This is kind of gonna be different than Putzie's story, same with the other T-Birds' :) Xx

Danny's POV

The next day after school, Putzie and I were talking while fixing Greased Lightning. "Have you talked to Sandy yet?" I looked up to see the guys looking at me and I shook my head no.

"Danny, man I am so sorry." Kenickie apologized.

"It's not your fault." I told him.

"Danny…" Sonny started. "We thought things were getting a lot better."

I just my focus on the car.

"You had me promise to find a right…a nice girl." He added.

I stopped and thought about it, he was right. As the oldest and I am like a big brother to my boys, I do want them to be with a nice chick who'll love them no matter what! Even if she is sweet and nice! I let out a sigh as I looked back up.

"Guys I failed." I admit.

"What?" Putzie asked. "Danny, you could never fail us."

"You guys looked up to me." I told them. "And I lied to ya…I'm supposed to be the big brother here."

"Danny, no matter what happened we'll always look up to you." Kenickie.

"And we'll always love you like a big brother." Putzie added.

I sad smiled at them.

"Alright, enough with this warm junk." I said trying to be cool, making them laugh.

Kenickie and Miss Murdock both got in, as Doody sat down on the mechanics Board as I walked back.

"Head it out guys!" I yelled out turning to stop Doody with my foot. "Move it out!" I yelled out.

"Move it out!" Sonny yelled.

"Move it out!" Doody yelled as he stood up while Kenickie stops the car and we crowed the car, our baby, Greased Lightnin'!

"Well, it's in great shape." Ms. Murdock commented. "It's as hot as the parts on it." She smiled.

"It wasn't stolen, some was donated." Sonny said.

"This will knock them on their ears." Kenickie said bumping my belly.

Doody and I looked at each other chuckling.

"Yeah," Doody smiled but frowned looking at Kenickie. "But you could still change your mind." Making me chuckled inside, that's my Howdy Doody! Always worrying and caring of others' safety!

Doody gave Kenickie a small nod.

"The flags go down in 3 hours." Ms. Murdock said.

"Hey Ms. Murdock, are you coming?" Putzie asked, giving her his best puppy dog eyes as she smiled, people always falls for his puppy dog eyes!

Hey, the kid is ADORABLE! How can anyone say no to that innocent face!?

"Aw I don't expect my boys to let me down and I won't let them down." She said getting off the car.

"Alright Ms. Murdock!" Sonny cheered as he pats her back.

"Yes!" Doody cheered walking over to her and Kenickie got out of the car as I bumped Kenickie's arm.

"I wanna talk to you." I said to him as we walked away from the guys. " Hey, look, those guys at Thunder Road, they don't fool around. You know that, right?"

He took his cigarettes out of his mouth.

"You want me to punk out?" He asked.

"No, I'm not saying punking out, but I'm just...You know what I mean. I..." I started, letting out out a sigh.

"Hey, Danny, we've been friends a long time, right?" He started.

"Yeah." I say.

"Well, you remember the drive-in the other night, we went and the movie, and it was like the duel and the guy's best friend went with him and was like his lieutenant, like his second, you know?" He asked.

"Yeah. So?" I asked him.

He popped his collar trying to be cool.

"Well, I thought that you could maybe be my second at Thunder Road." He admits as he looked back at me.

"What do you mean? You want me to drive with you or what?" I asked.

"No, I..." He started.

Now I knew what he was talking about!

"Oh. Hey, hey." I said smiling.

We playfully pushed each other and then hug but quickly lets go. I only hug My mom, Daisy, dad, and even Putzie, sometime Doody!

"Well, listen, I'll pick you up at 3:00, huh?" Kenickie asked as we combed our hair trying to be cool again.

"Yeah, see you later." I said walking away.

"Yeah." I heard him say.

I walked back to the school building getting my stuffs to FINALLY go home! YES!
