teen had been silent since the exercise started. He just crouched in the corner, tying up the dummy. Kanji squinted at him. He didn't think tying up a dummy was necessary.

"So," he said, breaking the silence, "what's our battle strategy?"

Kageyama finished tying the knot with a huge pull. "Just hit them as hard as possible without killing them."

Kanji cocked an eyebrow. "Is that your idea of winning?"

Kageyama stood up, turning around to face Kanji. He shrugged. "If it works, it works."

"Can't argue with that logic," Kanji replied.

"Alright, noobs!" Coach's voice rang out throughout the building. "Time to start fighting!"

Kanji rushed to the doorway, his antennae twitching. He looked to Kageyama, who already had small objects in his hands. They were ready.

Sou turned to Goshiki. "Hinata was right at lunch, Tsutomu. You are acting off."

Goshiki sighed. "Even though we went to the same middle school, Inuoka, don't assume you know my real behavior."

Sou chuckled. "Last names today. Got it. Anyhoo, Coach really threw something at us, huh? He knew how your quirk works and played with that, right?"

"I guess so," Goshiki replied, tapping his chin. "I can't see exactly what they're going to do, but I do have a fuzzy sort of idea."

Sou nodded. "I thought it was you couldn't see anything after exactly five minutes. But that's so cool, Goshiki!"

Goshiki's face flushed. "Well, it's no problem for Future Ace."

Sou snorted. "You even have your hero name sorted out!"

They turned onto the second floor after searching the entire first floor. Time left: thirteen minutes and three seconds.

"Hey, don't- whoops!" Goshiki started, getting disrupted by something whizzing by his ear. He dodged, jumping to the side and into a ready position. "Looks like they're on this floor."

Sou looked ahead to see a bit of dyed blond hair. "Yeah, they're on this floor." He pointed toward the door that the hair was sticking out of. "Let's split up- huh?" He looked around for Goshiki, but he was missing. "Oh, okay. Guess great minds think alike." He continued to hide behind a wall near the door. Time left: nine minutes and thirty-four seconds.

A strong arm was pulling Tsutomu away by the neck. It came so fast and abruptly, he had no time to react. And thanks to Inuoka's interruptions, he was unable to see the future of anyone except for Inuoka. And the next five minutes were easy for Inuoka. He just stood by that darned door. The entire time.

The arm finally released Tsutomu, and he was able to see who his assailant was. It was Kageyama.

Tsutomu shook his head. "Kageyama? I thought you shot that rock by my head."

Kageyama shrugged. "If that was actually me, it would have gone through your head. I'm just lucky Koganegawa has a strong arm."

Tsutomu struggled to his feet. "So, we fight now?"

Kageyama nodded. "We kind of have to."

The two of them got into ready positions.

Sou looked ahead at the yellow tuft of hair sticking out of the doorway. He squinted. The hair didn't seem to move like a person was standing there. Either Koganegawa was really good at staying still, or-

His thoughts were abruptly cut off by a hard hit to the back of the head. His world spun and eventually went black. Time left: five minutes and twenty seconds.

Trading blows with Goshiki gave Tobio a rush of adrenaline. Something about how he always was able to block his attacks made him both angry and excited. He wore a dopey half smile on his face as he swung his fists. Every caught foot was a rush. Both of them were bruised and bleeding by Coach's announcement for only one minute left.

Goshiki smirked. "This was fun, mister King of the court."

Tobio's excitement immediately drained out. What was left was boiling anger. "What did you call me?"

"King of the court," Goshiki repeated, keeping the face. "Tsukishima said you hated that nickname. Glad I got to use it on you." With that, Goshiki ran in the direction of the door.

Tobio swore under his breath. He knew Goshiki was keeping an eye on his stamina the whole time they were fighting. He knew that the bowl cut guy was waiting for the frustration to build up and tire him out. He knew, and yet, he let Goshiki fight him. He let him waste his time, and let him-

"Time's up! The villain team wins!"

"So, the villain team won," Coach lectured. "Can anyone tell me why?"

Koganegawa raised his hand. "Was it because we were the best team?"

Coach nodded. "Sure. They planned out their attack beforehand. Before Inuoka could tell Goshiki anything, Goshiki was dragged away by Kageyama. Anything else?"

Kageyama cleared his throat. "Inuoka didn't watch his surroundings, so he was taken out. Neither did Goshiki."

"That's another correct answer," Coach replied. "Inuoka was distracted by the tuft of hair he thought was a mistake on Koganegawa's part. Instead, Koganegawa was able to sneak up on him. And Goshiki was so distracted by what was ahead of him, he didn't notice when Kageyama dragged him off. Of course, not everyone has Koganegawa's ability to sense his surroundings. That's just something to work on for next time. Alright, next up is Team F as the heroes and Team D as the villains!"

A/N: So, as always, I hope you enjoyed this chapter. These next few chapters are going to jump around just like this one, so I'm sorry! Anyway, have a great day!
