Disclaimer: I don't own Danny Phantom or Spider-Man. I do not own the original story this is based on

It was a typical day in the Big Apple, better known as New York City. People could still be found on the streets on all twenty-four hours of the day.

Felicia's phone rang at seven, waking the girl up and telling her to prepare for the day. Despite it being a school night, she still went roof hopping at night. There had been nothing of value to steal during that time, but she couldn't help but feel the rush. Her kiss with Phantom was still on the celebrity news.

She even printed a photo of the kiss.

I better get ready for school. She thought as she noticed the time.

A quick shower was always in the morning routine. Her mother would rather have her late for school than to go out improperly. Getting out, the girl wrapped herself and wiped some steam off the bathroom mirror. She had made a circle for her head when a funny idea came out of her head. She drew some cat ears and whiskers on the circle, giggling while she dried and combed her hair.

Having gotten out and dressed, Felicia stopped, thinking about a certain halfa in her life.

"Danny..." she cooed.

After the kiss in Norrisville, she wondered about their relationship. She was attracted to him, yes, but there seemed to be more. And for some reason, there was an emptiness she felt in her heart.

Looking into the mirror, her reflection did not exist. Blonde hair was replaced with black hair as her eyes turned an icy blue.

I wonder what he is doing right now? She thought to herself.

She blushed as she thought about him.

Danny certainly was the most unique guy she has ever met. There was something special about him developing—a certain Je ne se qua.

Sure, she still knew his secret, and he didn't know hers, but that didn't provide much spice to the relationship. If anything, it just made her patient whenever a ghost attacked.

She still thought it was kind of hot, especially since she could see him in action sometimes. However, she preferred being up close about it.

As Danny Fenton, he's a sweet, sincere guy who, while he appreciates her beauty, can resist her charm and yet be putty in her hands. Plus, despite being younger than her, he is way more mature than most guys she had to deal with. The fact that he admired her for more than her looks was a lovely turn of events.

As Danny Phantom...oh, Felicia felt something shivering. The look in his eyes were like lions or tigers at times. And the way he fought was just as fierce. He was so strong, powerful, and determined at times. This made him one of the few beings who can keep up with her and give her a real challenge. Not to mention the way he looks in that tight jumpsuit of his, plus the aesthetic appeal, especially with those glowing, green eyes and snowy, white hair.

And what was best of all, Felicia, she gets to date the sweet Danny Fenton like a normal girl, and as Black Cat, she gets the thrill of a challenge with Danny Phantom.

But such delightful thoughts were put on hold as Ms. Hardy called for her daughter.

"Felicia," Her mother's voice snapped Felicia out of her fantasy.

"Huh?" Felicia let out before following the voice.

Her mother was waiting in the kitchen with breakfast served. It was a rarity that the woman could cook breakfast and enjoy it with her daughter during these busy days.

"Mother, I thought you were working," Felicia said.

"I have some time before my next meeting," Lydia said before smirking. "I see that you were thinking about Danny."

"How did you know?"

"You're blushing like a schoolgirl with a dopey grin. Either you're on something or thinking about Danny. And we both know the former is never true," Her mother pointed out.

Felicia blushed and looked away. Mrs. Hardy smirked before resuming her talk.

"I take it he make you happy?" The older woman said.

"Yes, mother," Felicia said, but part of her was unsure.

She had the boy, but what else?

Today was just like any other day at Horizon High. Homework mainly came into the form of projects and presentations, which Felicia still had a day left to complete. She had been working on a new wireless smartwatch, unknown for most that she'd use it for other purposes.

But that wasn't important right now. Right now, the students were getting their grades back from their test last weekend. The teacher smiled as he uploaded Felicia's test back to her.

"Looks like you did splendid again, Ms. Hardy," The teacher said.

Felicia smirked, pleased with herself.

"A good challenge," She said ad she ignored her fanboys while the teacher handed the other students' grades back.

"Mr. Parker, keep up the good work."

"Thanks," Peter said, relieved he didn't have too much trouble studying, among other things.

Felicia sighed in boredom before drifting into the clouds. She had already studied up on the subject; the teacher was continuing from the last class anyway. And things continued like that for a while.

Lunch arrived, and the cafeteria food was good. Mr. Modell had made sure the students ate well, though that didn't mean they couldn't bring their own lunches.

Something Ms. Hardy always insisted on.

