It was the next day now. Y/N and the others had already set their destination out into the shopping district, where they had bought her a casual outfit more suiting for the timeline she was in and Asashi had given her the same kind of charm he had. Her outfit consisted of a kimono that was actually maneuverable. The slit on one side allowed more movement and the bottom of the kimono wasn't real tight, more of loose like the bottom part of a flailing dress. (Pick your casual kimono :D!)

Just as well as his charm, it masked her human scent and was made to be much stronger in concealing it than his, for many reasons. Rin even got one so Sesshomaru wouldn't worry too much, so now... They were on their way to the blacksmith that the Suji family were well associated with.

Y/N's beautiful alien eyes sparkled with emotion as they viewed everything around her. The area they were in was completely different, it was another part of the shopping district they haven't really explored yet. She completely forgot about doing parkour training yesterday... Even though she said she needed to unrustify herself, she had forgotten entirely about it after getting excited over the next day andwhen permission was granted to go to the blacksmith.

So many banners were hung up by thin yet strong rope, children ran down the street playing tag, and laughter filled the air. Mostly royal families surrounded the area, Y/N guessed it was because of the blacksmith nearby. "Y/N, look! It's so pretty!" Rin chirped with excitement and ran ahead, catching everyone's attention in their little group. The child had found a jewelry stand with many glittering accessories and other glistening assortments.

Y/N smiled and giggled at how adorable she was being, then she too had made her way over. She stood beside the girl and checked out the jewelry, which sparkled from the afternoon sun that beamed brightly. There she saw a beautiful hairclip with small rubies in it and instantly it reminded of Rin and her outfit. Rin had put on a red kimono that had pink rose petal designs around the bottom of it and at the end of her sleeves; Sesshomaru gave her the new kimono when Y/N got her new outfit, only because Rin wanted it really bad.

A smirk formed on Y/N's lips at the thought of it really suiting the child's dress. She's so sweet and I just wanna spoil her sometimes! Damn it, I just can't help myself, I wanna to get this for her! her mental thoughts echoed before she grabbed the hairclip and turned to face Sesshomaru. Her big smile never once leaving her face, she watched as the said lordship walked up to them both. "Sesshomaru, can I get this for Rin? It'd look so pretty on her!" she beamed and closed her eyes, not noticing little Rin's awestruck brown eyes staring at the clip.

Sesshi shut his eyes too, then grasped the clip and stepped up to the stand-owner who was seen polishing one of the jewelry pieces. Next, he pulled out his coin pouch and paid for it without saying a word and momentarily startled the salesman.

With a graceful but careless movement, he dropped the clip in Y/N's hands and that caught her attention. Her smile fell into a frown, before peering up at the man confusedly. "What's wrong?" she asked with a risen brow, but soon grew concern for him. When she didn't receive a reply, she just brushed the worry aside for a moment and knelt down to Rin. "Hey look! I thought this would be very pretty on you, it matches your dress!" she smiled sweetly at the girl and heard gleeful giggles in return.

Rin watched as Y/N put the clip in her hair, neatly clamped into place on her cute and tiny side-ponytail. She was in awe and expressed appreciation when she hugged the daylights out of the young woman. "Thank you, it's so pretty! Hahaha!" Faint flushes on the girl's cheeks, she was so happy that Y/N got her something, even if it was with Sesshomaru's money.

"Don't just thank me, now. Sesshomaru paid for it, he let me buy it for you!" Y/N squeezed back in return, so happy to see such a grand smile that would outshine even the brightest sun.

Rin had let go and nodded in understanding, her big grin not yet wavering. "Let's go to this blacksmith person! I wanna watch you make stuff!" she exclaimed excitedly and hopped like some jumping bean. Y/N just laughed at her outburst but nodded none the less. She stood up and grabbed Rin's hand, before heading back over to their little group. Just when they had reached their group though, Obi must have provoked Sesshi again because he went flying across the ground through the walking path.

He comically bounced, crashed into chicken crates that were being hauled across the path, made feathers fly, made dried chicken poop litter the air, and landed right in a pile of pig poop inside of a pen... Everyone aside from Asashi, stood wide-eyed at the unexpected behavior. "I'm not gonna ask..." she whispered to where only Rin could hear. Both she and the child had hysterical, large, round, white eyes; Somewhere around these expressions, O.O or, o-o .

Once they got up to them all, she leaned close to her teacher with a hand over her mouth and whispered. "Pst...hey... What happened? Did the blood-drinker strike again...?" Asking that, Asashi's orange eyes rolled down to view her and silently nodded. "Wow, he's really asking for a death wish isn't he?" Y/N asked in more of a stated tone and lowered her hand, Rin just giggled at her statement and clung to the hem of her kimono, as if she were her daughter.

Y/N didn't notice it, but Rin's content smile formed and she tightened the grip a bit more on the hem. To her it felt nice to connect with another woman, she saw her as mother material considering how happy she makes her feel and how accepting Y/N was towards her. She really did feel like a child whose mother had taken her out with, to go shopping, even though they were in a group.

"Y/N wanna draw with me sometime?! I want to show you the horses I draw and bunnies!" She beamed happily, hoping that Y/N wouldn't turn her down and ignore her. Much to her happiness, Y/N smiled brightly with enthusiasm written on her face and accepted her offer.

"Sure, that sounds like fun! How about tonight before we go to bed?! We could draw cats and dogs too!" Y/N beamed and giggled, just thinking about drawing with Rin and seeing how happy she'd look, was certainly something she couldn't pass up. It would be a perfect chance to get to know her more and bond more as friends.

