Paw Patrol X: The Hearts of Truth
Nephilim arc Episode ten: Adventure Bay Chili Eating Contest
Nathan Sharp's cover of the Overlord opening theme played with Charm's eyes opening after a transition of sorts. Flare was then shown to be blocking a punch from Trickery as Nathan Sharp was heard singing. "Can someone give me the (Flare kicks at Trickery, who dodges the kick with ease) a-answer, (Marshall is shown to be tending to a wound Skye gained in the fight) to my (Richie is shown to be shooting at Charm, who dodges the bullets with ease) que-estion? (Chase is shown to be taking out some robots with Snow beside her) Where's my (Rocky and Everest smash a robot's head into the ground with full force) soul?"
A stream of grass was shown as the words Paw Patrol appeared on the screen from gun shots going though them, followed up by the X being made with two sword slashes as the music continued. The Hearts of Truth then appeared through a blazing flame going across them with the Paw Patrol then shown, leading up to Flare giving a peace sign as the song continued with the lyrics coming back.
Flare was shown to be gaining some kind of dark power during his battle with Trickery. "It's like a virus in my body (Flare dashes at Trickery and grabs his neck) while I'm (Flare starts choking Trickery, who likes the feel of the moment, disgusting Flare) dreaming. (Marshall finishes tending to Skye's wound and gives her a thumbs up) When I wake up, all that's (Marshall scratches his head and laughs innocently as he looks at the screen with his eyes closed) left of me are bones."
Richie was shown regaining his balance after a brutal kick from Charm as the song continued. "I'm in a panic! (Richie dashes at Charm and aims a punch at him) Get out, (Charm grabs Richie's fist with Richie trying to knee him but failing) hurry. (Chase throws a soldier at Snow with full force) Oh there are mysteries, (Snow kicks the head of the soldier, knocking him out instantly) and many miseries. (Rocky is seen roundhouse kicking a soldier to the floor) Dead of alive, I'm on the brink (Everest stomps on the soldier's face and kicks him aside brutally with a creepy smile) of self destruction."
Skye was watching the battle before grabbing a gun and aiming it at some soldiers "As I'm (Skye starts shooting the soldiers, catching the others attention) roaming, (Rubble gives a thumbs up to Skye) from left to right to (Skye smiles in response to Rubble's gesture) An invitation, (Zuma is shown to be casually using a soldier as a pinata) to come disappear . (Flare knocks Trickery to the ground and glares at him furiously) We're dancing one, two, three steps (Flare snaps out of his trance and grabs his head, gaining an immense headache) on this dark stage."
Charm was rising up in an elevator as he looked at all of the destruction he was causing in certain towns and cities. "Raise your flag, march and fight. Break your mask and show some pride! (Charm takes out a soda can and takes a sip with a proud smile) While this war just sends a shiver down my crooked spine. (Charm is shown to be speaking about the future) Wars and swords, tears and blood. Feel my heart begin to race. (Charm chuckles devilishly as he gives an evil grin) As I laugh through this bloodbath we've made!" Charm is shown to be in Flare's nightmare, waking him up and giving him anxiety.
Richie was shown to be having some kind of demonic surge in his body that he tried to fight back "Can someone give me the (Rocky is shown to be trying to get to Richie with Marshall holding him back) a-answer, to my (Flare rushes over to Richie without warning once he sees that he starts turning evil) que-estion? (Flare hugs Richie, who smiles upon his gesture, only to suddenly go crazy again without warning) Where's my soul? Where's my heart? (Richie's body heats up and ends up sending Flare back, sending him into a tree) Am I losing my own self?"
Rocky was shown looking at his sword in some sort of bus, seeming to be on edge about how the mission went. "Don't you hesitate, go this way-ay-ay. (Flare looks over at Rocky, seeing that he's feeling down about something) I don't know. And I don't care. (Flare puts his paw on Rocky's shoulder to comfort him with a smile) Tell me, are you not entertained now?"
