Chapter Sixteen: Revenge
EdPOV
"So, he's still alive?" Victoria asked as Carlisle grabbed my arm, sensing what I wanted to do.
"You can't attack her Edward, you'll be killed," he said.
"I think he's lucky," Victoria said, "I could have done a lot worse,"
"Why are you doing this?" Leah asked.
"Your family killed James, I still need to avenge his death,"
"He was trying to kill me," Bella told her.
"Edward killed someone I loved protecting his family, shouldn't I hurt someone he loves?"
"Leah!" I shouted as she phased and attacked Victoria. She ripped her to shreds in less than a minute.
"Where should we burn her?" Bella asked as she started picking up an arm.
"Let's go back to the house," Esme said, picking up Victoria's other arm, head, and torso.
"Okay," I said as I grabbed her legs.
When we got to the house we went to the back yard and started throwing limbs into the fire pit and Bella went inside to find a lighter. "Let's get rid of her," she said, lighting a strand of Victoria's hair.
As she went up in flames, I heard a car pulling into the driveway. I went around the front of the house and saw Emmett and Rosalie getting out of the car.
"So Leah killed Victoria?" Emmett asked.
"Yeah," I told him.
"How's A.J.?" Rose asked.
"He has six broken ribs, a concussion, and a punctured lung." I said.
"We need to turn him," Emmett said.
