"Boo!" Simon jumped out at Peter which him to jump, looking to his son with annoyance

"Don't do that.. you know I hate these things" he strolled down further before being jumped onto by a fake skeleton he threw a punch, gasping as it hurts his fist

"You ok?" Simon laughed, asking his dad

"Let's just get out of her" Peter stormed off through the rest walking out of the back entrance as Lilli ran over giggling from her experience

"Daddy!" She ran over, putting her arms up as he picked her up, looking at the new Shaun toy she had

Carla walked over, smiling "you look spooked.. what's wrong?" She asked

"Si made me do the horror experience" he said which caused Carla to cackle, covering her mouth with her hand

"It's not funny!" He shouted, putting Lilli down and storming off

"Baby I'm sorry okay!" She shouted after him but he continued walking

"Did I do something?" Lilli looked up at her mum still cautious of the fact she's only just getting used to Peter

"No no darling.. I'm not sure what's going on" she picked her daughter up and made her way to the Wallace and Gromit room, Simon walking close behind

Peter sat on the edge of the cliff top, looking down at the beautiful noises and colours of the sea crashing against the cliffs and rocks

"Hey!" Peter said in a chirpier mood once Simon, Carla and Lilli walked back to the car having finished what they wanted to do

Lilli ran off but Peter grabbed her, picking her up "hey.. hey, I'm sorry" he looked to his daughter

Carla looked to Peter as Lilli cried, reaching out for her mum Peter knew he'd messed up

Carla took Lilli and kept looking to Peter

"Love.." he said but she ignored him and walked off to the signpost

"She's not happy with you.." Simon said before walking back to the hotel

Carlas eyes scanned over the New York and 3147 miles

"Should I be jealous of that sign?" Peter said softly, walking over with his hands in his pockets as Lilli walked round the signpost, making herself dizzy

"What's wrong with us Peter, this was meant to be a happy holiday.." she looked to him, tears brimming her eyes

"No love don't cry.." he pulled her in for a hug as she nestled her head into his chest

"We're fine it's just I'm gonna be honest.. I've been having a few cravings, for the drink" he said making Carla look up at him panic in her eyes

"No.. no, I'm not going to and it wasn't your fault it's just everything with Toyah this past year" he said confirming her minds worries

He kissed her forehead and cuddled her tight as she calmed

"Mummy!" Lilli called out making Carla turn to look at her, she was walking dizzy which made both Carla and Peter laugh, Peter picked his daughter up and spun her round, giving her a cuddle as she told him she's ok with him now

Simon looked over from the distant at the happy family laughing and playing wondering to himself why he didn't get that dad..

Walking in the hotel room Carla dropped her bag and took her coat off seeing Simon sat on his bed clearly upset

"Si?" She asked, walking over to sit next to him

She put her arm around him and rubbed his back just as Lilli and Peter walked in laughing Carla turned to them, sensing the atmosphere Peter turned around and left with his daughter leaving Carla to try and work out what's wrong with Simon

He shrugged her off and looked down, tears streaming down her face, this was unlike him what's going on?

"Si what's happened?" Carla asked concerned

"Why did you to get pregnant? Why did you have to come back? I wish you'd just stayed away!" He shouted, walking off

She just looked stunned, turning to look at him

"Sorry I don't mean that I just.." he turned to her practically sobbing at this point

"Come here.." she whispered, getting up and before she knew it he ran into her arms, cuddling her and crying as she stroked the curls of his hair

"He's gonna drink again isn't he I know he is!" Simon gasped for breath and began to hyperventilate

"What no! Cause we're not gonna let him" she assured him despite her own doubts and he just cuddled her right

Peter and Lilli walked back in after having been gone for a few hours to see Carla and Simon were sat on the big double bed laughing and chatting

"Oh hey" Peter smiled, seeing Simon happier as Lilli climbed on the bed

Seeing a graze and a few bruises on Lilli's arm Carla's gut started to raise concerned

"You ok?" He asked

"What happened?" She picked Lilli up, sitting her on her lap and pulling her top up and off her daughter

"What do you mean?" He asked, walking over

"What do you think I mean, all these" she ran her fingers along them before Lilli pulled her arm away

Simon looked to his dad then his sister confused himself

"Oh she fell over the other day" he said, lying in his voice

"Peter they're fresh, what's happened.." she said, her tone serious as she stood up

"Have you been drinking?" She asked, walking over to him

"No!" He shouted, anger raising as she smelt him, crossing her arms

"Carla I mean it!" He shouted and pleaded but she stated straight into his eyes in full silence

Had Peter had a drink? And why was Lilli's arm looking that way..