Today's menu consisted of something different than a full course meal with specialty dishes, like Foie Gras. It seemed the mother had decided to experiment with a sandwich, but not an ordinary sandwich. The perfect sandwich, in which the recipe was found online, consisting of rib-eye, egg, hen, cream cheese, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, tears, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and a lobster soul, though it meant a form of lobster oil all on sourdough bread. And it came with some sparkling water and a small salad.

Felicia laughed at the size of the meal. She couldn't even take a bit out of it. Fortunately, she was always packed a fine set of tableware, which had a steak knife in this time. Mother knows best.

It's alright. Felicia thought. Though I bet Danny would love this.

She was about to dig in until someone call her name.

"Felicia..."

It was then Peter Parker, Miles Morales, and Anya Corazon came by to keep the blonde girl company, and by they, Peter had insisted on not letting someone eat alone. Miles was for it, but any had some issue with Felicia.

"Hey, Felicia," Peter greeted awkwardly. He still wasn't used to the girl's charm.

"Hi," Miles said.

"Hey guys," She said.

"Mind some company?" Peter offered.

"Sure," Felicia said as the gang took seats next to her.

It was then that Peter noticed what she was having for lunch. Miles, wondering what the boy was gawking at, looked over to see.

"Did your mom actually pack you that sandwich?" Peter asked with him and Miles in awe of the marvel.

Their mouths dropped with some drool.

Anya rolled her eyes with a smirk. It seemed ridiculous to her. Felicia looked between the boys and her meal. The sandwich didn't seem all that cracked up to her, so she used her knife and cut two parts before handing it to the boys.

"Here," Felicia said.

"You sure?" Peter asked.

"Sure, It's too big for one person anyway."

The two boys grabbed a piece and took a bite. Their faces melted with joy.

Felicia looked to see Anya giving a small smile. The two girls met eyes, and while they were not friends, enjoyed the moans the sandwich seemed to elicit from the boys. Though the blonde girl still didn't see the joy of the large sandwich, taking another bite.

After classes, Felicia was now in her private, school given workshop. But she wasn't working on homework. She was on her phone, talking on her private line, via a special burner phone which could not be traced.

It was another client of hers who wanted some priceless tacky painting. It sounded boring, but the security system where the art was located was top notch.

Felicia was grinning as she found herself wondering if there would be any more surprise. Danny Phantom would not be there, but Spider-man knew how to fight.

I wonder if there's anything ghost related I could steal. She thought as she vacantly listened to the client.

She could feel the thrills already as she recalled her team-up back in Norrisville. Of course,m destroying a robot who gave her bad luck, not to mention in the same style, was very cathartic.

Besides, she already managed to get her project done, so she was free tonight.

"Time to get to work. She thought as she left the school grounds. She returned home to finish some minor details with homework and change, as she never carried her work uniform with her.

The sun had set, her mother was still at work, and her homework was done with. It was time Felicia donned her catsuit and went for a stroll as Black Cat. Using her grappling hook, the girl swung from the rooftops to her destination.

The New Museum.

It's located on top of an Oscorps tower. It was an unusual place to have such exhibits, but Norman Osborn said it was part of his company's design. But really, it was a publicity stunt. Inside held a modern art exhibit with one noticeable piece the client wanted: the Wired Mona Lisa. A replication, in a way, of Da Vinci's painting.

Just like her client said, it had a very tacky portrait made of wire and paint, as well as a top-notch security system. However, it was only the standard equipment of motion sensors and lasers.

She smirked as she threw a cat-shaped claw near the security panel. Using a remote device on her glove, Black Cat hacked into the system, shutting off most of the system.

"Come to Kitty..."She said as she reached for the painting. But a web barrier blocked her.

"Don't you know you never let cats near paintings? They might knock them over."

Black Cat turned around and smiled when she saw a certain wall-crawler perched on a pointy piece of art that looked like the Eiffel Tower.

"I take it you're a cat person, Spider-man?" Black Cat replied with her hand on her hips.

"You could say that, but I'm not one for black cats," Spiderman said in a less than friendly tone.

The female cat burglar smirked. She Launched her grappling hook at Spider-man, who dodged to the side.

"You missed," he teased, looking where the hook landed but changed his outlook when he saw the cat burglar coming right at him.

"No, I didn't," she replied before taking a swipe at the web crawler, who backflipped out of the way.