Richie was fighting back against his demons in his mind with his power as he slashed at his demonic side with his sword "I'll just keep (Richie's demonic side grabs his sword and crushes it) surviving, (Richie kicks his demonic side, sending it back with full force) I just cannot hide it all. (Rocky is looking at a picture of him and Richie with sadness surrounding him) I am not to fall a victim, (Rocky punches the wall out of rage and sadness) I'll continue living in this, (Zuma puts a paw on Rocky's shoulder, who starts cring and hugs him) misery driven (Zuma pats Rocky's back, knowing he's going through a hard time) world!" Flare was sitting under a tree as he thought about Richie with Snow walking up to him to see how he was doing. Flare clenched his fists with confidence that they could save Richie as the song ended with Paw Patrol X: The Hearts of Truth being shown above him.
Rocky was currently in the training room facing off against five giant robots, managing to run up the wall to avoid their eye lasers. He then threw his sword at one of them, striking them in the eye and jumping up at them. As he jumped at the other one after taking his sword back, he tried to slash at the arm, only to end up having to block it instead due to going to slow. He dashed at the robot and slashed at the foot, causing it to lose balance. He rolled out of the way before getting zapped by the other robot after seeing the dot on his head.
Rocky got sent into the wall with Flare and the others shown to be watching him as Flare showed concern for Rocky. He'd been slipping up a lot lately, and while he hadn't completely lot his touch, he lost it enough to be noticable. He looked at Ryder, who nodded and allowed him to head into the room with the simulation ending as Rocky rubbed his head. Flare walked over to Rocky, concerned for how the Richie situation was affecting him. "Rocky, if this is about Richie then-"
"I should've gone to save him Flare." Flare let Rocky continue talking, feeling that he needed to get this off of his chest. "My best friend got captured, and I'm just sitting on my butt doing these pointless training sessions! The main reason you've been skyrocketing over me lately is because I can't focus!"
Flare understood where Rocky was coming from, wishing that he could at least emphasize with his struggles. "Yeah, I wish I could say I understood what you were going through. Problem is I never really had a situation where one of my friends was gnoe and I couldn't do anything about it."
Rocky knew Flare was just trying to help, but he couldn't hold himself back, roughly putting his paw on Flare's head as he spoke up. "It's not that I CAN'T do anything. It's that I'm NOT doing anything."
Flare grabbed Rocky's paw and lifted it up, smiling as he reminded him of Richie's condition. "Don't forget Rocky, that Anna girl Ryder called is going to save Richie right now. So it's not like Richie's going to be lost forever." Rocky crossed his arms and sighed with Flare assuring him that Richie was okay. "Trust me, Richie's way too tough to get taken down that easily. And when he comes back, he'll be most happy to see you especially."
Rocky walked past Flare as he made his reply, not being in the mood to be fed just the good news like this. "That doesn't excuse me not trying to save him." Rocky walked out of the tower with Flare thinking about how he could help Rocky, getting an idea and thinking it could work really well.
Flare and Marshall were sitting on the beach and looking at the ocean with Marshall asking what they were doing here. "What are we doing at the beach?"
"Zuma came out here to practice his surfing skills and I came here to see if he could help out with Rocky." Flare explained, and then he brought up some other stuff Marshall might be thinking about. "And you're in the scene to show that you're still relevant." Marshall nodded in understanding as Zuma was shown balancing on one of his claws, much to the Dalmatian brothers amazement. "That's a full score surf trick if I've ever seen one!"
Zuma arrived on land and came to a stop, seeing Flare and Marshall after the wave splashed on them and laughed as he walked over to them. "Sowwy dudes. Didn't see ya."
"We've been hit with worse." Marshall assured Zuma as Flare shook the water off of him, making Marshall and Zuma laugh before Marshall spoke up about his and Flare's presence. "Actually, we came to see you about Rocky. (Starts squeezing the water out of his ears) His performance has been slipping this last week and we were hoping you could help us."
Flare happily jumped onto Flare's head with his front two paws, making Marshall smile and giggle a bit as Flare chimed in. "We felt you'd be the best help since you're his boyfriend and all."