"Yes, hahaha! I can't wait! Thank you!~" she giggled in return as they all made their way towards a blacksmith. With time passing, they had visited material shops that surprisingly had what she was looking for on her list. They gathered it all and only a few things were left now. To make Kagome's solar chargeable bow, proper arrows that would work with it, and the time to craft them.

They stood in the entrance of the blacksmith's shop now, the blacksmith himself was seen hammering a sword on top of an anvil, that he had just pulled out of a smelter and had got done dunking it in cold water. Sounds of hot steam sizzled through the air, smoke streamed out from the chimney, and bubbling sounds resonated from the boiling lava that sat in the smelter.

He looked gruff; he had a bushy beard and green eyes, tanned skin, human-looking ears, and a beer gut that gave away how much he drank... He was nearly topless, appearing sweaty from the immense heat inside and had thin hakama pants on.

"Hello, good sir!~" Obi, who had recovered some time ago except his lingering..nasty stench and feathers on his person, sung playfully before stepping a few inches ahead of the group. The gruff man's hammering had paused in mid-strike and his green eyes furiously lingered on the batman who only giggled at the expression. "I don't mean to disturb your legendary work, but I brought a guest over! I referred her to you, she was seeking a way to craft a specific bow using blacksmith tools. I didn't know anyone else to ask, other than you! You're keen ability to craft any weapon had me-" before he could even finish his kiss-up sentence, a flat, rude answer came from the blacksmith himself.

"No... Now leave. I'm busy, so don't bother me, you bloody bat..." His words had a faint grumble and it caught everyone off guard, except Sesshi and Obi. A faint whisper came from Y/N, mentioning his rude response, luckily it fell upon deaf ears. Despite the stench Obsidian had and the other's scrunched up hysterical faces everyone gave in reaction, they tried their best to not come off as rude. The blacksmith might think of them as rude because of the crinkled up noses they had... He'd probably take their expressions the wrong way.

"Please, she just wants to make a bow and some arrows for her friend.~ I'd be more than happy to pay you for your time, she had brought all the materials she needs so none of yours would be used," Obi said, smirked, and saw the gruff man squint his eyes in anger. Seriously, does Obsidian have enemies everywhere...? Y/N and the others aside from Sesshi, began to ponder on just how mysterious this batman really was.

"If I allow such a person, man or woman, to use my forge, then I'd have to let every other customer that visits here, use it...! It would stall my time of making gear for the soldiers and other warriors who expect them to be finished on a set date and time! I can't just sit around while there's work to be done! Especially when my sworn enemy shows up on my doorstep, the one enemy who had threatened me to craft gear for soldiers in the war countless years ago, is asking for a harmless favor without considering the damn reputation they have with me! So, no! Now leave!" He roared out with anger and threw a dagger at Obi, who only caught it effortlessly between in his fingers.

Not once had the batman flinched, he kept that Sebastian smile present and chuckled darkly. He was about to speak until Sesshomaru walked up next to him. "What if I said I was the one who asked Obsidian to ask this favor of you...? Would you deny the lord of the western lands? The one who rules all of these parts and is far more superior than Queen Suji herself...?" His strict golden eyes pierced harsh green ones, while his lips remained in a line. They stood staring like that, it was obvious that the blacksmith contemplated on the lordship's words carefully. A small bead of nervous sweat rolled down the side of his tan face and he eventually gave in with a sigh of defeat.

"Very well... If it's coming from you, then I accept... Even though you're our ruler, I still have conditions that need to be met," He said in a less aggressive tone and walked over to a metal workbench. Placing the unfinished sword on it, he began putting the hilt on and then the guard around it.

"What might that be...?" Sesshi asked, only to see schedules on a piece of paper get held up in the air, by the gruff man himself. He narrowed his golden eyes at that, the blacksmith never turned to face them when he showed off the paper and just kept touching up the sword with his back to them. He knew what that meant, it meant they had to help make the gear so she could have time to make the bow afterward.

"Oh, I can help with that! It'd take some time to do but not all day, I'd be paying you back this way by helping you, right?" Y/N chirped and gave a friendly grin. The blacksmith looked over his shoulder, his green eyes scrolling up and down her frame in a judgemental way. "Oi, don't judge me like that... My dad taught me a lot about working the forge..." Her eyes narrowed and she frowned, giving an irritated expression. Boy, did she hate judgemental or sexist people...

"Fine, but don't slow me down... Try and keep up, if you can. The name's Torgadi, (Tore-Gah-Dee, I know, it's made up. xD) and you?" He was pleased to hear that she had experience with the forge and faintly smiled on his gruff face.

"Y/N!" She quickly stated and sprinted up to him, immediately getting to work after reading the list and checking it twice. (See what I did there? XD) "Thanks, Sesshomaru and Obsidian! Time to get this shit movin'...~" she grinned wickedly and began to put her skills to the test. She rolled up kimono sleeves and cracked her knuckles, before hopping to it. Sesshi just lifted a brow in confusion and Rin just giggled at her behavior. Obi stifled his laughter, while Asashi sighed and leaned up against the wall. Asashi was just as fascinatedly interested in watching Y/N make a Ketix weapon, considering the teachings had been passed down through generations in her family.

They may have been generations apart but learning something new like this would benefit himself in the future, too. His orange eyes glanced over in their peripherals and secretly watched Y/N begin crafting a shield. A faint, approving smile grew on his lips and his light chuckles fell on deaf ears.

This should be interesting...~ his mental voice echoed as he remained behind the group and near the entryway of the building.
