Your P.O.V.

Cho talked to me about how Harry wanted to meet with Hermione in the middle of their date.

"I thought he was different! He listened, and was very polite, but then he wanted to see Hermione!"

"He doesnt like her in that way." I said.

"But you dont know that! They hang out all the time. It makes so much sense."

But after Harry's interview for The Quibbler, she forgave him right away.

"He was so brave telling the truth! It made me cry, it was so touching." Cho said.

"Cho just yesterday, you were mad at him, and now because of an interview you like him again?" I ask.

"Um, I guess..."

Umbridge banned the Quibbler, and whoever gets caught with a copy, is going to get expelled.

In D.A. we were practicing our Patronus. Mine was bunny.

"Harry Potter, sir, she is coming." Dobby said.

"Dobby, who is she?" Harry asked. "Umbridge."

We stood there in silence.

"WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR, GO!" I shouted.

I ran as fast as my legs could go. I heard Harry trip behind me. I felt something catch my ankles, and I fell, hitting the cold floor.

"Haha, PROFESSOR, I got one! Trip Jinx wor-" Draco stopped. "Lilah?"

I brushed my hair out of my face.

"That's me." I say glaring at him.

Umbridge waddled over.

"Good job! Excellent! 50 points to Slytherin! Miss Diggory, stand up please."

I did as she said.

"Draco, keep chasing the others down. Potter, and Mrs. Diggory, come with me." she smiled in a toad like way.

We went into Dumbledore's office, and in there was Professor Mcgonagall, looking tense, Cornelius Fudge, and Dumbledore, obviously.

"Do you know why you are here?" Fudge asked.

"Yeh- no. No." Harry said.

I gave him a confused look, but trusted what he was doing.

"You dont know why you are here?" Fidge asked.

"No, we dont." I say.

"Are you not aware you have broken school rules?" he pressed.

"School rules?" Harry asked. "No."

"Or Ministry decrees?"

"Not that we are aware of." I say blandly.

"Your organization was illegal. Let's get some witnesses, shall we?" Fudge said.

I looked at Harry. I could tell he was about as afraid as me. My head was starting to spin. I closed my eyes.

"You have given me the wrong information, Avery..." the hoarse voice said.

The voices again.

"My Lord, I didnt mean to..." a man said.

"Crucio!"

I opened my eyes quickly. Percy Weasley was here. Marietta, a Ravenclaw, was being questioned. Umbridge was frustrated that Marietta wouldnt budge. Sh grabbed Marietta and shook her.

My vision was getting fuzzy, I could hear the echo of the voices inside my head. Soon enough, I saw darkness.

I saw a door far away. It was cracked open, and had a steak of light shining through. I walked towards the door. I grabbed the handle, and opened it. I stepped inside. I saw a girl weeping over the body. In a blink, it changed. I saw Draco pionting his wand at me, and crying. I was seeing so many things flash before my eyes. And then it stopped. I was in a hallway with another door at the very end.

"Delilah..." A voice echoed.

I walked to the door. I placed my hand on the handle...

I awoke.

"Oh, Miss Diggory?" I heard a voice say. "Are you awake?"

I opened my eyes. Madam Pomfrey was standing next to me.

"What happened?" I ask.

"I'm afraid I dont know. Professor Mcgonagall wouldn't tell me much, but she requested that you read this letter."

She handed me a grey envelope.

Mrs. Diggory,I must inform you that Professor Umbridge has taken Professor Dumbledore's position. I'm afraid that your D.A. club will no longer be held.

-Professor Mcgonagall

I sighed. I forgot about that. Draco was the one who used the Trip Jinx on me. He was working for Umbridge? He knew I hated that old bat, and he should too!

I saw him in the hall with Goyle and Blaise. I walked up to him.

"Draco." I said.

He turned around. He stiffened.

"Delilah." he replied.

"Let's talk." I said.

He nodded and followed me.

"Can we talk about what happened?" I ask.

"What are you talking about?" he asked.

"Okay, so we are going to chose to pretend that it never happened, gotcha." I say.

"Are you referring to last night?"

"No, I was talking about the time Blaise fit 40 gummy bears in his mouth." I snap.

"Jeez, okay..."

"Why?" I ask.

"Why what?"

"Why do you work for that evil bitch?"

"If we do her favors, she gives us benefits. We get more time to practice quidditch, and we get House points."

I stand there in silence.

"She is a stupid, puffed up, crazy old-" Hermione started.

"Do you really want to finish that sentence, Granger?" Draco said.

She was with Harry, Ron, and Ernie. Ernie looked petrified.

"Draco." I said.

He kept going.

"I'll have to dock a few points from Griffindor and Hufflepuff."

I touch the locket around my neck. I open it, and look at Draco's smiling face. Its different now. With shaking hands, I unclasp the locket. I take a deep breath. This is the right thing to do. We arent meant for each other. I walk up to Draco, and grab his wrist.

"Members of the Inquisitorial Squad- Delilah what are you doing?" he froze once he saw what I put I his hand.

I could feel the tears pooling in my eyes.

"No, Lilah, we can work this out." he took a step towards me.

I took a step back. I shook my head.

"I'm sorry." I whisper.