Zuma flinched as he quickly clarified that he and Rocky weren't dating while holding his paws up. "Wocky's not my boyfwiend!"
"Really? But you're always flirting with him when he's nearby." Flare pointed out, causing Zuma to blush as he confessed something to Flare and Marshall that embarrassed him.
"We're still working on getting to the actual dating pawt."
Flare gave a gleeful look to Marshall, who quickly retorted from what he was about to ask. "No."
"Aw, cmon; they'd make a cute couple." Flare whined as he crossed his arms, wishing Marshall owuld let him set Rocky Zuma Rocky up.
Flare and Marshall were in Zuma's pup house as he looked around for something that could bring up Rocky's spirits. Flare was still on Marshall's case regarding the setting up of Rocky and Zuma as a couple. "It wouldn't technically be FORCING them to get together. People set up their friends with others all the time and if they allow it then it can't count as forcing."
"Well you're right, but I don't really see you as the best matchmaker in the world." Marshall admitted, not seeing his younger brother's view on romance as strong enough to justify making him a matchmaker. "Plus we can't just tell if Zuma's gonna be okay with you butting in on his romance story with Rocky developing."
Flare sighed with Zuma pulling out a chili eating contest flyer, one that Flare and Marshall remembered Mayor Humdinger talking about sometime ago. "If you guys awe done talking about me acwoss my room, I think Wocky would like to pawticipate in this."
Flare took the flyer and got a good look at it, looking at Marshall as he stated that this is what they heard about before. "Oh yeah, Ryder and Mayor Humdinger talked about this when looking for the remaining Hearts of Truth. Good thing you had this flyer Zuma, or it might've slipped our minds."
Zuma shrugged with Flare noticing his smile and walking up to him after taking the flyer out of Marshall's paws. "Ya know Zuma, it WAS your idea to have Rocky participate in this contest." Zuma saw Flare's point with Marshall seeing that Flare actually knew what he was doing with this. "Plus I think Rocky would be extra grateful to whoever helped him win that contest. Especially to the one who did all the work."
Zuma gave a sly grin at Flare's idea, liking it too much not to go through with it. "Can't awgue with that. I'll go find him now!" Zuma rushed out of the puphouse with Flare smiling confidently to Marshall, who rolled his eyes while smiling as Rocky was shown sharpening his sword as Zuma ran up to him. "Hi Wocky."
Rocky saw Zuma and set his sword down, being glad to see his closest ally come over to him. "Hi Zuma. Afraid I won't be too good of company right now."
"I know. That's why I thought of this." Zuma showed Rocky the flyer, and he took a liking to what he saw as Zuma expressed his thoughts on Rocky's situation. "I noticed you've been weally down in the dumps lately, so I thought this could cheew you up. And that I could also help you practice for the contest?"
Rocky was as grateful as could be, hugging Zuma and leaving Zuma to smile widely with a blush as the two embraced each other. "You know me so well Zuma. Let's get to practicing!"
Zuma and Rocky looked into each others eyes for a bit before walking off, leaving Flare to squee as Marshall looked down at him and chuckled a bit before responding. "Forget what I said before. You got this."
Rocky and Zuma were in the kitchen getting all of the beans they could, which was a lot thanks to Rocky's love for farting. As they got all the beans, they set them all onto the counter as Rocky talked about the chili eating contest. "Alright. Now the contest is tomorrow, so I gotta get as many beans into my gut as possible before then so I can be so used to eating beans, that it won't make me sick, but it'll still keep me from getting anything lower than first."
"Sounds like a plan to me." Zuma responded, and then he took out a pot and set it up on the counter, turning it on as Rocky started opening up the cans and putting them in. "Should we cook it a few bowls at a time, or twy to cook them all in the same pot?"
"Why not multiple pots at the same time?" Rocky suggested, knowing that either of the options Zuma thought of would be too little for him. "That way we can cook multiple bowls at the same time, and we can also create multiple bowls of chili, so I can get used to all kinds at once." Zuma liked that idea and got more pots out, grabbing the last one with Rocky as their paws intertwined. The two of them looked at each other for a moment, feeling the chemistry growing before taking the pot out and smiling as they got to work. "Let's get to work."
