Some time after the other match, even Cecelia was informed of Zigfried Lloyd had single-handedly won a Duel against two of the former champions named Rex Raptor and Weevil Underwood. At this time, it's where there are the Final Eight Duelists in the quarterfinals. Joey was getting a bit agitated and impatient as he said out: "Come on! Enough with the fancy intros! Look into my Duel already!" Tea sighed in a bit of annoyance: "That's Joey. Always a model of patience." Yugi said to his friend with a smile: "You know? It might be a good time to work on your game strategy. Some last-minute studying couldn't hurt." Tristan chuckled when putting his arm on Joey's shoulder: "Joey hates cramming. Which is too bad because he's about to go up against the Sports Festival champion." He was talking about Cecelia as she was looking into her cards from her current deck. She has the option to either switch to the Lightsworn Deck or to stay with the Deck that represents all that the U.A. High stands for. And it appears that she's going to stick with the one that she's playing with. Joey said to his friend: "Well, I would rather go against Cecelia than the guy Zigfried with that hairdo." He then called out with this remark: "Hey buddy! Pinky the Clown called! He wants his wig back!" Rebecca remarked back without looking at him: "Oh? Like you're in any position of making fun of anyone's hairdo." Joey shouted back: "I heard that!" Duke said with his hands out as he tries to defuse the situation: "Take it down a notch, will ya? You're too high strung to Duel-" Joey said back with a bit of a louder tone: "Who're you callin' high strung?! I'm as cool as a cucumber!" Tristan smirked: "Oh yeah. Real cool." Joey grunted with his gritted teeth: "I'm not in a mood!" Tristan then shouted as they start to scuffle: "You want a piece of me?!"
Just then, a crack of an explosion got close to their faces but never hitting them. That's when Bakugou shouted out: "Shut it! You two Quirkless idiots are a Hell of a lot worse than those villains back then!" That surprisingly shut up even Joey as the other Duelists looked onward. Cecelia spoke after looking into her cards: "Do calm down, Bakugou. It's not as if you're in the tournament. Though I do appreciate of you being focused in your own way." Bakugou growled a bit but calmed down as he replied: "Thanks I guess." Zigfried narrowed his eyes when he sees how close Cecelia is with Bakugou. On the sidelines, Camellia is getting more jealous secretly as she could have sworn that the Love Potion that she has will automatically make him fall in love with her from that kiss. Mokuba said with a grin as he and two of the body guards of the KaibaCorp came in, "It's time to get this show on the road." Rika tried to read his thoughts, but nothing came of it. It's as if his mind is only focused on his own Duel in hand and nothing so sinister. Cecelia noticed her frustration and decides to make a move as she walked forward: "Excuse me...Zigfried? I want to wish you the best on your match." Zigfried turned around and his eyes made in contact as Cecelia pulled down her silk mask a bit that's an accessory for her Hero Costume. He smiled and took her hand: "To wish me luck, there's no need. But to say best wishes...coming from such a beautiful Duelist of a future hero...that is truly a blessing." He then kissed the back of her hand of which made Bakugou gritted his teeth in seething anger. Just then, Rika noticed that Cecelia's left hand outs two fingers up from behind her back as a light-blue magic energy entered into the side of Zigfried's neck without him noticing even a tingling feeling when he was busy kissed the back of her right hand. Zigfried looked up and said: "I thought that you would try the rumored Lightsworn Deck. I think it's suits you better. But you do what make you most confident as a newly fresh white rose." As soon as he walks away, Rika flew over to Cecelia and asked: "What was that about?" Cecelia turned to her childhood friend and said before heading off for her match: "I'll explain things after my match. Let's just say that there is definitely an ulterior motive behind his eyes."
