Shadow 2 Heroes Act 1
Now we begin with Act 1.

On the way to I-Island and landing Toshinori Yagi/All Might is dreaming of his past during his young age. Izuku/Shadow declines being invited to I-Island but he will come if there is trouble and he requires his help.
"Still I wonder how will Izuku get here because he's too far off?" All Might wonders but pretty sure Izuku/Shadow can figure it out.
"Still I bet Melissa and David want to see this photo of Izuku in the Shadow Costume", at least Izuku/Shadow gave All Might a photo of him in the Shadow Costume.

I-Island Airport
"Let's go out there now!" All Might shifts into his muscular form and keeps his weakness a secret from public as he exits the Plane.
"If I remember now I-Island is an artificial moving island built for the scientist to research various Quirks. Oh ever since Izuku broadcast his message to the world, I-Island also heard his speech", All Might said to himself knowing what I-Island is and one of the many areas that heard Izuku/Shadow broadcast speech.

While All Might walks around he sees the signs and broadcasts over TV's talking all about the I-Expo, the event is still in an early access stage mean those with who were invited can abundant showcase of the incredible technology. The residents and tourist alike are allowed to use their Quirks for others to see and enjoy attraction throughout the city. Eventually All Might gets swarmed by his adoring fans but this cause him to be late on meeting his old friend David.
"Uncle Might!" Melissa Shield bounces over to him in her advance Pogo Stick, she's 17 now.
"Ah Melissa it's nice to see you again after all these years, glad you invited me to the I-Expo to surprise your father", All Might said hugging Melissa.
"I see that the new Shadow isn't with you."
"Izuku declined tagging along but he said he will come if there is trouble after I make contact with him. Anyway Melissa I need to see your father."
"Sure Uncle Might.

Meanwhile
A mysterious group of men surveys the airport lobby from an elevated platform. "We have infiltrated the expo and the goods will arrive later in the day", the leader say to his contact on the phone, they are really are planning something.

David's Lab
"Hey David, how's your daughter doing on her own research?" Sam ask David.
"Hey David", All Might shows up at his lab with Melissa.
"I'm speechless from the surprise All Might", David said but both he and All Might are very happy to be reunited after all these years.
"Izuku decline to come but at least he wanted me to show this photo of him in the Shadow Costume", All Might shows David, Melissa and Sam the photo.
"He looks very good in it, like Lamont Cranston", Melissa commented about Izuku looking like Lamont Cranston when in the Shadow Costume.
"Don't forget some of us base heroic deeds after Lamont Cranston's heroic deeds", All Might reminded them all.

Meanwhile Again
The mysterious group from the airport continues to move, "the goods have been delivered and All Might is on the island but there's no worry because we have countermeasures for the Symbol of Peace."

All Might lays on David's medical bed where a machine scans his body and sends the corresponding readings to David's computer. "This is not good, your Quirk levels have dropped drastically", David horrified after seeing this told All Might.
"Do you mind telling me why your powers have taken such a devastating drop", David wanted to know why is that anyway.
"I have broken body David which I receive from my last battle with Shigaraki/All For 1", All Might tells David who worries that Japan's low crime rate of 6% will rise with the fall of the Symbol of Peace.
"I assure you that the Symbol of Peace is still alive, besides we still have the Shadow with us", All Might reassures him and tells him that they still have the Shadow.
"All Might do you remember the accident at my school where an experiment caused an explosion that set fire to the building", David recalls.
"I saved all the people trapped inside from the blaze and that's when we first met. Then you made my costume to use as a hero, we worked together to suppress villains and work with other heroes during my young age."
"You share your dream of the Symbol of Peace with me.

With Melissa
Melissa meets up with the UA Gang then invited them all to the party, Katsuki/Kacchan at first refuse to join but comes into fear of the Shadow will knows and so he agrees to come to the party.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Katsuki/Kacchan hallucinates hearing Izuku/Shadow's laugh and quickly runs toward the direction where the party will be.
"What's up with him?" Eijiro/Red Riot ask after Katsuki/Kacchan runs away scared.
"Maybe he hallucinated hearing something", Denki/Chargebolt answered.