Chase came down from the top floor and saw what Rocky and Zuma were doing, groaning as he went over to them to stop the situation. That is, before Flare tackled him to the ground and covered his mouth before whispering into his ear. "Don't intervene. This is our plan to get Rocky back into his original mood."
Chase looked at Rocky and Zuma bonding, guessing it wouldn't hurt to let this slide for one night. "Alright. But you're clearing out the house."
"Wouldn't it make more sense for THEM to do it since they're the ones causing it?"
"Yeah, now that you think about it, they'll probably just sniff it all up anyway."
That night, Rocky was walking over to his bed as he held in his gas and patted his stomach, which was slightly bigger than before. I guess you could say he was more than prepared for tomorrow. As he got into bed, Zuma peeked in and wished him goodnight and good luck. "Goodnight Wocky. Good luck in the contest tomorrow."
Rocky was more than ready for what tomorrow had to offer for him, hoping that he would love every bite of chili at the competition. "Thanks Zuma. Goodnight to you as well." Zuma closed the door to Rocky's pup house as Rocky then went to sleep, being ready for whatever happened tomorrow at the contest.
Rocky was at the chili eating contest with everyone else lined up as they all got ready to chow down on some chili. As Rocky looked at the other contestants and didn't see them as much of a challenge, he saw Flare riding up to him and waving to him. "Hi Rocky!" Flare skidded to a stop right in front of Rocky's seat on the giant table the contestants were sitting at, being excited as Rocky noticed him rocking a light brown vest that said 'Chili Cookoff!' on it. "I wanted to support you in person, so I signed up last minute to be the judge for the contest! Can't believe no one else wanted this job."
Rocky laughed a bit as he then commented on Flare's current status on the show. "Well you're the main character, so I guess you're allowed to be in the episode. Just don't try to take the spotlight from me, okay?"
"No need. I'll be too busy making my own." Flare assured Rocky, and then signaled Rocky to lean in close, whispering to him as he pointed out something else he did. "I also convinced Zuma to be one of the chili makers. He'll be making that volcano spicy one you like." Rocky looked to the right after Flare pointed in that direction, leading to Zuma waving to him with a smile and Rocky doing the same. "He's totally into you."
Rocky caught onto one of Flare's motivations for helping him out, glad to see that he was looking out for his well being, as well as his romantic life. "Ah, I see what you're doing here. Just don't be too obvious. I want Zuma finding out I like him to be on my own accord. Also some of our viewers might mistake this for grandstanding gay romance."
Flare laugehd a bit at Rocky's comment, feeling that it was too accurate to what some shows did. "As if we needed anymore of that. (Hits the engine) I'm gonna go to the judge stand now. good luck!" Flare drove off, zooming past Zuma as he got to the judge stand to start his position for when everyone got done cooking their chili.
Rocky was waiting for the chili like everyone else as four chefs, and Zuma, appeared in front of the table to start serving the chili. Diane and Mayore Humdinger gave each other competitive grins, indicating that the two of them had a rivalry of sorts. There were five bowls in front of each of the contestants and Rocky was excited to try all five chilis, especially Zuma's, as Zuma knew what he liked in his. The chefs all started pouring their chili into the bowls as Flare tapped his microphone while standing on the judge stand behind all the contestants. "Attention everyone who bothered coming to this event!"
Everyone gave Flare their full attention after the chili was finished being poured with Flare talking about how the competition would go down. "First off, the rules of the contest are pretty straightforward. Eat as much chili as you can, try not to fart until AFTER you finished all of your chili, and also don't trick a contestant you DON'T want to win into throwing up. Doing so will result in the competition being postponed until tomorrow, and I think we all know how much we wanna get it over with for obvious reasons."
