Korsak was sitting on the couch in his place, holding a bag of ice to his crotch for a few minutes, he had to do this every now and again. He felt sore and he couldn't seem to relax properly since his vasectomy yesterday. Frost was sitting next to him, he hasn't really said much since he arrived here about an hour ago. "Hey Frost, what's going on in that mind of yours? I don't like this silence you got going on."

Frost turned to look at Korsak, "I'm fine, just... you know dealing with stuff."

The older man frowned at him, "Not getting laid, are you?"

He shook his head, "Is everything about sex with you?"

"Well since I can't be having it for a while somebody ought to be having sex, wouldn't you say?"

Frost just laughed, "Yeah whatever you say there old man. I am actually not that much of a sexual person, if you haven't noticed."

"I bet that shit drives Tommy crazy, doesn't it? Although I'm not quite sure how sexual the Rizzoli clan is," he leaned back in the chair and Frost shook his head.

"Why the hell are we even talking about sex? I'd prefer not to talk about it, or Tommy if you don't mind," he ran a hand through his hair.

"Now I'm really curious of what's going on, you can't just say something like that and not have me ask you about why you don't want to talk about him," Korsak sighed, "but if you don't want to tell me then I can't force you to do so. Can we talk about how you are feeling with Frankie getting left by Gwen? Angela told me what happened with that. Is that's what bothering you?"

Frost looked down at the hands in his lap, "No that's not what bothering me..." he paused for a moment. "Not exactly, but it seems to be bothering Tommy. Korsak to be honest, I can hardly tell if he trusts me."

"Why wouldn't he trust you, you're one of the most honest people that I've ever met."

"That's the thing, I don't have the slightest idea. Things seemed to be fine but he was acting strange the moment he knew Frankie was single. I've been through this with him before that me and Frankie are just friends. We only tried to be more than friends because that's what people wanted us to do, we tried it and that was that. We never even discussed it again."

Korsak nodded, "I see, well maybe that's why Tommy is acting that way because he felt like you guys never really dealt with it."

"That's because we were both worried about how Tommy felt."

"Sometimes Frost you have to do what makes you happy and not worry so much about hurting someone else."

"It's not like I don't like Tommy, I just don't trust him completely. One minute I think I can but then another part of me has doubts, what if I always have these doubts?" Frost frowned.

"Well that's not exactly a healthy relationship. You shouldn't be having these doubts Frost, if you have continuous doubt then maybe you shouldn't be with Tommy. I like the guy but trust is very important. And I know that you trust Frankie and Jane with your life, but when it comes down to it, do you trust Tommy enough to do the same. To always be there for you, just give you something to think about Frost. Whatever you do your happiness matters."

Maura went over to the guest house to check up on Chad, see how he was doing this morning. When she entered the room she didn't expect to see Tommy there. She was wondering where he had gotten to not seeing him in the kitchen.

Tommy who was knelt down next to Chad looked up at Maura, "Oh hey Maura, I was just bonding with your tortoise baby. He's cute."

"Yeah he is, is something bothering you Tommy?" she asked, pulling up a chair and sitting down.

"Why would something be bothering me?"

"Because I know things, Angela likes to talk about people's lives and well..." Maura ran a hand through her hair, "Plus I was at work when Gwen broke up with Frankie. And I know Frost and Frankie had a really short lived thing there for a moment."

Tommy frowned, "I'm just tired of people not trusting me. I know it isn't the easiest thing to do but I'm tired of feeling like a screw up. I love Frost but he doesn't trust me and Jane and Frankie are so focused on me hurting Frost that they don't realize that something is hurting me. I'm hurting Maura, and no one seems to give a rat's ass about it," he sighed in disappointment.

Maura frowned, "I'm sorry that you are hurting Tommy," she rested a hand on his shoulder. "I'm sure they do care, they just have an odd way of showing it. You know I care about you Tommy."

Tommy nodded, "You might be the only one in this family that does."

"Tommy I'm sure that's not true, I know it might be hard to believe that, I know what it's like the feeling of being an outcast in your own family. I felt that way a lot growing up. Sometimes your family just doesn't understand you and I know how much that sucks, how much you just want to fit in somewhere," Maura looked at him.

