After dinner, Hazel had immediately went to her room to finally get a moment of peace. The woman closed the door with a sigh. She went deeper into her room to get her sleepwear. She did want to shower before she'd gotten comfortable. They did a lot of training and running around outside earlier. She did not want to make her room smell like dirt even though she didn't mind the smell. The guests just don't like it.

She did all of this and was about to walk into her bathroom before looking very exasperated. "...When are you gonna get off?" She looked at the pink puff around her neck.

"When your neck stops being comfy." Amorette replied with a purr as she kept her head nestled in the crook of Hazel's neck.

Hazel looked even more exasperated at that. "I need to take a shower. Can I at least be alone for that?" She raised her eyebrow.

"If you find me somewhere this comfy to lay." Amorette said with a giggle.

Hazel, still looking exasperated, went over to her bed and pointed to her pile of comforters. "Would those suffice?"

"You have anything suuuper fluffy?" Amorette asked with a head tilt.

Hazel sighed at that. "Well...I have my fuzzy bean bag chair…" She pointed in the direction of the fluffy orange beanbag.

"Any blankets?" Amorette asked, humor evident in her voice as her fluffy tail swooshed in amusement.

Hazel looked at her dryly. "You have fur...a lot of it. Blankets are the last thing you need."

"But I like blankets…" Amorette said, her eyes growing big in response to her words.

At that, Hazel went in her cabinet to grab an extra blanket. She carelessly tossed it on the beanbag in a deadpan. "Anything else?" She said as she blinked.

Amorette tilted her head. "...Do you think I'm fluffy enough?" She asked, the seemingly random question flying out of nowhere as the kitten stood up on her shoulder.

Hazel blinked, not expecting such a question. "Are you fluffy enough? I...suppose." She said in thought.

"I bet I can be fluffier...What do you think?" Amorette asked as she hopped off and landed in the beanbag.

Hazel blinked. "I...guess." She tilted her head. "Why are you trying to be fluffier?" She said, removing pink furs from her collar.

"Aren't fluffier cats more fun to pet and snuggle with?" Amorette asked as she burrowed under the blanket and poked her head out to look at the girl.

Hazel nodded. "Yeah, but they also take longer to brush." She said as she made her way to the bathroom.

"It's not an issue if the kitty likes being brushed, hmm…" Amorette said before humming with a rather devious look in her eyes.

Hazel looked back at the cat before entering the bathroom with a shrug. After about a good ten minutes, Hazel walked out of the bathroom in her white sleeping gown. She, currently, was removing her earrings at the time.

Remembering the cat was present, she said, "Alright. I'm done." She said, working on the other ear.

Amorette removed herself from the blanket and happily hopped on the floor in order to get in Hazel's way so she was noticed. "I am as welll~" She said with a giggle, proudly pointing at herself with her paw.

Hazel blinked at the cat's change of...fluffiness. "I...you are a very puffy kitty." She said in shock.

"The fluffiest I could think of! I must be the supreme leader of the fluffs with this much fluff and puff." Amorette said with a happy meow as she went to nuzzle the girl's leg.

Hazel gave the cat a small smile at that before making her way to her bed. "Yeah. I would totally name you the queen of puff." She shook her head.

Amorette hopped on the bed with ease and laid down. "So that must mean you will pet me and snuggle with me more!"

"I didn't say that." She said in a stubborn manner, clearly fighting her puffy cat urges.

Amorette gave her one of her infamous big-eyed stares. "So...you won't do it? Even when I'm super puffy and fluffy and cute?" She asked with a pitiful meow.

Hazel looked at the cat in irritation before silently motioning the cat to come over. She patted a place on her lap for the cat to sit.

Amorette happily marched over and hopped in her lap and turned a few times before curling up in a ball and purring. "Aww...I knew you liked me and my fluffiness!"

Hazel rolled her eyes at that. "I just so happen to like fluffy animals." She stated. "So…wasn't there a thing you wanted to talk about?"

