One week after Severa gave birth. Raising Zoey was tough and great at the same time. Anna and Severa took care of her and gave her lots of love.
Severa at first thought breast feeding would be hard. But it wasn't. Zoey really loved her two mothers. She was very giggly and happy a lot. Zoey's favorite toy was a little Pegasus plushy. Zoey slept in a really nice light blue crib. Anna had conserved all the money she gained into Zoey's nursery. The nursery was Anna's old room because Anna slept with Severa now. Zoey was so precious to both Severa and Anna.
One day Anna and Severa sat down for some tea. Severa had Zoey in her arms as she and Anna enjoyed talking.
"So I heard merchants are being outlawed in southern states." Severa said.
"Yeah. They said something about people being tired of being ripped off and such." Anna said sipping her tea.
"Coo. Coo. Laaaa laaaa." Zoey cooed. Since she was only a week old she could only coo and say gibberish. She looked at the floor and was trying to get down.
"Oh? Do you want me to put you down?" Severa asked as Zoey nodded. Severa set Zoey down on the floor as she crawled to get her blanket. She then screamed in excitement and happiness as Anna and Severa just sat there adoring their baby.
"She's so beautiful." Anna said. "She's got your hair and my eyes."
"Yeah. She's the most precious little girl in the world." Severa then picked up Zoey and gave her a raspberry. "Who is? You are! Yes you are sweetiekins!" Zoey giggled as Severa gave her another raspberry.
"Awww." Anna said. "She's got my giggles."
"Oh! So that's why her giggles are so cute." Severa said as Anna blushed.
"Yeah. I guess so." Anna said as she then noticed Zoey holding her leg. "Oh? Does baby wanna see other mommy? Up you go!"
Anna picked up Zoey with both of her arms as Zoey giggled.
"She's so cute." Severa said. "I love you."
"I love you too." Anna said.
Meanwhile...
Lucina was walking across the plains. The sun was going down. Lucina then saw Gerome sitting by. Taking care of Minerva.
Lucina then breathed. There he was. Lucina's crush. The great wyvern rider.
Lucina took a deep breath, smiled, grabbed a nearby flower. And walked up to him.
Lucina cleared her throat. "Hello Gerome."
"Ah!!" Gerome dropped the brush he was cleaning Minerva with as Lucina scared him. "Oh Lucina. Hello."
"Hi Gerome. Here." Lucina handed him the flower as he took it.
"Oh. Thank you." Gerome said looking at the flower. "What's this about?"
"Well. There's something I want to tell you." Lucina said.
Meanwhile...
Noire was walking through a different plain. She was trying to find something that would help her. Her mother Tharja put a stink hex on her. So now she smelled like an outhouse. She sighed looking for tomatoes to wash off the stink.
Suddenly, Noire saw Brady hanging by a tree. He was eating an apple. Noire smiled. This was it. Her moment. Her chance to confess to him.
Noire walked up the the healer/mercenary. Brady turned and saw.
"Aye Noire." Brady said as he then noticed a smell. "Is there a skunk nearby?"
"Um. N-no. My m-mother used a st-stink h-hex on me." Noire said shyly. "B-Brady."
"Yeah?" Brady asked.
"I w-want to tell you s-something.." Noire twiddled her fingers.
"What would that be?" Brady asked.
"W-well. We've know each other for a while now. And we've been r-really good f-friends." Noire stumbled.
"Yah." Brady nodded.
Now both Lucina and Noire talking at the same time.
"You see." They both said. "I. I love you."
Lucina smiled at Gerome and Noire smiled at Brady. Both groups in different areas of course.
But crap. Are hearts about to be broken.
"L-Lucina." Gerome blushed. "I. I don't know what to say."
"Oh Gerome..."
"Lucy. I cherish you. I'm so happy to have you as a friend. We've known each other for so long. But." Gerome stopped and sighed. "I. Don't have the same feelings. But I'm happy to have you as my friend. You mean so much to me."
Lucina just stood there. He heart sank. She felt it breaking into multiple pieces and then catching on fire.
"Are. Are you alright?" Gerome asked.
"Y-yes. Th-thank you. Goodnight Gerome." And Lucina walked slowly away. As the sun set and the stars came out.
Meanwhile...
"Oh my. N-Noire. I'm sorry." Brady said rubbing the back of his head.
"I-it's okay th-." Noire stopped and thought about what he said. "Wait. Y-your sorry?"
"Noire. You mean so much to me. I can't deny that." Brady admitted. "You've always been one of my best friends. But. I just don't feel THAT way. About you."
Noire felt her heart crumble. She felt like it was set on fire and then sunk into an ocean made of acid. Noire didn't show it. But she was upset.
"O-oh. Th-that's oh okay." Noire admitted. "I-I'm. G-g-gonna go n-now. B-bye."
Noire ran off. And after she was far away enough. She started crying.
"I. I feel heartbroken." Noire said. "I. I. *sniff*!"
"I. Can't believe it." Lucina thought. "He never loved me. I feel.."
"Heartbroken." Both Noire and Lucina said.
Suddenly Lucina started to cry. As she continued walking through the plains.
Suddenly. Lucina had thought. No one ever cared about her. Everyone always looked down on her. Not her family. But she never felt like she knew her brother.
Flashbacks...
"Sigh!" A nine year old Lucina's sword was knocked out as her instructor scolded her.
"Again."
"A-okay! Y-yes sir!!" Lucina exclaimed.
"Call me sir again!! Do it you little shit!!" The instructor then went up to her and punched her her in the face.
"GET UP!!! Now!!!" The instructor yelled at Lucina who now had a black eye.
"Y-yes...sir..."
Present...
She thought back about what others said behind her back.
"Useless. She lost again."
"How did she even get into the academy? Ugh she's so pathetic."
"Couldn't even bother being straight. What a freak."
"She has a legendary sword. She's probably weighing it down."
"She should just go. She a useless, bisexual, blue haired, freak."
Lucina then realized. She had enough.
Noire was walking through the plains as it started to rain. The rain came down hard. It was raining super hard. Noire looked around. And saw Lucina.
Lucina was standing on the edge of a deep cliff. It wasn't too high. But enough to injure someone.
"L-LUCINA?!" Note exclaimed. Lucina in fear turned around. She had tears in her eyes. As she smiled weakly.
"G-goodbye. Noire." Lucina put her arms out and tipped over the edge.
"L-LUCY!!!! NO!!!!!!"
And the only thing heard. Was raindrops. And a big thud.