He shrugged, getting up off the ground, "But at least you have somewhere you feel safe and everything. You have that somewhere you belong now and I just won't have it neither of them will trust me they still see me as Pop's younger self. Someone who's not going to change. Always the screw up."

Maura frowned at his words, she wasn't the best person to figure out what to say to him to get him to feel better about himself. It was a struggle doing it with Jane some days. "I wish I knew that there was something I could say to help fix your doubts and disappointment. I wish you weren't feeling this pain. Maybe what you need to do is get away from all of this for a little while. Do some self discovery things, you have to believe in yourself before others can start to believe in you."

Tommy nodded at Maura's words, "You know you're right Maura, I'm glad that we had this little talk. Self discovery and getting faith in myself. I'll definitely do that after the party."

"Promise me that won't include a lot of drinking," Maura looked at him in concern.

"I promise, but it might include some, thanks for worrying about me Maura, it means more than you will ever know," he leaned down to give her cheek a kiss before he left the guest house, running into Jane on the way out. "You really hit the jackpot with that one Janie."

Jane smiled, "I definitely did, are you going to be okay Tommy?"

Tommy nodded, "I think I will be," he patted her back before going back into the house. Jane entered the guest house and smiled at Maura, closing the door.

"Whatever you said to him, thank you."

"He was just having some doubts, he said I helped so let's see how much," Maura smiled and Jane sat down next to Maura.

"Cailin said Camille and her kids should be here in about an hour, they offered to bring everyone lunch, I let them know what you would like. She must really like Cailin if she's willing to feed like five people she doesn't even know yet."

Maura nodded, "I'm glad that she has someone who wants to look out for her, Hope is a very absentee mother. I really feel for her, you know? Who leaves their daughter when they know it's her birthday?"

"Yeah that I know, I think Camille might be good for Cailin give her some responsibilities make her feel like she's someone important," Jane rested a hand on Maura's leg. "Anyways, since we're alone I was thinking about you..." she slid her hand further up Maura's leg resting at her thigh just underneath her dress.

"Well honestly I've been thinking about you, you kept on rubbing your neck inside, you do seem a little tense," Maura got up and went behind Jane, resting her hands on her shoulders. "Wow, you're a lot tense there Jane," her thumbs stroked her collarbone. "How'd you get so much tension up here? I think we really need to start doing those yoga activities soon. Are you stressed about something Jane?"

Jane shrugged, "No. At least I don't think I'm stressed, I have nothing to be stressing about," she leaned back at Maura's touch. "Maybe I just slept weird, pulled a muscle of something."

Maura nodded, "That might be," she massaged Jane's shoulders, trying to relieve some of that tension. "Jane... don't forget to breathe."

Jane nodded, letting out the breath she didn't realize that she was holding. "Trying not to make noises that will just end up turning you on."

Maura laughed, "I'm sure that I can handle myself Jane, I do have self control, better than you I must say," she smirked, kneading Jane's shoulders.

"I take offense to that Maura," Jane pouted, closing her eyes.

"But it's true," she kissed the top of Jane's head. "Just sit back and relax babe, don't worry about me."

"Yes Doctor Isles, you said it yourself before that I don't know how to relax."

"Because you don't know how to, that could be the reason you're so tense," Maura shook her head. "I think you need to be massaged more."

"Do I have to book an appointment?" Jane asked, turning to look at her. "Or can I just get these massages whenever I please?"

"I think you know the answer to that Detective, I will always be at your service," she smiled, "Now turn back around before you hurt your neck even more."

"Yes ma'am," Jane nodded, turning back so she was looking straight. "You know I like the view of you over the damn wall. Can't you just massage me when I'm facing you?"

Maura stopped her hand movements and pulled away, "Jane if you are just going to complain I don't have to keep doing this."

"You'd just leave me to suffer with my neck pain?" she fake pouted.

"You're becoming a pain in my neck Rizzoli," Maura shook her head and continued rubbing at her shoulders.

"Haha very fun Maura," she closed her eyes. "I love what your fingers can do."

"I know you do," she whispered against Jane's ear. "They can do more but I'm trying to show you I don't always have sex on my mind. That I have self control that you don't have."