Zuma winked to Rocky, who smiled to him in response, knowing full well that Zuma made his chili with Rocky in mind. Flare finished his announcements by allowing everyone to start eating their chili, "Let the chili eating contest, begin!" and the contestants began eating. Rocky was having quite the easy start, gulping down the first bowl as if it were a cup of water, where as the other contestants were struggling to eat theirs as quickly as he was. He was already on his second bowl when the others were done with their first bowls, making them stunned at how much he was eating.
Diane and Mayor Humdinger were watching the contestants as Mayor Humdinger expressed his sympathies regarding what happened to Richie. "Flare told me about what happened to Richie. I'm sorry you had to go through such a traumatic experience. Being a single mom of a nephilim must be hard enough as it is."
Dane was grateful to Mayor Humdinger for his sympathy, knowing he was doing his best to be kind about her situation. "Thanks Issac. I can only hope Richie manages to escape the clutches of Charm." Diane then gave a confident smile as she turned her head to the side. "Rocky's still going to win this however."
"Oh, we'll just see about that." Issac replied, being more than happy to demonstrate who his representative was. "Boulder has been training to match Rocky's eating habits for years. Don't worry, he does it willingly." Diane saw cat Boulder eating almost as quickly as Rocky, making her impressed that Issac was able to pull this off.
Rocky and Boulder were still chowing down on their chili as they both let out loud burps after finishing their sixtieth bowl. Rocky was impressed to find someone who was just as capable of eating chili as he was, unable to help acknowledging it after gulping down another bowl within seconds. "You've got guts kid. Literally. What's your name anyway?"
Boulder gulped down his next bowl before answering Chase's question and showing a much more sophisticated and proper version of Rocky in cat form. "I'm Boulder. I've heard quite a bit about you myself, so I felt it wouldn't hurt to replicate something about the one I was chosen to be a copy of for my mayor's cat team."
Rocky liked the sound of that and gave Boulder a quick warning after they gulped down some more bowls. "Just be careful with Chase. He's allergic to cats. And feathers. And sometimes flowers."
"Funny you say that. Hunt is allergic to dogs."
"Ya don't say. There's a never-ending sneeze fest waiting to happen."
Rocky and Boulder laughed a bit before continuing to eat their chili, managing to scarf down ten more bowls before Boulder gave in, leaving Rocky to scarf down three more. The final records for these two was that Rocky got seventy five bowls, and Boulder only got seventy two. Flare cheered in the microphone since Rocky couldn't eat anymore, happy to announce the winner of the competition. "And we have a winner! Ladies and gentlemen, Rocky of the Paw Patrol has won the chili eating contest!"
Rocky and Boulder felt their stomachs growling and nodded to each other before looking back as their butts were shown right as they began letting out loud and bassy farts that made their butts vibrate and reek of spicy chili beans (PHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...) (PHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...). Everyone else ran off with Flare watching Zuma whiffing Rocky's farts in secret under the table. Zuma saw Flare and joined him as Rocky and Boulder continued farting with Flare driving off on his motorcycle as they did (HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...) (HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...).
Flare was watching Tv with Snow in the lookout as Marshall walked over to them to comment on how the chili eating contest went. "So judging by the fact that Rocky's not back yet, I can only assume he's off having his victory fart. Also there's a cat version of him now from what Zuma told me?"
"Oh yeah. Apparently his name's Boulder." Flare replied, finding it interesting that Mayor Humdinger had a team of his own made up of cats. "I think it's pretty cool having cat dopplegangers of us. Plus If Mayor Humdinger is treating them well and training them right then they could help against the battle with Charm."
Snow was well aware of what Flare was talking about as she explained who the cat team was. "I remember hearing something about that team when passing by Foggybottom with Everest during the start of our journey away from our dad. If I remember correctly, the name we saw on that billboard was the Kitten Katastrophe Krew." Flare and Marshall seemed worried when hearing that with Snow clarifying what it meant after they looked at each other. "I think it means they're experers at stopping catastrophes. They probably misspelt it for a reason."
Flare and Marshall were relieved to hear that as Flare then sat up and looked at Marshall with a sly grin. "Well anyway, I think you'll be glad to know Marshall, that Rocky found out I was helping him and Zuma get together, and he didn't even mind."
