"Northman! Nobodies going to steal Sookie away, so stop acting like it. I didn't bring her here, Sookie teleported herself. I was just telling the boy's they have a little sister, and my story of how she came to be; when I felt her magic flare up within for the first time. I'm not sure what trigged it, only Sookie can answer that question." All three turned to stare at me. Eric, couldn't of course!
"How the heck am I supposed to know how I did something? When I can't explain how I did it?" Sookie asked, folding her arms over the top of mine.
"How did you feel before you teleported here?" My father asked me. I frowned, and shifted.
"Angry and hurt... I wanted answers! And to know why she did what she did. She know's how hard it's been, being around people. Your letters would have really helped." I said.
"Ah! Adele's ways caused you a great deal of anger and hurt? Enough to ignite teleportation and brought you to the one place you really want to be in that moment."
"Oh." I say! "I just wanted answers, not to actually be here."
"You obviously wanted them that strongly enough, that it brought you here, daughter." He said. "It proves you have more fairy blood than human running through your veins also. A Halfling wouldn't be able to produce this sort of power." He said.
"Are you going to sit there in silence all the time we are here Vampire?" He asked Eric. I raised my eyebrows at the term of use, in addressing Eric.
"Perhaps." Is all he said. HE really is angry!
"We've discovered the truth Vampire. My sister came here on her own free will. Nobody took her. My father may have done it before, but he didn't take her did he?" Dermot said. "A silent Vampire, is a plotting Vampire! I'd rather you speak, than stare at us coldly." My brother added.
"I'm fine Eric." I say, leaning my back even further into his chest. His arms tightened!
"Sookie's a unique one, but you fairies aren't and haven't been the easiest fuckers to deal with." He said coldly. I watched the other three faces change slightly.
"Well we are a tasty treat to ninety nine percent of you Vampires, so you can't really blame us for being difficult!" Tristian said, folding his arms.
"Northman, I'd like a word with you in private. They wont take my daughter any where, you have my word." I watched Tristian's eyes widen in shock or surprise, I'm not sure which and Dermot's did slightly widen also. Eric didn't move for a couple of minuets.
"Fine!" Is all he said to that. He rose and placed me back in the chair.
"Any funny business, and I won't be prepared for my actions." He warned my brother's coldly.
Hey! Sorry for the late post. I tried re-writing this chapter several times because I wasn't happy with it, and this hasn't been an easy week, and have felt down, due to stuff going on in reality unfortunately!
Also sorry for how short this one is, nothing sounded right, and felt right ending it here, where I have. Anything I wrote after this, didn't feel like it belonged.
Hope everyone has a good weekend :)
