Arturia listened to the light moaning Nero as the woman began to wake up, she watched as Nero looked around and finally looked down at her clothing.

Finally, the woman locked eyes with Arturia.

Arturia noticed the woman's dead green eyes begin to brighten before they fully regained their life, Arturia felt as if she was looking at an old worn-out armor baing polished and restored until it regained its splendor.

"I feel this cart move, but this is nither hell and it certainly isn't heaven"

"Tell me where am I, and why has the curtain in my life opened up once again," Nero asked Arturia, yet before Arturia could answer the woman they were suddenly met by the smell of smoke and the light hint of burning meat.

Both women recognized the smell, it was one they had become far too familiar with over the years, for amongst the smell was the slight hint of fear, the sense of regret, hate but overall pain.

They turned their heads and looked at the distant yellow-red light coming from the far east.

Arturia wanted to investigate, but she was well aware that when any fire reaches this strength there was jo point in doing so anymore.

"... What's the last thing that you can remember?" Arturia asked Nero, however she kept her senses heightened as she expected whoever had attacked to still be near the area

"I remember drinking poison. I was betrayed by everyone, both the senate and the people" Nero answered Arturia, however, her eyes immediately turned left as she noticed moved ent from the distance

"I can't tell you if this much is true, but the you of this world might still be alive or she might be dead. This is a world similar but different from the one you knew" Arturia answered Nero

"See, I told you they blame everyone else but themselves," Aqua said as she pointed at something in the distance

Kazuma didn't say anything he just kept his guiding the horse along the way and after a few minutes, Arturia was finally able to see what Aqua meant.

On the ground there were several dead men and women, they barely wore any clothing at all, in fact, half of them only wore things that covered their intimate areas, but that was it nothing more.

The other half wore things that gave off the hint of clothing but lacked the decency of it.

"How are elves here?" Arturia asked Aqua

"The same reason, we're here because the world ended and we had to go somewhere."

"Magic equals Elves, no magic equals no elves."

"Like it or not, this world belongs to man and if man wants logic to rule it will and so with mankind's wish the world acts, so the elves can't live here anymore" Aqua answered Arturia as they passed by the dead bodies

Arturia turned to look at Nero but the woman didn't say anything, instead, she just began to smile.

"Then what's following us?" Nero asked Aqua

"The other Elves" Kazuma answered Nero before he pointed at something in front of him

"Aqua," Kazuma said to Aqua

"No, they blamed that village for this and attacked it, they'll get no help from me" Aqua answered Kazuma

"But"

"No," Aqua said to Kazuma and Arturia watched as something fell in the distance.

They soon reached the spot where the body fell and Arturia noticed that it was an elven woman holding an infant. both were dead and looked as if they had suffocated.

Arturia watched as Kazuma moved but Aqua stopped him by placing her left hand on his right hand.

"This happens all the time, gods are taught to let it happen, don't do it because it's going to be worse for them if you do," Aqua said to Kazuma and Arturia watched as the two held hands as they left the bodies behind

Arturia turned to look at her pursuers and noticed that they too were falling behind until they could no longer follow.

"Kazuma stop the horse" Aqua suddenly said to Kazuma as her eyes began to glow with a power similar to Excaliburs or Rhongomyniad.

Arturia turned her head to see what the girl was looking at but try as she might she failed to see what the girl was looking at.

Kazuma for his part ignored the girl's words and kept the horse moving, if the animal stopped then there was a chance that their pursuers would catch up to them.

"What's going on?" Kazuma asked Aqua

"It's a town...but...oh...I see" Aqua said as her voice gradually lost its strength

"It looks like not just people were brought here but entire places too..." Aqua said as she sat next to Kazuma and lowered her head, Kazuma instantly placed his hand on her shoulder and pulled her to his side embracing her in a warm hug.

"It's that bad?" Kazuma asked Aqua

"Do my eyes deceive me, do I see an elven city?" Nero said as her eyes glowed with green power.

"The eyes of men can not see things that are so far away, but an Empress is equal to a god so the sight is not denied to me." Nero explained before anyone could ask her how she was seeing what she was describing.

The woman grew a wide sadistic smile, that showed her white straight teeth that now resembled fangs, yet her fangs quickly vanished.

Arturia watched as Nero exhaled closed her eyes and lay back down.

"You know for a minute there I thought about bringing the Roman legions here or hiring mercenaries, you know greedy men and women filled with lust."

"Been there done that."

"What's an elf without magic? just another well-figured man\ woman with a pretty face" Nero said to Arturia

"Then why is Aqua acting that way?' Arturia asked Nero

"Didn't you hear what I said, Elves without magic. Everything they have works with magic so nothing is working for them and they're panicking" Nero answered Arturia before Arturia noticed the slight glow of an orange-red light coming from the same direction as the eleven town was supposed to
