I stood there. Everything around me seemed to have become quiet and still. Chris had stabbed Alexander, and Alexander had fired an arrow to his brother. They both collapsed on the ground.

"Alexander!" I yelled.

I ran towards his motionless body and knelt beside him. The injury on his chest looked pretty bad. Despite that, he was smiling, I reckoned, he might have been feeling accomplished before he fainted.

'He did faint... Right?' I tried to convince myself, I shook my head. 'He did. He is fine' I repeated with my head on my hands. I looked at him once again. The peaceful smile on his pale face, the injury on his chest. "Alexander, how? You- you are so strong, why?" I whispered. Trying to create a question he would never answer.

'Never?' I thought. Tears flooding my eyes. "No, no way, Alexander!" I grabbed his hand. "Don't leave me!" I sobbed.

So pathetic, don't you think?

"Ganondorf" I said. My voice shaky.

You, are so pathetic. "Hero"

A knot climbed to my throat.

Crying over a prince you couldn't save. Oh wait a moment, there were two of them! I remember now!

Tears fell from my eyes. I felt so pathetic, so useless.

Now that I think about it, you are the first of those nuisances called "Heroes" to actually fail so very pitifully.

'I know that, I know everything you are saying is true' I thought. I clenched my fists, doing what I always did, ignoring my feelings. Ready to get on my feet.

What do you think you are doing? Trying to ignore those feelings won't make you look stronger and unbeatable you know? You will only continue being as weak as you have been all this time.

I wavered for a moment. He was right. So very right. No matter how embarrassed and vulnerable as you can look when expressing what you feel. No matter how they look at you, it is always better to be honest and loyal to who you are. 'Then, I should change my plan. I won't ignore these feelings. These are mine. Not from anybody else!' I started standing up. One fist on the ground. My heart beating hard.

What will you do now, you pathetic excuse of a "Hero"? How do you know that whatever you do next will not make you commit any more mistakes? What if you end up hurting more people? Even yourself! No one will blame you if you aren't ready yet.

I got close to Alexander's face and kissed his lips. I removed his hair form his face gently and stood up. "That's the thing Ganondorf," I gritted my teeth and turned around to face him. "I'll never know unless I try." I smiled threateningly.