Marshall rolled his eyes while grinning as he made a sarcastic remark in regards to Flare's matchmaking love. "That's great Flare; you'll be the romance emporer in no time." Flare shrugged, feeling that Marshall would eventually catch onto his love for matchmaking in the future.
Rocky arrived at home the next morning while bragging to himself about how long his fart was, and also how long Boulder's fart ended up being. "Dang, I was surprised for how long that Boulder guy farted for. Fifteen and a half hours, that's impressive. I still beat him by about half an hour though." Rocky walked around the lookout and saw Zuma polishing his surfboard while also getting a good view of his butt. Rocky ended up bleeding from his nose a bit, as usual, wiping it off as he went to go talk to Zuma, who saw him coming up as he spoke. "Hey Zuma."
Zuma saw that Rocky was in a better mood than he was before, glad to see that the chili eating contest worked out. " Hey Wocky. Looks like that chili eating contest helped impwove your mood."
"It did. I'm still bummed out that Richie's been captured, but I'm glad I can still have fun during that time." Rocky admitted, feeling that now he would actually be able to help out the team. "Maybe now I can start training consistantly and not getting distracted by my own emotions."
"That'll be a big help to evewyone on the team." Zuma pointed out happily, leaving Rocky satisfied that there was a chance he'd be able to show Chase that he's more than just a fart factory. "I'm surprised you and that Bouldew dude didn't cause Adventure bay to go under quawantine. You two were fawting for so long that you'd think a thousand skunks died and killed the whole fowest."
Rocky laughed at Zuma's comparison, finding it to be quite accurate to how their farts together smelled. "Tell me about it." Rocky felt now would be a good time to do something private with Zuma, feeling that he was ready to try and start dating him now at a natural pace. "So. I managed to sneak some tickets into that new movie coming out tomorrow night. Skate's Up I think it's called. (Zuma looks at Rocky) You wanna check it out?"
Zuma was more than happy to accept Rocky's offer once he pulled the tickets out, happily accepting his as he made his reply. "I'd love that." Rocky and Zuma were glad to know that they would be attending a movie together, whether it was good or bad.
Flare was jumping on a trampoline with Marshall watching him as Rocky came over to the two of them. Rocky sat down next to Marshall, watching Flare together as he then stopped jumping when he saw him, leading to him front flipping off of the trampoline and landing in front of him. Of course the first thing Flare had to ask about was Rocky and Zuma. "Sooo? How are things improving with Zuma?"
"That's what I came to talk to you about." Rocky answered, being more than happy to state the details as he pointed to himself confidently with his thumb. "This dog scored a date!"
Flare squeed with excitement as Marshall congratulated Rocky for this accomplishment, smiling with glee that Rocky and Zuma were close to being a real couple. "That's great Rocky! We're so happy for you; (Gives a smug grin) If Flare's excitement is any indication."
Rocky looked at Flare looking into his eyes with the widest smile ever, making Rocky chuckle a bit as he softly pushed Flare away. "Yeah, that's all the clarification I need."
Flare couldn't help but ask about what Rocky had plans for in the future, trying not to be TOO invasive as he asked them. "Alright, three questions, and let me know if they're too personal. First off, do you plan on having kids? (Rocky looks at Marshall, who shrugs with a smile) Second off, can I help plan the wedding? (Flare is shown putting his paws together as he asked his final question) And finally, are you excited to officially get yourself boyfriend?"
Rocky was glad to see Flare supporting his potential relationship with Zuma, happily answering his questions one by one. "A, yeah, it'd be nice to have a family. B, I don't see why not; you're kinda like a girl in a boy's body at times, so you'd know more than me, (Flare looks a bit confused about that one) and C, I'm pretty pumped, yeah."
Flare put on a smile and hugged Rocky, being as bubbly and proud as could be about his current situation. "I'm so proud of you Rocky. (Pulls Rocky away) Now all that's left is for me to ask Snow out and every couple in the main team will be made! (Starts thinking) Unless Rubble and Runt become a thing that is."