The Duels are set at certain places in Kaiba Land and this is when Joey is set to meet Cecelia at the Lava Dome of a arena when he took the mini train to get there. Yugi and his three friends came to cheer on for Joey while those from the U.A. High are going to root for Cecelia to win. As they're both shuffling each other's Decks, he said to her: "Hey. I think I should let you go first from here." She asked as she gave him back his own Deck that's shuffled: "Are you sure of it?" He nodded and they both shook hands after she's given back her own Deck. Uraraka wondered in curiosity: "I wonder what Cecelia is going to do." Bakugou scoffed and responded: "Is it obvious, Dumpling Cheeks? Miya here is going to advance from here to the Final Four." Caemllia could tell that something isn't right for her. The Love Potion should have worked after she kissed him. But seeing that it's not happening, this would mean that she's missing a clue to how to make Bakugou fall in love with her. When the match begins, this is when Cecelia has one card added into her hand of five: "First, I activate the U.A. High Academy Field Spell. That allows me to bring in as much of Quirk Heroes that I want for 500 of my Life Points. But first, I will Normal Summon the Quirk Hero Midoriya in ATK mode!" From 4000 to 2500 Life Points after Normal Summoning Quirk Hero Midoriya, these three other Monsters of her choosing come into play:

She then said to end her turn: "Then, I'll end my turn with my final card facing down." Joey got rather nervous when he sees the total of four Monsters in one turn. He said as he has his six cards in his hand: "Alright! Let's see here!" But as he looked into what he has in his hand, he started to mentally panic. Tristan wondered as he took notice: "Gee! I wonder if he's got a bad hand." Yugi said in worry at this point: "I'm gonna say yes." Joey's mind raced as he couldn't believe his own bad luck: "I can't even summon a single Monster!" He growled and then said: "I'll just put one card face-down and end my turn!" Tea said in disbelief: "That's all he's gonna play?" Yugi said in worry for Joey: "I have a feeling. That's all he can play." Tristan shouted in worry as he covered his eyes: "Oh! I can't watch!" It looks as if Cecelia is about to win from here. Since its's now Turn 3, this allows to her to finally attack. And from the looks of things, Joey only has one face-down but not a single Monster to defend himself at this moment. But just as she's about to declare an move, this is when things in Kaiba Land start to malfunction! Joey said in a panic as some of the lava spouts start to spew out lava: "Uh oh! What's going on?!" Tea asked in a panic as well: "Isn't this a little too realistic?" Tristan agreed when turning to Mokuba: "Yeah! Why don't you turn down the flames?" Mokuba then said this as he's just as worried: "One small problem...this isn't part of the tour, you guys!" Duke Devlin turned to the little boy: "That's on funny!" Tea asked, "If KaibaCorp isn't controlling those flames, who is, Mokuba?" Mokuba said to the others: "That's what I like to know." Channeling her mind into a thought: she has this effect in her mind: stopping time and using her magic to rapidly set up security codes for everything in Kaiba Land to go back to normal. She then activated her magic as soon as she snapped her fingers for the effect to take place. In a matter of a few seconds, everything has indeed went back to normal with the security firewalls up and running. This way, the Duel can continue as Cecelia goes with her turn: "Alright...I will draw with and play the Mystical Space Typhoon Spell Card to destroy your face-down...!" Joey's face-down card turns out to be the Hyper Refresh Magic Card that doubles his Life Points if the combined ATK points are higher than his current Life Points. He said in shock: "My Hyper Refresh!" Cecelia then said: "I'm sorry, Joey. But now that you're wide open, I shall attack you directly with all of my four Quirk Heroes!" From a punch from Quirk Hero Shinso and the combination of ice and fire from Quirk Hero Todoroki and Quirk Hero Endeavor, the final attack is coming in from Quirk Hero Midoriya. This Quirk Hero propels himself off the ground into the air above his opponent and arches his leg back. He uses this ability called the Shoot Style to focus the One For All Quirk into his leg before swinging it around and delivering a strong vertical roundhouse kick to his opponent's face: "St. Louis Smash!" That caused an explosion of brightly green lightning to lower Joey's Life Points all the way down to zero. Cecelia said to him: "I'm sorry. But I must move as a hero. To rise from the ashes and win no matter what...because from what I have once heard, it's that heroes always do."
