Damion-

So, I finally revealed to them who I truly am to them. Now Ruby keeps calling me brother.

"Please Ruby, just call me Damion, I can't really think of you as my sister because we didn't grow up together," I said.

"But you said it yourself," she said, laying on Blake's lap.

"Half-brother, and I just said we're related."

"You kinda walked into that one D-man," Yang said, sitting next to Weiss.

"Well, at least I'm not trying to get on a princess's secret side," I said as her face went red.

"Shut up," she said looking away. All of us laughed at Yang as Weiss looked at her with a look I recognize from Ruby looking at Blake.

"Well, jokes aside, I think it's time we go to Atlas," Qrow said, holding some tickets.

"Isn't Atlas closed?" Weiss asked.

"Yes, but we should be able to get in if we talk to James," he explained.

"Knowing our luck, it isn't gonna be easy," I said.

"Well, just know that you'll be safe on your ride to Argus," a man who looked like a huntsman said walking up to us.

"We'll be protecting you, even if you are a faunus," another man who was next to him said looking at Blake. I then activated Reaper from my back and the tip of the scythe was under his chin.

"Oops, my bad. But don't insult my sister's girlfriend again," I said taking my hood off looking right in his eyes.

"Right my bad," he said looking at the tip. I then deactivated Reaper and I could see Blake and Ruby smiling at me.

"Thanks Damion," Blake said.

"Well, you will more than likely be family eventually," I said.

"Family? It's too soon to be thinking like that," she said blushing.

"I'm not even eighteen yet," Ruby said with her face as red as her hood.

"I know, but with you two acting as you have been, I think it's safe to guess that you will last for a while, like some other people," I said looking at Yang and Weiss.

"What are you hinting at Damion?" Weiss said annoyed.

"Let's just say that the ears aren't for show, and hearts don't lie," I said.

"Whatever that means," she said looking away.

"So, where are we going to stay in Argus?" Ruby asked.

"My sister," Jaune said.

"Your sister?" Blake asked.

"Yeah, my older sister lives there," he explained. "She said we could crash at her place."

"She sounds like a nice person," Oscar said.

"Well, I guess we should get on," Qrow sighed.

"Yep, it's gonna be a long ride," I said. Of course, nothing went right. First we were attacked by grim, then we got separated from Jaune, Nora, Ren, and Noble. Then, while we were off the tracks in the snow we used Jinn, the relic, to learn about Ozpin and Salem. We then met an old lady who was still in the train car when it derailed. Oscar then said that Ozpin wasn't talking to him. We then walked and found a small settlement. We decided to stay until we could find a way to go quicker. When we woke up I could tell that we were all still tired, we decided to look around for anything that could help, the old lady was reading a book that she found.

"Hey, Ruby?"

"Yeah Damion?"

"Do you feel anything off?" I asked.

"Not really, no."

"I can't shake this feeling of uneasiness," I confessed.

"I can't feel anything right now really, just tired."

"I was looking in the basement and found another one underneth it, wanna check it out?"

"Sure, but we should have Qrow come with us," she said looking at her drunk uncle.

"I don't think that's gonna happen. We should get Blake and Yang," I suggested.

"Yeah, that should be fine."

We then talked to them and Weiss said that she wants to go too. We then went into the sub-basement and then my mark activated to stage two.

"Why did you activate your semblance?" Weiss asked.

"I didn't, I think it did," I said talking about the grim that is in me.

"Why is there a rose on your shoulder?" Ruby asked.

"There isn't, it's a swirl," I said looking down where there was now a black rose. "Or it was."

"Weird," Blake said.

"Wait, I smell grim. I can't tell what kind though, I've never come across this kind yet," I said.

"We should get out," Yang said.

"Yep," I said, turning to run but finding that I couldn't move as fast as normal. When we got to the sub-basement there were a dozen of grim following us and as we got to the stairs we looked back and saw them getting near Blake.

"Quick, use your eyes kids," the old lady said from the top of the stairs.

"What?"

"Think of your friends and how you want to protect them, that is how the powers of silver eyed warriors work."

I then thought of my team and opened my eyes and watched as light came from mine and Ruby's as she yelled Blake's name. The grim then ran away from the light and I felt the effect from them wearing off. We then ran upstairs and hopped on the trailer that was hooked to Yang's bike as Oscar was getting Qrow on it. We then went away and after a while the effect from the grim disappeared completely.

"Ok, how did you know about the grim and our silver eyes?" I asked the old lady.

"Well, first off my name is Maria Calavera, but I'm also known as the Grim Reaper, and I had silver eyes before they were taken from me," she said motioning to her cybernetic eyes.

"Wait, you're the Grim Reaper. I built my weapon based off of your's," Qrow said.

"I guess that makes Damion's and mine also based off of yours too," Ruby said.

"Still, the power of the silver eyes makes grim weak and easy to kill, and that there are two more in front of me. I think it was so I could teach you how to use your powers."

"Well, I think that we should hurry up," I said before Ruby's scroll went off.

"Hey, Ruby!? Are you there?" I heard Jaune say from the scroll.

"Yep, sorry getting to the town was a little more difficult than we thought," Ruby said.

"Well, getting to Atlas won't be any easier."

"Why am I not surprised," I sighed.

Blake-

So, Ruby saved me. And now we're in Argus. Now Ruby and Damion have been talking about their eyes and the powers within them. I still can't believe the light that came from them when the grim were about to kill me.

"So, silver eyed warriors, are they that uncommon?" I asked Maria.

"Yes, as far I knew I was the last one," she said in the swing in Mrs. Arc's backyard.

"Well, Summer had silver eyes too," Qrow said from the grass where he was sitting.

"Really?" Damion and Maria asked together.

"Yeah, that's where Ruby and Damion got theirs I'm assuming."

"That's amazing, where is she?" Maria asked.

"Mom's dead," Ruby said leaning on my shoulder. I looked over and kissed her on the forehead. Which made her smile a bit.

"I'm sorry, that's too bad."

"It is what it is," Damion said.

"You really don't care?" Yang asked from next to Weiss. The two of them have been getting close and acting weird when they are by eachother.

"Well, she left me with an old man who she only knew because someone broke their weapon," Damion said looking at Qrow. "And then went and had a kid leaving me nothing but a letter saying she was going on a mission and wouldn't be able to meet me more than likely."

"What?" Weiss exclaimed.

"Yeah, before she went and died she wrote a letter to me. She told me about Ruby, however I didn't get it on my sixteenth birthday, my uncle died a year before it. The only reason I got it was because I needed to work on Reaper, so I went back to his forge and found it in his desk," Damion informed us.

"Wow, and you don't know who your father is, right?" Yang asked.

"Well, I have a theory, but I need to talk to someone first."

"I think I know who it could be," Ruby perked up.

"Who?" I asked.

"Well, his one eye is red, and his other was beforehand. Because of that, I thought that uncle Qrow has red eyes too, so he might be Damion's father," she said smiling at Qrow.

"That's not possible," Qrow said.

"Why?"

"I think I would remember if I had a kid with Summer."

"Not if you were as drunk as you usually are," Yang joked.

"Maybe she didn't want you to know," I added.

"Well, I guess my plan of talking to you about it is out the door," he said looking at Qrow.

"Wait, you honestly think you're my kid?"

"Well, my uncle said he did meet my father, he was a huntsman who was on a mission with my mom when she got pregnant with me," Damion said.

"Shit, I might be your father then. I was on a mission with Summer near his forge and she stayed for a year."