Marshall and Rocky laughed a bit as the latter walked off to prepare for his date. "Well anyway, I'm gonna go practice my romantic lines. See ya later guys."
Rocky ran off with Flare and Marshall waving goodbye as Flare then asked Marshall about Rocky's second question. "What does a girl in a boy's body mean?"
"It means you could be transgender." Marshall saw that Flare was still confused, so he walked with Flare to explain what transgender meant. "See, transgender means you don't identify as the gender you were born with. Like you're born with one gender, but identify as the other."
Rocky was looking for a good tuxedo to wear for his date with Zuma, hoping he could find one that suited him perfectly. "Sweat is actually an exception to me hating water. So if you wanted to have a dirty make out session right behind the theater, I wouldn't object."
Rocky was really proud of that one with the clerk of the clothes store walked up to him to see if he could assist him. "Can I help you with anything sir?"
"Oh I'm eleven so that sir thing doesn't apply to me yet." Rocky told the clerk, and then he explained what he needed help with. "I do need help with something though, thanks for asking. See, I have a movie date with this friend of mine, hoping we start dating soon, and I need the right tux to make sure I impress him."
The clerk listened well to what Rocky had to say, looking at the canine tuxedos and then at Rocky, trying to decide which color would look the best on him. He made the decision quite fast and picked out the green one, showing it to him with confidence that he'd like it. "Perhaps this one could bring out your true style."
Rocky got a good look at the tux and accepted it, heading over to the changing area to try it on. "Well my truck is also green. Could be worth a shot." After he did so, the clerk walked over to him after he started admiring himself in the mirror, getting a good look from his front to his butt, finding that everything was in order from style too fitting. He even kissed at himself in the mirror due to how well he looked.
The clerk smiled witht he knowledge that Rocky liked the way he looked in the tuxedo, and Rocky was more than ready to confirm it. "This works great, thanks. How much does this cost?" The clerk lifted the price tag, showing that it was three hundred eighty dollars, making Rocky flinch and give a nervous grin as he chuckled. "Any chance I can get a discount?" Rocky chuckled a bit more, hoping that things would go well for him. The clerk however, nodded his head no in response, leaving Rocky to give a sheepish look regarding the situation. "This could be a problem."
Dragon Ball Super Usubeni cover by Mark de Groot instrumental played during the credits as Flare was shown walking around the lookout as he thought about life. Flare looked up to the sky as he then thought about how he was going to help the team in the future. The music suddenly got more intense as Flare was then shown fighting off four members of the Waste's, seeming to have fun while doing it as he kicked one right in the face and made him fall back into another. The next shot showed Flare and the others witnessing Richie's in his demonic form as he looks in horror.
Richie glared at Flare, unable to contain himself as he and Flare started their battle once a male voice was heard singing. "Farewell, (Flare blocks Richie's kick, only to get sent into a tree) beautiful lover. (Flare dodges Richie's fire ball, not wanting to hurt him to an immense degree before saving him) I love you so, (Richie kicks Flare across the ground, hurting him immensely) but still I let you go. (Flare gets determined and charges at RIchie with full force) Under this pink sky is where we went our (Richie blocks Flare's kick and clenches his fist) seperate ways."
Flare regained his balance from getting send back and blocked three hell fire balls as the song continued "I want you to (Richie dashes up to Flare) know I love you, (Flare lands a punch on Richie after the latter grabs him by the neck, showing that he knews he has to figth back in order to save him) so I won't let you go. (Richie throws Flare to the side) I wish I had (Richie lands a solid flaming kick on Flare, who blocks it the best he can) said these words to you, (Flare is shown to be heavily wounded on the ground) But I have left all these words unspoken."
Flare thought about the promise he made to Rocky, refusing to let him down when he's so close now. "Like pink petals start to fall. From the blossom tree so tall. (Flare stands up and faces Richie, who shows respect in his refusal to give up) And they dance to a, bittersweet, melody." Flare and Richie went into their fighting stances as the two of them got ready to continue. An illustration of them in their stances was shown as the song ended.