Amorette nodded. "You told me that you were gonna tell me about all that stuff earlier." She said as she nuzzled her head into the girl's lap.

Hazel nodded at that before looking at her ceiling in thought. "Umm...yeah. Well, number one is this whole trip. I know I promised to go and I want to help, but I still feel scared." She said with a frown.

"That's understandable. It seems like such a dangerous thing...but don't worry. You clearly aren't alone...and if Heidi didn't feel like it was a good idea to bring any one of you when the time came...she'd leave you to take care of Audrey. But I believe that you all will be able to help her...even if it means getting trained, and I know how annoying training can be." Amorette said with a giggle and a knowing tone to her voice.

Hazel shrugged at that. "...Well...It's not the training. I like training. It's just my powers. It's frustrating me that this new power is getting mixed up with my current set." She folds her arms. "It makes me look even more like the baby of the group." She said with a sigh.

"Well, most of the others are like babies with their powers. You don't have to use your powers, I know plenty of hellhounds that ignore a certain power, or like how Persephone doesn't typically use the powers that came with Queen of the Underworld! If they are bothering you a lot...then you don't have to think about them for awhile." Amorette said with a head tilt as she maneuvered onto her back so she could look up at her.

Hazel glanced at her and said, "They are interesting abilities, but they are not safe to use here unless I'm in a battle. I see why Amaterasu gave me that necklace." She said, leaning on her hand.

"Hmm...Maybe you could just name them as your BATTLE MODE!" Amorette said in a dramatic tone while waving her paw through the air.

Hazel looked at her dryly. "Battle. Mode?"

"Yup! Like how I have an awesome mode that kicks in when I'm protecting my master. It's not there when the master isn't in danger and only shows up when needed. You could do that with your powers, keep it a secret so you can deal more damage while surprising them!" Amorette explained with a smile.

Hazel blinked and nodded at that. "Okay...that could work." She tilted her head at the suggestion.

"That way you don't have to feel as though you are changing your life to fit around them. I don't do that with my abilities when that mode is mentioned. It's a "Defend master" mode, not "Run around all day" mode. Kind of like...Oh! Formal clothes and casual clothes! Most people only wear formal clothes for special occasions and casual clothes the other 95% of the time!" Amorette said with a giggle.

"Well...I will definitely keep that in mind." She said, tapping her chin.

"I can tell you now, it made me feel better once I learned that my other mode was only for emergencies. It may make you feel better if you put those powers as your emergency powers and keep your favorite ones for everyday life." Amorette said with a small yawn as she snuggled up into Hazel's lap.

Hazel subconsciously began to pet the cat. "Yeah. I will. Thank you." She said in thought.

"Not a problem…" Amorette said as she started purring again. "Anything else on your mind?" She asked with almost closed eyes.

Hazel tilted her head. "Ah. No. I think that's it for now." She shrugged before smiling. "I can't think of anymore at the moment, but knowing me, I'll have more." She shrugged.

"No worries. I'll just be hanging around if you ever wanna talk some more." Amorette said with a wink and a giggle.

Hazel chuckled before shaking her head. "Okay." She said as she continued to pet the cat.

Not even a few seconds later there was a crash followed by a dull thump against the wall. Amorette looked up in surprise as she stopped purring. "What was that?"

Hazel blinked in surprise herself. Her eyebrows furrowed. "I'm...not sure…" She stood and made her way to her door.

Amorette, who appeared on Hazel's shoulder and perched there, yawned for a moment. "I wonder if somebody fainted again." She said aloud with an inquisitive look.

Hazel tilted her head. "Either that or they were drunk." She replied as she opened her door and looked around. After a few seconds, she stepped outside her room to get a better view of her surroundings.

Amorette looked around as well before using one paw to pat Hazel on the cheek. "I think I found the cause of the sound." She said, using her other to point at a downed bluenette down the hallway.

Hazel looked in that direction before jogging over to the woman's aid. She bent down on her knees to get a better look. "...Terra? What's she doing falling and fainting? That's...not in her character." She said, taking the time to check Terra for a fever or injuries.

