Ji: "Yo Monty! Another round of shots over here!"

Mo: "Coming right up."

Ko: "Come Kyou, you still sticking to your oath?"

Ky: "Yep, no alcohol from now on, only soda for me."

Ko: "Lame."

Ich: "What about you newbie, you've only had one shot so far."

Iw: "Agh, god, my head's already spinning."

Tonight I invited Iwao to hang with me and the guys. It's been months since our first meeting and I haven't really contacted him since, the marriage passed, Naota was born, Aiko returned to school from summer break and Kirino went through with her neutering. I would have gone through it too but she insisted that I keep my jewels intact so I maintain my performance in bed.

Ji: "So num-nuts, you gonna tell him?"

Ky: "…Yeah…hey Iwao how do you feel about a game of pool?"

Iw: "Sure."

So we left the others at the table and Iwao and I headed to the game room. We actually did play a couple of rounds and chatted before I decided to tell him what I needed to say.

Ky: "So Iwao, I was wondering."

Iw: "Huh?"

Ky: "Do you blame me for what happened to your sister?"

Iw: "…When I first heard about it, I'm not gonna lie, I wanted to look for you and sock you one good."

Ky: "Understandable."

Iw: "But after some thinking I realized that I couldn't blame you for choosing someone else, you had no obligation to be with Manami just because the rest of my family was doing the damnedest to set you two up."

Ky: "Yeah I still feel bad about that, may grandma and grandpa Tamura's souls rest in peace."

Iw: "Still can't say I wasn't disappointed, I always thought you and Manami were a sure thing and that we'd legally be brothers by now and our kids would be hanging out at one of our houses every weekend like they were in their own club."

Ky: "That's some dream there, sorry for destroying it."

Iw: "No worries, there's still time to do that last part though."

Ky: "Uh, y-yeah…hey, are you still wondering exactly why we fell out?"

Iw: "…I assumed she confessed to you and after that got into a catfight with the girl you picked over her given how she came home all beaten and bruised. I didn't want to bring it up with either of you to avoid ruffling feathers, wanted to at the very least to not be enemies with you."

Ky: "Don't think you'll still feel that way after what I'm about to tell you and while your assumption is partially correct, would you believe it was Manami that threw the first punch?"

Iw: "Shit seriously?!"

Ky: "…Listen Iwao, if we're going to stay friends I need to be upfront with you, let you in on a secret I've been keeping from you…the real reason we fell out."

Iw: "…"

Ky: "It was because…I fell in love with Kirino."

Iw: "…"

Ky: "…"

Iw: "Pffhahahah, your sister? Come on Kyou that joke is kind of in bad taste, don't you think?"

Instead of answering him I pulled out my phone out and showed him pictures of me, Kirino, Aiko and Naota, I even showed him some photos Kirino and I took "in private".

Ky: "We've been…involved with each other since that fight, we even have a couple of kids together as you can see though she's the one that adopted them (lie)."

Iw: "You're serious?"

Ky: "It's the reason why she started that fight, why we stopped being friends, because I had fallen head over heels for with my own younger sister. I understand if you decide to walk out that door and never contact me again, heck if our positions were switched I probably would."

Iw: "Do the other guys know?"

Ky: "This may surprise you but not only do they know, they fully support my sister and I, even Monty."

Iw: "Damn, you really are serious, you're really with your sister, holy crap."

Ky: "Yep."

Iw: "Hmm, haah, I shouldn't have to tell you how disgusting I find this, you with your sister? That's pretty sick man."

Ky: "Don't I know it but like they say, love makes you stupid and I plan on riding that stupidity all the way."

Iw: "…As much as I do want to just walk out of here, I have to tell you. Back when we still hung out, you were like the older brother I always wanted and when you disappeared I was more sad than angry and then after that I felt alone, so much so I almost gave up on music, you and my sister were kind of my only audience."

Ky: "Damn…"

Iw: "I want for us to stay friends Kyou, I'd even like it if we let your, uh, kids play with mine, though I'd prefer if we did our best to keep this whole thing a secret from my wife. Also maybe not talk about too much about that topic around me so I can try and pretend my best friend isn't banging his own sister."

Ky: "S-So you're going to stay?"

Iw: "Yeah, you're a good man Kyou, I consider you family and family always sticks together no matter what. After all, from what I've seen of your photos, you two at least look genuinely happy together, even I couldn't stay friends with you if you were abusing her."

Ky: "(Sniff) Dammit Iwao, you're too cool to be friends with a sicko like me."

Iw: "Yeah…you are a sicko hahahaha."

Ky: "Hahahahah, thanks for sticking by me buddy."

Iw: "Yeah but remember, I'm not in support of this relationship of yours, just tolerating it, I still think it's super effing gross."

Ky: "Yeah I get it but now that, that's out of the way, I should tell you about what happened between me and Manami recently."

Iw: "Huh?"

I told him about how Manami pretended to be Maria, colluded with Ayase and took advantage of me when I got drunk at Miura's birthday party to break Kirino and I up though I left out the part about hypnosis.

Iw: "Holy shit dude…I'm sorry."

Ky: "It's fine, everything got resolved, Kirino and I are happily back together."

Iw: "Seriously, you may be a sicko but what my sister did was truly terrible."

Ky: "I'm not going to lie, I really wanted to kill her for what she did, You gonna confront her about it?"

Iw: "I don't know, she hasn't really contacted me since she left and she never gave me her address. I'd prefer to just maintain a façade of ignorance with her for the sake of my family."

Ky: "I understand though if she ever does come back you better keep her away from me, even if she's a woman I'm pretty sure I'd lose it the moment I laid eyes on her."

Iw: "Heheh y-yeah."

After that we kept play pool until Ichiro came in to check on us.

Ich: "Yo, you two done playing grab ass?"

Iw: "Uh, yeah."

Ichiro gave me a questioning look.

Ky: "It's all good Ichiro, I told him."

Ich: "And he decided to stay…jeez what a moron."

Iw: "Eh?!"

Ich: "But whatever, his funeral, anyway now that you two are done can we come into the game room now, Jiro's itching to play some Hac-Man."

Ky: "Sure."

Ich: "Hey guys! The dumbass decided to stay, game rooms open now!"

Ji: "Alright time to play some Hac-Man!"

Iw: "Hey Kyou? Isn't this where you tell me not to listen to him or something?"

Ky: "Nah, he's right but I still appreciate you staying."

Iw: "Uh, sure."