"Well when you talk so damn seductively it's hard for me to think of anything else but having sex with you. You already know my weaknesses."

"Yeah, I'm your weakness, I always have been."

"You got that right," Jane smiled. "Am I starting to feel less tense now?"

"A bit yeah, we definitely need to do yoga it'll relax you a hell of a lot more. I guess I'm working my magic on you."

"Yeah, you turn me into putty."

"I know I do, but you react so well to it," Maura pulled away from Jane. "Well I think that we're all done here for now. I'm sure you'll need another massage later. I was reading up on children the age of four they can be quite rambunctious."

"Well I'm sure that with like what seven adults here we can manage two children pretty well."

"I think it will be good practice for us we would be more prepared when we have kids if we watch other kids."

"You're going to offer to babysit them whenever they want time alone, aren't you?" Jane asked with a smirk, she knew Maura.

"Maybe, but let's just see how today goes first, shall we?" Maura smiled and leaned down to give Jane a kiss.

"Yeah that sounds like a plan," Jane took Maura's hand. "We should get back inside before my brothers think we're up to something naughty."

Maura laughed, "Here I thought you didn't care what they thought anymore."

"They already think I haven't been getting laid a lot, I had to set them straight."

"Of course you did," she rolled her eyes saying goodbye to Chad before they headed back inside the house.

Cailin and Tommy were sitting on the couch in a conversation, Jane couldn't help but shoot them both a look. She couldn't get out of her head of Cailin telling her last night that she found Tommy hot. That was what worried her about them talking, even though Cailin was pretty set on this Camille girl, Jane couldn't help but have other things going on in her mind.

She was going to have to keep an eye on Tommy today, she just had this odd feeling. "Hey you two, where's Ma and Frankie at?" she asked them.

"They went outside on the porch."

"Any particular reason?"

"Nope just to get some fresh air they said, I don't know why it's cold out there. I'm pretty sure that I pissed him off," Tommy shrugged, "It's what I'm good at apparently."

"You two are going to drive me crazy you know. I feel like I'm your mother half the time," Jane rolled her eyes looking at Maura. "See what I have to deal with, I think two four year olds will be a piece of cake to handle."

Maura just shook her head and Cailin smirked, slightly amused by the conversation. "I don't think Tommy and Frankie are all bad Jane, maybe because they seem to act more my age than yours."

"You may be on to something kid," Jane winked sitting down in between the two on the couch.

"And here I thought we were friends," Tommy looked at Cailin with a frown, but he was only teasing.

"Don't act like it's not true Tommy," Cailin smirked. "I don't mind having friends who act my age." She pulled her cellphone from her pocket as it went off it was a text from Camille. "I'm going to go wait outside on the porch for Cami, she picked up lunch and is on her way," she let them know before she got up and rushed outside.

"Are you sure that you are doing okay Tommy?" Jane asked in actual concern this time.

"Yeah I'm fine, me and Cailin were just talking about life things. I know you think I'm flirting with her, but I'm not. Just trying to make conversation," Tommy slumped his shoulders.

"I'm sorry that I assumed that, she just mentioned last night how she thought you were hot and I don't know just has me a little paranoid I guess. Plus with you upset over whatever is going on with you and Frost." Jane rested her hand on his knee. "You know contrary to your belief, I do care about you."

Tommy just glanced over at Maura who offered him a smile, "It's good to hear that, I just wished that you showed it better."

"I think sometimes you forget that we are Rizzolis and we have a shit ton of problems. And well being stubborn as hell," Jane smirked.

"Stubbornness does run in our family, unfortunately," Tommy relaxed slightly. "I'm sorry for the way I been acting lately. I'm going to take time away and just get some of my shit together. Self discovery and stuff, like Maura suggested."

"Well that's good, we all need a little self care every once in a while," Jane smiled, glancing over at Maura.

They spent the next several minutes just waiting in comfortable silence, soon they heard voices from outside. Angela and Frankie ended up coming inside helping Camille carry in the lunch she brought for everybody. Her son was holding onto her hand quietly and her daughter was chatting to Cailin about what she was reading in daycare. She stopped talking the moment she noticed there were other people in the house.

