MRRN: Volume 4 REBOOT

As Team MRRN struggles emotionally and physically with their traumas, the danger of the true enemy lurks closer every day. With Vale in danger, from within and without, the members of MRRN must overcome their traumas and prevent Vale from suffering another great tragedy. Afterwards, they will learn of the ancient enemy of Ozpin's Circle: Salem, the Dark Queen of the Grimm.

14. Goodbye and Thank You

Hello, everyone. WinterWolf29 is here. I feel the need to come clean.

When I first made my decision to stop the MRRN series, it was rushed, rash and emotional, made in a split-second. I had decided to continue the story because I was still attached to it. I wanted to see the conclusions of Team MRRN, to see them overcome their failures, pains and trials. The fact that so many people have supported me over these two years is very humbling and helps me feel confident in my abilities as a writer and storyteller. But after these past three weeks, I came to a realization.

I've been struggling with a personal problem in real life where RWBY was one of the triggers of that problem. At first, I didn't want to accept it because I had grown to really like RWBY, despite its major flaws and the issues I had with canon. Pyrrha Nikos and Weiss Schnee had become two of my favorite female characters in fiction (Pyrrha because of her kindness, caring and good-hearted nature, and intelligence and Weiss because of her development from a selfish brat to a caring and open person). But during these past three weeks of avoiding everything RWBY-related, I realized that it was indeed a major trigger of my problem. Even with the MRRN series, it's indirectly triggering my problem.

Because of this, I'm stopping the MRRN series. Not because I'm disinterested in it anymore or have lost my passion for it, but for my own sake. Again, thank you all for your support and I'm sorry that you won't see the conclusion of the MRRN series. Writing this series was a great experience, but it's time I moved on. I'll keep the stories up for those who wish to read them still, but as for the previous Volumes 4 through 7, I don't have the documents anymore. They're gone, I'm afraid.

I'll still come onto Fanfiction sometimes, but it won't be as constant as before. Again, I'm sorry we won't see the journeys to Team MRRN to the end. Thank you all for your support, constructive criticism, and enjoying my fanfics. If anyone wishes to take over the MRRN series, message me and ask for permission.
