Situation: Sarah (Emilia), Kyle (Jai), and Pops discover the baby's gender
Doctor (putting gel on Sarah's stomach): Lets see how this baby is doing
Sarah (nervous and anxious): I hope everything is alright with him or her
Kyle (squeezing Sarah's hand): We will not lose this baby. Everything will go okay. You worry way too much.
Sarah (choked up): But still
Kyle: I understand that you still miss John. May God bless and rest his soul. Our new baby will not have the same tragic outcome as John.
Sarah: We should give our new baby a chance
Pops (to the doctor): What are your findings?
The Doctor: The baby is in good perfect health. There are no serious problems with him or her.
Sarah: What is the baby's gender?
The Doctor: The baby is a girl
(Pops is overjoyed about having a granddaughter. Kyle and Sarah are emotional over the thought that their precious rainbow miracle baby is a girl.)

Situation: Josephine's birth
A Doctor (preparing for the delivery): Lets meet this baby
Sarah (shaking with anxiety, fear, and nervousness): Giving birth, I can't do this. I will not do this.
A nurse (readjusting the fetal heart monitor on Sarah's stomach): What is the matter, sweetheart?
Sarah (choked up): I gave birth to a stillborn before. His name was John. I dread losing my new baby.
Nurse: I understand