"Mama, you didn't tell me there would be this many people here," she counted everybody on her fingers.

"Honey I told you it's a birthday party, you remember how many people were at yours, much more than this," Camille smiled at her daughter before turning to the other three. "I'm Camille Carmichael and these are my kids, Kate and Todd. Kate, Todd, these ladies are Jane Rizzoli and Maura Isles."

"It's nice meeting all of you," Maura smiled and Kate just looked at her with her green eyes.

"You look like the lady Mama named me and my brother after. The NCIS lady on tv."

Camille smirked at her daughter, "Yeah she kind of does, doesn't she? Maura is Cailin's sister. And Jane is her fiancée, do you remember what that is?"

Kate nodded, "Yeah, it's like you and Cailin, but they plan to get married. Who's that?" she pointed to Tommy.

"I am Tommy Rizzoli, Jane's brother, nice to meet you," he stuck out her hand and she shook it. "Nice grip you have there kiddo."

"I'm sorry if I hurt you," she smiled and turned to her brother. "Don't you want to say hello?" her smile turned into a frown when he shook his head. "I apologize for my brother, he doesn't like to talk much. He'll open up soon after he eats."

Camille patted her childrens heads, "Yeah Todd is pretty quiet but he's plenty smart, right Kate?"

She nodded, "Yeah we are both really smart."

"You speak pretty well for a four year old," Jane looked at the girl. "I'm impressed."

Kate gave Jane a toothy grin, "I like you, do you like girls because boys have cooties?"

Jane laughed and nodded, "Yeah, something like that. You know Maura is a really smart person, I like being around smart people so I don't have to think so much."

"That makes sense," Kate nodded. "Me and Todd have to think for our mama a lot. Right Mama?"

Camille laughed, "Yeah you do plenty of thinking for me, I'd be lost without the both of you."

"We always want to help you Mama," she smiled as her stomach growled. "Can we go eat now, my stomach is hungry."

"Of course, you take your brother and let Miss Angela help you get your sandwiches for you, I'll be right there okay?" Camille made Todd take Kate's hand as they rushed off to the dining room. "Sorry about my daughter, she loves to talk."

"No need to apologize she's cute," Jane smiled. "It's nice, I've been alone a lot lately resting my leg it's nice having people to talk to, gets me out of my thoughts."

Camille nodded, "Oh I know the feeling, I wanted to thank you both for letting us come over, you have a nice place here."

"It's not a problem at all, we want you to feel welcome here," Maura smiled.

"We already do, it means a lot. I honestly don't get out much."

They went to go join everyone else at the table, the twins were already eating their sandwiches, Frankie and Tommy were observing them in amusement.

"Hey you two, remember what I said about manners," Camille went to sit down next to Cailin. "I swear they eat like they are starving. I do feed them."

Angela smiled, "My kids used to eat the same way when they were younger always eating so fast before I could hardly get started."

"It's quite exhausting having to keep up with their stomachs. I can only imagine how high your food bill was with three growing children," she gave her head a shake. "It's a good thing I have a pretty steady income. Todd, will you please slow down? You aren't in a food eating contest now."

Todd put down his sandwich for a moment and nodded, "Sorry," he looked around the table before resuming the eating of his sandwich, a little slower this time.

"Mama, I'm all done," Kate smiled, proud of herself. "Can I go get Cailin's present from the car?"

"Patience little one, I didn't even eat my lunch yet."

"Mama, you eat so slow," she rolled her eyes.

"Well at least I don't eat like a wild animal," Camille shook her head. "And don't roll your eyes so much, they'll only get stuck like that."

Kate laughed, "No they won't Mama."

"If they did my eyes would have gotten stuck like that a long time ago," Jane told Kate. "I am the queen of the eye roll."

Kate jaw dropped, "I always wanted a friend who's a queen. Can you be my best friend?"

"Well that depends on what Maura says, she had dibs on best friend status for years now. I don't think she wants to give that up so easily."

The little girl then turned to Maura, "Is that okay if I am her best friend? Jane doesn't seem to know that she can have more than one best friend, I have five."

Maura looked at her with a smile, "Of course you can have Jane as a best friend, she's very reliable and protective. She's a very good choice for a friend. I'd be lost without her."

