So - there has been . . . bad news. Super bad news.
I gotta be honest with y'all - I haven't felt this devastated before in my studies: Laptop's not working, got an incomplete grade, and lots of anxiety. And LOTS would be an understatement - so it's sad to say that I'll be putting this story on a Hiatus
Yes, a Hiatus. I just need to get my shit together and wait until the storm passes . . . because I know this shit will hurt more than being punched in the got. Getting an INC mark is one thing, but losing your one and only tool for online schooling? - That's too much already.
I just hope I can come back here with another chapter - or just a small message that I'm back. Anyways, before I leave at least I would like to share some of my ideas or synopsis for my future arcs in Still No Rest For The Wicked.
This was complicated, there will be 2 Massive Arcs, Borderlands Arcs and RWBY Arcs, with several sub-arcs.
BORDERLANDS ARCS
In the Fall of Beacon Arc, Beacon is under attack by Grimm. The Vault Hunters and Teams RWBY and JNPR will defend Beacon until evacuation arrives (Spoliers: It's the Sanctuary 3 ship). The Crimson Raiders arrive to help: Hammerlock, Mordecai, Brick, Tina, Gaige, Zer0, even Timothy and Claptrap(not Fragtrap), they help Team RWBY and JNR run to the ship. But Pyrrha is killed by Cinder, and Cinder is killed by Amara. The Crimson Raiders leave Beacon and eventually Remnant.
Next will be Rose's Revenge Arc. the Vault Hunters land on GEHENNA to take a break after the Fall of Beacon, and in there, they train Team RWBY and JNR with Sheriff Juno and Deputy Titus. But as they spend time there, Rose appears and plans to kill Team RWBY and JNR along with the Vault Hunters, for she has found new ways to hunt them after ruining her Devil Riders.
Next will be The Roots Arc, this is connected to Rose's Revenge Arc as Team RWBY and JNR and the Crimson Raiders, head to EDEN-6 where Wainwright is having difficulties to manage the Jakobs company in Gehenna, and that he needs to destroy everything his father and his ancestors built so the people wouldn't have to suffer the past, however, a new terrorist cell, born from the remnants of the COV, recovered blueprints of a deadly device that can turn anything into Core and use it for fuel. Luckily, Hammerlock and Clay is there to help them. (While there, Ozpin contacts them and tells them about Salem. And Qrow uses the Fast-Travel Station at the Vale City Library, safely guarded by Glynda, to meet them all.)
Afterwards is the Gods and Masters Arc, Team RWBY and JNR and the Crimson Raiders, need upgrades to face Salem and her forces. So, accompanied by Zer0, they head to PROMETHEA, where they'll meet Loader Bot, Gortys, Rhys, Vaughn, Lorelei and Sasha, to help them upgrade their weapons and deal with The Broodmother, a 'ratch queen' that was let loose during the Maliwan Siege, that is breeding an army underneath the city enough to conquer the entire planet. However, The Broodmother is more than they think.
Next is the Fallout Arc, where Amara is acting all weird and that after Pyrrha's death, she's been feeling the same way of grief like Jaune, Nora and Ren. Zane thinks they can go to Maya's homeworld, ATHENAS, to find serenity and peace like she did. (This one's gonna be more on drama than action, plus a bit on the romance part.)
Next is The Mayhem in the Walls Arc, during the Gods and Masters Arc, Ren has been infected with some sort of lethal ratch disease after saving Nora from the Broodmother's clutches. Gaige sees this and knows a cure for it - but there's a big catch, they'll have to go back to the creepiest planet they've ever been: XYLOURGOS. Team RWBY and JNR, along with the Vault Hunters finally gets to face their worst fears (like Apathy from RWBY), but with their friends Mancubus Bloodtooth, Eista, Detective Burton Briggs, and Vault Hunters Gaige and Axton (who also wants to uncover more DAHL tech for his DAHL weapons), they can face this new threat together. (Also Ruby sees the future of the Final Arc, but decides not to share it with them out of pure fear.) The cure can be found in Cursehaven . . . but the cure cannot be found in the surface, it's under the town itself. (Read the Plot Summary for 'The Rats in the Walls, by H.P Lovecraft)
Second to the last arc for the Borderlands is the most important one: The Royal Flush Arc. Ozpin tells them that Atlas, Mistral, Vale and Vacuo are planning to merge together in order to defeat Salem, but he needs to gather the maidens to further increase their power. However, Zane plans to get more firepower and his plan is absolutely insane: To use the Handsome Jackpot, to gather the Big 8 and agree to defeat Salem with their power, that includes: ATLAS, Hyperion, Tediore, DAHL, Vladof, Torgue, Maliwan, and Jakobs, with the support of the two corporations; Anshin and Pangolin. (Also, Timothy, Digby Vermouth, Ember and the Mayor of Trashlantis will be there to help them. A brief cameo of Jeffrey Damien Blake or Mr. Blake, will appear to talk with the teams.)
The last Borderlands arc is called Welcome Home Arc, where the last destination of the Vault Hunters and Team RWBY and JNR is none other than the death planet PANDORA, where they'll see pure desolation and insanity, and everything that wants to kill them, with the help of Salvador, Fiona, Sasha, who returned to Pandora to reunite with her sister, and Athena Springs, who is already married to Janey Springs.
Blake also thinks that the other corporations are willing to help, since he has observed that the Crimson Raiders unknowingly has remnants of every corporation they can use as leverage to make them join, Axton and Tannis (DAHL), Moze (Vladof), Gaige (Tediore), Mister Torgue's friendship, Wainwright Jakobs and Rhys' ATLAS, and earning Naoko Katagawa's allegiance for Maliwan after she is saved from the COV.
RWBY ARCS
RWBY Arcs will be the ones in Volume 4 to 8, with several changes from the Borderlands Arcs, Team RWBY and JNPR return from their trips across the six galaxies and arrives in Menagerie with the Sanctuary 3 as their now go to transport all over the 4 Kingdoms. The Crimson Raiders will stay in Remnant and join Team RWBY and JNR - unless they leave to acquire more resources again. Since Volume 4 starts with Team RWBY already went their separate ways, it's possible that the girls still remain together, or they volunteer to be separated on their locations.
I know it's not much, but feel free to put down some suggestions - because my dumbass doesn't have enough creative juice.
And as much as I hate putting this on Hiatus, I've grown to like this story - I've grown, as an amateur author, how it feels to be pressured by deadlines, how to think of creative words and sequences to make things more interesting.
I hated making this, but thanks to you guys, - you really did make things significantly better, and just when I start to love this - Life decides to screw me over, and now I'm rock bottom.
But I wont end it on a sour note - Hope I'll come back with another, and most importantly, thank you guys XD
