Chapter 12: Battle in the valley

Grandma and Grandpa longneck were getting some lunch until they heard the roar of a sharp-tooth.

(Grandma longneck) Sharp-teeth? In the valley?

(Grandpa longneck) We must warn the others.

The gang kept running from the sharp-teeth all over the forest.

(Tyra) COME BACK HERE!

(Magnus) HOW DID YOU KILL MY BROTHER SHARPTOOTH?

(Mario) No. It can't be.

Cera stopped on a stump for her, Toad and Toadette caught their breath. Littlefoot came to them

(Littlefoot) Guys we can't stop.

(Toadette) LOOK OUT!

Magnus almost stomped them and bit them but they moved away in time.

(Mario) Littlefoot look out.

Littlefoot moved just in time before Dena bit him by the tail. The gang found a place to hide and stayed until the sharp-teeth moved away from them.

(Petrie) It dangerous out there.

(Cera) I thought sharp-teeth couldn't get into the valley.

(Ducky) How did they get in?

(Littlefoot) I think it's our fault.

(Cera) Why? What do you mean? What did we do?

(Mario) We caused the avalanche that made a hole in The Great Wall.

(Cera) Oh. Yeah. We did.

Just then they heard a roar and saw Grandpa longneck fighting Dena in the watering hole.

(Littlefoot) Grandpa.

(Mario) Let's go.

(Cera) Guys, he's a grown-up. He can handle that dumb old sharp-tooth.

(Mario) We're helping him anyway.

They ran to Grandpa longneck as Toad and Toadette got off Cera and the others followed them.

(Cera) Guys you can't.

(Luigi) That's my Brother out there. He needs me.

They ran to catch up with Littlefoot and Mario. Chomper then followed them.

(Cera) Chomper stay here.

But he didn't listen and ran on.

Tyra tried to bite Grandpa Longneck by the neck but he dodged it in time. He then swung his tail on her and knocked her into the water. She then got up and ramed him into the water with her head. She was about to finish him off until Petrie's mother came and attacked Tyra by her eyes. She then started to chase her. Littlefoot, Mario, and his friends saw a vine that they can use to trip Tyra. Peach ran to the other side. Peach then saw Chomper on the other side.

(Peach) Chomper.

Chomper grabbed the vine with his mouth.

(Littlefoot) Get ready to pull.

(Chomper) Okay.

(Littlefoot) Wow you really are learning to talk.

With Littlefoot and Mario on one side as Chomper and Peach were on the other, they saw Tyra coming their way.

(Mario) NOW!

They pulled the vine and Tyra didn't pay attention to where she was going and tripped on the vine and fell flat on her belly. They all then ran before she got up. They then saw Cera outside a cave.

(Cera) Guys, in here.

They ran in the cave and Tyra knew she couldn't fit inside it. She then felt something hit her head. She looked up at a tree and saw Ducky and Petrie throwing coconuts at her.

(Ducky) Take that you mean ol sharp-tooth.

(Petrie) You good shot Ducky.

(Ducky) Thank you Petrie.

Tyra ran to Ducky and Petrie and tried to knock them off the tree.

(Cera) I'm coming guys.

Cera charged at Tyra with full speed and ramed her. That got her screech in pane. She then started to chase Cera as she got to a rocky point where Spike was on a ledge.

(Cera) Now Spike.

Spike pushed a rock and it fell on Tyra's head and she fell flat on belly again, but this time unconscious. Spike then got down from the ledge.

(Cera) We did it Spike. We've flatin that mean ol sharp-tooth.

But they forgot about Magnus as he came out of nowhere.

(Cera) AAAHHH! ANOTHER ONE!

Cera ran back to the cave but Spike didn't move.

(Petrie) SPIKE!

(Ducky) Do not stand there Spike. Run.

But Spike was so scared he couldn't move at all. Ducky then leaped off the tree and onto Magnus's head and stomped on it really hard.

(Petrie) DUCKY!

(Ducky) You leave my brother alone.

Magnus then started to shake his head to get Ducky to fall off but she grabbed on his nose and he kept shaking his head. She screamed and the grown-up dinosaurs heard her.

(Grandma longneck) That was one of our young ones.

(Mis beakface) Ducky!

(Grandpa longneck) This way. Quick.

They ran to where Ducky was as she called for help, still holding on to Magnus's nose as he was still shaking his head. Mario Then came at the same time as Tyra went back on her feet.