Terra seemed to stir at that, though the dazed look that remained in her eyes said otherwise, she looked perfectly well. "Oh, heeey...Hazel." She said while drawing out one of the words with an almost goofy grin. "Do you know what happened? I remember wandering around then...Heidi zoomed by me on a fast wheelchair...and zapped me I think. I wonder if it was an accident?" She asked with a head tilt, seeming not very concerned with the fact she was on the floor. "...You have a very fluffy kitty, by the way." She commented while waving at the cat, prompting Amorette to happily wave back.

Hazel blinked at her. "...I have to get you to your room." She looked around. "Well, unless you wanted to stay in mine until you feel better. I'm hoping you will be fine by tomorrow." She said with thought.

Terra tilted her head. "Eh...Your room has a fluffy kitty...Did you adopt one and not tell me?" She said before getting distracted. "Or is it a stray, if so can we keep it?" She asked innocently.

Hazel tilted her head at that with confusion. "What? No. This isn't my cat. She just likes to follow me." She shrugged. "And no. We are not keeping her. She's a clone cat. We are not keeping the clone cat." She thoroughly stated.

"You guys kept a cloned Ara, why not a cloned kitty? I can work with it!" Terra said as Amorette nodded all too happily. "She agrees! Let's keep it!"

Hazel raised her eyebrow in concern of Terra's behavior. "...This particular cat likes to use my neck as a sofa and follows me around…" She said in a complaintive manner.

Terra blinked at that. "...And that's a problem? Free neck massage!" She said with a tilt of her head.

"No." She said in a deadpan.

"It's free. Let's keep the kitty." Terra replied with a smile.

Hazel folded her arms stubbornly. "No. No. No. I'm not keeping her. No." She tilted her head up, determined to not give in.

Terra who motioned for the cat to jump on her head, put on her most pitiful look that Amorette soon followed up with. "...Pretty please?" She asked with the smallest lip tremble.

"Pleeeeeeeeaaaase?" Amorette said as well with her own killer pitiful look.

Hazel tried her best to stay strong. She closed her multicolored eyes before peaking with one eye. Seeing that they were still making those pitiful faces, Hazel sighed heavily. "Fiiiiiiine...we can keep her." She said begrudgingly.

Amorette cheered as she hopped up on Hazel's shoulder and happily got into her usual place on her neck. "Wooooooooo!" She said with a happy meow.

"I'll get it done tomorrow, oh, oh, and you and come up with a name! Ooh, maybe she'll change her appearance for you." Terra said as she was now attempting to get up.

Hazel looked at the cat in a deadpan before looking at Terra with concern. "Are you sure you can stand?"

"Eh...Not really." Terra said with a small shrug.

Hazel looked at Terra before looking around. When she saw that the hall was empty, she walked over and easily picked up the other woman. She carried her bridal style into her room. "I guess I'll be sleeping on the couch tonight." She said casually as she put Terra on her bed and placed the cat on the beanbag.

"Eh...Why the couch?" Terra asked as Amorette immediately hopped off and up to where Terra was before flopping next to her.

Hazel glanced at them before answering, "Because I gave you my bed." She replied before sitting on said couch.

Amorette tilted her head. "There's plenty of space up here! Joiiiiin us! I, the kitty, can act as the great divider." She said with a dramatic tone.

Hazel's eye twitched. "You can't be serious." She said, looking at the cat and Terra.

"Dooo it! Doooo it!" Amorette said, beginning the chant while Terra blinked and yawned before turning over and closing her eyes.

Hazel exhaled heavily before making her way to the bed. Once made it, she got comfortable. "There. Are you happy now?" She laid down dryly.

Amorette turned to face her before promptly snuggling up next to her. "Yes. Now I can sleep peacefully." She said with a giggle, as she laid a paw on Hazel's arm.

Hazel looked at the paw on her arm with a blank expression. That expression slowly became a smile before she closed her eyes. Then she drifted off to sleep.