Kate nodded, proud of having a new friend, "You can be my friend too if you'd like? Smart people need to have other smart friends."

"I would be honored to be your friend Kate, thanks for the offer," Maura gave her a warm smile.

"Of course, that's what friends are for," Kate drank her juice. "Mama, I really like it here. Can I stay here with my new friends whenever you and Cailin go on a date?"

Camille smiled, "We'll just have to discuss that later okay kiddo? They do have lives of their own and very important jobs."

"Yes mama," she nodded, and stayed quiet as the rest of the adults ate their lunch. She kept on squirming in her seat waiting for everyone to finish. Once everyone had finished Kate jumped out of her seat, grabbing Camille by the hand, "Can we go get the present now?"

"Okay, come on. Todd, did you wanna go get your present from the car too?" Camille asked and Todd nodded, quietly getting up. "We'll be right back."

Kate tugged them out of the dining room as they went to their car. The boys decided that they would help clean up the table, they were sure the girls were going to talk about things.

"Those kids are so adorable," Angela couldn't help but mention as they were gone. "You girls seem to get along with them pretty well."

Jane looked at Maura and Maura nodded, "Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Well at least with Kate. She really is a delight. I'm sure that Todd will open up soon. Every kid goes through that awkward phase."

Jane laughed, "I know I surely did. So maybe we should watch them one night I'm sure Cailin would love some alone time with Camille."

Cailin smiled, "Yeah and I'm sure Cami would love that as well. She always seems so exhausted."

"I think it's a great idea, maybe if you girls want to go out later, I wouldn't mind helping either," Angela offered. "It's nice being around small children again."

"We're back," Kate grinned, a package in her hands, nearly shoving it into Cailin's.

Cailin looked at the gift, wrapped in Spongebob paper, and she smiled at Kate before opening her present. It was the game of Clue. "Thanks for the gift Kate," she smiled as Kate wrapped her arms around Cailin's neck in a hug.

"I got it because mama said you wanted to be a detective and she wanted us to get rid of games we didn't play anymore. Todd, it's your turn," she turned to her brother who handed Cailin his gift for her.

Cailin smiled at him before opening his present for her. It was a Gameboy with several games. "Thanks for the gift, I never had one of these before."

Todd just nodded, "I um... I gifted it to you because I played all the games already, I prefer reading books."

"Well I thank you for the thought Todd. It's nice that kids like to share."

"That's what Mama says too," he smiled, before giving Cailin a hug. "Happy birthday Cailin," he looked over at Camille. "Is it time for cake now?"

"Todd sweetie, you just ate give it a minute," she rested her hand on his shoulder before squatting in front of him. "You know Maura and Jane have a really cool pet that I'd really think you'd like to see, why don't you go ask her to show you? You can take your sister too."

Todd looked from Camille to Maura and nodded, walking over to her. "Mama says you and Jane have a pet that I can see with my sister."

Maura smiled, "Oh that I definitely do, I'll go show you, let's get some food so you can feed him. I think he's ready for lunch. Can Jane come too?"

He nodded, "Yeah," he looked over at Jane and took her by the hand. Jane's heart warmed by his contact, he didn't seem so shy anymore. The four of them headed into the kitchen and Maura got the food for Chad before they made it to the guest house. "Woah he's so cool," Todd smile, sitting down next to him petting his shell.

"His name is Chad Reginald," Maura told him.

"That's a funny name," Kate scrunched up her nose sitting on the other side of him. "He's a cute tortoise. You know Mama always wanted one of these, it's her favorite animal at the zoo."

Maura gave each of the children a green for them to feed Chad. "One at a time, okay?"

They both nodded and Todd went first, sticking it near his face as Chad's neck stretched out slightly to take it from his hand. Todd smiled, looking over at his sister. "Your turn, it's not as scary as feeding those giraffes."

Kate just looked at the tortoise for a moment before deciding to stick her hand out so he could take the greens from her hand. She couldn't help but laugh, grabbing more for the tortoise.

Mauea and Jane just looked at each other, both smiling thinking the same thing. How they mutually agreed in silence that they were more than ready to have kids, just by reacting so well to these two. There was no doubt in either of their minds that they could do this.