(Mario) Ducky, jump. Don't worry. I'll catch you.

(Ducky) Mario. Behind you.

Mario saw that Tyra was behind him and was close to Ducky. She kicked Tyra's nose which hurted her. She was about to bite Ducky when Petrie came and grabbed her as Tyra's attack missed and she bit Magnus instead.

They hitted a tree and fell to the ground as Mario caught only Ducky and held on to her.

(Tyra) Bowser i'm so sorry.

(Magnus) It's ok. you didn't mean it.

(Mario) NO MORE FIGHTING! WHO ARE YOU?

Magnus and Tyra then looked at Mario and Ducky started to hear them talk.

(Magnus) YOU'RE THE FOOL AROUND HERE! I'M MAGNUS AND THIS IS MY MATE TYRA!

(Mario) WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO US?

(Tyra) BECAUSE YOU RUINED OUR LIVES!

(Mario) I DON'T CARE! WHY ARE YOU SAYING WE RUINED YOUR LIVES?

(Magnus) I THOUGHT KILLING SHARPTOOTH WILL GIVE US A BETTER LIFE BUT INSTEAD IT GOT WORSE AND NOW RED CLAW IS AFTER US! ALONG WITH BOWSER AND HIS KOOPA KIDS!

(Mario) RED CLAW? I DON'T KNOW WHO HE IS BUT I JUST DIDN'T KNOW THAT KILLING SHARPTOOTH MESSED WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE! AND BOWSER AND HIS KIDS ARE HERE TOO?

(Magnus) WHAT? YOU DIDN'T KNOW?

(Mario) NOPE! NOW MY FRIENDS AND I ARE GONNA FIND THEM AND DEFEAT THEM FOR YOU BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. JUST DON"T MOVE OR SAY HELLO TO MY FIREBALLS.

Just after Mario told his friends that Bowser and his kids came to the great valley. Magnus and Tyra didn't listen and were about to attack until the grown-ups came.

(Mama swimmer) Get away from our children.

The grown-ups started to fight as the others ran back to the cave and watched them.

(Mario) Look at the grown-ups go.

(Cera) Get'em Papa.

The Sharp-teeth then got defeated and then ran away. The grown-ups cheered for their victerie as the gang ran to them and cheered as well.

But Chomper knew that he was a Sharp-tooth and couldn't show himself to the grown-ups and then left.

(Topps) Those Sharp-teeth won't dare show their faces here again.

(Grandma Longneck) But how did they get into the valley in the first place?

(Grandpa Longneck) Who knows?

(Mama swimmer) It's never happened before.

(Mr. Club-tail) It's a mystery.

(Grandma Longneck) Kids. Do you know how the Sharp-teeth got in?

(Ducky) Mario, I heard them talk. I did. I did.

(Topps) So Mario can understand what the Sharp-teeth are saying?

(Littlefoot) Yes he can.

(Topps) Well maybe all of you really do know how they got in. Cera. Tell us.

(Cera) Well I gathered all of us to Tall Peek last night. Then we saw 2 egg-eaters.

(Grandma longneck) Egg-eaters? In the valley?

(Cera) They took an egg from Ducky's nest.

(Mama swimmer) What?

(Cera) We didn't have time to tell you all so we tried to catch them ourselves.

(Topps) Cera that was dangerous. What if you chased them into The Mysterious Beyond?

(Cera) We did. And we brought the egg back safely.

(Topps) CERA! You could have gotten killed out there. What happened before you got back with the egg?

(Cera) Some rocks fell and it made a big hole in The Great Wall.

(Grandpa Longneck) So that's how the sharp-teeth got in.

(Grandma Longneck) We must close the opening at once.

(Littlefoot) I want to help.

(Grandpa Longneck) No Littlefoot. It's too dangerous. You stay here with Mario, his friends and the other young ones.

With that, the grown-up dinosaurs went to The Great Wall.

(Cera) Well i'm not staying here. I'm gonna help the grown-ups like it or not. But then again, I'll get into even more trouble.

(Littlefoot) Hey. Where's Chomper?

(Petrie) Me don't know.

(Mario) We better find them.

(Littlefoot) Right.

(Luigi) Count us in.

So they went to find Chomper.

(Cera) Littlefoot, your grandpa said for you all to stay here.

But they didn't listen and went to the forest.

(Ducky) Oh they are going to be in big trouble.

(Cera) So will we if we go after them but we have no choice.