It was mostly thanks to his spider-sense and fast reflexes. Soon Spiderman and the Black cat began fighting. The girl was mentally jumping in joy at a real thrill.

Sure, she could use her bad luck powers right now, but the boy wised up after their first encounter. The web-slinger made sure to have his eyes on her, not her eyes.

Which made things difficult for the thief, though she was enjoying the fight.

"Now, this is a fight. I had to meet Phantom back in Norrisville to have fun. The ninja was too easy," she thought out loud.

"You know, I've wondered if that guy was real. You'd think ninjas would stay secret, not fight in the open," Spiderman said as he sent some webbing at her.

"I can't argue with you there," Black Cat said as she dodged it before jumping forward with a scissors kick.

It went over the boy's head, literally, as he ducked while webbing the back of Black Cat's Jacket. With a pull, he swung her to a wall, shooting more web to hold her. But the cat landed on her feet and jumped off.

"Let me guess, ninja fan?" Spidey said as he almost landed a punch. Only for it to be blocked by Black Cat''s arm.

"You could say that," she remarked before grabbing the fist and using it to throw the boy. It did nothing as he swung along, avoiding the exhibits, and returned with a kick, blocking off Black Cat just as she reached a window.

He shot webbing in another attempt to catch the thief, but she backflipped to avoid the attack, landing on an exhibit, where most of the active sensors were.

It wasn't long before an alarm was triggered, and lights painted the walls and floors red. That was Black Cat's cue to leave. She leaped from a window, before it was shuttered closed, and felt the wind rushing past her face. The feeling was exhilarating, but all things came to an end when she grappled away shortly after the jump.

With Spider-man following after.

"You're not getting away that easily," Spiderman called as he chased after her.

"My kitty sense is purring. I take it you'll have to be batte4d around more before4 I can leave you," Black Cat shouted as she kept swinging.

She soon recollected the hook from her point as she dived down again, and Spiderman followed. He shot webbing at her, only for it to miss. The cat was more agile in the air than on foot for the moment.

Black Cat merely grinned as she glanced back.

"This has been fun, Spidey, a bit more fun than Phantom, but I got a schedule to keep!" she said, throwing a flashbang. With Spider-,man blinded, the cat was free to escape.

Despite not having the painting, Black Cat managed to lose her adversary. Leaping into the nearest shadows, she clung to the wall as the spider swung away.

"Here, kitty, kitty, kitty," Spider-man said tauntingly.

It'll take more than that to get me. She thought as she fleed once the coast was clear.

Later

Felicia soon arrived back at her home, tired and bored. She didn't get the painting, and while Spider-man was a challenge, he didn't put up as much of a fight he normally would. In fact, it seemed like the girl was looked at more as an annoyance.

Looks like I need to up my game. She thought as she got out of her costume.

She was once again in her casual wear, and her mother is still at work. Leaving Felicia alone...again.

Before Felicia could sigh or anything for the sort, her phone started ringing. She noticed the number and smiled and answered with glee.

"Hey there, Blue Eyes..."Felicia said flirtatiously into her phone.

"Hey, Felicia. I hope I'm not bothering you," Danny said.

"Since when do you do that?" Felicia cooed, her jacket dropped on the floor with enough volume for Danny to hear.

"What was that?"

"My clo0thes, I'm changing now...or was that what you wanted?" Felicia teased as she heard a deep breath on the other end.

Danny stammered and stuttered, not able to produce a single coherent word for a while. Felicia laughed as she turned her boyfriend into putty again, though for a different situation.

"I'm kidding," Felicia said to calm the boy down.

The two continued for an hour before the words "lights off" could be heard from Danny's end.

After the flirtatious phone call, Felicia got ready for bed. Planning in her head another trip to AMity Park, where her halfa boyfriend would liven her life. But not before hiding her catsuit as her mother came in.

The room was silent as Felicia sat on her bed.

"Felicia...out for a stroll?" Mrs. Hardy said.

"Yes, Mother. You could say that," Felicia replied, looking her in the eye.

"Nothing else?"

"Nothing else."

Felicia kept a smile on as her mother spoke. After another few minutes of silence, Ms. Hardy left. And the young girl covered herself, mapping her next visit in her head. Her mind did wonder about the client, but it didn't matter. That was for another day.

Seems Felicia will be planning a trip down Amity Park. And who will she meet next time?

Special Thanks! to Flower Princess11 for all her help!
