Earth
Metropolis
Superman is on the verge of having his violent conflict with one of his known adversaries: Imperiux.
During their intense battle, the two exchanged hefty blows, on some moments losing their balances, on some moments of almost losing their targets, on some moments of actually enclosing to a mere death scape. Following the endurance of multiple hits, Superman finally swings his arm, hammering a side on Imperiux's neck. The collision almost blew him away, but Superman managed to phase on. Superman threw another pound, hitting on Imperiux's abdomen.
Imperiux plunged his hands, getting to grips with the same flings provided from the Man of Steel. The vibrations flowing over their hands, causing them to shake as one another tugs. The shakes carried on forward. Superman tried to increase his last supposed energy, with Imperiux countering with using some part of his supposed energy. The two were heavily battered. Both are bleeding. Superman then had one idea to strike the turn in his favour: using his grips latched on Imperiux's hands, Superman revolves his two hands around, thus causing Imperiux to stutter. Imperiux flew back a few steps in the air, downing on the hands that are painfully cracked.
Engrossing on this opportunity, Superman lashes at his opponent's nose with the full sheer force, straight to burst Imperiux a few distances back. Superman flew straight at the armoured being. He plunges his fist, pounding on Imperiux's left chin, cracking him to an opposite end of where Superman struck him. Superman then drops his hands, alighting on Imperiux's legs. In a few circling turns, Superman swirls Imperiux around. In a several speeding turns, Superman threw Imperiux to his directed turn of staring.
The latter started to fall in course, directing towards a building. Imperiux's body kept falling. He couldn't pull his body out from escaping his crash. He went on falling. To that moment, he crashed on the building, hence rupturing every story of it to mound over what's on top of it.
Superman observed, whilst lowering a bit down, gazing at the falling building. He was delighted that no civilian was trapped. It would have led Clark to having so much blameworthiness in him. Watching, he came to refill his composure, after running his sight in catching Imperiux flying up to prepare a fist landing on his face. Superman didn't expect it. He didn't know how he'd bring up his arms in the right second of countering.
Imperiux threw a fist, flinging in target on Superman's face. As he was close to attaining the hit on Superman, Imperiux was suddenly staggered, forced to lose his shot. This cued for Superman to affix on Imperiux's shoulders, thereby dragging him up above the clouds.
Superman continued flying up. His focus eyeing at the top, directing his sight on where he should be transferred via his flight. Gliding upwards, he feels a bit of strangle surging within him ascribed on Imperiux's quivers, trying to slacken Superman's firm clutch. Superman had the proficiency to counteract every attempted assault that Imperiux throws at him in an extreme degree. Superman advanced on up, finally reaching to the top of the skies, where a layer of something acted as the invisible path between the inside of Earth and the outside of it. Using a bit of his regained strength, Superman immediately flung Imperiux over past his point. Imperiux's body started flying on its contacted course, heading to where Superman appointed his direction for his enemy to be thrown at: the Watchtower, where its automatic systems will be triggered to the certain line crossed, processing for the flying Imperiux transported into one of the Watchtower's prison cells.
Downing back past the clouds, Superman swiftly returns to a lower layer line of the Earth. He whirls around, searching for who had intervened between him and Imperiux's fight. He twirled in one circle, finally entering in discerning at a female flyer that speedily appeared before Superman's eyes. A woman with a long black curly wavy hair wig. She wore a chest armour attached on her chest, along with a fastened armour skirt tied around her thighs. A being Superman familiarised very knowingly.
"I hope I didn't disturb you in the wrong time", the woman deemed.
"Diana?", Superman exclaimed, astonished to encounter her in Metropolis. "I wasn't expecting you around in my city". Superman shifts numerous spaces within the ace of Diana. "What happened? A problem in Themyscira? Or another one of those misconducting events you'd prefer me to wallow in?".
"No. A more subtle approach has appeared in this world", said Diana, which had Kal come a little closer to Diana as he wanted to know what Diana was talking about. "Felix Faust is on the loose again". The name Diana announced gave a little punch on Superman's head.
"Felix Faust?", Clark exclaimed, remembering him from before. "I thought we took care of him from years ago by imprisoning him in the underworld forever tortured by Hades". He concentrated his eye-lines on Diana. "I'm pasting on the guess that he somehow escaped".
"He's not just a threat to Themyscira, he's a threat to the world. He must be stopped", Diana said.
"Which is why I am taking part in finding that sorcerer, before he harms innocent lives", Superman retorted, displaying a smile.
Diana hadn't shaped a grin or any sort of smile. She still hadn't fully recovered from his issues regarding his ties with Bruce. But that didn't affect her frame of mind to lust on neutralising whatever corruption or assault is flying over men's world.
"We should get some help while we're running along the way", Superman raises the idea, referring to adding in a few allies of their own to aid them. "We could tag along a few Justice League members. Last I remembered, so recently, I heard Hal was occupying a station not very far from this station. Dick has just recently apprehended Two-Face and the Riddler behind bars".
"That won't be necessary. Felix Faust's magic has been drained. He barely made it out from Themyscira, receiving critical bruises, cuts and holes embedded on his body", said Diana.
"Okay", Superman retorted, following Diana over to the direction she leaned across proceeding on.
